The current research method was descriptive and correlation type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of the research is made up of all the best freestyle wrestlers of the youth, youth and adult age groups of Hamedan province in 1400. The statistical sample was equal to 120 people (top 3 categories in 10 weights). Considering that the statistical population was limited and small, the sampling method was considered as a total number. The measurement tools of the research were two questionnaires of Barton J.E. communication skills (1990) and sss success (2014), whose reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method as 0.9 and 0.89, respectively. Data analysis was analyzed by spss software using descriptive methods such as frequency distribution, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential methods such as Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation statistical test at significance level p<0.05 and F test. The results of the research show that the communication skills of coaches have a positive and significant effect on the success of wrestlers. Based on this, all three communication skills, i.e., effective listening skills, effective verbal skills, and positive feedback skills of coaches make wrestlers successful. According to the results of the research, the way of communication between the coach and the wrestler and the coach's effort to create an effective relationship with the wrestler is the reason for their success. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches pay more attention to communication skills with wrestlers in their work. Manuscript profile

Having a child that developing a relationship with is difficult, affects the entire family system. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of communication skills training program on parental self-efficacy of mothers, who have children suffering from attention-deficit/hyperactivity. For this purpose, in a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and control group, 26 mothers of children aged 6 to 12 years with attention-deficit / hyperactivity were selected, in a purposeful way. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 13 each. At first, parents were evaluated in terms of self- efficacy, after that the experimental group underwent 8 sessions of communication skills training in which each session lasted 90-minute.At the end, both groups were tested in terms of self- efficacy. The results of analysis of univariate covariance indicated that communication skills training program increased parental self-efficacy in women's of experimental group. There is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in increasing parental self-efficacy variable. It seems, low self-efficacy of mothers with children suffering from attention-deficit / hyperactivity leads them not to have a good feeling in terms of their expectations and their perception of how they can act as a pleasant and effective parent. To enhance these mothers feelings of self-efficacy gaining knowledge and information in the field of effective methods of child care; besides an effective and desirable interaction and communication with their child are needed. The current research was to compare the effectiveness of forgiveness training and mindfulness training on communication skills in persons with substance abuse disorder. The semi-experimental research method was pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a heterogeneous control group. The statistical population included all drug users who referred to the addiction treatment camp in Zabul city. The semi-experimental research method was pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a heterogeneous control group. The statistical population included all drug users who referred to the addiction treatment camp in Zabul city, 45 persons whose score in the communication skills questionnaire was 1.5 standard deviation units higher than the average and were randomly identified into three groups (two experimental groups and one control group) were placed. The first experimental group received 12 sessions of forgiveness training and the second experimental group received 8 sessions of mindfulness training and the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were collected using the Queen Dam communication skills questionnaire (2004) and analyzed using the variance analysis method with repeated measurement design (simple mixed design). The results showed that forgiveness training and mindfulness training have a positive effect on the communication skills of persons with substance abuse disorder. On the other hand, there is a difference between the effectiveness of forgiveness training and mindfulness training on the communication skills of persons with substance abuse disorder. And the effectiveness of mindfulness training is more than forgiveness training. Considering the effectiveness of the two methods of teaching forgiveness and mindfulness, this method can be used to increase the communication skills of persons with substance abuse.
