In this study, the future scenario of the impact of organizational excellence on marketing management in the field of universities was investigated. The statistical population of this study is the participants of specialists or experts. They need sufficient knowledge and experience in the subject, willingness, sufficient time to participate, and effective communication skills. Statistical sample of this research 10 industry experts have been selected for interview. Data collection tools in this research, field research includes books, articles, the Internet or any appropriate scientific source and reference of experimental findings and questions from elites and experts in related fields (interviews). After the interview, the information was analyzed. The interview analysis method is theme analysis. Team analysis is a method of determining, analyzing, and expressing patterns (themes) within data. The main themes extracted from the current research are human resources, value management and competitor identification. In the first scenario, the outlook for the next 10 years of the Azad University in Iran will not be considered very favorable if the current situation continues. With the continuation of the current trend, the share of university students is very small due to its capacities in our country. In the second scenario (rapid growth and connection with the world) it is proposed that Iran connect with the global economy by attracting more students. The third scenario is balanced growth and connection with the world. A 30% increase in student enrollment is one of the goals of this scenario. Manuscript profile

Introduction:In this study, by examining the impact of individual, organizational, authentic leadershipand psychological characteristics, a model for virtue in health area accounting by emphasizing the mediating role of ethical development is presented. Methods:For this study, theme analysis and standard questionnaires were used. The statistical population is focused on financial managers, budget and their deputies and finance chiefs of Iran university of medical sciences (N=897) in the year 2019, out of which 269 questionnaires were collected and tested through structural equation modeling in AMOS software. Results: We showed that personality characteristics with a significant level (0.039), authentic leadership characteristics including self-awareness, communication transparency, internalized ethical perspective and balanced information processing, (0.015) and psychological characteristics including reward mechanisms and moral intelligence (0.013), through mediating variable of ethical development, lead to virtue (positive and meaningful) in health area accounting. In addition, organizational characteristics (job satisfaction, employment relationship, organizational responsibility, and type of service) and psychological characteristics (quadratic dark personality traits, five personality traits, and religious orientation) do not lead to virtue in health area accounting through the mediating variable of ethical development. Also according to the fit indices, the developed model has favorable fit. Conclusion: Special attention is paid to individual, authentic leadership and psychological characteristics in fostering the ethical behavior of employees and the need for policymakers to focus on enhancing these characteristics in drafting professional ethics codes. Objective: The main purpose of this study is to identify the components affecting the creativity and innovation system in Hormozgan Gas Company and present a model of factors affecting it. Method: In this mix method study, in the first stage, 13 heads of Hormozgan Gas Company were interviewed (to the extent of theoretical saturation). The interviews were analyzed by using MAXQDA software based on six stages of Clark & Brown (2006). In the second stage, by using Smart PLS software and structural equation modeling approach, the effect of variables were evaluated. Results: The results of content analysis indicated that "extra-organizational strategic variables", "creativity and innovation system", "employees" and "organizational variables" are 4 effective factors in creativity and innovation system in Hormozgan Gas Company. Quantitative stage also showed that the strategic extra-organizational variable with three components, has a significant direct effect on the organizational variables and creativity and innovation system. Organizational variables with five components, has a significant effect on creativity and innovation system and finally the effect of individual and group characteristics of employees on the creativity system as well as its mediating role in the relationship between organizational variables and the system of creativity and innovation, were not confirmed. Conclusion: Improvement programs to increase creativity are effective only if a proper understanding of the factors affecting this phenomenon is formed at different levels: individual, group, organizational and extra-organizational. By providing a conceptual model at different levels and evaluating it, this research can be useful for decision makers including the research and technology unit of Hormozgan Gas Company. Purpose: The aim of the current research was to identify the factors affecting marital turmoil using thematic analysis. Methodology: The current research is of a qualitative type and it tried to collect, analyze and interpret the research topic using thematic analysis method. Therefore, the collection of articles published inside and outside the country related to the last 10 years, which were in the field of marital turmoil, were examined. Reliability data was checked with Holstei's reliability coefficient, validity with Guba and Lincoln's (1994) four-part criteria, and model reliability with focus groups using the fuzzy Delphi method. Findings: The analysis of the articles indicated the extraction of 116 components in the form of 13 psychological, cognitive, sexual-physical, communication, family, educational, social, economic, cultural, religious, environmental, love and roles factors that came together and caused marital turmoil. A sign of confusion is emotional distress, which manifests itself in the form of emotional divorce. As a result of this phenomenon; Behavioral, emotional and cognitive disorder has appeared as the consequences of marital turmoil, which unfortunately results in the inability to solve the problem for the couple, and after that, we will witness the dysfunction of the family. With the occurrence of dysfunction in the family, proper upbringing of children is not done and the result will be damage to the society. Conclusion: It is suggested to experts in psychology and family and marriage counseling, as well as those in charge, to pay attention to the factors identified and the pattern obtained in this research in their effectiveness programs; In this way, a step can be taken to improve the marital life of couples and prevent damage to the society. Also, due to the unlimited statistical population of citizens, the number of samples has been determined based on the unlimited population of 384 people. To collect data, two questionnaires were used, which were distributed among the members of the statistical sample of the research after determining the validity and reliability. In order to analyze the data, theme analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural-interpretive modeling were used. The findings of the research in the theme analysis section show that the components of the causal model of improving community resilience in Tabriz metropolis are classified into eight main themes and thirty-three sub-themes. Also, the model fit values of the confirmatory models and their factor loadings indicate the appropriateness of sub-themes classification based on the main themes and the confirmation of the main themes based on the sample data. The results of structural-interpretive modeling also show that economic factors are the most influential component of the model of resilience promotion and learning capacity, the most influential component of the model of resilience promotion in Tabriz metropolis.
