Abstract: The purpose of this research was effectiveness of teaching self-awareness on imposter syndrome in gifted highschool girl's students in Ahvaz. In this study by using a purposive sampling ,30 students who were gifted and high score in imposter placed into experimental group and control group by random assignment.Method of study was experimental and the type was pretest and posttest.The instrument was imposter questionnaire.At the first pretests were completed by both two groups, then accomplished self-awareness training for experimental group.Finally both of groups, completed posttests.For the analysis of data used of MONCOVA and ANCOVA.Results showed that training of self-awareness affected on decreasing of imposter
