Designing the model of professional development of education managers in the 4th district of Tehran based on virtual education

Abstract :
The purpose of the current research is to design a model of professional development of education managers in the 4th district of Tehran based on virtual education. This research is practical in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of approach. The experts of the academic community and professionals of professional development of managers and virtual education were those who have executive records at the decision-making levels and are called knowledgeable experts. The research sample was selected in a purposeful way and using the theoretical saturation level, the number of 22 people. The data collection tool in this research was a semi-structured interview. The interview continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. The questions of this interview were prepared based on the review of the research literature and were reviewed by several professors and experts in order to be suitable and sufficient. Fuzzy Delphi was used to validate the results. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that the results of the open coding of the qualitative data collected using the textual content analysis interview tool showed that 176 open codes were identified among the concepts in the interviews, which were categorized into 32 categories. . Finally, 8 main categories were obtained. In the current research, the factors are placed in two levels. Individual factors and stakeholders were placed at the first level. Educational factors, human resources management, organizational communication management, program management, educational technology, law-oriented were placed in the second level.
