Investigating the effect of jahadi management on the organizational performance of Islamic Azad University staff

Abstract :
Although jahadi management is based on Islamic principles, it is fundamentally wrong to think of it as Islamic management, because any kind of Islamic management does not become jahadi management. In2014, it was suggested that he take a different approach.The present study has dealt with the effect that jahadi management can have on the organizational performance of the staff of the Islamic Azad University.In terms of purpose, it is applied and in terms of descriptive survey method. The statistical population is the Islamic Azad University, which includes 30,000 university staff, which was randomly sampled due to its large size and population.379, were selected. Data collection is library and field.The required tools for collecting questionnaire information, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for two variables of jahadi management(0.83)and organizational performance (0.79).SPSS and LISREL software;Research findings show that value orientation, jahadi spirit and adaptation have a significant and positive effect on jahadi management. Also, reducing conflict has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance of employees.Employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance of employees. It was also confirmed that role transparency has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance of employees
