Abstract :
Ancient rituals and archetypes are long-lasting and enduring, and over time, they adapt and align themselves with the cultures and rituals of their time. Mithraism is one of these ancient and ancient rituals. Mithraism is a ritual of secrets and mysteries, and is full of various symbols and signs, each of which leads man to a wonderful and marvelous thought and belief in Mithraism. Considering the position of the sun among ancient peoples, including the ancient Iranians, and the religion and ritual of Mithraism and its influence and spread among the people of that period, as well as the position of the sun in Iranian-Islamic mysticism and among poets such as Rumi and Khaqani, and the mythological roots of many religious beliefs, in this article we will examine the beliefs associated with the astronomical event of "Sharaf-e Shams".
