        Urban migration and urban growth are recognized as main challenges in developing countries. Education as one of fundamental strategies has key role in national development. Although, they have influenced several consequences on city and regional levels apart from academic mission, their main functions are resourceful human sources and contribution of knowledge as well as technical skill. Governments were allocating different funds from national capital for education budget to improve human resources which the parts of developed countries are 7% of GDP, and developing countries are 6% of GDP approximately. Since last decades, the universities have expanded through growth population and society’s cultural aspect of academic education, but the universities’ roles are ambiguous to achieve cities’ sustainable development in developing countries. Sustainable development as a process is multi-dimensional which tries to modify fundamental situation in social structures, public attitudes, and national institutions through economic growth, and social equality as well as reduce poverty. Generally, communities reach sustainable development when there are four main elements including: natural potential, appropriate current infrastructures, sufficient human resources, and adequate financial resources.          Under the special position for land, agricultural economy in North of Iran, the need of research is the consequences of universities establishment on their region’s sustainable development. The aim is to assess consequences for establishment of Islamic Azad University Sari branch toward sustainable development. There are several researches which focused on the Iranian’ universities impacts on social aspects such as employment, woman conditions, and public cultures, but a few studies have concentrated on Iranian universities consequences to achieve sustainable development. Different studies described that there are two main approaches to achieve sustainable development, including: people- oriented, and procedures based on participation. Theoretical framework for current study developed based on the sustainable development concept which included three fundamental components Environment, economic, and social.      Research method is conducted quantitatively and survey-based and then, primary data is collected by questionnaires which has been designed based on the several studies and consist of two main sections including personal information, and impacts of the university establishment based on the sustainable development components. A Lickert scale was employed to apply arranged choice variables in terms of the three main components of sustainable development including: Economic, social, and physical. The sample size has been determined by Cochran Formula and so, 380 persons had contributed among 400 people. The research has employed One-sample t-test and Friedman test to analyze collected data. The results reveal that significant and positive relation between Islamic Azad University of Sari and three major components of sustainable development, but the factors are different impacts. Thus, Azad University Sari branch has the greatest effect on economic aspect, and physical and social aspects are in next ranking respectively. Finally, the findings appear that the university impact on physical aspect of Sari city has been neglected and then, Sari’ surrounding areas have developed in lack of abilities and capacities of Islamic Azad University-Sari branch. Therefore, the university roles and potentials must be considered by authorities for urban planning process in different levels.  Manuscript profile

        Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the strategies of creating an entrepreneurial university in line with the transformation and excellence document of Islamic Azad University. Method: The research method was a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) which was used in the qualitative part of Meta-analysis and in the quantitative part of the descriptive method of correlation. The statistical population of the qualitative section included numerous domestic and foreign studies, which included 20 studies in the form of targeted sampling after screening the above studies. Also, in the quantitative part, the statistical population includes all active professors and experts in the field of entrepreneurship from the Islamic Azad University of Shiraz branch and its subsidiary units in the province in the number of 111 people who were selected through the entire population. Validity was done in a qualitative way using the triangulation method and in a quantitative way through a formal content method (with the approval of several professors of the university), which were approved after the desired reforms. In order to analyze the findings of this study in the qualitative part of document mining, due to the use of a Meta-analysis approach in the form of extracting concepts and conceptual codes and converting them into the dimensions of the desired model. Findings: The results showed that creative-technological factors, organizational factors, infrastructural-social factors and financial-economic factors were recognized as strategies for creating an entrepreneurial university in line with the transformation and excellence document of Islamic Azad University. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to develop the path of entrepreneurship in entrepreneurial university and in accordance with the transformation and excellence document of Azad University.         The aim of this research was to predict academic achievement by learning approaches and perception of the classroom goal among graduate students of IAU, Ahvaz Branch. It was a correlational study.  The population consisted of all graduate students of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz in 2015. The sample consisted of 384 male and female students who were selected using random stratified sampling. The instruments included Study Approaches Questionnaire (Marton and Saljo, 1976) and Perception of Classroom Goal Scale (Urdan and Midgley, 2000). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. The last step of stepwise regression showed the two variables namely deep approach and surface approach to learning are able to predict students’ progress and overall can explain 38% of the variance in academic achievement (P<0.05).         The main purpose of research is to prioritize and evaluate the dimensions and components of creativity training of middle managers of Islamic Azad University in the form of a conceptual model. This research has been done with a quantitative approach, which is cross-sectional in terms of practical objectives and quantitative in terms of data and in terms of the type of survey study. A total of 159 people (74 females and 85 males) were selected by stratified random sampling method who were active in 1400. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS-v26 and Smart PLS 3 software. To analyze the data, statistical methods appropriate to the level of measurement of variables and the main concepts of the research were used. The results showed that the highest priority is given to the educational requirements (0.936) and the lowest priority is given to the individual dimension (0.467) in teaching the creativity of middle managers of Islamic Azad University.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and position of women education on employment and development. The research method is applied and of two procedures descriptive- survey. The subjects are senior female students of all fields and university graduates as well. There were 1071 senior female students that 220 students were chosen as sample using Kerjcie and Morgan. There were also 2639 women graduates and the sample was 220 . The questionnaire that was used as a data gathering device was proved reliable using pre test and calculating alpha.  Its validity proved acceptable considering the experts` opinions.         The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between some social and individual factors related to the tendency of students of the Islamic Azad University of Tabriz to democracy. The type of research was applied, the research method was survey and the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the measurement tool was determined through the face validity and reliability of the instrument using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of students was Islamic Azad University of Tabriz with 12 faculties and had 20100 thousand students. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 377 people. The sampling method was stratified randomly proportional to the size of the population. According to the information obtained, Pearson correlation coefficient between the variables of tendency to democracy and religiosity is 0.65, which indicates a direct and positive relationship. Also, according to the test result, the average of the variable of tendency towards democracy varies according to the type of family. The tendency towards democracy is slightly higher among single students than among married students. Based on the findings, the tendency of students of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz to democracy varies according to the job status of students. There is a need to create the conditions for the creation and expansion of civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations in order for students to participate in political activities.         A glimpse into human history shows that political participation has always been of particular importance and in each society it is different based on the circumstances and contexts. Participation and political participation have always been considered by psychologists and sociologists. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social alienation and political participation. Many experts believe that alienation is an obstacle to people’s political participation especially students. This study is a survey and the sample population is determined using questionnaire. The population of the study includes 298 male and female students of Islamic Azad University of Naghadeh in 89-90 based on Cochran formula. The results show that there isn’t a significant relationship between social alienation and students’ political participation. Also, among social alienation components, there is only a significant relationship between feeling of social isolation and political participation. It is concluded that political participation doesn’t play any role in increasing or decreasing the students’ political participation.         The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational learning among academic members and staff in first Islamic AzadUniversity region, and presenting a model for improving organizational learning. The research method was quantity and correlation. The statistical population was academic members and Staff. Using Morgan table, the sample size was (156 staff and 169 academic members). The ratio stratified sampling was used. Gathering data was done through two standard questionnaires namely are chosen by sampling and subjects responds: Nife Organizational Learning (2001) and Albrekht Organizational Intelligence (2003). To test the hypotheses inferential statistic such as two variable regression, stepwise regression and multiple regression in an INTER model were used. The results showed that the organizational intelligence dimensions such as: strategic perspective, common fate, tendency to change and mood variables in both groups had more percentage than organizational learning variable. The results of predicted model of organizational learning through organizational intelligence components showed that the rate of organizational learning through common fate, tendency to change, mood, applying knowledge and performance pressure was 83% , the rate of common fate through mood, applying knowledge and performance pressure was 61%, the rate of mood through applying knowledge and performance pressure was 50% and finally the rate of applying knowledge through and performance pressure was 67 %.         هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی و شناخت الگوهای ازدواج و ارتباط این الگوها با رضایت زناشویی دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سنندج است. چارچوب نظری مطالعه از ترکیب نظریات نوسازی، همسان‌همسری، میدانی لوین و مبادله گرفته شده و بر مبنای آن‌ها، مدل نظری و فرضیات تحقیق ساخته و پرداخته شد. این مطالعه با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی و به روش پیمایشی در سال 1391 انجام گرفت. داده‌های تحقیق با تکنیک پرسشنامه ترکیبی (محقق‌ساخته و استاندارد) از 272 نفر دانشجوی همسردار که با روش‌های طبقه‌ای متناسب و خوشه‌ای یک مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، جمع‌آوری گردید. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از به تأییدرسیدن اکثریت فرضیات تحقیق بود، هر چند که برخی از یافته‌ها در جهت مورد انتظار نبوده است. بر اساس نتایج، سطح و میزان رضایت زناشویی بر حسب الگوهای ازدواج، عوامل همسان‌همسری و ویژگی‌های جمعیتی پاسخگویان و همسران آن‌ها متفاوت و معنی‌دار بوده است. نتایج رگرسیون چند متغیره حاکی از آن بود که در رضایت زناشویی دانشجویان ترکیبی از عوامل الگوهای ازدواج و عوامل جمعیتی و نوسازی تأثیر دارند و این عوامل حدود 65 درصد از تغییرات رضایت زناشویی را توضیح می‌دهند. به طور خلاصه، نتایج مطالعه حاضر با پیش‌فرض‌های رویکردهای نوسازی و ایده‌ای، همسان همسری و تا حدودی نظریه میدانی لوین انطباق داشته است.         The objective of this study, is to design the internal audit model through modern technologies in Islamic Azad Universities based on the Grounded theory. For this purpose, in 2022, using the snowball sampling method with 17 specialized faculty boards, managers, and auditors of Azad University and other experience in the auditing field, in-depth interviews were conducted up to the saturation stage. Research data were analyzed using the coding method and the main categories and concepts were extracted. A conceptual model was presented by which the influential components in internal audit were identified through new technologies. The results suggested that the most important causal conditions that can be effective in this model are internal control system traditional assessment, web-based accounting, post-expenditure monitoring, integration and coordination, financial discipline, and resource management. Also, to conduct internal audit through new technologies, strategies such as enhancing the quality level of internal audit, agility of the internal control system, alteration and improving processes, and accountability to stakeholders should be adopted. Finally, the research model indicates that internal audit through new technologies in Azad University can have consequences such as continuous auditing, increasing audit quality, eliminating the paper system, pre-expenditure monitoring, increasing financial transparency, reducing audit costs, fast and reliable reporting, protection of people's rights and tuition fees Manuscript profile

        Purpose: Identification of effective components in cloud-based knowledge-sharing behavior among the faculty members of Islamic Azad University (IAU). Method: This research is a mixed-method approachin , and . For the purpose of the research, the faculty members of Islamic Azad University (IAU) all over the country amounted to 2800 were studied and the multistage sampling method and Cochran Formula were used for determining the sample size including 397 faculty members. In this research, structured interviews and electronic questionnaires were used as a research tool in two qualitative and qualitative stages. In order to realize the objectives of the research, interviews with elite members having mastery of the matter in hand were maintained until reaching a theoretical adequacy.. Also, the research employed structural equations (Partial Least Square Model) in order to analyze the research data, using smartPLS software.         This research aim is surveying and analysis of familiarity and use of faculty members of Azad Islamic university of Fars province with database in related field. Research method is descriptive and means of data gathering is questionnaire. Analysis of data is made by descriptive and with help of SPSS. Result of this research shows that more than 80% of faculty members are familiar with the database of related field. But among familiarity of different educational group the only meaning full difference were between human science and engineering science group that shows that with increasing the average of engineering group it was recognized the engineering group is more familiar with their related database. Also among 11 factors affecting on not using of faculty members, low speed of internet with 85.8% and not having enough time.with 70.8% are among the most important factors. 76.3% of faculty staff participating in classes and workshops are familiar with their database. 52.8% declared that translation and writing of books and essays are cause of their use. 77.7% reference to their related database for full content of essays.   Manuscript profile

        Purpose: This research attempts to study the citation behavior in M.S. theses of Architecture at Hamedan Islamic Azad University during years 2001-2008, and determine the core sources. Methodology: Using bibliometric and citation analysis method, a statistical population  f 302 thesis with 8672 citations was studied. Findings: It was found that Persian books with 47.1% had the highest citations and Latin periodicals with 3.7% had the lowest citations. The average citation for each thesis was 28.7 citations. Linguistic distribution shows the high amount of citations to Persian with 87.2%. Half-life of information for Latin books is 11.63 years and for thesis is 3.88 years, showing the highest and lowest average, respectively. Also, time coverage of sources related to 1992-2001 includes 62.6% of  all citations, while Persian books with 5.95% and Latin periodicals with 0.66% have the highest and lowest impact. The citation ratio to up-date sources in 2001 and 2005 are 2.5 and 0.42 sources, respectively. Conclusion: The journals follow Bradford’s law and core ones are “Architecture”, “Urban Planning”, and “Memar Serial”. Core Latin journals are “Review” and “A+U”. The most frequently used Persian and Latin books are “Climate & Architecture” and “Time saver for building types”, respectively. Among all citations, 55.4% are to Persian and Latin books, 24.1% to periodicals, 87.2% to Persian resources, 12.8% to Latin resources, 84.5% to printed resources, and 15.5% to non-printed resources. Method of research was survey and required data were acquired from Online Faculty Information System (OFIS), KIAU website and statistics contained in "Pajooheshnameh" the annual publication. Findings: Findings indicate that the total of five-year scientific production of Karaj Branch includes 2758 documents; the highest rate is devoted to presented articles in conferences, and the lowest rate to workshops.         Objective: This research attempted to compare the feelings and behavior of students in various engineering fields at Dezful Islamic Azad University on the Internet saerching based on Kuhlthau's Information-Seeking Model. Methodology: This research is of a descriptive type and the method is survey and data has been collected through a questionnaire. The sample students were selected through random sampling method which consisted of 340 students from seven engineering fields. Data analysis included descriptive statistics (Frequency and percentage) and analytical statistics (Chi-Square Test). Findings: Findings of this research showed that most students experienced many stages of Kuhlthau’s information-seeking model. That is, when searching information on the Internet, students experienced the second, the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth stages of that Model, and their feelings were the same as those mentioned in Kuhlthau’s model. Conclusion: The results of revealed that male and female studentsshow a significant differences in information- seeking the six stages of  Kuhlthau’s information-seeking model; so that, male students more experienced the second, the fourth, and the sixth stages of this Model when searching the Internet.         Purpose: The research studies the effect of the emotional intelligent (EQ) and its variables on the performance of Karaj Islamic Azad University staffs. Methodology: present study is an applied one done using survey method. The target group, 700 people, is all the male and female staffs of Karaj Azad University including administrative, technicians and the heads. The data were gathered randomly from 126 participants using questionnaire. Findings: The results indicate that emotional intelligence of employees 5.65 percent of EQ (emotional top), 18.6 percent relative EQ and 15.9 percent have low emotional intelligence. Comparisons between men and women is also observed in the 6.74 % of women, 74.6 of men have a higher emotional intelligence. It was also observed that  emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on the quality of staff performance. Conclusion: The results of the study which involved 75 females and 51 males show that 6.3% of the staffs have under the average EQ and 73% of the staffs have a sound level of EQ. 20.7% of the staffs have high level of EQ. The comparison between the females and the males show that female staffs have more level of EQ than the males.         Abstract Objective:The current study examines the rate of library anxiety among students of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch, in academic year 2010–2011 and the ways to reduce it. Methodology:The research method was a descriptive survey. In order to examine library anxiety,Bostick’s Library Anxiety Scale was used, and to examine the research variables, inferential statistics was used. Leven test was used for variance equations, while T-test was used to compare the averages of two independent variables, and ANOVA test was used for the equality of average of one variable in several independent groups. After sampling with simple random method from among 4589 freshmen, the researchers selected 345 male and female students in graduate and undergraduate program. Findings: The findings of reviewing gender differences showed that library anxiety was more prevalent among women than among men, which were 2.996 and 2.8116 respectively; however, in terms of age and level of familiarity with computer, they had the same level of anxiety. Also, educational level (graduate or undergraduate) had no effect on library anxiety. However, there could be seen more anxiety in closed shelf than in open library systems (2.9892 and 2.8580 respectively) and more anxiety in index card than in computerized systems (3.0049 and 2.8114 respectively). The highest average of anxiety was found in Technical-Engineering College and Chemistry College, while the lowest level of anxiety was found in Humanities College and Marine Techniques and Sciences College. Students’ membership in a library before entering university did not have any effect on their library anxiety. Conclusion: Based on the research findings and the library anxiety score (defined in this study), it was found that among the freshmen students of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch, who entered university in the academic year 2010–2011 in both graduate and undergraduate program, the library anxiety was at the intermediate level.     Manuscript profile

        Purpose: The present research aimed at comparing the formats of abstracts among social sciences students at the MA level with other fields of studies regarding their appraisal based on the standards of ISO 214 between 2007 and 2011. Methodology: The study design was based on ex-post facto research and the data was collected through library search. Data included 3469 abstracts collection among the MA theses of the graduated students of Social Sciences, Politics, Knowledge and Information Science, Counseling, English language teaching, and Irrigation. The research instrument was a checklist developed by ISO 214 to check the criteria used to evaluate the appropriate formats of the abstracts at the MA level. This checklist was used to compare the MA abstract formats with those of standard abstracts written based on ISO 214.Analysis of the data was conducted through SPSS 17. Findings: The Chi-square analysis indicated that 50% of the abstracts carried out ISO 214 standards and the rest prepared inappropriately concerned with their styles of writing, spelling, meaning and coherence. In terms of ranking the abstracts concerning their appropriateness, Knowledge and Information Science, Counseling and English language teaching MA abstracts were better than those of Social Sciences, Politics, and Irrigation majors. The studied community includes experts in the field of talent management in higher education, which was conducted in the form of purposeful sampling with the snowball strategy and continued until theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed by the triangulation method. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA 2020 software.         Identifying the critical time and timing of plant irrigation based on a precise and basic plan is the key to water conservation, improvement of irrigation operations and plant tolerance to water shortage in agriculture. In recent years, vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been used in many plants to deal with dehydration and drought stress. In this regard, an experiment was conducted as split-plot in the form of randomized complete block design with 3 replications in the Yasuj region at years 2015 and 2016. Water stress was considered as the main factor in the form of irrigation after 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of evaporation from the evaporation pan class A and mycorrhizal fungus was considered as a secondary factor in the form of no application, application of Glomus mosseae and application of Glomus intraradices. The results showed that the interaction of irrigation and mycorrhizal fungi on flower phosphorus, flower yield, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage was significant. In irrigation levels after 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan, the use of mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices compared to the absence of fungi respectively increased the yield of plant flowers (30.04% and 27.35 %), (90.2% and 90.98%), (93.21% and 94.1%) and (81.73% and 78.86%), also, at these levels of irrigation, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage flower achieved a significant increase in the presence of mycorrhizal fungus, compared to the absence of mycorrhizal fungus application. Application of both strains of mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices in irrigation levels after 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan compared to no application of mycorrhizal fungus, respectively, resulted in a significant increase in the harvest index of Borage flower (44.55% and 43.36%), (13.21% and 15.96%) and (5.6% and 5.41%) and flower phosphorus (44.69% and 20.45%), (150% and 125%) and ( 267.74% and 235.48%). Mycorrhizal fungus was able to moderate the negative effects of drought stress and increase the above-mentioned traits in those irrigation levels, and based on the results of this study, irrigation treatment after 90 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan + the use of Glomus mosseae mycorrhizal fungi is recommended.         The study is aimed at a philosophical analysis of the five mindsets of higher education administrators in Islamic Azad University. The statistical population of the study includes the directors of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran and Alborz Provinces, in two higher and middle levels and in three areas of activity including educational, executive and research activities and the sample was selected by purposeful (judgmental) method. The method of data collection is mixed (qualitative and quantitative), where semi-structured interview tools were used in the qualitative part and the data obtained from the qualitative part of the structural self-interaction matrix was used in the quantitative part. To make the matrix consistent, the Boolean rule was used to discover the relationships between the indicators and determine their status, and finally to discover the relationships between the indicators and determine their status, and finally the ISM graph was presented.         Objective: This paper undertakes to propose a model for promoting the talent management of Islamic Azad University (IAU) Central Organizations’ staff.Methods: Mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) was applied for this research. In addition to the documentary study, the content analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software was used to identify the dimensions and components. The research population was all experts in educational management and human resources, which was done after 13 theoretical saturation interviews.Findings: 5 dimensions, 11 components and 44 indicators were identified. The structural equation method of smart pls3 software was used to draw the pattern.Conclusion: The results show that the recruitment of the talent system dimension with coefficient of (0.743), educating and developing the talent with( 0.68), evaluating and discovering the talent with(0.641), promoting the talent with (0.468) were predominant in implementing the promotion model. The validity of the model was assessed with 4 dimensions (understanding, adaptation, generalization and control) and 4 dimensions (philosophy and goals, theoretical foundations, implementation stages and evaluation and feedback system). Finally, the applicability of the model was questioned. The average of 3.82 was confirmed and based on the results the model has a high performance, which expressed the high validity of the model.         Abstract: In this research, investigation relationship between organizational intelligent on   employment efficiency in Azad university in Tehran shargh. The goal is to study the relation between dimensions and organizational intelligence constituents on exploitation rate of the staff who work in Azad University situated in the East of Tehran. The statistical society which was studied in this research in cludes all the staff and members of faculty of Azad university situated in the east of Tehran and they consist of 190 employees and 181 faculty members. For determining the sample volume out of this number, 200 people were chosen based on the Kogesi and Morgan tables and its certainty level was95%.In this research, besides library studies for achieving record of research and theoretical discussions, standard questionnaires are used for collecting needed information which are distributed among staff of Azad university situated in the East of Tehran 12 1393 and they are distributed based on the number of number of statistical sample. About variable of organizational intelligence, organizational intelligence questionnaires of karl Albersht (2003have been used) .This variable has six constituents and each constituent includes six items such as  strategic landscape, common destiny, desire for change, morale, agreement and unity and application of knowledge  and  performance. Also, for evaluating exploitation, 31item  questionnaire of Achieve Basteh was  used  which  was  in the scale  of   Likert  measurement  and  includes constituents  such as ability, occupational  recognition  and  visibility, evaluation and giving  feedback ,  organizational  support, decisions validity and motivation and environment. The results referring to the main question of research show that correlation between these two variables is equal to 0/868 and determination coefficient is equal to 0/754 and in the meaningful level, it is 0/000 and f is equal to 0/754. Then regression equation is meaningful based on statistics and there is a positive and direct relation between these two variables. About   the minor questions of research following the study of relation between dimensions and constituents of organizational intelligence on the exploitation of staff of Azad University situated in the East of Tehran, results show that in all cases correlation coefficient is high and equation of regression becomes meaningful Manuscript profile
