Abstract :
The Indian style in Persian literature is known for its discovery of foreign and unfamiliar meanings, layered images, and new themes. It is a great source of motifs from various realms. Indian poets utilize all the capacities of language and literature to achieve their goals, drawing on the language and beliefs of the common people. Sā’eb, a prominent poet of this period, focused on common motifs related to medicine and treatment in his poetry. This article aims to introduce the prominent motifs in the field of medicine that play an important role in the lives of ordinary people. Additionally, it discusses why these motifs have captured Sā’eb 's attention and provides examples of the poetic images they have inspired.
