Abstract :
A requirement for comprehensive development is to have healthy and dynamic organizations, consisting of creative, productive and committed human resources which provide the growth and prosperity. The electronic training and development system plays an important role in administrative integrity through effective promotion of knowledge, skills and ethical behaviors. The purpose of this research is to explain the indicators of the E-training and development to improve the administrative integrity in National Iranian Oil Company. This research was conducted in a qualitative approach and the theme analysis method. The statistical population includes 15 experts of National Iranian Oil Company, who were selected by purposeful sampling (theoretical saturation). To identify the indicators and design the research model, a semi-structured interview method was used and coding was done through MAXQDA2020 software. Reliability was measured with Holsti method and validity through four criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The indicators of the electronic training and development system to improve administrative integrity were extracted in the form of 6 main themes, 13 sub-themes and 33 concepts. The findings have shown that the electronic training and development system leads to improving administrative integrity if it includes 6 main criteria: comprehensive and integrated electronic system, competence, transparency, management support, justice-oriented and communication. The results of the research have shown that the electronic training and development system with emphasis on meritocracy and justice-oriented principle, formulation of transparent procedures and regulations, management support in accountability and participation will lead to the improving administrative integrity.
