Abstract :
The purpose of the present research is to provide a welfare model for the documentary registry offices employees in East Azarbaijan province. In the present applied research, in the first stage, synthesis of combined research and qualitative content analysis was used, followed by descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this research is 577 Number of the employees documentary registry offices of East Azarbaijan province, who were selected as a statistical sample using Morgan's table and stratified random sampling. To collect the required data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the validity of which was confirmed by CVI (0.86), CVR (0.75) and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha. The obtained model was tested in the qualitative stage using first and second order confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the First order confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the factor loadings obtained for all items in all three dimensions of well-being are greater than 0.4 and have sufficient validity to be retained in the measurement model. Also, the results of the second-order confirmatory factor analysis showed that The components of the three dimensions of well-being (social, subjective and objective) were able to explain the well-being of employees, and the PNFI index (0.64) indicates that the factors of the employee well-being has sufficient fit and validity and and was approved.
