The return of Jesus Christ, which is interpreted as the second coming or parousia, is a Christian belief that this idea is based on prophecies and is part of Christian eschatology. There are differences of opinion among Christian sects regarding this view. In the New Testament, the return of Jesus is mentioned and in it terms like: arrival, coming or presence are mentioned and that event is defined as "savior" and "incarnation" of God. According to the New Testament Bible, the return of Jesus to earth will be a glorious event that will appear with events. The Second Coming is mentioned in the Nicene Creed and the Apostles' Creed. In the following centuries, the issue of the return of Jesus Christ in the Protestant circles also has debates and reform actions, especially because in the Lutheran and Anglican rites it is mentioned as the second return that Jesus will come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. According to Anglicans' belief, we experience the signs and evidences of Christ's return in the world and in our current life, which we clearly witness in the Eucharist. According to them, the return is in justice and peace and this fact must be realized. Finally, there is the belief and expectation of the return of Jesus in the end times. In this essay, prominent cases of apocalyptic beliefs of Christianity, especially in the Anglican denomination, are examined. Manuscript profile

3 - An overview of the jurisprudential principles of change and order in relation to the quality of the punishment of the enemy

Review:A brief look at the jurisprudential history of the debate We came across two promises of change and order. Because sometimes the evidence leads to the abandonment of the primary appearance and the removal of iodine from the main literal meaning, in which case the primary meaning is stagnant, and the word acquires a secondary meaning. Like the repeated repetition of the word "he" in the verse of Moharebeh. Another example is what has been said: Citing the two verses of expiation of oath and expiation of Hajj has made the above-mentioned cases optional in the case of the agent of Bahma, therefore, this word also has an optional meaning in the punishment of the enemy! Sheikh Tusi in his book Khalaf rejects this argument and says: But where there is atonement, there is a journey from fear to violence. Therefore, the analogy of "him" in expressing the four punishments to the expiation of swearing and Hajj is completely unjustified. As for the Sunni jurists, Shafi'i, Hanafi and Ahmad have considered the preferred word as the order, and Lee Malik has believed in the optional change which is related to the same word. In total, in the study, eight reasons were presented for preferring the promise of order over choice. As a result, Saeb's promise on how to apply the four punishments is order. In addition, reflection is inferred in the narrations of the chapter, these two promises do not have a substantial contradiction with each other, even the promise of change corresponds to the order and proportionality of the crime with the punishment. So the legitimacy of the promise of order is proved. It is worthwhile for the criminal legislator to try to amend Article 283 of the Penal Code, based on the promise of order. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to investigate the susceptibility of turbulence in returns between different industries of Iran's capital market for active industries in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 1384-1394. For this purpose, panel data and CCX criteria for risk avatars were used. The results of this study indicate that for the full period of the research sample and for considering the period of recession and crisis in the stock market, the results indicate the effects of overflow in the active industries in the stock market. Estimated coefficients for tipping effects in the sample indicate that in most of the companies surveyed, the effect of overturning is significant. Also, the estimated coefficients for considering the period of the crisis in the stock market indicate that the coefficients are positive for the effect of the outflow in the stock market. Also, in the case study, there is a probability of financial risk fluctuation between the investigated industries. Based on the results, it can be stated that the CCX value and the significant level reported in each section have a negative relation with the amount of direct and value related debt and investment activities. Therefore, the economic sectors that have high debt financing, low value and investment, are in the midst of financial crisis, the initial candidates for fluctuations and declining stock prices. Evidence suggests that those industries that are more competitive will expose the risk sequence more strongly. Manuscript profile

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of combining the ranking period and the maintenance period of classical momentum and contrarian strategies and evaluate the performance of portfolios resulting from hybrid strategies in comparison with classical strategies. For this purpose, using the information of 120 companies in the period 2011 to 2020, the amount of excess return, the explanatory power of excess return by the risk factors of the seven-factor model Fama and French and the explanatory power of future return by excess return of hybid strategy and classical strategy are evaluated and compared. The results show that contratum (contractionary hybrid) strategy, which rank like contrarian strategies in the long run but are maintained in the medium term like momentum strategies, perform better than momentum and contrarin strategies. In addition, even after controlling risk factors (Fama and French seven-factor model), contratum, contrarian and momentum investment strategies in the Iranian capital market are profitable. Finally, the results of the present study support the explanatory power and more predictive power of the excess return of the contratum strategy than the classical strategies for future returns. Therefore, the contribution of the present study is to provide evidence of excess return and performance of the new hybrid strategy is much higher than the classic investment strategies proven in the Iran capital market. Contemporary Iranian fiction manifests itself in the southwestern part of the country, Khuzestan, in a distinct way. Writers of this region are distinguished from others in terms of style on the strength of a cultural diversity and special geography and some scholars term this style ‘Khuzestan School’. From among new-generation story writers of Khuzestan, Nasim Marashi, the author of the “Haras” novel, can be cited. Having been well versed in indigenous elements of southwestern Iran, she tells her story. This paper studies regional literature’s criteria such as dialect, clothing, food, climate, customs and beliefs in Haras novel adopting an analytical-descriptive method. Results reveal that realism, geography, and regional identity account for Marashi’s success in telling the history of part of a territory which recalls the second-long war of the twentieth century in its memories. Accordingly, she has managed to add “writing about war” to the three types of southern regional literature (writing about sea, writing about an industrial area, and writing about a rural environment). Today soil erosion is considered a danger to human and life. In areas where erosion is not controlled, soils gradually erode and lose their fertility, so it is necessary to study the issue of erosion. According to a study conducted in the Masouleh watershed, there are two types of erosion intensity called type 3 or moderate erosion with an area of 28.15 km2, type 4 or high erosion with an area of 13.79 km2. The predominant forms of erosion in the region include mechanical, surface erosion, furrows, waterways and deposits. According to this study, the average amount of erosion based on Mpsiac method in this field is 4.81 tons per hectare per year, sediment delivery ratio (SDR) is 74.3 and the average amount of sediment in this field is 3.85 tons per hectare per year. It indicates moderate erosion and sedimentation in the whole area and high in some sub-fields. To control erosion and reduce production sediment in this area, various programs include holding training courses for people in dealing with nature, implementing management programs (including applying grazing systems, balancing livestock and pastures, development and medicinal plants), and conducting biological operations ( It has been suggested for rangelanding in the form of sowing, sowing, mulching and planting in a non-productive way) and mechanical operations (including the construction of mortar stone dams, gabions, dry land, etc.) have been proposed. The present research aimed to design a model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process based on theoretical studies and the lived experience of professionals and practitioners of the online teaching and learning process. The research method was mixed (first qualitative and then quantitative). In the first step, using meta-synthesis, the factors for the enhancement of the online teaching-learning process were extracted from theoretical and research backgrounds with qualitative methods using MAXQDA 2018 software. In the second step, relevant factors were obtained using the phenomenological method of Van Manen (2016) from the lived experiences of professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process, and in the third step, the initial model was compiled using the obtained factors. Before editing the final model, a 59-item questionnaire containing items from the qualitative phase was developed and distributed among 25 professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process of higher education. The content validity ratio (CVR) of model items was calculated, and after omitting some items, 48 items remained. To validate the final model, a 48-item questionnaire was also distributed among 25 samples, and the validity of the items was confirmed with mean and standard deviation and t-test, and the final model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process was formulated based on four themes: the capabilities of the educational system, teacher competency, learner competency, and family structure. Present study was aimed at identifying critical thinking evidences in Attar'sMantegh-Altirby making use of qualitative and conceptual analysis. Critical thinking was analyzed and its elements were identified through theoretical study and then critical thinking evidences of Attar's Mantegh-Altirwere analyzed by content analysis. To do so, all poem of Attar's Mantegh-Altirwere studied and those with meanings related to critical thinking elements were identified and analyzed regarding two positions of each sentence, namely the address of each poem, and its related background. Findings of the study led to identifying nine elements for critical thinking (inquiring spirit, judgment with criteria, reasoning, analysis, impartiality, Methodism, objectivism, truth seeking, and flexibility), then for each element some evidences were extracted from Attar's Mantegh-Altir. Results indicate that Attar's Mantegh-Altirfirmly emphasizes on all aspects of critical thinking, especially on inquiring spirit, truth seeking and judgment with criteria. So mystical texts could be useful in the development of critical thinking.     Manuscript profile

The historical sources of Qajar era have made a devout image of Fathali Shah، the second Qajarid monarch. His rule over the world's largest Shia country on one hand and Iran's being neighbored by Sunni States on the other hand makes his religious policy towards the Sunnis of great importance which is the goal of this research. Historical sources show that the strategic policy of the Qajar kings including Fathali Shah towards the Sunnis is based on minimal confrontation، religious tolerance and attempting to realize Islamic unity which can be called "an interactive policy". Examples such as religious freedom، social security، the absence of narratives about military conflict with the Sunnis، trying to incline the Sunnis of marginal regions to the central government، the penetration of Sunni Sufi scholars into the royal court and the relations of the Sunnis with Shia statesmen and scholars support this idea. Possible influence of the Infallible Imams’ narrations urging the Shiites to coexist with the non-Shiites، absence of political or religious challenges from the Sunnis، the subsidence of radical anti-Sunnism among the Shiites، the prevail of the school of Mujtahidin and the gradual disappearance of Akhbari school among Shia scholars، the threat of Western colonialism and the necessity of Islamic alliance and preventing the Sunnis of marginal regions from immigrating or joining the rival Sunni neighbors of the Qajar government are the most important reasons of adopting such a policy. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the data gathering method is a desk study.     Manuscript profile

According to the position and role of Shia religion in the Safavid period and the relations of the Safavid sultans with religious scholars, scholars were appointed in various positions, sometimes these positions were rooted in the structure of the Iranian Diwan, and sometimes they were invented by the Safavids or modeled after the Ottoman governmental positions. Among these positions, we can mention chancellery, Malabashi, Sheikh al-Islam, Qazi, Qazi Asghar, Imam Juma, etc. The power of these positions in entering government affairs was related to the power of the Safavid sultans and their view of religion, as shown in At the end of the Safavid era, the power of scholars increased in political and governmental positions. In the Afshariya period, some cases; Such as the limitation of the religious and social functions of the scholars and their weak presence in the political arena, the limitation of endowment and non-endowment financial resources of the Shia scholars and finally their seclusion and migration to the neighboring lands of Iran indicate the weakness of the religious institution and the lack of involvement of the scholars in governmental and political affairs in this era. In the Zandiya period, especially in the Karim Khan period, by limiting the power of the religious scholars, an effort was made to prevent their influence and interference in politics, while maintaining social productivity. They lost themselves in the civil and governmental structure and the scholars were mostly responsible for the belief and religious leadership of the people. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe expansion of cities and the growth of populations have led to alteration of urban structures and disturbance of the balance between the urban form and the natural environment which was once the initial bedrock of human settlements. This has been followed by an increase in people’s need for new public and natural places to spend time and relax. In modern cities, parks are constructed to create balance between animate and inanimate urban textures and to provide urban citizens with places to gather and commune with nature. This has sparked a number of studies about these crimes and the possible ways to prevent criminal behaviors in these environments. This study aims to evaluate the security of women in Seifiyeh Park in the Iranian city of Malayer. The methodology of this research is qualitative-quantitative in the form of context analysis and case study. The required data were collected from the statistical population in the study area with the help of questionnaires based on the Cochran formula. The collected data were then analyzed by T-test and regression. The results of this study can help officials protect women against insecurity and aggression in parks and help pave the way for women’s constant presence in these environments without fear of harassment. The goals of this study are evaluation of said park’s design based on the crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) approach, examining its relationship with the amount of security and sense of security and investigation of the relationship between security and women’s participation. Abstract: In order to investigate phenotypic and genotypic correlations between physiological characteristics related to drought tolerance and genetic variation and estimating the genetic parameters of these indices in rain-fed condition, 19 genotypes of bread wheat were cultivated in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the research field of Agricultural Research Campus Natural Resources of Razi University of Kermanshah, Iran during 2014-15. analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed significant differences for the grain yield (YS), the cell membrane stability )CMS), the relative water loss )RWL(, the leaf water loss (LWL), the relative water protective (RWP), the water use efficiency )WUE( and the leaf greenish value )LGV( under rain-fed condition. The polygon view of GT biplot showed that genotype no. 12 (wc-4931) was the best genotype compared to other genotypes due to YS, WUE, ELWR and LGV. A high positive genetic and phenotypic relation was observed between WUE and Ys, FV/FM and LWL and, ELWR and LGV. In other hand, High heritability and genetic gain were observed for YS, CMS and WUE that reflect the additive gene action. Accordingly, due to the high propotion of additive effects in CMS, YS and WUE, it was suggested that the evaluation of genotypes must be done at erarly generarion of inbreeding. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to predict the job performance of primary school teachers based on the management style of principals by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction. The statistical population included all primary school teachers in Saghez city (633 people) by using of Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method sample size was equal to 239 person. Job satisfaction, management style and job performance questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential tests (Structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that management style had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Among management styles, only humanistic style had a significant effect on job performance and job satisfaction of teachers. Among the components of job satisfaction, the nature of work had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Considering the T value of the general model, it is concluded that all paths were significant in 0.01 level. On the other hand, considering that the path coefficient obtained was significant in the direct model but lost its significance in the mediation model, it can be concluded that the job satisfaction variable completely mediates the effect of management style on job performance. Due to the structure and dynamic theme Sudabeh’s tale has, it lends itself to the psychological analysis the results of which could be served to control the reactions arising from the sensation seeking desires of man today.  Sensation seeking is a theory proposed by Marvin Zuckerman, the contemporary psychologist.  This theory consists of several fundamental characteristics which determines man’s essence.  Looking at Sudabeh’s character through the lens of this theory indicate that every four parameters Zuchkerman proposes are present in her indecent actions and behaviors.  She is adventurous, self-centered, challenging in seeking a partner in Hamavaran; she is in pursuit of new sensational experience, avoids monotony, and indulges in reckless behavior prohibited in the court of Iran’s king.           * . torkamani.vajihe@gmail.com Manuscript profile

Date of reception: 96/10/11 Date of acceptance: 96/12/6 Abstract Epic archaism is the simultaneous employment of epic as an influential and elevated style mingled with a form of archaism which lead to the sublimity of poet’s language. Qaysarnameh composed by Adib Pishavari is a complete example of using epic as a model blended with archaism as far as diction, syntax, and rhetoric are concerned.  This historic epic more than any other works in its era had remained devoted to the linguistic and literary traditions of his ancestors. Adib Pishavari has made tremendous effort to preserve Khorasani language.  Inspired by Shahnameh and using it as a model he took profound care to adhere to its style.  Archaism is one of the main reasons for preservation of epic language in Qaysarnameh.  This research studies different aspects of epic archaism in this work.  This quality in Adib’s poetry had found stylistic individuality in terms of diction, syntax and rhetoric.  Making words with new political, social, and military expressions, representation of Khorasani syntax and creation of compound images based on the ancient epic similes are among the principle features found in Qaysarnameh.     * . safakazemian@gmail.com ** . farzadghaemi@gmail.com Manuscript profile

Abstract Individual differences, especially gender and age, in the use of technology, have long been one of the basic questions in determining the factors affecting the use of technology. According to the use of different models of acceptance, among available studies, an agent role and an independent role for individual characteristics have been considered. Since the existing literature is carried out in different cognitive contexts and on a variety of technologies, there is no agreement on the modulating or independent impact of gender and age. Accordingly, this study aimed to study both roles of these changes on a sample of 335 Islamic Azad University students who were selected collaboratively and was conducted on the technology of using the Internet on mobile phones. The data was collected using the technology acceptance questionnaire of Davis (1989) which was adapted to the mobile internet technology and its validity was confirmed. Data analysis is done using a t-test and analysis of variance (to determine the different roles of changes and a linear regression test to determine the role of adjustments. The results show a stronger role of gender on the components of perceived usefulness, behavioral intention, and behavior While the independent role of age only on the component of receiving meaningful usefulness and age showed its effect concerning usefulness and intention and changing the intention of behavior using mobile internet technology. These results showed the complexity of the role of individual differences in influence in technology adoption. proposed and suggests taking both mediating and independent roles of these changes in the use of technology models in research. Abstract The aim of the current research was to present a model of the use of new technologies in the fourth generation university. The research was applied in terms of purpose, and the mixed method was exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). The participants of the qualitative section of experts and specialists of higher education, prominent professors and technology experts who had doctoral degrees in higher education and technology, who were determined based on the rule of "theoretical saturation" and non-randomly, were determined in a targeted number of 10 people. And in the quantitative part of the statistical community including professors of nationwide universities, which were approximately 20,000 thousand, it was considered. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula and one-stage cluster sampling method of 376 people. The method of data collection was library method, and the measurement tool was semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. Determining the validity of the present research questionnaire in two ways: 1. Formal and 2. content was done, the reliability coefficient was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test. Data analysis was used in the qualitative part of the theme analysis approach and in the quantitative part of the structural equation modeling method using SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that the resulting model includes 5 dimensions, 13 components and 47 indicators. The dimensions of new technology include educational, aesthetic, content, extra-organizational participation, and process. According to the output of the analysis of the average values of shared values and the average values of R Squares, it shows that the value of GOF is equal to 0.37; which shows the strong fit of the model. The suitability of the proposed model for the application of new technologies in the fourth generation university is strong. Manuscript profile

Abstract Problem posing provides an opportunity to students for what they need to know and can create their mathematical knowledge, and allows teachers to observe patterns of understanding and learning mathematics of students, By challenging their thinking in problem-solving situations. Formative evaluation in classrooms is of great importance to find out how students learn to determine the strengths and weaknesses of their learning. Therefore, this study examines the process of problem posing as an evaluation tool. The statistical population of this research is all ninth-grade students in Tehran. In this study, 64 ninth-grade female students were selected as available samples. This study is practical in terms of purpose and semi-experimental in implementation. The tests were designed based on Stoyanova and Ellerton's (1996) framework. The examination of the questions was done according to the Wistro-U model (2009), the Yip Ban Har and Pai Hat model (2008), and the study of Silver and Kai (2005). Analysis of the tests was done quantitative-qualitative. Also, the face and content validity of the tests were confirmed by the professors of mathematics education, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.74. The results showed more than two-thirds of the students were not able to combine different subjects of mathematical concepts in the design of problems, and this result showed their lack of understanding in connecting the concepts. Also, according to the structure and solving of the issues proposed by the students, some misunderstandings the students were extracted from the mathematical concepts. Also, posing real verbal problems showed half of the students that the opportunities to pose problems have increased their understanding of the concepts. In unrealistic verbal problems, students' understanding of the concepts used in these problems is procedural and not conceptual. Manuscript profile
