Advancements in technology have significantly facilitated fieldwork for engineers and researchers by providing new tools and methods. Utilizing tools and software designed for routing, orientation, and traffic management has proven highly efficient and effective in field surveys, particularly in river engineering. One such software is AlpineQuest. This application is easily installable on both Android and iPhone devices, granting users access to topographic maps, Google Earth imagery, slope maps, and more for any location on Earth. Additionally, AlpineQuest aids in determining the optimal route efficiently in terms of cost and time. This software offers various capabilities, including sketching, data collection in different formats, compatibility with other engineering software, and geometry calculations. In this study, AlpineQuest was used during a field visit to investigate the causes of the July 2022 flood in Rafsanjan. The software was used to register the accident locations, critical intersection structures, and the entrance to the floodway. The flood polygon was mapped and point data were defined within the application. Initial analyses of the field sites were conducted using Google Earth maps, Google Hybrid, and AlpineQuest slope maps. Subsequently, all data collected during the field visit were exported from AlpineQuest in GIS format. The findings indicate that factors such as long-term precipitation, urban development in the downstream alluvial fan, critical intersection structures near accident locations, and the presence of unregulated flood control structures upstream from Rafsanjan airport were responsible for the flood in Rafsanjan City. Given the remarkable growth in online content and extensive user engagement, understanding user behavior and providing accurate content recommendations stands as a significant challenge in data mining and recommendation systems. This article introduces a comprehensive approach to enhance user profiling accuracy and increase precision in web page recommendations. It initiates this process by introducing an innovative feature called "user engagement duration with web pages," significantly aiding in improving user profiles. Leveraging these enriched profiles facilitates predicting a user's next web page visit. Evaluating this model, comparison with a scenario lacking this new feature demonstrates a substantial increase in prediction accuracy upon its inclusion. Additionally, we delve into cluster analysis, employing k-means and k-medoids algorithms, where k-medoids demonstrate greater diversity in sample clustering. The paper establishes the superiority of using k-medoids in this domain and emphasizes the importance of determining optimal cluster sizes. Ultimately, this research culminates in developing a web recommendation system capable of highly accurate predictions regarding the user's next web destination. Hence, the proposed approach enhances the model's precision in recommending links to users and promises further advancements in this field. Manuscript profile

This paper analyzes critically how the philosophy of engineeringaffects to collect the history of engineering so that it is answered indetail to this problem that “Does the history of engineering entail thephilosophy of engineering”. At first, it is identified the relation ofbetween engineering and technique, in order to be explored the relationof between engineering and technology. Therefore, it is definedtechnology as an actual epistemic system and engineering as aknowledge and potential creative practice into the technologicalframework. Thus, it is understood the philosophy of engineering as adeveloped field of the philosophy of technology so that it isdistinguished as an independent philosophical field with having, atleast, a unique original question “what is engineering”. Therefore, someof issue and problem in the philosophy of technology transfer into thephilosophy of engineering and influence it, some of problem such as:the demarcation problem between engineered artifact and naturalobject, the demarcation problem between engineering and science, theexistential and historical priority problem between engineering andscience, and the autonomy problem of engineering knowledge to socialcontext. Finally, according to the applicable and open problems, it isshowed how the philosophy of engineering and its problems affects tocollect the history of engineering. Consequently, it seems thatresearchers of the history of engineering should concern the problemsfor their studies and think about them critically and strategically. Manuscript profile

Introduction and objects:The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of urban engineering system in controlling the physical development of Tehran. Physical development is controlled in a regular and organized manner when the criteria and framework for controlling urban development are specified and urbanism engineers are members of the Engineering System Organization as knowledgeable individuals, with the help of the power given to them by the Engineering System Organization, apply them in the city. Method: Research based on purpose, has an application and in terms of nature, has a survey method. In collecting data, the documentary and field methods were used. To compile and confirm the research indicators, the Delphi method was used in three stages of surveys of ten urbanism elders. One-sample t-test, Pearson correlation, multivariate recursion, heuristic factor analysis, Friedman ranking were used to analyze the data and Kolomogorov-Smirinov test was used to evaluate the normality of the data. The statistical population of the study includes 35 urban engineers with employment licenses, members of the Engineering System Organization of Tehran Province. The research indicators were measured by Likert spectrum with an average of 3 components and 26 components and 26 indicators. These components include comprehensive urban plan, passive defense considerations, justification plan to increase urban boundaries, justification plan outside urban boundaries, preparation of urban detail plan, urban adaptation of buildings, land separation plan and adaptation of urban land use. Findings: According to views of experts, the average of all indicators is 4.01, which is higher than the assumed average (3). Using Pearson test, the highest Pearson link is between the control of physical development in Tehran and the criteria of land separation plan (r=0.787). The amount of variance explained by the control of urban physical development by the components of the forecast variable (0.43) is significant. Conclusion: The results show that 43% of the control of urban physical development is affected by these variables (comprehensive urban plan, passive defense considerations, justification plan to increase urban boundaries, justification plan outside urban boundaries, preparation of urban detail plan, urban adaptation of buildings, land separation plan and adaptation of urban land use. ), which show a high degree of appropriateness and desirability and has the necessary explanatory and predictive power in the subject of research.    Manuscript profile

Permeable vanes are structures that move the erosion of the outer bank of the river by diverting the erosive flow from the outer arch of the river to its center. In this study, the pattern of erosion and sedimentation around the hydraulic structure in the installation conditions of different distances from each other has been studied. Six-pillar concrete elements are materials that form a permeable structure overlapping and are applicable without drying the riverbed. These blocks need to be examined for how the structure works. With this concept, in the present study, the performance of this structures were performed in a laboratory channel with a width of 60 cm and a 180 degree flume under different hydraulic conditions (Fr = 0.227, 0.244, 0.261, 0.278). The required data were measured at different distances (5L, 6L, 7L, 8L) with an effective length equal to 20% of the width of the flume (L=12cm). Control experiment was performed in similar conditions to other scenarios without groins construction. Comparison of the results of the control and main experiments showed that the construction of permeable rectangular groin with a distance of 5L had the best efficiency in reducing the maximum depth of scour at the outer bank compared to the control experiments equal to 70.1% and 57.9% in Froud numbers of 0.227 and 0.261, respectively. The correct determination and prediction of sediment transportation by the river is very important for water resources management, flood reduction and environmental sustainability projects. Analysis of sediment particle size can show important information about the origin, history, transportation and deposition conditions of the sediment. However, this matter has been less considered. This study was therefore conducted at Vaz River located in Mazandaran Province to investigate effects of sand harvesting on morphometric characteristics of suspended sediments at upstream and downstream of the study mine. For this purpose, monthly samplings were made at upstream and downstream of the mine from February 2012 to January 2013. The particle sizes of suspended sediment were measured by Master Sizer and corresponding distribution and specifications including mean, sorting, skewness and kurtosis were also analyzed by the GRADISTAT software package. The range of variations of D10, D50, D90, and average particle size of the study samples were obtained as 0.34-1.12, 3.24-13.41, 14.12-90.74 and 3.19-11.45 microns. In addition, changes of sorting, skewness and kurtosis were found from 3.11 to 6.38, -0.13 to -0.32 and 0.88 to 1.29, respectively. Mines discontinuous activity and distance between study mines and sampling locations could be considered as main factors behind non-significant effects of sand and gravel mining on changing suspended sediment particle size distribution. Background and Objective: With population growth and the pattern changes of the societies towards consuming more energy and resources, the reduction of fossil fuel reserves, lack of access to freshwater resources, and increasing environmental pollutants caused people to feel the need of using new and cleaner methods of energy production. Therefore, the use of renewable energy systems is one way to solve some of these problems. Material and Methodology: The present research is descriptive-analytical with an applied approach that its purpose is to use renewable energy in two design scenarios including solar collector, biofuels, and incineration plant in order to meet the partial need for the power and freshwater of the island. The simulation of the two proposed scenarios was performed by MATLAB, TRNSYS, and AspenTech engineering software. Techno-economical evaluations of the power and freshwater produced along with environmental impacts were also analyzed and reported. Findings: According to the results, it was found that the second scenario consisting of incineration plant - biofuel produced more power and freshwater than the first scenario and can also facilitate the management of waste in the region, while the first design including a solar collector - biofuel despite its lower power production, supplied cleaner energy with much better financial results. Discussion and Conclusion: To summarize, both proposed scenarios have high potential to meet a major portion of the region's needs, and, based on strategic policies and sustainable development, each design can be selected according to the current priorities of the region. Background and Objective: The continuous accumulation of toxic materials such as heavy metals in soil due to interaction with industrial and domestic wastes has contributed to an extensive health hazards. Therefore, the aims of this study are to evaluate the ability of cement (as a chemical adsorbent) in remediation of contaminated soil and to compre the obtained results by the physical adsorption method through the addition of active smectite clay mineral. Method: To achieve the mentioned objectives, kaolinite soil in the laboratory conditions was contaminated with solutions containing 0 to 1 M concentration of Pb (NO3)2 in 1:10 ratio. Adding different percentages of cement and smectite to each sample, and after equilibrating, changes in pH and concentrations were determined. Tests of hydraulic conductivity (permeability), unconfined compression strength (UCS), toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) and SEM were also performed to evaluate the impact of adsorbent type on reduction of the of pollution transportation potential. Findings: The results indicate that at low concentrations of contaminants (up to 50 cmol/kg.soil), the type of absorbent does not have much influence on the heavy metals removal from contaminated soils. It was found that with the increase of the pollutant concentration and due to the buffering capacity reduction and the restructed clay mineral, the possibility of soil remediation through the physical absorption method is greatly decreased. Unlike the smectite limitation encountering with contaminated soil containing the heavy metals, the cement has a high adsorption capacity to adsorbe heavy metals. In the same content of adsorbent and with the increase of the Pb concentration, the amount of its reduction in the presence of cement is 15 times more than what observed in the presence of smectite. In addition, it can be seen that the particles solidification in the samples containing cement improves the engineering properties of materials, causes to trap the pollutants within the soil mass and consequently reduces the leaching and emission capability of pollutants as compared to the physical attraction method. Conclusion: According to the results, using the physical adsorption to remove the heavy metals from contaminated soils (particularly at high concentrations of contaminant) is not recommended. Unlike the smectite limitation encountering with contaminated soil, application of cement is very effective to remove contaminants from the soil due to the combination of two mechanisms of stabilization and solidification. In appropriate remediation condition and with respect to EPA criteria, application of 0.1% of cement per 1 cmol/kg.soil contamination leads to safe remediation of the heavy metals from in contaminated soils.  Manuscript profile

Introduction: The main goal of software companies is to provide solutions in various fields to better meet the needs of customers. The process of successful modeling depends on finding the right and accurate requirements. However, the key to successful development for adapting and integrating different developed parts is the importance of selecting and prioritizing the requirements that will advance the workflow and ultimately lead to the creation of a quality product. Validation is the key part of the work, which includes techniques that confirm the accuracy of a set of requirements for building a solution that leads to the project's business objectives. Requirements change during the project, and managing these changes is important to ensure the accuracy of the software built for stakeholders. In this research, we will discuss the process of checking and validating the software requirements.Method: Requirement extraction is conducted by means of discovery, review, documentation, and understanding of user needs and limitations of a system. The results are presented in the form of products such as text requirements descriptions, use cases, processing diagrams, and user interface prototypes.Findings: Data mining and recommender systems can be used to increase the necessary needs, however, another method. of social networks and joint filtering can be used to create requirements for large projects to identify needs.Discussion: In the area of product development, requirements engineering approaches focus exclusively on requirement development. There are challenges in the development process due to the existence of human resources. If the challenges are not seen well at this stage, it will be extremely expensive after the software production. Therefore, in this regard, errors should be minimized and they should be identified and corrected as soon as possible. Now, with the investigations carried out, one of the key issues in the field of requirements is the discussion of validation, which first confirms that the requirements are able to be implemented in a set of characteristics according to the system description, and secondly, a set of essential characteristics. such as complete, consistent, according to standard criteria, non-contradiction of requirements, absence of technical errors, and lack of ambiguity in requirements. In fact, the purpose of validation is to ensure the result that a sustainable and renewable product is created according to the requirements.  Manuscript profile

Nowadays, Iranian designers, contractors, and government agents encounter with a lot of problems in their construction projects. The main reasons of the occurring problems can be incorrect designing, the perplexity of technology, variety of expertise needed, plenty of activities and number of stakeholders engaged. For these reasons, the project is not usually completed in due time and in the amount of the predicted cost scope. Value engineering (VE) is a problem-solving method (PSM) based on the systematic job plan and creativity. VE aims at reviewing the project and identifying the opportunity of saving project cost and time. Regretfully, in the same cases, VE is not adjusted with needs, specifications, and limits of project construction and that cannot remove the problems. This paper can use concepts and techniques of total quality management (TQM) for developed VE structure and increase its effect on the construction project. To create a new model, first, VE, TQM, and problem of construction project were reviewed. Next, using other accomplished researchers in this field of study, development potentials of VE was identified. Finally, a new model was issued based on the studies.   Manuscript profile

In our new world situation, independence of societies, more than ever lays on finding new ways toward development. Since information technology can’t any more be regarded as an advantage, the importance of human resources as a potential capital capable of facing with national and international problems, seems to be vital? For encouraging innovations, initial steps toward freedom of thought and the so-called "software movement" has been started. But what is necessary is a continuing and progressive movement. Paying special attention to this issue thus needs appropriate educational policy in higher education. Unfortunately, our present economical situation, the phenomenon of educational impurities in universities, and the problem of "brain drain", are not good symptoms when evaluating the status of science .Scientific and academic norms in society are potentially vulnerable at present time and universities, more than anything, look like agencies just for producing academic degrees. Because of vulnerability of status and value of science, the higher education system in our country has been damaged. Moreover, without motivated students for learning, adequate output for satisfying development demands is not achievable. Higher education is in crisis. This article tries to show the limitations and problems in front of development plans in higher education and suggests operational solutions for improving the spirit if innovation and entrepreneur through Attitude Reengineering in universities   Manuscript profile

Silk fibroin (SF) is a natural fibrous protein that has been widely studied for application in the biomedical field as a matrix for tissue engineering. Pure fibroin was extracted from silk cocoon by degumming method using aqueous Na2CO3 solution followed by solubilizing in CaCl2-C2H5OH-H2O aqueous solution and frozen in liquid nitrogen, then lyophilized in freeze-dryer. SF fibers with diameters down to the nanometer range are formed by subjecting a fluid jet to a high electric field. The electrospinning of the SF sponge was performed with formic acid, as a spinning solvent, at 7% (w/w) fibroin concentration. In this regard, electrospinning parameters including voltage, flow rate, and distance were used as variable parameters, and the effect of changes in these parameters was investigated. The morphology of SF nanofibers was characterized by SEM. As the flow-rate increased, the available polymer volume was high which increased the nanofiber diameter. Also the lower the solution flow-rate, the smaller the diameter of the resultant electrospun nanofibers and bead defects. With an increase in the distance between the capillary and the collector the nanofiber diameter initially decreased to a minimum and then increased. Manuscript profile

Food waste is a serious problem with negative environmental and economic consequences. Unused food (whether as waste or by-products referred to as food residue) is a source of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, minerals and bioactive compounds. which can be used to prevent them from being thrown away in an alternative or secondary cycle. Current investigations in the direction of using food residues for single cell protein bioengineering, addressing aspects of production, nutrition and safety, are the main perspectives of SCP production. SCP are obtained from various microorganisms, including fungi, bacteria, yeasts and algae, in pure form or a mixture of these. SCPs generally contain a high percentage of protein and are a source of essential amino acids including methionine, threonine and lysine. Using food residues as a substrate for SCP production reduces production costs. However, the challenges of optimization on an industrial scale remain strong. The use of food waste and agricultural by-products can be a promising alternative for protein production.  Manuscript profile

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an approach to using sources so that maximum added value for the company may be achieved. Likewise, costly activities in performance procedures or in the whole company will be reduced to the minimum level as a result of BRP. BPR usage and its advantages are well identified and appreciated in the private sector. However, there is an information gap concerning implementation of BRP in public sector and government organization. Accordingly, the present study attempts to investigate the effect of public sector on the success of BPR performance and settling the predictable challenges including human and technical categories in the process of BPR performance in governmental organizations. Attempts are made to explore whether paying attention to special features of governmental organization have any effect on BPR performance in such organizations, as typically predicted by experts. Two types of problems may emerge in the process of BPR implementation; human resource problems and technical problems. To solve them, the researchers present two corresponding solutions. That is to solve human challenges, special attention must be paid to the factors affecting human resources and influencing BPR. To solve technical challenges, BEST PRACTICES are introduced. One of the key factors that lead organizations and high education centers to deficieney is that their processes and obtained results are not evaluted well. In the case that high education centers realize their positions well and become aware of their weaknesses, they will no doubt attempt to eliminate those deficiencies. The purpose of this research, whose implementation scope is one of the technical-engineering complexes, is to present a method for the evalution of the performance of management in engineer training centers based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) excellence model. Since the existing decision – making environment of high education centers, like many other organizations, is generally fuzzy and vague, for a further adjustment of the mentioned method with the existing situations of high education centers the proposed model is designed in fuzzy environments so that we would be able to evaluate the management performance of high engineering education centers in a more accurate way.  Manuscript profile

Management is a behavior that the managers show according to their positions for managing the organization, and behavior is a component which is shaped and identified on the basis of thinking and value principles and which creates behavior differences. Management is not exception to this rule. The difference in managements and even in individuals refers to this point, too.The fundamental difference of  to Alavi culture from other cultures and especially the Western culture has also caused management to have a different nature and feature in this culture.   These differences have been demonstrated in different shapes, the most prominent of which are the Alavi management with the practical pattern of the management of Amir-al-momenin(peace be upon him) and the Omavi management under Moavieh's management, which can be studied in detail using the historical evidence.Considering this point in the article,we have tried to answer this fundamental question: What are the differences between the management in Alavi culture and other theories of management in the contemporary age? After doing some case studies and content analysis which lasted for three years, we came to this conclusion that the management in Alavi culture has some structural, content, and instrumental differences from the other theories.   Manuscript profile

Organizational processes today are markedly different from decades ago. When processes become old and inefficient and can't deliver results that they were originally designed, for they must be redesigned or replaced. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a process-based management tool that can deliver, redesign or replace inefficient processes, as required. Despite high effectiveness of reengineering, the implementations of these projects often fail.  The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of components of BPR projects implementation on the success of these projects. The developed model included business process reengineering project success, as the dependent variable and top management support, organizational culture, education, communication, ICT infrastructure and BPR project management as the independent variables. Research population included individuals who involved in the reengineering projects in organizations that have recently implemented these projects. By using manual and electronic questionnaires, the data of 150 persons involved in BPR projects were collected. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling was performed, using the R software. Because these projects are in their early stage of implementation in Iran, only the effect of ICT infrastructure and BPR project management was approved. Manuscript profile

The main objective of this study is to investigate value engineering and its impact on the dimensions of organizational performance in the Water and Wastewater Administration of West Azerbaijan Province and present guidelines for the successful implementation of value engineering in order to enhance organizational performance in the mentioned office. The theoretical framework of the research is based on S.Iyer’s value engineering operational model as well as Kaplan and Norton’s operational model of organizational performance. In the regard, one main hypothesis and four minor hypotheses have been put forward. The statistical population consists of 375 staff members of the Water and Wastewater Administration of West Azerbaijan Province, from among whom a sample of 190 was selected through the use of Cochran’s formula and stratified random sampling technique. The measurement tool is a questionnaire, which was distributed among the subject. Before testing the hypotheses, the researchers used Kolmogorov-Smirnov test in order to evaluate the normal distribution of the variables. The results showed that the variables of value engineering and organizational performance do not have a significant difference from the normal distribution. Thus, for data analysis within the parametric statistics frame, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and linear regression were used. The results indicated that about 0.287 of the changes in the dependent variable (organizational performance) and its four dimensions (personnel satisfaction, customer satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and financial results of the market) are accounted for by the changes in the independent variable (value engineering), which is also the indicator of the positive and direct relationship between the two variables. Degradable polymers belonging to the aliphatic polyester family are currently the most attractive group of synthetic polymers. Natural and synthetic materials used in tissue engineering scaffolds should have properties such as proper biocompatibility and biodegradability with controllable degradation and adsorption rate. Synthetic polymers provide the mechanical support required by the system and the tensile strength for cell attachment and growth. Compared to synthetic polymers, natural polymers are more compatible and reduce the likelihood of tissue rejection after transplantation. In this article, sodium alginate (SA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) were used to produced porous scaffold. For this purpose, different percentages of SA and PVA were prepared for electrospinning technique. The PCL/80PVA: 20SA scaffold was evaluated by fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), light microscopy (LM), swelling, biodegradability and biocompatibility analyzes after plasma process. Morphological examination showed the fiber diameter was about 299 nm and the inflation and degradation were reported at 92% and 18%, respectively. The contact angle created is equal to 42 °and the biocompatibility study for the scaffold showed 93% survival rate. The obtained results showed that PCL/80PVA: 20SA scaffold after plasma can be used in tissue engineering. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of macroeconomic variables, inflation rate, exchange rate, as well as the global commodity price index and economic sanctions on the price index of the technical and engineering services industry in Iran's capital market . This study, which is an application of the autocorrelation model with distributed lag (ARDL), has been carried out using monthly data during the period of 1387-1400. The results of the pattern estimation indicate that our dynamic pattern is moving towards the long-term pattern. Also, the results of the error correction model show that 91% of the deviation of the model from its long-term path is corrected by the model variables every year. According to the results, the global commodity price index and the sanctions index have negative effects, and the variables of the exchange rate and inflation rate have positive and significant effects on the price index of the technical engineering services industry. Also the global commodity price index has the highest elasticity compared to other research variables. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The engineered tissue structure includes three components: cells, signaling pathway and scaffold. The polylactide-co-glycolide/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/HA) has attracted much attention due to their optimal properties because of using PLGA polymer and hydroxyapatite. The aim of this study was to evaluate the biocompatibility effect of PLGA/HA scafffold on osteoblast differentiated from hEnSCs. We aimed to evallute the adhesin of cells on scaffolds. hEnSCs were isolated from human endometrium tissue and induced the osteogenic differentiation, then the differentiated cells were cultured on PLGA/HA synthetic scaffolds. A nanocomposite scaffolds based on PLGA/HA were fabricated by electrospinning methode and behavior of differentiated osteoblast cells was evaluated after seeding cells on this scaffold. Osteogenesis was investigated in terms of attachment, alkaline phosphatase activity and gene expression. Morphogenic of cells in scaffold was evaluated by SEM and biocampatibility of this scaffold was confirmed by MTT assay. The alkaline phosphatase activity confirmed osteoblast differentiation. SEM studies showed that the surface properties of scaffold were desirable and the cells had the ability to attach and proliferate better on the nanocomposite scaffolds. It has been shown that the nanocomposite scaffolds have appropriate properties to support the attachment of differentiated osteoblast cells. Manuscript profile

Diabetes Mellitus is an autoimmune and chronic disorder that has spread rapidly all over the world due to lifestyle and obesity. In this study, we are trying to find an effective step in controlling diabetes by designing an engineered tissue and grafting it to different sites in the animal model. Uterine endometrial mesenchymal stem cells (EnMSCs) were prepared using the enzymatic extraction method and PAN nanofiber scaffold by electrospinning method. EnMSCs were cultured on the scaffold and transplanted into diabetic rats treated with streptozotocin. The engineered tissue was transplanted in one group peritoneally in the abdominal cavity and the other group subcutaneously. Also, in another group of rats, EnMSCs were injected through the tail. After transplantation, blood glucose, insulin, and weight of rats were measured. The findings of the present study showed that the method and area of stem cell transplantation play an important role in the control of diabetes. In the groups receiving EnMSCs, glucose concentration, blood insulin level, and body weight were improved compared to the control group. Compared to other groups, glucose concentration decreased significantly and blood insulin level and body weight increased significantly in rats receiving a peritoneal transplant. In the subcutaneous transplant group and the injection group, there was no significant difference in the investigated criteria. According to the results of this study, transplantation of EnMSCs using PAN scaffold in the peritoneal site can be suggested for the treatment of diabetes, although more studies are needed in this field to provide a complete treatment. One of the challenges in tissue engineering is polymer material selection and design of a suitable structure for hydrogels. In this study, N-isopropylacrylamide/Acrylic acid/N-Acryloxysuccinicimide/2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate-poly lactide hydrogel  (NIPAAm/AAC/NAS/HEMAPLA) was prepared with various molar ratio by ring-opening polymerization method to fabricate hydrogel substrate with properties of injectability, thermosensitive, physical and mechanical similar of soft tissues. The hydrogel with the ratio of 80/5/5/10 was selected as ideal groups (group 1). Methylcellulose was also used in the hydrogel structure to improve quality of the hydrogel (group 4). Then, the physicochemical, mechanical and biological properties of the hydrogels were evaluated. The results showed, molar ratio of polymers not only plays an important role in enhancing hydrophilicity, porosity, elastic modulus-like soft tissues, and cell proliferation, but also the presence of methyl cellulose lead to the improvement of the mentioned properties. So that, hydrogels of groups 1 and 4 provide an ideal environment for improving cellular activities due to hydrophilicity of more than 51%, elastic modulus-like cardiac tissues (68.1 kPa and 79.22 kPa, respectively), biocompatibility above 90%, with compared to other groups. It seems that the mentioned hydrogels (1 and 4 groups) can imitate soft tissue properties such as cardiac and be effective to regenerate and repair. In the other hand, these thermosensitive and inject ability hydrogels lead to a uniform mixing of cells and growth factors, as well as can apply to the cell therapy of soft tissue. Manuscript profile

In the context of society and social and public activities, individual ethics cannot be expected to be effective enough in the professional field; However, it can create synergy. Professional ethics from the perspective of the Qur'an and the lives of the innocents (peace be upon them) is generally based on several main principles, which include respect for the dignity and freedom of human beings, attention to society's values, usefulness and non-harming, justice and accountability. According to the rich teachings of Islam, it is obligatory for the general society to observe these principles. Factors such as strengthening faith, organizational affiliation, commitment, refraining from conflicts of interest, honesty and trustworthiness are considered a type of executive guarantee for regulations and ethical codes. Depending on the type of thoughts and an engineer's adherence to values and moral principles, his performance is different; In fact, one cannot deny the ideological and social beliefs of an engineer in his professional practice; Therefore, in the field of engineering ethics, we are forced to study the successful experiences of the world's thinkers, localize the regulations according to the culture and capacity of the society, train experienced professors and teach in universities and other scientific centers. the goal of this research was to explain creativity based on personality traits. One-hundred and twenty-one female and 167 male college students, with a mean age of 24, were chosen by random multistage sampling method from the schools of art and architecture (N=98), physical education (N=93) and engineering (N=98). The participants completed the Torrance Creativity Inventory (1966) and the Five Factor Personality Inventory (Costa & Mc Crae, 1992). Results showed that in all three groups creativity was correlated with neuroticism (negatively) and with openness, extraversion and conscientiousness (positively). Positive correlation between creativity and agreeableness was significant only in the physical education group. Comparison of correlations in all three groups using Fisher’s transformation was only significant between creativity and agreeableness in the two groups of physical education and art. Stepwise regression indicated that openness, extraversion and conscientiousness explained 34% of variance in creativity scores in the art group, extraversion and conscientiousness predicted 28% of variance in the engineering group, and agreeableness, extraversion and conscientiousness accounted for 38% of variance in creativity scores for the physical education group. It appears that personality traits can predict different levels of creativity in students Manuscript profile

Microbial oils are of great interest to researchers as they provide essential fatty acids and are among renewable energy sources. Oleaginous microorganisms have the ability to produce oils up to 60% of their weight, most of which are accumulated in the form of triglycerides. Fouroleaginous genera including bacteria, microalgae, fungi, and yeasts are among the largestproducers of microbial oils. A variety of physical and chemical factors are effective in microbial oils production, among which carbon source, nutrient deficiency, temperature, light intensity and pH of the environment can be noticed. Considering the constraints faced by various physical and chemical treatments in microbial oils production, most researches are currently focusing ongenetic modifications to enhance lipid production in oleaginous microorganisms. This articlereviewed 210 peer-reviewed articles entitled engineering of lipid production in oleaginousmicroorganisms in scientific databases during 1990-2017, among which 89 to particles wereselected for further assessments. In order to have the best achievement in replacement of new oil sources on a large scale, these resources should be optimized in terms of unique properties such as unsaturated fatty acids production, lipid yield, as well as lipid profile. The present study is anattempt to recommend some basic approaches to increase microbial oils production by oleaginous microorganisms. These strategies should be in line with genetic and environment-protection priorities. Concurrently, they could be useful for knowledge-based enterprises from the economical point of view. Among different types of Ti alloys, Ti-6Al-4V alloy has been most used in biological applications. Because of the toxicity of Al and V elements there is trend for replacing them with Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy as a new generation of titanium alloy. In the current study plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) process was used to create an oxide film on Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy at different processing time of 1, 4, 7 and 10 minutes in a bath containing Ca and P ions at 250V. Microstructure of the specimens was studied by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). Rresults showed that the oxide film formed by PEO process contains Ti6O, Nb6O and CaHPO4 phases and increasing the time of process have no effect on the thickness of the coating. Dynamic Polarization test and time dependency of the open circuit potential was used for evaluating the corrosion behavior of the specimens in deaerated Ringer's solution. Results showed that the specimen treated for 1 minute has the lower icor and the higher Ecor (2.5×10-7 A/Cm2 and -0.12 V vs. Ag/AgCl respectively). Manuscript profile

Biodegradable porous scaffold polymers are good candidates for tissue engineering. In this research, a three-dimensional porous poly-lactic acid (PLA) scaffold was prepared using a Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) including about 70% porosity. The study of the phases of primary filament and scaffold using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) test shows that no significant phase difference has been created due to the manufacturing process and the polymer retains its phases properties. The results of the mechanical properties evaluation by the compression test show that the mechanical properties of the scaffold are different in both the parallel and perpendicular directions of the Z axis during the printing, and the mechanical properties of the scaffold are of anisotropic property. Microstructural study by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) also shows that the morphology of scaffold porosities is different in two directions, and this is the main cause of anisotropic mechanical properties. Anisotropy of the mechanical properties of FDM produced scaffolds should be considered during load bearing applications in vivo. Manuscript profile

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a natural fibrin matrix containing platelets and growth factors in the blood that increases the bone tissue repair. In this study, polycaprolactone/chitosan (scaffold A) and polycaprolactone/chitosan core-shell scaffold containing PRF (scaffold B) were fabricated by uniaxial electrospinning and coaxial electrospinning methods, respectively and were characterized. Surface morphology, fiber diameter, porosity, mechanical properties, and functional groups on the scaffolds surface were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transition electron microscopy (TEM), displacement liquid method, tensile strength test, and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, respectively. The average fibers diameter of the scaffold B decreased to 160 nm as compared to 179 nm for the scaffold A. Also, the presence of chitosan containing PRF in the core with the formation of hydrogen bonding with polycaprolactone in the shell of the scaffold B caused a scaffold with excellent mechanical properties and elastic modulus 40 MPa. Cell viability and adherence of bone cells on the surface scaffolds were evaluated via MTT assay. Due to the present of PRF in the scaffold B, the bone cells growth and cells adhesion on the surface of scaffold B increased compared to the scaffold A. In this study, after studying the structural and thermal properties of polymer by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential calorimetery analysis (DSC), thermal gravimetery analysis (TG) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests, to determine the appropriate temperature range of 3D printing, rigid polylactic acid (PLA) implants were prepared by Fused Deposition Modeling FDM at three different temperatures of 200, 210 and 220 °C as standard tensile test specimens. The results of the tensile test showed that in this range, as the print temperature increased, the samples had higher strength and higher fracture stress. Also to further investigate the effect of the FDM temperature, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images were taken from the surface of the printed samples. Microscopic images show that as the print temperature increases, the melt spray and diffusion are more severe and the sample surface is rough. The results show that 210 °C is the optimum temperature for PLA printing. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to investigate the topography surface and ability of this scaffold in combination with the mesenchymal and fibroblast cells. In this regard, several different ratios of hydroxyapatite / ostrich eggshell scaffold were created to determine the surface properties and responsiveness to the cells with different types of hydroxyapatite/ostrich eggshell (OsE/HA) combinations (ratios 0-1, 1-2, 1-1, 2-1, 1-0). Natural biomaterials including ostrich eggshells which contain the minerals such as calcium carbonate, play a major role in the fabrication of hard tissue scaffolds. Surface characterization was investigated using SEM and recognizing the scaffold properties by XRD, FTIR. Finally, direct contact (toxicity) test with fibroblast-like cells (L929) was performed to study the cytotoxicity response. After the scaffold toxicity test, the material was ready for in vitro acceptance test, which mesenchymal stem cells isolated from the adipose tissue of New Zealand white rabbit (RADMSCs) which kept with this bioscaffold. This study's results showed that this scaffold has the best biocompatibility and the highest surface lacuna for cell adsorption and attachment with hydroxyapatite / ostrich eggshell. Bioscaffold OsE/HA with the ratio of 1-2 has the best cell attachment among other groups. Natural biomaterials with synthetic materials can promote the bone tissue engineering in many ways. Bone tissue engineering is a promising approach to develop new appropriate treatments for bone tissue damage. One of the important goals in this field is to fabricate the scaffolds by mimicking the extracellular matrix. The aim of this study was to study the fabrication of polylactic acid/Laponite (PLA/LAP) scaffold and to investigate the behavior of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) on it. First, PLA scaffold was fabricated by electrospinning technique, and then LAP (0.8 wt%) was coated on it. The morphology of the scaffold was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy. The chemical structure of the scaffold was evaluated by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy and its hydrophilicity was tested by measuring the water contact angle. Finally, the biocompatibility of the scaffold and cell viability tested with MTT assay was performed on hBMSCs. The results of scaffold morphology showed a successful coat of LAP 0.8% on the surface of PLA scaffold. Furthermore, the hydrophilicity of PLA scaffold improved after coating with LAP 0.8%. The Biocompatibility of scaffold up to 24 hours and hMSCs viability up to 72 hours after cell culture were confirmed (p≤0.001). Based on the results of this study, it seems that PLA/LAP of 0.8% scaffold can be a promising candidate for bone tissue engineering applications by maintaining biocompatibility and cell viability due to the presence of ions in LAP nanoparticles. 3D printing of scaffolds at low temperatures is very promising for making artificial bone graft alternatives with more performance than traditional techniques. One of the most promising strategies in bone tissue engineering has focused on the development of biomimetic scaffolds. Ceramic-based scaffolds with osteogenic ability and mechanical properties are promising candidates for bone repair. The aim of this study was to adapt the flexibility and increasing the effect of inducing osteogenesis of Polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffold prepared by fused deposition modeling (FDM) method, using the combination of Collagen (COL) as a natural polymer with synthetic polymer and to investigate the behavior of MG63 cells on it. on it. After preparing the scaffold, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and ATR-FTIR spectroscopy were used. After 1,7,14 days, the ossification process of MG63 cells in different treatments was performed using alizarin red staining and alkaline phosphatase activity. The non-toxicity of scaffolds was also evaluated by MTT assay to ensure cell proliferation. From under a microscope, it was found that tissue engineering scaffolds distributed and connected almost rectangular pores evenly. The PCL/COL scaffold showed a significant difference in terms of viability compared to the polycaprolactone scaffold only in the differential medium (P ≤ 0.0001). The results of evaluating ALP activity in PCL/COL scaffolds were significantly higher than uncoated PCL scaffolds and control (P ≤ 0.0001). The results of this study showed that the use of PCL/COL scaffold can be considered a suitable medium for proliferation and differentiation of MG63 cells in bone tissue engineering. Therefore, the PCL/COL composite scaffold prepared by FDM printer can be widely used in bone tissue engineering due to the cell survival by COL. Manuscript profile

In recent years, the focus of researches in the field of tissue engineering has been on the preparation of scaffold materials and methods. 3D printing is an emerging technology that can accurately and quickly prepare bone tissue engineering scaffolds with specific shapes and structures. One of the most common 3D printing methods is fused deposition modeling (FDM), the materials used in this method are polymers such as polycaprolactone (PCL). In this study, 3D printed PCL scaffolds were made and due to the hydrophobic and non-osteogenic nature of PCL, the surface of the scaffolds was coated with a 1% solution of hydroxyapatite (HA) and bioactive glass (BG) bioceramics. Surface modification of PCL scaffolds was done to increase hydrophilicity and improve cell attachment. Field emission scanning electron microscop (FeSEM) images, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and mapping of the surface elements of the scaffolds confirmed the proper coating of PCL scaffolds with HA and BG bioceramics. The biocompatibility of PCL/HA/BG scaffolds and the cell viability and attachment on the surface of the scaffolds were investigated by seeding of human adipose mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs) and using MTT test and FeSEM images. Also, the potential of PCL/HA/BG scaffolds in osteogenic differentiation of hAMSCs was evaluated by alkaline phosphatase activity measurement test and immunocytochemical staining. The results showed that the three-component PCL/HA/BG scaffolds improved the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of hAMSCs, so the PCL/HA/BG scaffolds can be a suitable candidate for bone tissue engineering applications.             Regarding the notification of the Resistance Economic Policy in Iran, by Ayatollah Khamenei the supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution on the basis of the first article of the principle 110 of the constitution, which was studied in the Expediency Council and communicated to the heads of the three forces, some factors were considered in 24-part policy including decrease of dependence on oil and gas sales,  increase in production, employment. In accordance with this communicated policy, value engineering can be used for improvement of project management in the long term. It can act in the time of sanctions not only as an effective way and light and being an efficient instrument of economic policy, but also it can meet the country's independence. To fulfill this need, we must use a functional approach to value engineering instead of the traditional approach. which detects components that impose unnecessary costs and wasting time and removes them. The main objective of this paper is creating  a conceptual model of the impact of value engineering phases for the realization of policies of resistance economy and analysis of the impact among them using structural modeling techniques. For this purpose, 170 questionnaires of PNU universities of Ardebil and East Azarbaijan provinces were collected. After confirming the validity and dynamics of the questionnaire, data analysis became possible using structural modeling and by (Spss) and (Amos) softwares. The results showed that the total index value engineering can Fulfill to approximately 89% of the policies of Resistance economy.        Manuscript profile

Identifying the critical time and timing of plant irrigation based on a precise and basic plan is the key to water conservation, improvement of irrigation operations and plant tolerance to water shortage in agriculture. In recent years, vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been used in many plants to deal with dehydration and drought stress. In this regard, an experiment was conducted as split-plot in the form of randomized complete block design with 3 replications in the Yasuj region at years 2015 and 2016. Water stress was considered as the main factor in the form of irrigation after 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of evaporation from the evaporation pan class A and mycorrhizal fungus was considered as a secondary factor in the form of no application, application of Glomus mosseae and application of Glomus intraradices. The results showed that the interaction of irrigation and mycorrhizal fungi on flower phosphorus, flower yield, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage was significant. In irrigation levels after 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan, the use of mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices compared to the absence of fungi respectively increased the yield of plant flowers (30.04% and 27.35 %), (90.2% and 90.98%), (93.21% and 94.1%) and (81.73% and 78.86%), also, at these levels of irrigation, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage flower achieved a significant increase in the presence of mycorrhizal fungus, compared to the absence of mycorrhizal fungus application. Application of both strains of mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices in irrigation levels after 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan compared to no application of mycorrhizal fungus, respectively, resulted in a significant increase in the harvest index of Borage flower (44.55% and 43.36%), (13.21% and 15.96%) and (5.6% and 5.41%) and flower phosphorus (44.69% and 20.45%), (150% and 125%) and ( 267.74% and 235.48%). Mycorrhizal fungus was able to moderate the negative effects of drought stress and increase the above-mentioned traits in those irrigation levels, and based on the results of this study, irrigation treatment after 90 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan + the use of Glomus mosseae mycorrhizal fungi is recommended.
