Abstract :

This research aims to assess the performance of the university managers of thedistrict eight's branches by the investigation method of finding backgrounds and in astatistical population of the managers and the staff of district eight's branches of theIslamic Azad University (I.A.U). Using a questionnaire, the researchers havecollected the information from among 123 staff working under the universitymanagers' control, and through the descriptive and inferential statistics (T test) theyhave analyzed the data. Then, confirming the hypotheses of the research, theresearchers have answered the questions posed in it. The results of this research haveassessed the performance of these university managers as desirable one.
