Comparative study of Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with verse 41 of Surah Ankabut In family formation

Abstract :
Almighty God says in verse 41 of Ankbut:«.الْعَنْکَبُوتِ اتَّخَذَتْ بَیْتًا وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ الْبُیُوتِ لَبَیْتُ الْعَنْکَبُوتِ The question in the verse is about "Ohn al-biot labit al-anakbut", what is the characteristic of the spider and its house, why is this house weak and without foundation?What is the relationship between the looseness of spider webs and free sexual relations?In this article, with the conceptual analysis of "اوهن البیوت", an attempt has been made to explain this issue according to the Qur'anic context.The research method is analytical-argumentative and using library and software resources.The geometrical system of verses related to the family expresses the formation of a family based on equality and similarity, creating peace and living, observing the principle of consultation in life and producing a righteous generation.Based on the teachings of these verses, man and woman are of the same sex, and love between couples is a God-given thing, and the warmth of the family is for the existence of children and grandchildren.The most important characteristics of the family in the geometrical system of these verses are: social security in the shade of correct upbringing of the child, existence of a loving center for family members, mental health of community members and the fact that parents are the permanent genealogy of every human being and the reason for the child's belonging to his original origin, while there are none of these privileges in free relationships.
