Presenting a Total Quality Management Model in Islamic Azad University

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to present the optimal model of comprehensive quality management in the economic, social and cultural development of Islamic Azad University. In terms of the purpose, this research is applied, also, in terms of the type of data, it is mixed of the exploratory type, which was in the qualitative part of the content analysis and in the quantitative part of the survey, and the research community was the professors of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran province. To select the sample, Cochran's formula was used, and 113 people were estimated and selected as a sample by cluster random sampling. The research tool included a demographic information form and a researcher-made questionnaire of 68 questions, the content validity of which was confirmed by the opinion of experts, and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method of 94%. The data was conducted with the method of exploratory factor analysis and the results indicated that comprehensive quality management in Islamic Azad University has three internal factors (with the components of educational content and curriculum, leadership, human resources, educational justice, evaluation quality, performance feedback, The quality of information technology and the quality of the physical space (external) with the components of environmental, economic, social, cultural and geographical factors and the development of academic quality and quality assessment with the components of commercialization, skill, economic development, accountability and value creation, development of academic quality and service evaluation) that the factor load of all factors and their components was higher than 40%. In addition, the validity of the components was calculated using the average variance extracted method above 50% and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha method and above 70% and finally the comprehensive quality management model was drawn in Islamic Azad University.
