Abstract :
Introduction and aim: Among the most important cultural issues of cultural engineering, education and the education of teachers in the education process and the good citizens of the community have a fundamental role. Cultural engineering education must include all four components of the system: teachers, professors, students, curriculum content and educational structure. This paper examines the impact of secondary school teachers and cultural engineering components and consequently has a good citizen training. This study aimed to identify the role of secondary school teachers in five districts of Tehran in engineering education in the areas of educational, cultural, social, political, and functioning properly is to educate citizens . Methodology : This paper is a descriptive and analytical study was conducted. This article is a case study of high school students and teachers in five school districts in Tehran. Conceptual framework of the proposed model and the model is Cheyenne . Results: Results indicate that cultural engineering dimensions, components and various parameters such as the (cultural), education, social and political . Conclusion : This study tries to introduce the three (cultural) political social engineering, cultural, educational, secondary school teachers in five districts of Tehran to clarify this aspect
