Abstract :
Background and purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the dynamic knowledge management model in Iran's government organizations. Dynamic knowledge management is particularly important in government organizations due to its role in improving organizational efficiency and facilitating learning processes. The aim of the research was to provide a comprehensive model for the implementation of this concept in these organizations.
Research method: The research was conducted using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative phase, among university professors and senior managers of Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, 11 people were selected by theoretical sampling and data were collected through in-depth interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed with theme analysis method and ATLAS.ti software. In the quantitative phase, 217 managers and employees of this organization were randomly selected and investigated using a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL software.
Findings: Qualitative data analysis showed that the proposed model includes five main themes: promotional levers, intra-organizational context makers, implementation levers, extra-organizational context makers, and the consequences of dynamic knowledge management. Quantitative results also confirmed the good fit of the model.
Conclusion: The presented model provides a comprehensive framework for the implementation of dynamic knowledge management in government organizations and can help to improve the absorption, sharing and exploitation of knowledge in these organizations.
