Abstract :

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of narcissism managers and their hypocritical behavior in the provincial city of Kermanshah.The study of the purpose and the method of descriptive and correlational research component and in terms of field research and quantitative data collection methods. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data of correlation analysis and structural equation model, available in SPSS and AMOS software packages were used.Results showed that The behavior of narcissistic executives, the highest mean belonged to the right and the lowest was related to exploitation. Among the hypocritical behavior of managers, the highest mean belonged to the absorption policy for human resources management and waste management policy towards the least related to human resources.The results suggest that narcissistic managers had direct and significant effect on the behavior hypocritical and narcissistic aspects including power management, self-superiority, exploitation, entitlement, self-sufficiency and arrogance managers in improving the level of hypocritical behavior the organization. Hypocritical behaviors had the greatest impact on the component authority.
