        امروز در اکثر صنایع کشور از ابزار کنترل کیفیت آماری جهت بهبود کیفیت محصولات استفاده می‌نمایند ولی با توجه به حجم بالای داده‌ها در حال حاضر نیاز به ابزاری قوی‌تر می‌باشد که بتواند فرایندهای کنترل کیفیت آماری را تحت کنترل قرار دهد با توجه به گستردگی الگوریتم‌های داده‌کاوی چکیده کامل
        امروز در اکثر صنایع کشور از ابزار کنترل کیفیت آماری جهت بهبود کیفیت محصولات استفاده می‌نمایند ولی با توجه به حجم بالای داده‌ها در حال حاضر نیاز به ابزاری قوی‌تر می‌باشد که بتواند فرایندهای کنترل کیفیت آماری را تحت کنترل قرار دهد با توجه به گستردگی الگوریتم‌های داده‌کاوی در این تحقیق از ابزار داده‌کاوی جهت بهبود فرایند استفاده شده است و همچنین هدف اصلی تحقیق ارائه روشی جهت کشف اقلام معیوب قبل از تولید کامل آنها و جلوگیری از تولید اقلام معیوب می‌باشد. روش کار بدین گونه است که در ابتدا پایگاه داده خرابی تشکیل می‌گردد و پس از جمع آوری داده های کنترل کیفیت، با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های مختلف درخت تصمیم دقت پیش بینی کیفیت قطعات تعیین می‌گردد و در مرحله بعد با استفاده از مدل-تحلیل‌پوششی‌داده‌ها هر یک از قوانین ارزیابی می گردد و در نهایت با استفاده از قوانینی که در هر ایستگاه کاری صدق می‌کنند ارزیابی ایستگاه های کاری انجام می گیرد. بر این اساس در این پژوهش جامعه آماری تمامی قطعات تولیدی موج‌گیر تیبا در سال 1398 می‌باشد. خصیصه ها شامل 9 ایستگاه کاری هستند، بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده بهترین الگوریتم در پیش‌بینی خرابی C5 می‌باشد و مهم‌ترین خصیصه‌های انتخابی توسط آن تعیین می‌گردند عبارت‌اند از: کیفیت خنک کاری، کیفیت سوراخ کاری و کیفیت برش. همچنین ارزیابی قوانین نیز با استفاده از مدل‌تحلیل‌پوششی‌داده‌ها انجام شده و مهم‌ترین قوانین استخراج شده‌اند و در نهایت بر اساس حل مدل دستگاه‌هایی که در اولویت اصلاحی برای سال جاری قرار گیرند عبارتند از: رولینگ، لحیم کاری و برش پرونده مقاله

        ورشکستگی های اخیر شرکت های بزرگ در سطح بین المللی و نوسان های بورس اوراق بهادار در ایران، به وجود ابزارهایی برای ارزیابی توان مالی شرکتها نیاز دارد. مدل های مختلفی برای پیش بینی ورشکستگی و بررسی وضعیت مالی سازمانها مورداستفاده قرار می گیرد. تغییرات محیطی و رقابت روزافزون موسسات، دستیابی به سود موردنظر را برای سازمانها محدود کرده است. بدین لحاظ، تصمیم گیری مالی نسبت به گذشته اهمیت بیشتری یافته و مدیران را وادار ساخته تا بابهره گیری از تکنیک های پیشرفته روشهای جدید کنترل را به کارگیرند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مبانی تئوریکی پژوهش و مقایسه نتایج حاصل از به کارگیری مدل های تحلیل پوششی داده ها و مدل زمیسکی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد و بررسی چگونگی وضعیت مالی شرکتها ارائه گردیده است. از این رو داده های جمع آوری شده 10 شرکت دارویی پذیرفته شده در بورس و اوراق بهادار مورد آزمون قرارگرفتند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که در ارزیابی و بررسی چگونگی وضعیت مالی شرکتها، با روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها تنها یک شرکت و با روش زمیسکی تنها دو شرکت دارای وضعیت مالی بهتری نسبت به سایر شرکتها بوده اند. هم چنین راهکارهایی جهت ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت مالی سایر شرکتها با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها نیز ارائه گردیده است. پرونده مقاله

        3 - ارزیابی پیشرفت و پسرفت رسانه‌های چاپی با استفاده از شاخص بهره‌وری مالم‌کوئیست در تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها

        محدودیت منابع یک واقعیت غیر قابل انکار است که بسیاری از سازمان‌ها (نظیر سازمان‌های رسانه‌ای) با آن در ارتباط هستند؛ از این رو، بهبود بهره‌وری منابع این سازمان‌ها نیز یکی از مهم‌ترین نگرانی‌های مدیران است. در نتیجه، یک مدیر باید عملکرد سازمان خود را پیوسته ارزیابی کند. د چکیده کامل
        محدودیت منابع یک واقعیت غیر قابل انکار است که بسیاری از سازمان‌ها (نظیر سازمان‌های رسانه‌ای) با آن در ارتباط هستند؛ از این رو، بهبود بهره‌وری منابع این سازمان‌ها نیز یکی از مهم‌ترین نگرانی‌های مدیران است. در نتیجه، یک مدیر باید عملکرد سازمان خود را پیوسته ارزیابی کند. در این مقاله، قصد داریم میزان پیشرفت و پسرفت روزنامه‌های چاپی ایران را بین سال‌های (1394) و (1395) ارزیابی کنیم. این مطالعه، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و از شاخص بهره‌وری مالم‌کوئیست که یک رویکرد بسیار مفید در تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها برای اندازه‌گیری میزان پیشرفت و پسرفت واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده‌ی تحت ارزیابی است، استفاده کرده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار گمز که یک سیستم مدل‌سازی قوی برای برنامه‌نویسی ریاضی و بهینه‌سازی است، استفاده شده است. پس از مرور ادبیات ارزیابی عملکرد و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه‌ی مدیریت رسانه و همچنین، کارشناسان معاونت مطبوعاتی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، شاخص‌های مورد نیاز شناسایی و انتخاب شده است. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه‌ی شاخص‌های درون سازمانی در دو سال متوالی (1394) و (1395) نشان می‌دهد از 87 واحد تصمیم‌گیرنده‌ی تحت ارزیابی، 29 واحد پیشرفت و 58 واحد پسرفت داشته‌اند. به منظور بهبود واحدهایی که پسرفت داشته‌اند، استراتژی مناسب پیشنهاد شده است. پرونده مقاله

        در عصر حاضر ارزیابی و سپس بهبود عملکرد سیستم‌های تولیدی و در کل زنجیره‌های تأمین، بعنوان تنها راه ممکن جهت رقابت در بازار جهانی کسب و کار مطرح می‌باشد. تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) بعنوان یک روش برنامه‌ریزی ریاضی، روشی ناپارامتریک برای اندازه‌گیری کارایی نسبی سیستم‌های تولیدی و واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده با چندین ورودی و خروجی همگن است. تعیین نوع بازده به مقیاس (RTS) به مدیران کمک می‌کند که پیش‌بینی‌های دقیق‌تری در رابطه با توسیع یا تحدید واحد تصمیم‌گیرنده (DMU) داشته باشند. با توجه به اهمیت RTS در رابطه با تصمیم گیری‌های مدیریتی، روش‌های مختلف و متنوعی از سوی پژوهشگران علم DEA جهت معرفی و تعیین نوع آن ارائه شده است. تحقیق‌ها در ارزیابی RTS، منجر به دسته‌بندی کلی‌تری از انواع RTS، با عناوین بازده به مقیاس چپ (L-RTS) و بازده به مقیاس راست (R-RTS) شده است.این تحقیق به مطالعه فرآیند تولید دو مرحله‌ای می‌پردازد و یک رویکرد برای برآورد نوع بازده به مقیاس راست و چپ DMUs‌ معرفی می‌نماید. در این مقاله کاربرد مدل DEA شبکه‌ای برای محاسبه کارایی نسبی و بازده به مقیاس شرکت‌های سیمان حاضر در بورس اوراق بهادار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. داده‌های مورد استفاده در مدل، مربوط به فرآیند تولید 42 شرکت سیمان در سال 1400 می‌باشد. پرونده مقاله

        6 - خروجی های با تاخیر زمانی در فرآیندهای تولیدی: روشی مبتنی بر تحلیل پوششی داده ها

        در مدل های کلاسیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها، مجموعه ای از داده ها با موقعیت مشخص به عنوان ورودی یا خروجی داده می شود. اما در بسیاری موارد عملی،یک شاخص می تواند برای بعضی از واحدهای تصمیم گیرنده به عنوان ورودی و برای بعضی دیگر به عنوان خروجی عمل نماید. برای مثال در فعالیت های چکیده کامل
        در مدل های کلاسیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها، مجموعه ای از داده ها با موقعیت مشخص به عنوان ورودی یا خروجی داده می شود. اما در بسیاری موارد عملی،یک شاخص می تواند برای بعضی از واحدهای تصمیم گیرنده به عنوان ورودی و برای بعضی دیگر به عنوان خروجی عمل نماید. برای مثال در فعالیت های دانشگاه همیشه با این سوال مواجه هستیم که درآمد حاصل از تحقیقات را به عنوان ورودی یا خروجی در نظر بگیریم؟ در حالت وجود چنین شاخص هایی سوال اصلی این است که چگونه در مورد نقش هر شاخص به عنوان ورودی یا خروجی تصمیم بگیریم. در برخی از ساختارهای مورد مطالعه، چنین متغیرهایی در قالب نقش دوگانه عمل می کند. یعنی در دوره ی اول زمانی به عنوان خروجی و در دوره ی زمانی دوم به عنوان ورودی عمل میکنند . چنین متغیرهایی را متغیرهای با تاخیر زمانی می نامند. در این مقاله این متغیرها را در قالب متغیرهایی با ساختار نقش دوگانه مورد بررسی قرار میدهیم و کارایی سیستم را با استفاده از تکنولوژی موسوم به تکنولوژی بهم پیوسته مورد ارزیابی قرار میدهیم. همچنین کارایی سیستم را با توجه به هر دوره زمانی با توجه به اینکه متغیر با تاخیر زمانی یکبار نقش ورودی و بار دیگر نقش خروجی را دارد مورد ارزیابی قرار می دهیم. پرونده مقاله

        هدف: هدف این مطالعه تعیین و ارزیابی کارایی واحدهای تصمیم گیرنده با مدل کلاسیک و برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده ها و ارتباط سنجی خروجی ها با روشهای آماری در بانک قوامین می باشد.روش: در این مقاله برای تعیین کارایی مدیریت شعب استانها در بانک قوامین مدل تحلیل پوششی داده ها برمبنای BCCخروجی محور مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. همچنین برای بالابردن قدرت تفکیک پذیری واحد های تصمیم گیرنده کارا از ناکارا ابتدا مدلهای پیش فرض مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، سپس خروجی مدلهای پیش فرض بعنوان بخشی از ورودی مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و در انتها برای سنجش همبستگی مدل کلاسیک با مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی در خروجی ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.یافته: بر اساس مقادیر خروجی مدلBCC خروجی محور تمامی واحد های تصمیم گیرنده کارا بوده و مقدار کارایی آنها برابر یک شد، سپس برای تفکیک پذیری بیشتر از مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده ها استفاده شد، نتایج آن نشان دادکه از بین 32 واحد تصمیم گیرنده 21 واحد کارا و بقیه ناکارا می باشند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین مدل کلاسیک با مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی همبستگی معنی داری وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده در تفکیک واحد های تصمیم گیرنده کارا از ناکارا ، دارای قدرت تفکیک پذیری بالاتری نسبت به مدل BCC خروجی محور می باشد . پرونده مقاله

        ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم‌های تولید با در نظر گرفتن داده‌های مربوط به دوره‌های زمانی مختلف یکی از مهمترین مسائل نظریه تولید است. در این مقاله یک روش جدید برای اندازه گیری کارایی تجمیعی سیستم‌های تولید چند دوره‌ای با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها ارائه می‌شود. رویکرد ارائه شده را می‌توان به عنوان توسعه‌ای از روش‌های شعاعی در ادبیات در نظر گرفت. یک مدل مبتنی بر راسل توسعه یافته برای اولین بار برای اندازه گیری کارایی تجمیعی با در نظر گرفتن بازه‌های زمانی مراحل تولید ارائه می‌شود. یکی از ویژگی‌های مفید مدل پیشنهادی این است که ناکارایی رویکرد تجمیعی موجود در یک مرحله بدون نیاز به در نظر گرفتن مرحله دوم برای بهینه سازی متغیرهای کمکی، قابل تشخیص است. ویژگی‌ها و مزایای مدل جدید بحث می‌شوند. در پایان، برای نشان دادن قابلیت اجرای رویکرد جدید، دو مثال کاربردی بررسی و تحلیل می‌شوند. نتایج، عملکرد خوب روش پیشنهادی را نشان می دهند. پرونده مقاله

        مدیریت زنجیره تامین برای موفقیت واحدهای اقتصادی و رضایت مشتریان لازم و اساسی است. علاوه بر این یک سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد مناسب به منظور مدیریت موثر زنجیره تامین ضروری است. با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت هزینه در زنجیره تامین، در این بررسی یک روش مبتنی بر تحلیل پوششی داده­ها چکیده کامل
        مدیریت زنجیره تامین برای موفقیت واحدهای اقتصادی و رضایت مشتریان لازم و اساسی است. علاوه بر این یک سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد مناسب به منظور مدیریت موثر زنجیره تامین ضروری است. با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت هزینه در زنجیره تامین، در این بررسی یک روش مبتنی بر تحلیل پوششی داده­ها به منظور ارزیابی کارایی هزینه زنجیره­های تامین حلقه بسته پیشنهاد می­شود در حالی که عوامل دو نقشی و خروجی نامطلوب حضور دارند. تحلیل­پوششی­داده­ها یک روش برنامه ریزی ریاضی موثر به منظور ارزیابی و تحلیل کارایی نسبی واحدهای تصمیم­گیرنده با چندین ورودی و خروجیاست. در واقع در این تحقیق با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده­ها کارایی هزینه زنجیره­های تامین با سه مولفه، تامین­کننده، تولیدکننده، و تعمیر و بازیافت و همچنین جریان­های رو به جلو و عقب ارزیابی می­شود در حالی که عوامل دو نقشی و خروجی نامطلوب در سیستم مشاهده می­شوند. فرض دسترسی­پذیری ضعیف برای خروجی­های نامطلوب در نظر گرفته می­شود. همچنین یک مطالعه موردی به منظور تشریح و تحلیل روش پیشنهادی مطرح می­شود. نتایج نشان می­دهد تشخیص درست نقش عامل­ها و همچنین در نظر گرفتن عوامل نامطلوب و برگشت­پذیر در سیستم­های زنجیره تامین نقش مهمی در محاسبه درست کارایی هزینه در هریک از مولفه­ها و زنجیره تامین کل دارد. همچنین در روش پیشنهادی کارایی هزینه کل را می­توان به صورت مجموع وزن­داری از کارایی هزینه مولفه­ها بیان کرد. پرونده مقاله

        تعیین نوع بازده به مقیاس (RTS) و شناسایی ناحیه­ای که در آن نوع بازده به مقیاس یک واحد تصمیم­گیرنده (DMU) پایدار باقی بماند؛ به مدیران کمک می­کند که پیش­بینی­های دقیق­تری در رابطه با تغییراتی که بر سر راه تغییر سایز یک DMU قرار می­گیرد، داشته باشند. این مقاله تلاش می­کند که به معرفی و تعیین امتداد پایداری RTS واحدهای تصمیم­گیرنده تحت تحلیل پوششی داده­ها (DEA)، بپردازد. با توجه به اهمیت RTS در رابطه با تصمیم گیری­های مدیریتی، روش­های مختلف و متنوعی از سوی محققین DEA جهت معرفی و تعیین نوع آن ارائه شده است. پژوهش­ها در ارزیابی RTS، منجر به دسته بندی کلی­تر و عمومی­تری از انواع RTS، با عناوین « RTSچپ (L-RTS)» و « RTSراست (R-RTS)» شده است. وجه مشترک بسیاری از روش­های ارزیابی L-RTS و R-RTS این است که مدل­های بکار رفته دراین روش­ها پارامتریک هستند و لذا آنها را بایستی جزء روش­های غیرخطی دسته­بندی کرد. به منظور مقابله با این ضعف، مقاله پیشرو به ارائه روشی برای ارزیابی L-RTS و R-RTS می­پردازد که مدل­های این روش پیشنهادی خطی بوده و در مورد آنها مشکل پارامتری بودن، وجود ندارد. علاوه براین مدل­های روش پیشنهادی از این مزیت برخوردارند که با انجام تغییرات جزئی روی آنها و با تقسیم بندی مرز مجموعه امکان تولید، توانسته­ایم در این مقاله از آنها بعنوان ابزاری برای ارزیابی امتداد پایداری RTS واحدهای تصمیم­گیرنده استفاده کنیم. پرونده مقاله

        هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی میزان اثرگذاری تاثیر جریان نقد آزاد و رشد شرکت بر همزمانی بازده سهام در شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. فرضیه اصلی این تحقیق این است که شرکت های با رشد پایین و جریان نقد بالا همزمانی بازده سهام بالاتری دارند. برای آزمون فرضیه و رسیدن به اهداف تحقیق، 101 نمونه از شرکت‌ها (505 سال شرکت) که در سال های1389 تا 1393 در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پذیرفته و به روش نمونه گیری حذف سیستماتیک انتخاب شده اند. روش آماری برای فرضیه اصلی مطرح شده در این تحقیق، برازش مدل داده های ترکیبی به روش رگرسیون پانل با اثرات تصادفی است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین جریان نقد آزاد و رشد شرکت با همزمانی بازده سهام ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشته و در حدود 49 درصد از تغییرات متغیر همزمانی بازده سهام توسط این متغیرها بیان می شود. پرونده مقاله

        در این پژوهش از الگوی محاسبه کارایی در تحلیل پوششی داده ها، به منظور ارائه یک شاخص تلفیقی از ابعاد مختلف نقدشوندگی سهام استفاده گردیده است. در میان مدل های تحلیل پوششی داده ها، مدل دامنه تعدیل شده (RAM) از این خاصیت برخوردار است که هم ورودی ها و خروجی ها را به طور همزمان در نظر می گیرد، هم شاخص عددی برای کارایی ارائه می دهد و هم ورودی و خروجی منفی را می پذیرد؛ از این رو مدل RAM به عنوان مبنای ارائه شاخص تلفیقی نقدشوندگی سهام در این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. درگام بعدی اقدام به رتبه بندی واحدهای دارای شاخص تلفیقی نسبی نقدشوندگی برابر یک، بر مبنای روش رتبه بندی بر مبنای مرزهای کاملاً ناکارا نموده ایم. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از کاربرد مؤثر روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها برای محاسبه شاخص تلفیقی نسبی نقدشوندگی سهام می باشد. با استفاده از این روش، نمره شاخص تلفیقی نقدشوندگی سهام اختصاص داده شده به هر یک از شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس، ابعاد و جنبه های مختلف نقدشوندگی سهام یک شرکت را در بر می گیرد و بر اساس آن به راحتی می توان شرکت ها را با هم مقایسه کرد یا اینکه شاخص تلفیقی نقدشوندگی سهام یک شرکت را در چند دوره مالی مورد نظارت قرار داد. پرونده مقاله

The analysis of stock exchange has attracted lots of researches in recent decades. The issue concern both of securities and investors. More formally both sides of investment (i.e., behavior of investors and fluctuations of returns on securities) form the markets. In this paper, a hybrid model on the basis of data envelopment analysis and data mining techniques is proposed to analyze the investment behavior in stock exchange. The proposed approach is applied in Tehran stock exchange. First, the financial data of investments on selective companies during 2013-2014 are analyzed using data mining approaches to recognize the behavioral patterns of investors and securities.Second, customers are clustered in 3 selling and 4 buying groups using data mining techniques. Then, the efficiency of active companies in stock exchange is evaluated using and input-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis model considering variable returns-to-scale assumption. Data mining techniques and DEA model are codified using MATLAB and LINGO software, respectively. The obtained results indicate that in 2013 and 2014,nine and six companies are efficient, respectively.Among these companies, six companies are efficient in both years. The most visited companies in reference sets are determined during periods of this study. The reference set of inefficient companies are determined in order to project them toward efficient frontier. The results of this study can provide insightful vision to investors in order to illustrate the behavior of previous investors and securities. پرونده مقاله

In this paper, the anchor points of the PPS of the CCR model are investigated. A basic definition of anchor point based on the supporting hyperplanes of the PPS of CCR model is provided. Then, by using a variant of super-efficiency models, the necessary and sufficient conditions for a DMU to be an anchor DMU are provided via some theorems. But the question that raises here is in evaluation. Where several DMUs have the equal efficiency, which unit performs better and how can we rank these efficient units, Different methods have been presented for ranking the efficient units. In this paper, we propose a method for calculating an efficiency of DMUs by comparing with the bad benchmark line. Our approach obtain common set of weights to create the best efficiency score, such that the amount of DMUs that are efficient is less than that of other models. The present paper proposes a new model for calculating the congestion interval for interval data in such cases that the interval inputs are not constrained to the selection of dominant projection points and, thereby, more outputs can be generated for the projection points. According to the existence of various efficacies in the applied examples, different techniques have been developed for ranking, that in this study, cross efficiency method has been used. This technique has been developed for fuzzy input and output modes. While data are fuzzy, cross efficiency table has been calculated inaccurately and table entries are fuzzy numbers, so the average (mean) of calculated efficiency in the table is also a fuzzy number. Since comparing the averages of obtained efficiencies ranks the decision-making units, it is necessary to propose a solution for this comparison. In this research, after providing the required grounds with assistance of models and doing the necessary changes in them, the averages of efficiency are compared by assistance of fuzzy ranking function. This paper applies DEA model and Grey Theory to calculate the effectiveness and proposes a method to find out the most suitable strategic partners. Seventeen biggest companies in the Vietnam steel industry are chosen to research. The input factors (Net assets, operating cost, Cost of good sold) and the output factors (Net sales and net profits) are collected from realistic published financial reports of the Vietnam issued stock market in seven consecutive financial years (2011-2017). The Hoa Sen Group is considered as the target decision making unit (DMU). According to the empirical results, Pomina Steel corporation (DMU4) is the most feasible beneficial alliance partner for Hoa Sen Group. The results of calculating the technical efficiency of the halls showed that assuming of constant return to scale (CRS), a small percentage of cinemas are efficient and the rest are inefficient, and assuming a variable return to scale (VRS), a higher percentage of cinemas are efficient. Also, the average of technical efficiency of public movie theatre halls during this period was equal to 0.60. In addition, the results show that the most important reasons for the possible inefficiency of public cinemas on the supply side, the lack of use and screening of commercial and revenue-generating movies, and on the demand side, the lack of attention to the audience's taste. پرونده مقاله

        The purposed-the main purpose of this study is to look at the development of efficiency and productivity in the military hospital sector of Tehran province, by applying a nonparametric method. Design/methodology/approach- The study applied the nonparametric method to assess the efficiency of military hospitals service in Iran, Tehran, over the period 2013-2016. Utilizing non-parametric methodology, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist productivity index (MPI), individual hospital efficiency and productivity changes which took place within this period are estimated. Practical implications- the present study helps to understand the productivity and technological change and change in technical efficiency in this area, which is essential for policy making identifying improvement opportunities in resource allocation. The difference in productivity in this study is attributed to technological change rather than technical efficiency change. It was observed that military hospitals did not improve the efficiency with which they employed their inputs (i.e., staff and supplies) over the study period; moreover, the Malmquist Index Productivity increases and decreases interchangeably over the period. They did achieve gains and losses through the application of technologies. These results should be both informative and reassuring to military leaders and citizen alike. Originality/value- This paper provides a thorough study on the productivity growth of health care service in military hospitals in Iran using a non-parametric framework with Malmquist Productivity Index. Using panel data, this paper uses the Malmquist Productivity Index with Data Envelopment Analysis that provides new empirical evidence on the long-term trends in the efficiency of military hospitals in Iran. پرونده مقاله

Transportation is also a key element in the growth and development of countries that creates an unbreakable link among the various sections of the economy. Therefore, evaluating and improving the efficiency of the transportation industry, especially air transportation, as a fast and expensive method, is of particular importance in today's world. The purpose of this article was to evaluate and improve the efficiency of Iranian airlines, that for this purpose, the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Method, as the most popular method of evaluating efficiency, has been selected. In recent years, network envelopment data analysis models have been developed, taking into account various parts of the organization's activity in computing efficiency. Also, undesirable outputs have been considered as the reality of the outside world in these models. In this article, the Slack-Based Measure (SBM) model as one of the newest data envelopment analysis models has been considered that simultaneously sought to increase outputs and reduce inputs, in a network form and associated with undesirable output as the basis of efficiency computations.         The current study extends and provides a generalization of the range directional model (RDM). The proposed generalized RDM (GRDM) model utilizes an ideal point (IP) and anti-ideal point (AIP) simultaneously to evaluate the efficiency score. It is evident that approaching to the IP, not necessarily, leads to moving away from the AIP. This obviously happens when the IP, AIP, and DMU lie on a common line; however, the depicted situation usually occurs hardly ever. On the other side, there are loads of situations in which a DMU requires not only to approach the IP but also to move away from the AIP, simultaneously. The GRDM model imposes two criteria (i.e., approaching to IP and moving away from AIP) to asses DMUs. Therefore, the efficiency score, when GRDM is used, is less than or equal to the efficiency score obtained by using the RDM model; consequently, the discrimination power of the GRDM model is better than that of the RDM model due to finding more inefficiency regarding both IP and AIP. However, these types of factor are not dealt in the inverse DEA problems. Thus, the current covers the research methodological gap of the literature by developing mathematical foundation of the InDEA models capable of dealing with non-discretionary factors. To do this end, an MOLP model along with its required constraints is developed to be linked with the developed models.         Hospitals, as the biggest and costliest operative units of ministry of health and medical education, have always faced budget deficit. Hence, efficiency scores of hospitals is one of the important criteria that managers and policy makers can use for future planning to improve the performance of the hospitals. This paper presents data envelopment analysis (DEA) to assess relative efficiency of hospitals with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. We use cross-efficiency score for ranking the top hospitals and also Malmquist productivity index for estimating productivity growth. This study evaluates the efficiency of hospitals operated by Kashan University of Medical Sciences from 2011 to 2016, in which input parameters are the number of physicians, nurses and beds and output parameters are the number of discharged patients. GAMS software application was used for data analysis. Based on the results, the average technical efficiency of understudy hospitals was 0.71. On the other hand, inefficient hospitals faced input increase to achieve the same output. The average productivity index at hospitals during study years was 0.909, indicating that the productivity index reduced on average 10% during this time range. Hospitals affiliated with Kashan University of Medical Sciences were technically inefficient. Thus, at these hospitals, technical, pure technical and scale efficiency did not follow a fixed trend, changing continually. Moreover, hospitals did not use their resources optimally and encountered decrease in productivity. This benchmark is of significant importance for managers and decision-makers. There are different methods for benchmarking one of which is the gradient line method. This method has a major problem which is that the benchmark introduced by this method is not always Pareto efficient. Having given an example, this problem is commented on in this article. On the other hand, the application of gradient line is effective on gradual improvement of efficiency because the introduced equation is in such a way that for reducing a certain amount of inputs, the largest expansion is given to outputs. Finally, we demonstrated that by using gradient line in gradual improvement method, there is no need any more to ask the managers for improvement bounds of inputs and outputs in any level and it is enough for the manager to state the highest efficiency improvement amount he expects in each step. پرونده مقاله

Based on this replacement, DEA is a widely used mathematical programming approach for evaluating the relative efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) in organizations. Evaluating the efficiency of DMUs with two-stage network structures is important in management and control. The resulting two stage DEA model not only provides an overall efficiency score for the entire process, but also yields an efficiency score for each of the individual stages. In this Paper we develop Nash bargaining game model to measure the performance of DMUs that have a two-stage structure. Under Nash bargaining theory, the two stages are viewed as players. It is shown that when only one intermediate measure exists between the two stages, our newly developed Nash bargaining game approach yields the same results as applying the standard DEA approach to each stage separately. With a new breakdown point, the new model is obtained which by providing example, the results of these models are investigated.         Due to the nonlinear and discrete nature of BCC (Banker, Charnes, and Cooper, [11]) models for determining the most efficient decision-making unit, it is practically impossible to evaluate the models' dual and, consequently, optimistic case. Thus, in this paper, the linear model with linear constraints proposed by Akhlaghi et al. [2] is used to investigate the dual equality of the model's robust problem and the optimistic case of the new model's dual under VRS uncertainty. The model proposed in this paper is novel in comparison to previous models because it solves the most efficient decision-making unit only once, without relying on uncertain data to determine its rank. The paper demonstrates how the proposed robust model can also ascertain the most efficient decision-making unit when uncertainty exists. Furthermore, the dual issues raised by robust counterparts in the new linear programming (LP) model are addressed to identify the most efficient decision-making unit. The robust counterpart is demonstrated to be equivalent to a linear program under interval uncertainty, and the dual of the robust counterpart is shown to be equal to the optimistic counterpart of the dual problem. Consequently, this study aims to demonstrate that the dual problem is equivalent to a decision-maker operating under optimal data, whereas the primal robust problem is equivalent to a decision-maker operating through the worst-case possible data scenario. پرونده مقاله

The coverage analysis method used in this study provides an advantage over existing methods in that it can evaluate the performance of units with multiple inputs and outputs that are not interchangeable (UMIMO). The evaluation of performance was carried out using two assumptions: "Performance against constant scale" and "performance against variable scale", based on the inputs and outputs of cement companies in the TSE. The previous models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) have been too general in their scope and focused on the input and the output within a black box system, therefore they have not been able to measure various phases simultaneously within a network system. By using these models internal linking activities are neglected. A slacks-based network DEA model is dealt with intermediate products (Tone,Tsutsui). In this development, each input and output can use situations where unit price and unit cost information are available. In this paper we introduce models of cost, revenue and profit efficiency in network DEA. These models are illustrated by numerical examples and finally results of Constant Returns to Scale (CRS) are obtained.         This research identifies returns to scale (RTS) of efficient decision making units (DMUs) with desirable (good) and undesirable (bad) inputs and outputs by presenting a new DEA (data envelopment analysis) approach. In this study, we first introduce a new input-output oriented model to determine efficient DMUs in the presence of undesirable factors and then, returns to scale of these DMUs are estimated by presenting a new non-radial DEA model. So far several RTS approaches has been proposed in DEA literature by many researchers, such as Banker and Thrall’s, Golany and Yu’s, Khodabakhshi’s et al., and Eslami and Khoveyni’s RTS approaches. In the proposed approaches, all inputs and outputs are respectively considered as desirable inputs and outputs while in real world, both desirable and undesirable data may be present. Note that advantage of our proposed approach is capable of estimating RTS of efficient DMUs in the presence of desirable and undesirable data. It is noticeable that, since an inefficient decision making unit (DMU) has more than one projection on the empirical function thus different returns to scales can be obtained for projections of the inefficient DMU by using our proposed RTS approach. According to such as the inefficiency factors of one DMU, is existence congestion in its inputs and with regard to the economic concept of congestion that is widely visible in the most phenomenon, therefore, cannot ignore its presence in supply chain. In this paper, at first a network DEA model is noted to evaluate the performance of supply chain. Then according to the important role of intermediate products in supply chain, the existence of congestion in this product is investigated, finally, an Inverse DEA model is introduced in order to overcome the problems caused by congestion. So that the amount required input for providing the desired intermediate product can be estimated by that. In this case, no congestion will occur in intermediate products.         The present study is an attempt toward evaluating the performance of portfolios using mean-variance-skewness model with negative data. Mean-variance non-linear framework and mean-variance-skewness non- linear framework had been proposed based on Data Envelopment Analysis, which the variance of the assets had been used as an input to the DEA and expected return and skewness were the output. Conventional DEA models assume non-negative values for inputs and outputs. However, we know that unlike return and skewness, variance is the only variable in the model that takes non-negative values. This paper focuses on the evaluation process of the portfolios in a mean-variance-skewness model with negative data. The problem consists of choosing an optimal set of assets in order to minimize the risk and maximize return and positive skewness. This method is illustrated by application in Iranian stock companies and extremely efficiencies are obtained via mean-variance-skewness non-linear framework with negative data for making the best portfolio. In order to deal with undesirable inputs, this paper changes the undesirable inputs to be desirable ones by reversing, then a compromise solution approach is proposed to generate a common set of weights under DEA framework. The DEA efficiencies obtained with the most favorable weights to each DMU are treated as the target efficiencies of DMUs. Based on the generalized measure of distance, three types of DEA-based efficiency score programming can be derived. Recently, some models are created in DEA which can evaluate the system in multi stages and consider the relations between the systems. The objective of this paper is to investigate efficiency decomposition in a three-stage process that has a two independent parallel stages linking with a one final stage. However, we know that unlike return and skewness, varianceis the only variable in the model that takes non-negative values. This paper focuses on the evaluationprocess of the efficiencies in the cross-efficiency matrix with negative data and proposes the use ofordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator weights for cross-efficiency evaluation. The problemconsists of choosing an optimal set of assets in order to minimize the risk and maximize return.         Recent bankruptcy of big companies all over the world and fluctuations in Iran's stock market require that some methods be developed for the evaluation of companies' financial potential. Different models are used for the prediction of bankruptcy and the evaluation of organizational financial situation. Environmental changes and increasing competition among agencies led to companies' and organizations' limited access to expected profit. Thus, financial decision making is, nowadays, more and more important, forcing managers to apply modern control methods through sophisticated techniques. The present study aims to evaluate the performance of companies' situation. For this purpose, we use the two models of data envelopment analysis and Zemijsky and compare results derived from them. The research data were gathered from 10 accepted in stock market. Results from data envelopment analysis model indicated that only one company was in a proper financial situation while results from Zemijsky's model showed that there were two companies in good financial condition. Using simulation as a tool for assessing the effect of alterations on the performance of the overall system might be significant. This paper considers a simulation based data envelopment analysis goal programming (DEAGP) applied into a well-known automobile spare part manufacturer in Kurdistan to improve production rate. The objective is to develop a simulation model based on real system to identify the imbalances and improve the performance of production system. For this purpose, in 2013 data are collected from existing system and applying full factorial design of experiments technique, different scenarios have been considered then to find the best one we used data envelopment analysis goal programming technique as a method for measuring the relative efficiency of similar units. The results show that, the optimum scenarios are 5 and 8. Applying this method could conduct us to gain more than 1% improvement in production rate using the existing resources. پرونده مقاله

It uses linear programming to estimate the efficiency of multiple decision-making units and it is commonly used in production, management and economics [3]. DEA generates an efficiency score between 0 and 1 for each unit, indicating how effectively they are managing their resources. A compelling feature of DEA is it develops a unique rating system for each unit designed to make them look their best. This should facilitate acceptance of DEA within an organization [2]. LINGO is a comprehensive tool designed to make building and solving mathematical optimization models easier and more efficient. In this paper, we have explained what DEA does? How DEA evaluates efficiency, how DEA identifies paths to improve efficiency using this LINGO software, and how to use DEA. We have considered a group of 3 technical colleges (campuses). We assume that each campus “converts” 2 inputs into 3 outputs. This will enable managers to explore and assess the value of using DEA in their service operations. This paper also shows that Lingo Model can offer more information than the standard LP approach with exclusion of Simulation modeling approach [4]. However, in the presence of different secondary goals, the rank assigned to some of decision making units (DMUs) may be non-unique. To overcome the shortcomings, this paper considers the elements of cross-efficiency matrix as interval numbers based on maximum and minimum cross-efficiency that each of the DMUs can achieve. Then, the study using a formula reorders the aggregated interval numbers in each row of the cross-efficiency matrix, and obtains the rank of each of DMUs. The new method removes the problem of the DEA alternative optimal weights in the cross-efficiency evaluation. Moreover, it provides a distinct and unique rank to each of the DMUs. However, there are occasions in real world applications that measures can play both input and output roles in an imprecise environment. In the current study, measures with two roles, input and output, are called “adaptable measures”. This paper proposes a DEA-based approach for estimating the performance of DMUs where adaptable and fuzzy data exist. Indeed, efficiency scores are calculated from two aspects, optimistic and pessimistic, when there are adaptable and fuzzy data. Two different efficiency scores are integrated into a geometric average efficiency. Thus, the overall efficiency is calculated and adaptable variables are split into input and output variables in evaluating the efficiency of each DMU.         صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک، نهادهای مالی تخصصی هستند که با وجوه سرمایه گذاران در سبد متنوعی از اوراق بهادار سرمایه گذاری کرده و سرمایه گذاران را از مزیت مدیریت حرفه ای و نیز کاهش ریسک غیر سیستماتیک بهره مند می سازند. در این میان سرمایه گذاران نیازمند ابزارهایی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک می باشند. از جمله این ابزارها می توان به روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها که از جمله روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره است، اشاره نمود. با استفاده از این روش، می توان شرکت های کارا و ناکارا را مشخص کرد. دوره زمانی تحقیق از ابتدای سال 1397 تا پایان فصل بهار سال 1399 می باشد و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک در سهام تشکیل می دهد. همچنین نمونه آماری تحقیق شامل 35 صندوق سرمایه گذاری می باشد. نتایج نشان می دهد که نسبت کارایی بدست آمده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها ارتباط معنی داری با بازدهی واقعی صندوق ها دارد، لذا روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها روش مناسبی جهت ارزیابی کارایی صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک می باشد. همچنین یافته ها گویای آن است که با افزایش مجموع دارایی های صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک بر کارایی آن ها افزوده می شود اما سن صندوق های سرمایه گذاری مشترک بر کارایی آن ها تاثیر ندارد. پرونده مقاله

        As a technique based on mathematical programming, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used for evaluating the efficiency of homogeneous Decision Making Units (DMUs). DEA models need accurate input and output data. In many situations, on the one hand, accurate measurement of inputs and outputs is difficult due to their volatility and complexity. This conflict results in uncertain DEA models. Its main problem is transformation of deterministic equivalent of stochastic model into quadratic programming, time-consuming and complexity and it requires presuppositions. By means of Bi-objective multiple criteria DEA (Bio-MCDEA) model that considers stochastic data, our proposed model reduces some of these problems and facilitates problem solving through presenting primary presupposition and final linear model. The efficiency score of DMUs is determined by applying stochastic Bio- MCDEA model.         In many situations, the performance and the changes of outputs related to dynamic systems should be estimated while the convexity property is relaxed. Accordingly, first, a dynamic free disposal hull (FDH) model is proposed in this paper to address the efficiency of processes in multiple period of time while the convexity assumption is unsatisfied. Also, two problems, including a mixed integer linear programming and a linear programming model are provided to compute the dynamic FDH model that is a mixed integer non-linear programming problem. Then the changes of multi-period outputs are dealt with for changes of inputs related to several periods using the proposed inverse dynamic FDH model while the efficiency levels are preserved. A case study of gas industry is, moreover, presented to demonstrate the introduced models. In conventional DEA models, the efficiency scores of Decision Making Units (DMUs) with non-negative inputs and outputs are evaluated in a special period of time. However, in the real world there are situations wherein performance of firms must be evaluated in multiple periods of time while negative data are present; for this matter the current paper proposes an approach for assessing the efficiency of multi-period systems in the presence of positive and negative measures. To illustrate, the average efficiency of firms with some negative measures are calculated in multi-period production systems. The suggested approach utilizes the Semi-Oriented Radial Measure (SORM) model (Emrouznejad et al. \cite{4}) for incorporating some negative factors (inputs and outputs) and determining the efficiency of multi-period production systems. In fact, this paper originally makes the use of an approach extending the ranking of DMUs in DEA by Khodabakhshi and Aryavash into the Dynamic DEA framework. Hence, firstly, we compute minimum and maximum efficiency values of each DMUs in dynamic state, under the assumption that the sum of efficiency values of all DMUs in dynamic state is equal to unity.         In this paper, linear Data Envelopment Analysis models are used to estimate Markowitz efficient frontier. Conventional DEA models assume non-negative values for inputs and outputs. however, variance is the only variable in these models that takes non-negative values. Therefore, negative data models which the risk of the assets had been used as an input and expected return was the output are utilized . At the beginning variance was considered as a risk measure. However, both theories and practices indicate that variance is not a good measure of risk. Then value at risk is introduced as new risk measure. In this paper,we should prove that with increasing sample size, the frontiers of the linear models with both variance and value at risk , as risk measure, gradually approximate the frontiers of the mean-variance and mean-value at risk models and non-linear model with negative data. Finally, we present a numerical example with variance and value at risk that obtained via historical simulation and variance-covariance method as risk measures to demonstrate the usefulness and effectiveness of our ‎claim.‎ پرونده مقاله

        ‎Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is an objective method for priority determination of decision making units (DMUs) with the same multiple inputs and outputs. DEA is an efficiency estimation technique, but it can be used for solving many problems of management such as rankig of DMUs. Many researchers have found similarity between DEA and MCDM techniques. One of the earliest techniques in MCDM is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is a team-based and disciplined approach to product design, engineering and production and provides in-depth evaluation of a product. The QFD team is responsible for assessing the relationships between costumer requirements (CRs) and design requirements (DRs) and the interrelationships between DRs. In practice, each member demonstrates significantly different behavior from the others and generates different assessment results, leading to the QFD with uncertainty. In this paper data envelopment analysis is used to overcome this uncertainty. Each member's subjective assessment is taken into account directly and a new data envelopment analysis method in group situation is constructed which differs from multi-objective decision making models. Then, without using Charnes-Cooper transformation, the proposed model is transformed into a linear programing problem in a completely different manner. In conventional DEA models, inputs and outputs of inefficient DMUs alter arbitrarily for reaching to the efficient frontier. Nevertheless, sometimes the ability of DMUs is defined and restricted. Moreover, there are situations in the real world applications that limited resources exist. Therefore, in these cases inputs and outputs cannot vary irrationally. Actually, there are pre-specified alteration levels of inputs and outputs. For this purpose, the current study proposes DEA-based models, radial and non-radial models, to evaluate the relative efficiency of DMUs with restricted input and output variables. Financial statements that conceal the company's facts have caused great losses to its stakeholders. The ranking of companies based on fraudulent financial reporting is one of the key issues for performance analysis. This study, by using financial variables and the data envelopment analysis methodology, ranked the pharmaceutical companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in terms of fraudulent financial reporting. The data and theoretical framework of the research are based on library studies and data analysis has been done based on the data envelopment analysis model. The results of this study indicate that the most manipulation of profits in 2015 was in the Daru Amin and Faravordehaye Tazrighi companies, as well as Iran Daru and Sina Daru in 2016.         Resource-based view (RBV) theory analyzes and interprets company's resources in order to find out how organizations gain a competitive advantage. This theory fo-cuses on the implications of the complicated features of a company as the resources for excellent performance and comparative advantage. According to this view, capa-bilities and resources of the company are the main factors in explaining the func-tional results or competitive advantage. Resources can be considered as inputs which enable companies to do their activities. The purpose of this research is to introduce a resource-based theory for calculating the efficiency score of accepted companies in Tehran Securities Exchange by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). In this regard, the financial statements of 190 companies accepted in the exchange for the 2009 – 2018 period have been analysed. Efficiency indicators, which include 4 categories of resources (10 inputs) and 5 outputs, have formed the axis of the mentioned technique. The results of implementing this model for compa-nies with the efficiency score of one, indicates first a minimal input consumption compared to competing companies in the same industry while producing more out-put, and second, using the resource-based view theory (integration of tangible and intangible resources) enables the company to push the boundaries of efficiency. Finally, it can be said that utilizing minimum and maximum resources simultaneous-ly leads to a focus strategy-type competitive advantage. پرونده مقاله

Among several performance assessment approaches, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has become one of the crucial tools that have been commonly adopted to financially evaluate firms in various fields. The main aim of this review article is to review of DEA models in regarding to evaluation of the financial performance. This paper presents the first comprehensive and structured literature review of the use of DEA models for financially assessment. To this end, this paper reviewed and summarized the different models of DEA models that have been applied around the world to development of financial assessment problems. Consequently, a review of 455 published scholarly papers appearing in 160 journals between 1994 and 2021 have been obtained to achieve a comprehensive review of DEA application in financial efficiency. Accordingly, the selected articles have been categorized based on year of publication, authors, nationalities, scope of study, time duration, application area, study purpose, results, outcomes, etc. The discussion and the findings of this paper can be used as a guideline to analysts to determine the best fit financial assessment method when DEA evaluation is applied to any dataset.         One of the most important factors of the development of an economy is the mergers or acquisitions (M&A) at the level of its active companies such as insurance companies. The main purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of merger and acquisition before doing this process in the insurance industry using network data envelopment analysis and can select the companies that potentially facilitate achieving the purposes of the merger and acquisition process and improve of this action. For this purpose, in this study, first the efficiency of 20 insurance companies was measured through the Modified Slack-Based Measure (MSBM) in the two-stage data envelopment analysis approach during three years 2017, 2018 and 2019. Then, considering the calculated efficiency, Asia Insurance Company, Parsian, Dey, Pasargad, Kowsar and Taavon, which have had efficient performance in the last three years, were excluded from the calculations and other companies were selected for M&A . After ensuring that no monopoly is considered via Herfindahl- Hirschman Index, M&A is performed and then the overall efficiency was measured and it was divided into three parts: technical, harmony and scale. The results showed that the two consolidations Dana-Mihan and Dana-Sina had the best efficiency and the three consolidations Alborz-Mellat, Sina-Arman and Sina-Sarmad had the lowest efficiency and potential for the highest improvement. Calculations also showed that if the scale effect in the composition is greater than 1, then the coordination effect is smaller than 1 and the inverse relationship are not necessarily satisfied. پرونده مقاله

The current article proposed an approach for determining the stability region of returns to scale classification in two-stage network DEA. The data were collected from insurance companies in Iran in 2019. We consider the insurance industry process as a two-stage network; the stage of marketing and that of investment.         In traditional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) techniques, in order to calculate the efficiency or performance score, for each decision-making unit (DMU), specific and individual DEA models are designed and resolved. When the number of DMUs are immense, due to an increase in complications, the skewed or outdated, calculating methods to compute efficiency, ranking and …. may not prove to be economical. The key objective of the proposed algorithm is to segregate the efficient units from that of the other units. In order to gain access to this objective, effectual indexes were created; and taken to assist, in regards the DEA concepts and the type of business (under study), to survey the indexes, which were relatively operative. Subsequently, with the help of one of the clustering techniques and the ‘concept of dominance’, the efficient units were absolved from the inefficient ones and a DEA model was developed from an aggregate of the efficient units. By eliminating the inefficient units, the number of units which played a role in the construction of a DEA model, diminished. As a result, the speed of the computational process of the scores related to the efficient units increased. The algorithm designed to measure the various branches of one of the mercantile banks of Iran with financial indexes was implemented; resulting in the fact that, the algorithm has the capacity of gaining expansion towards big data. پرونده مقاله

Increased competition in the insurance industry has led managers to seek marketing strategies that, in addition to increasing insurance sales, reduce costs and gain competitive advantage. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop appropriate marketing strategies in the form of scenario-based strategic planning in the life insurance market of Mellat Insurance Company. For this purpose, system dynamics and network data envelopment analysis tools have been used. In order to formulate marketing strategies, the causal-loop diagram and then the flow-stock diagram were simulated for scenario-based strategic planning. Then the operation was performed for different scenarios and the simulated results were put as input to the data envelopment analysis model and based on the obtained results, the best and most efficient scenario was selected. In this direction, a series-parallel system was used to evaluate based on the failure rate, which at the first level examines the reliability of the suppliers and at the second level examines the reliability of the devices required for the production of electrical appliances. And in order to calculate the efficiency of suppliers, the NDEA model was also used. Ioannis E.Tsolas (2010) introduced“Modeling Bank Branch Profitability and Effectiveness by MeansDEA”. But this study has several problems regarding modeling and theresults it claims to be withstanding. In 2010 Kumer and Gulati introduceda model for performance evaluation. But this study also has aproblem with regard to modeling. We can say that the model introducedin Tsolas, Kumer and Gulati‘s studies was already introduced byHo and Zhu (2004) and Ho (2007). This paper tries to take a close lookat these problems and offer a solution to modify it in a more practicalmodel. First, we analyze the Ho and Zhu (2004) Ho (2007), Tsolas(2010), Kumer and Gulati‘s (2010) model and prove them to be incorrect.Then we apply a modified two stage model proposed by Chen,Liang and Zhu (2009) in bank branches in Iran. This study aggregatesprofitability efficiency and effectiveness into overall performance. In Hoand Zhu (2004) Ho (2007), Tsolas (2010), Kumer and Gulati‘s (2010)studies, they assume that profitability efficiency and effectiveness areindependent, and with that assumption, they design a two stage DEAmodel. We show that this assumption is wrong, and we cannot designa two stage DEA model with this assumption. There are some relationsbetween profitability efficiency and effectiveness which are very important.Without considering these relations we cannot obtain a superiorinsight about the overall performance. Finally, we show that the resultsof the modified model are proved to be more accurate than those ofTsolas, Kumer and Gulati‘s model. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a nonparametric method for evaluating performance. Fuzzy sets theory is a powerful tool for mentioning ambiguous situations. Traditional DEA models cannot work with fuzzy data therefor there is a need for a method which can evaluate this type of activities. Yet, in fuzzy data envelopment analysis, there isn’t a powerful method which can evaluate cost efficiency in fuzzy environment. In this paper, a new methods for obtaining cost efficiency measurement with data set of fuzzy numbers in various conditions (variable return to scale and constant return to scale) is suggested. These consist of situations where prices are fuzzy numbers and unknown exactly at each decision making unit (DMU).         تحلیل پوششی داده ها بعنوان یک ابزار مناسب برای برآورد کارایی شرکت هایی که از تکنولوژی های تولید با چندین ورودی و چندین خروجی استفاده می نمایند، مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. مدل‌های کلاسیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها بدلیل پایین بودن قدرت تفکیک واحدها اغلب اطلاعات دقیقی را از وضعیت واحد ها در اختیار مدیران و سیاست گذاران سازمانی قرار نمی دهند. در این پژوهش، اساس کار مدل BCCخروجی محور تحلیل پوششی داده ها بوده و به منظور افزایش قدرت تفکیک پذیری واحد های تصمیم گیرنده کارا از ناکارا، مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی تحلیل پوششی داده ها برمبنای BCC مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و در ادامه برای افزایش قدرت تفکیک واحد های تصمیم گیرنده از یک مدل جدید تحت عنوان مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی اصلاح شده تحلیل پوششی داده ها برمبنای BCC خروجی محور برای سنجش کارایی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش مدیریت شعب بانک قوامین سراسر کشور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که نتایج حاصل از پژوهش قدرت تفکیک پذیری مدل برنامه ریزی آرمانی اصلاح شده تحلیل پوششی داده ها برمبنای BCC خروجی محور نسبت به سایر مدلهای تحلیل پوششی داده ها را نشان می دهد. به طوریکه از 32 مدیریت تحت بررسی در بانک قوامین، مدیریت شعب غرب تهران با استفاده از این مدل کارا و بقیه مدیریت ها ناکارا تشخصیص داده شد. پرونده مقاله

        با توجه به اهمیت کارایی در پیشبرد جوامع و جایگاهی که سازمان های امروزی به خود اختصاص داده ، استفاده از ارزیابی عملکرد به ضرورتی گریز ناپذیر تبدیل شده است. از این رو در این پژوهش سعی بر آن داریم تا با استفاده از تلفیق دو رویکرد DEA-BSC و ANN-DEA به بررسی کارایی سازمان ها بپردازیم. در این راستا، ابتدا به تعیین شاخص های عملکرد به کمک تکنیک کارت امتیازی متوازن در چهار بعد مشتری، فرآیندهای داخلی، رشد و یادگیری و مالی پرداخته، سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها و مدل غیر شعاعی SBM و نرم افزار GAMS کارایی سازمان را محاسبه نمودیم. در گام بعد به کمک شاخص های بدست آمده از روش DEA-BSC و با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیق تحلیل پوششی داده ها و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و با بهره گیری از نرم افزار MATLAB میزان کارایی را مجدداً محاسبه نمودیم. در گام آخر به مقایسه دو روش DEA-BSC و ANN-DEA پرداخته که نتایج بدست آمده از مقایسه دو روش مذکور حاکی از سازگاری دو مدل در بحث کارایی و برتری روش ANN-DEA به لحاظ زمان کوتاه پاسخگویی و تعیین کارایی و امکان استفاده از الگوریتم آموزش دیده آن برای اندازه گیری کارایی واحدهای سازمانی در آینده است. پرونده مقاله

        Statistically constrained economic design for profiles usually refers to the selection of some parameters such as the sample size, sampling interval, smoothing constant, and control limit for minimizing the total implementation cost while the designed profiles demonstrate a proper statistical performance. In this paper, the Lorenzen-Vance function is first used to model the implementation costs. Then, this function is extended by the Taguchi loss function to involve intangible costs. Next, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) method is employed to optimize the extended model. The parameters of the MOPSO are tuned using response surface methodology (RSM). In addition, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is employed to find efficient solutions among all near-optimum solutions found by MOPSO. Finally, a sensitivity analysis based on the principal parameters of the cost function is applied to evaluate the impacts of changes on the main parameters. The results show that the proposed model is robust on some parameters such as the cost of detecting and repairing an assignable cause, variable cost of sampling, and fixed cost of sampling. پرونده مقاله

        برای سال‌های متمادی تصور بر این بود که ضریب هوشی نماینده میزان موفقیت افراد است. در دهه اخیر تحقیقات در یافتند که علاوه بر ضریب هوشی، عاملی به نام هوش هیجانی نیز جز شاخص‌های ارزیابی موفقیت یک فرد می‌تواند قلمداد شود. در ابتدای پیدایش شاخص هوش هیجانی، روانشناسان بیشتر برروی جنبه‌های شناختی همانند حافظه و حل مسئله تأکید می‌کردند. اما خیلی زود دریافتند که جنبه‌های غیرشناختی مانند عوامل عاطفی و اجتماعی نیز دارای اهمیت زیادی هستند. برای بررسی اهمیت این شاخص در ارزیابی‌ها یک نمونه تصادفی 81 تایی از دانشجویان رشته‌های الکترونیک و مکانیک دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد یادگار امام (ره) انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری، پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی برگرفته شده از کتاب تراویس برادبری می‌باشد. بعد از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، با استفاده از مدل‌های تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها، عملکرد هوش هیجانی دانشجویان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس برای تمیز دادن دانشجویانی که عملکرد آنها خوب تشخیص داده شده بود از مدل‌های ابرکارایی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دهنده آن است که دانشجویان الکترونیک عموماً رتبه بالاتری را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند. همچنین بررسی تأثیر ضریب چهار فاکتور انتخابی(خودمدیریتی، خودآگاهی، آگاهی‌اجتماعی، مدیریت‌رابطه) در این مطالعه، نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت رابطه بیشترین تأثیر و خود مدیریتی کمترین تأثیر را در ارزیابی هوش هیجانی این تعداد از دانشجویان به خود تخصیص داده است. پرونده مقاله

        پس از خصوصی‌سازی و پذیرش شرکت مخابرات ایران در بازار بورس، اطلاع از وضعیت کارایی مراکز مخابراتی برای سهام‌داران امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. پژوهش حاضر در صدد پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال اساسی است که چگونه می‌توان مراکز تلفن شهری ناکارآمد را به مرز کارایی رساند. بدین منظور با جمع‌آوری نظرات خبرگان در قالب پرسش‌نامه مقایسات زوجی و آنالیز داده‌ها به روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای، متغیرهای مؤثر در کارایی مراکز مشخص شده است. داده‌های خام از آمار و نمرات ارزیابی اخذ شده از ادارات برنامه‌ریزی و بازرسی و ارزیابی و صورت‌های مالی منتهی به سال 1396 که مورد حسابرسی قانونی قرار گرفته، تهیه شده است. سپس به روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها و در شرایط بازده به مقیاس ثابت و متغیر، امتیاز کارایی مراکز، محاسبه، رتبه‌بندی و در نهایت راه‌کارهای بهبود کارایی مراکز ناکارآمد استخراج شده است. مطابق یافته‌های تحقیق، اختلاف تعداد مراکز ناکارآمد در دو مقیاس مذکور، دلالت بر نظریه ناکارایی مقیاس، عدم کارکرد مراکز در مقیاس بهینه و اتلاف منابع توسط مراکز می‌باشد. جایگاه ضعیف شهرستان‌ها در جدول رتبه‌بندی، لزوم گزینش رؤسای مخابرات شهرستان‌ها مطابق شایستگی‌های فردی و تخصصی را ایجاب می‌کند. همچنین از عوامل مهم ناکارایی مراکز، عدم وجود فضای رقابتی-انگیزشی، قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و ریسک‌پذیری و وجود محدودیت‌های مختلف سازمانی و قانونی می‌باشد. پرونده مقاله

        در این مقاله به بررسی و ارزیابی جایگاه ایران و چهل کشور انتخابی در زمینه اقتصاد دانش بنیان پرداخته می شود. روش کار محاسبه کارایی آنها با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل پوششی داده ها می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل پوششی داده ها یکی از روشهای محاسبه کارایی واحد های تصمیم گیری با استفاده از برنامه ریزی خطی ریاضی و ورودی ها و خروجی های چند گانه است. بر این اساس کارایی کشورهای منتخب بر طبق مدل CCR ورودی محور و با استفاده از 13 مؤلفۀ اقتصاد دانش بنیان با تعداد نیروی کار، تولید ناخالص داخلی، تشکیل ناخالص سرمایه، کل مخارج صرف شده درفناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و ارزش افزوده خدمات در تولید ناخالص داخلی به عنوان ورودی ها و صادرات کالاهای با تکنولوژی بالا، تعداد محققین در تحقیق و توسعه، تعداد کاربران اینترنت ، خطوط تلفن ثابت و همراه، بهره وری نیروی کار و ارتباطات بین المللی به عنوان خروجی ها مورد ارزیابی قرار می گیرد. بر پایه نتایج این مقاله ایران در جایگاه 29 در میان کشورهای انتخابی می باشد و به نظر می رسد با پیروی از سیاستهای ایالات متحده آمریکا و چین بتوان جایگاه ایران را در این زمینه تقویت نمود. پرونده مقاله

To analyze the efficiency of investment companies, parametric and non-parametric methods are used. In this research, based on the dissociation power and sensitivity of outliers efficiency frontier in DEA, the efficiency of 31 investment companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange are evaluated by DEA models and neural network integrated model as 2 non-parametric methods during 2009-2011. Due o the weakness of DEA in ranking efficient units, these units will be ranked by Anderson and Peterson method. In DEA neural network integrated approach, multi-layer perspetron network by LM two training algorithm are used.         هدف این مقاله ارزیابی بهره وری کل انرژی و عوامل موثر بر آن در 134 صنعت تولیدی ایران در سطح کدهای چهار رقمی طبقه بندی بین‌المللی (ISIC) طی دوره 1394-1385 است. بدین منظور، با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها و شاخص مالم‌کوییست، کارایی فنّی, تکنولوژیکی و بهره‌وری کل انرژی صنایع تولیدی ایران محاسبه شده و سپس، با روش اثرات ثابت و گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته، عوامل موثر بر بهره‌وری کل انرژی برآورد شد. نتایج مدل نشان داد تمامی صنایع تولیدی، رشد مثبت پیشرفت تکنولوژیکی را تجربه نموده‌اند؛ اما هیچ کدام از کارایی فنّی برخوردار نبوده‌اند. به طور کلی، یافته‌ها حاکی از رشد بهره‌وری کل انرژی در صنایع تولیدی است. نتایج برآورد الگو نشان داد متغیرهای مهارت، فاوا، تحقیق و توسعه، سرمایه فیزیکی، ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات، صادرات و زمان اثر معنادار و فقط تحصیلات، اثر غیرمعناداری بر بهره‌وری کل انرژی داشته‌ است. بر اساس نتایج، بازبینی شیوه کار, بهبود مهارت‌های مدیریتی، حمایت یارانه‌ای دولت از تولید و سرمایه‌گذاری، کاهش تعرفه واردات تجهیزات و ماشین‌آلات سرمایه‌ای از صنایع با مصرف انرژی کم‌تر پیشنهاد می‌شود. پرونده مقاله

        چکیده با توجه به این که مأموریت حوزه پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزشی، تألیف و تدوین فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و یا ایجاد و توسعه علوم و تبدیل آن به فناوری است. ارزیابی عملکرد پژوهشی واحدهای دانشگاهی دارای اهمیت است. در این مقاله کارایی حوزه پژوهشی واحدهای منتخب دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی طی سه دوره زمانی 92-1389 با استفاده از مدل بدون ورودی در تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها اندازه‌گیری و مورد مقایسه قرارگرفته است. بدین منظور، 5 شاخص مهم پژوهشی بر مبنای تکنیک دیماتل تعیین و در نظر گرفته ‌شده است. کارایی واحدها با استفاده از مدل بدون ورودی و با نرم‌افزار تخصصی GAMS محاسبه و در نهایت برای رتبه‌بندی واحدها از روش رتبه‌بندی اندرسون - پترسون استفاده ‌شده است. در دوره اول 4 واحد دانشگاهی (تاکستان، کرج، فیروزکوه و ورامین) کارا بوده‌اند، در دور دوم، 5 واحد (پرند، تاکستان، رودهن، کرج و فیروزکوه) کارا بوده‌اند و در نهایت در دوره سوم، 4 واحد (پرند، تاکستان، قزوین و فیروزکوه) به کارایی بالا دست یافته‌اند. پرونده مقاله

DEA measures the efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) within the range of less than or equal to one. The corresponding efficiencies are referred to as relative efficiencies, which describe the best performances of DMUs, and these efficient units determine efficiency frontier. This research proposes an extended on a current research by a technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. Therefore, in this paper, we first introduce two methods namely regular polygon area (RPA) and TOPSIS. Then using common set of weights in order to all efficient units obtained from DEA models, they are projected into two-dimensional plane. Finally, the units are ranked by RPA and TOPSIS methods. Certainly, efficiency scores and ranks of banks are significant and effective aspects towards future planning. Sometimes the performance of banks must be measured in the presence of undesirable and vague factors. For these reasons in the current paper a procedure based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) is introduced for evaluating the efficiency and complete ranking of decision making units (DMUs) where undesirable and fuzzy measures exist. To illustrate, in the presence of undesirable and fuzzy measures, DMUs are evaluated by using a fuzzy expected value approach and DMUs with similar efficiency scores are ranked by using constraints and the Maximal Balance Index based on the optimal shadow prices. Afterwards, the efficiency scores of 25 branches of an Iranian commercial bank are evaluated using the proposed method. In this regard, Data envelopment analysis (DEA) provides a com- prehensive framework for returns to scale evaluation. A sequence of attempts has been made on the subject of returns to scale in DEA literature which cause DEA to be ex- panded to widespread applications. Centralization of carried out studies in firm level, on one hand, and the importance of economical inter-operation in performance analysis in industry level, on the other hand, were the main motivation to start a new range of studies around identifying the return to scale in industry level. Using (weak) pareto solutions of multiple-objective linear programming, necessary and sufficient conditions for inputs and outputs estimation are established.An application of inverse DEA using real data (for choosing a suitable strategy for spreading educational departments in a university) is presented. In addition, two new optimal notions are introduced for multiple-objective programming problems: semi-pareto and semi-weak pareto optimal notions.         Project-based organizations in upstream industries hold a large share of national resources and play an important role in the development of a country. Performance evaluation of project-based organizations can help managers to use inputs effectively and smooth their way to achieving goals. There are many qualitative and quantitative indices to performance evaluation of project-based organizations. Efficiency calculation through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a common index for performance assessment in such firms. In the traditional DEA model crisp data is needed while, in the real world, most of the data are imprecise and uncertain. A major cause of uncertainty related to the non-quantifiable, incomplete, and unachievable information that caused fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets merge in different models like DEA. The main idea of the present study is to combine quantitative and qualitative approaches in performance appraisal to take advantage of both and achieve more accurate results; therefore, in this paper, a hybrid model based on Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA) and Project Excellence Model (PEM) is proposed for performance evaluation in project-based organizations. First, performance assessment by the PEM model of Fuzzy data is accomplished. Then, implementing Fuzzy DEA into the PEM model is performed in which the inputs and outputs of the FDEA model are the PEM model criteria. The proposed hybrid model is used to evaluate 30 petrochemical companies in Iran. The comparison of the results of both models indicates a correlation coefficient of almost 0.90 at the significance level of 0.01 that shows an appropriate correlation between the two models. پرونده مقاله

In these processes, all outputs of the first stage are intermediate operations that comprise the inputs of the second stage. The input data in real-world applications may have negative values. In this study, considering the importance of network production processes, we deal with the efficiency evaluation of two-stage production units with negative data. Also, we extend CRS (constant returns to scale) bounded additive model for the efficiency evaluation of the two-stage units in the presence of negative data. From the production efficiency point of view, symmetrically handling both of the desirable and the undesirable outputs in the assessment process in the two stage network structure is developed in this paper. The motivation of this study is the application of the directional distance function (DDF) to modeling the two-stage network structure with the undesirable intermediate measures upon employing Stackelberg theory. The DEA cross-efficiency method is a well-known method that use to evaluate and ranking a set of peer decision-making units. Whenever a DMU intends to evaluate other DMUs, it faces the problem of non-uniqueness optimal weights of DEA models. Because different weights give us different cross-scores and subsequently different cross-efficiencies scores and this will confuse the decision-maker to make an ultimate decision. The main drawback of this method is the alternate optimal solution set of the DEA model. The main purpose of this study is to propose an approach to this problem to generate non-dominated DEA cross-efficiency scores. We propose a linear programming secondary goal model to select a set of optimal weights for each DMU. The traditional DEA models disregard the internal structure of units and have a “black box” view. Thus, to evaluate the structures with more than one stage, the network DEA (NDEA) models expanded. On the other hand, the dynamic optimization models have been presented to eliminate the limitations of static models in optimization. In the article, for the first time, a systematic approach is used to present a dynamic NDEA with constant inputs and undesirable outputs. First, we used an axiomatic approach in DEA with undesirable output and presented an NDEA model with undesirable output. Then, we extended the proposed approach and presented a dynamic NDEA with undesirable output and a constant input. The standard DEA method requires that all input and output variables be known as semi positive. In many real situations, the presence of undesirable and even negative data are inevitable. In DEA literature there have been various approaches to enable DEA to deal with negative data. On the other hand, the structure of interval data has recently attracted considerable attention among DEA researchers. According to importance of interval data, this paper proposes a radial measure which permits the presence of undesirable and negative data with interval structure. The proposed model can evaluate the efficiency of all DMUs and leads to improve the inefficient unit with interval negative and undesirable data.         In this article, we investigate a new continuous linear model with constraints for the direct selection of the most efficient unit in the analysis of data coverage presented by Akhlaghi et al. (2021) on uncertainty robust optimization. Considering the importance of incorporating uncertainty into performance evaluation models in the real world and its increasing application in various problems, we propose a robust optimization approach. Given the discrete and non-convex nature of the introduced models for selecting the most efficient decision-making unit, examining the dual and finding an optimistic scenario is practically impossible. Therefore, by utilizing the linear model presented by Akhlaghi et al. (2021) with constraints for identifying the most efficient unit, we can investigate the robustness of the desired model using(BS )Bertsimas and Sim's (2004) robust estimation method while also considering uncertainty. This paper deals with the statistical pared sample method and its capability of detecting outliers in data envelopment analysis. In the presented method, each observation is deleted from the sample once and the resulting linear program is solved, leading to a distribution of efficiency estimates. Based on the achieved distribution, a pared test is designed to identify the potential outlier(s). We illustrate the method through a real data set. On the other hand, considering the existence of competitive environment, suppliers have to offer customers incentives like discounts and enhance the quality of their products in a competition with other manufacturers. Therefore, in this study, a model is presented for CLSC optimization, efficient supplier selection, as well as orders allocation considering quantity discount policy. It is modeled using multi-objective programming based on the integrated simultaneous data envelopment analysis–Nash bargaining game. In this study, maximizing profit and efficiency and minimizing defective and functions of delivery delay rate are taken into accounts. Beside supplier selection, the suggested model selects refurbishing sites, as well as determining the number of products and parts in each network’s sector.         This paper proposes an innovative procedure of finding efficient facility location–allocation (FLA) schemes, integrating data envelopment analysis (DEA) and a multi-objective programming (MOP) model methodology. FLA decisions provide a basic foundation for designing efficient supply chain network in many practical applications. The procedure proposed in this paper would be applied to the FLA problems where various conflicting performance measures are considered. The procedure requires that conflicting performance measures classified as inputs to be minimized, or outputs to be maximized. Solving an MOP problem generates diverse alternative FLA schemes along with multi-objective values. DEA evaluates these schemes to generate a relative efficiency score for each scheme. Then, using stratification DEA, all of these FLA schemes are stratified into several levels, from the most efficient to the most inefficient levels. A case study is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed integrating method.         This paper adopts a modified approach of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the academic efficiency of university departments. In real-world case studies, conventional DEA models often identify too many decision-making units (DMUs) as efficient. This occurs when the number of DMUs under evaluation is not large enough compared to the total number of decision variables. To overcome this limitation and reduce the number of decision variables, multi-objective data envelopment analysis (MODEA) approach previously presented in the literature is applied. The MODEA approach applies Shapley value as a cooperative game to determine the appropriate weights and efficiency score of each category of inputs. To illustrate the performance of the adopted approach, a case study is conducted in a university in the Philippines. The input variables are academic staff, non-academic staff, classrooms, laboratories, research grants, and department expenditures, while the output variables are the number of graduates and publications. The results of the case study revealed that all DMUs are inefficient. DMUs with efficiency scores close to the ideal efficiency score may be emulated by other DMUs with least efficiency scores. پرونده مقاله

Efficiency is only one economic aim for a decision-maker; however, up- or downsizing might be a second one. Improving efficiency is the main topic in DEA; the long-term strategy towards the right production size should attract our attention as well. Not always the management of a DMU primarily focuses on technical efficiency but rather is interested in gaining scale effects. In this paper, a formula for returns to scale (RTS) is developed, and this formula is even applicable for interior points of technology. Particularly, technical and scale inefficient DMUs need sophisticated instruments to improve their situation. Considering RTS as well as efficiency, in this paper, we give an advice for each DMU to find an economically reliable path from its actual situation to better activities and finally to most productive scale size (mpss), perhaps. For realizing this path, we propose an interactive algorithm, thus harmonizing the scientific findings and the interests of the management. The drawback to it could be that the benchmarks it provides us with, may still be less efficient compared to the more advanced future benchmarks. To cover for this weakness, artificial neural network is integrated with DEA in this paper to calculate the relative efficiency and more reliable benchmarks of one of the Iranian commercial bank branches. It also develops a structured approach to assisting practitioners in making an appropriate selection of variation range for inputs and outputs of additional DMU so that this DMU be efficient and the efficiency classification of VRS technology remains unchanged. This stability region is simply specified by the concept of defining hyperplanes of production possibility set of VRS technology and the corresponding halfspaces. In this paper, we propose a novel robust data envelopment model (RDEA) to investigate the efficiencies of decision-making units (DMU) when there are discrete uncertain input and output data. The method is based upon the discrete robust optimization approaches proposed by Mulvey et al. (1995) that utilizes probable scenarios to capture the effect of ambiguous data in the case study. Our primary concern in this research is evaluating electricity distribution companies under uncertainty about input/output data. To illustrate the ability of proposed model, a numerical example of 38 Iranian electricity distribution companies is investigated. There are a large amount ambiguous data about these companies. Some electricity distribution companies may not report clear and real statistics to the government. Thus, it is needed to utilize a prominent approach to deal with this uncertainty. It enhances customer satisfaction, decreases customer defection, and promotes customer loyalty. Substantial literature has examined the concept of service quality, its dimensions, and measurement methods. We introduce the perceived service quality index (PSQI) as a single measure for evaluating the multiple-item service quality construct based on the SERVQUAL model. A slack-based measure (SBM) of efficiency with constant inputs is used to calculate the PSQI. In addition, a non-linear programming model based on the SBM is proposed to delineate an improvement guideline and improve service quality. An empirical study is conducted to assess the applicability of the method proposed in this study. A large number of studies have used DEA as a benchmarking tool to measure service quality. These models do not propose a coherent performance evaluation construct and consequently fail to deliver improvement guidelines for improving service quality. One method that is helpful for the evaluation and selection of the sustainable supplier and has the ability to use a variety of data types is data envelopment analysis (DEA). In the present article, first, the supplier efficiency is measured with respect to all economic, social and environmental dimensions using DEA and applying imprecise data. Then, to have a general evaluation of the suppliers, the DEA model is developed using imprecise data based on goal programming (GP). Integrating the set of criteria changes the new model into a coherent framework for sustainable supplier selection. Moreover, employing this model in a multilateral sustainable supplier selection can be an incentive for the suppliers to move towards environmental, social and economic activities. Improving environmental, economic and social performance will mean improving the supply chain performance. Finally, in the third stage, the group rank position of alternatives is obtained based on a distance of individual rank positions. The third stage determines a consensus solution for the group so that the ranks obtained have a minimum distance from the ranks acquired by each alternative in the previous stage. In this paper, the researchers develop productivity index when producers are going to maximize total profit when the price of inputs and outputs are known.The proposed method uses all price information about inputs and outputs for determining productivity index while previous methods use only cost of inputs to determine index of productivity .Therefore, the proposed Mulmquist productivity index in this paper is more precise than the other Mulmquist productivity index. Here, productivity change is decomposed into profit efficiency and profit technical change. Furthermore, profit efficiency change is decomposed into technical and allocative efficiency change and profit technical change into a part capturing shifts of input and output quantities and shifts of input and output prices. These decompositions provide a clearer picture of the root sources of productivity change. Finally, the proposed fractional programming problems are converted to the linear programming problems.         هدف اصلی این پژوهش،بررسی عوامل موثر بر کارایی صنعت بانکداری در ایران است.بدین روی،برای اندازه گیری کارایی به دو روش ناپارامتری(DEA) و پارامتری (SFA) داده های تراز نامه بانک های تجاری،تخصصی و خصوصی در دوره 1380-1384 را مورد بررسی قرار داده ایم.در روش ناپارامتری نتایج حاصل میانگین کارایی اقتصادی،تخصصی و فنی سیستم بانکی در دوره مورد بررسی به ترتیب برابر با 56 درصد،77 درصد و 72 درصد است.در روش پارامتری متوسط کارایی سیستم بانکی در دوره مورد بررسی 34 درصد است.بر اساس نتایج مدل برآورد عوامل موثر بر کارایی نشان می دهد که کارایی بانکها با اندازه بانک ،دارایی کل و تمرکز رابطه منفی و با تعداد شعب نیروی انسانی تحصیل کرده ،نسبت تسهیلات به دارایی،ریسک اعتباری،سرمایه به دارایی و شاخص بانکداری الکترونیکی رابطه مثبت دارد.ادغام بانکها در شرایطی موجب افزایش کارایی میشود که بانک ناکاراتر در بانک کاراتر ادغام شود. پرونده مقاله

        چکیده با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی امروز کشور، تعداد شرکت‌های درمانده و اهمیت درماندگی مالی روزبه‌روز در حال افزایش است. افزایش عوامل اقتصادی تأثیرگذار بر درماندگی مالی نیز بر پیچیدگی تصمیم‌گیری در سرمایه‌گذاری این شرکت‌ها افزوده است. به همین منظور رویکرد ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن انواع معیارهای مالی، امکان پویاسازی پیش‌بینی درماندگی مالی را برای این تصمیم‌گیرندگان فراهم می سازد. رویکرد معرفی‌شده در این پژوهش ابتدا با خوشه‌بندی شرکت ها در خوشه متناسب درمانده مالی و غیر درمانده به کمک روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، نگاشت خودسازمان‌ده (SOM) اقدام و سپس با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها مبتنی بر بدترین عملکرد (WPF-DEA) نسبت به پیش‌بینی پویا درماندگی مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادر تهران اقدام گردید. با بهره‌گیری از روش یادشده 105 شرکت ارزیابی گردید و نتیجه ناکارایی این شرکت‌ها در طول 5 دوره زمانی از سال 1395 الی 1399 پیش‌بینی شد. مدل تحلیل پوششی داده‌های پویا مبتنی بر بدترین عملکرد، توان ارزیابی ناکارایی واحدهای مورد بررسی اعم از شرکت‌های عضو سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار را دارا است. تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها توانسته است به‌صورت موفقیت‌آمیزی درماندگی مالی شرکت‌ها را به‌عنوان واحدهای تصمیم ناکارا شناسایی نماید پرونده مقاله

        چکیدههدف مقاله، توسعه مدلی جهت ارزیابی کیفیت اطلاعات واحدهای گزارشگر با استفاده از مدلسازی شبکهای تحلیل پوششی دادهها است. انگیزه پژوهش، ماهیت چندبعدی مفهوم کیفیت اطلاعات از منظر شاخصها و پیامدهای کیفیت اطلاعات و توانمندی مدلهای تحلیل پوششی دادهها در ارزیابی کارایی واحدهای تصمیمگیرنده (در اینجا واحدهای گزارشگر) بر اساس ورودیها و خروجیهای چندگانه است. بر این اساس، مهمترین شاخصها و پیامدهای کیفیت اطلاعات، با استفاده از پیشینهپژوهی استخراج شده و بنا به ارتباط آنها با مفهوم کیفیت اطلاعات، در قالب ورودی و خروجی مراحل دوگانه پیامدی مدل شبکهای تحلیل پوششی دادهها قرار گرفته و کارایی اطلاعات واحدهای گزارشگر با استفاده همزمان از شاخصها و پیامدهای کیفیت اطلاعات اندازه گیری شده است. نتایج حاکی از تفاوت کارایی اطلاعات واحدهای گزارشگر در مراحل مختلف است که نشاندهنده ضعف دیدگاه سنتی مدلهای تحلیل پوششی دادهها در ارزیابی کارایی واحدهای تصمیمگیرنده است. افزون بر این، کارایی واحدها در مرحله شاخصهای کیفیت اطلاعات، بالاتر از کارایی آنها در مرحله تبدیل شاخصها به پیامدهای کیفیت اطلاعات است و کارایی شبکه که حاصل بهینهسازی تمام مراحل مجزای شبکه است، در جایی بین کارایی مراحل قرار میگیرد. از دیگر نتایج پژوهش علاوه بر ارائه یک رقم منحصر به فرد کارایی شبکه، توضیح دلایل ناکارایی شبکه و اجزا و معرفی الگوهای مرجع جهت بهینهسازی ورودیها و خروجیهای هر مرحله و تعیین مسیر دستیابی به مرز کارایی است. پرونده مقاله

        چکیده هدف از انجام این مقاله بررسی رابطه بین بیش‌اعتمادی مدیریت و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، بررسی رابطه بین مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و عملکرد شرکت با نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی بیش‌اعتمادی مدیریت و بررسی رابطه بین مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و عملکرد شرکت با نقشی تعدیل‌کنندگی محدودیت‌های ‌مالی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از منظر هدف از جمله تحقیقات کاربردی و از منظر ماهیت و روش، تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی است . جامعه آماری این پژوهش شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران (شامل 522 شرکت) می‌باشد. بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری حذف سیستماتیک تعداد 138 شرکت انتخاب شد. سپس با استفاده از داده های جمع‌آوری شده از نمونه آماری تحقیق، فرضیه های تحقیق مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. برای محاسبه بیش‌اعتمادی مدیران از معیار نسبت مخارج سرمایه‌ای استفاده گردید. در مورد متغیر مسئولیت ‌اجتماعی، پس از اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی برای تعیین امتیاز ایفای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‌های عضو نمونه از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها و نرم‌افزار شرکت بهین کارا‌ پژوه استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بیش‌اعتمادی مدیران با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین بیش‌اعتمادی مدیریت رابطه بین مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و عملکرد‌ شرکت را تضعیف می‌کند و محدودیت‌های ‌مالی رابطه بین مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و عملکرد شرکت را تعدیل نمی‌کند. پرونده مقاله

        این مقاله تحلیلی- توصیفی به دنبال تبیین تأثیر کارایی سراسری و بخشی حاکمیت و ساکنان به ازای روش‌های تأمین مالی منتخب در محله جوانمرد قصاب است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه املاک مسکونی واقع در این محله بوده که از میان آنها 50 پلاک همگن از لحاظ مساحت عرصه به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی انتخاب گردید. به کمک مدل تحلیل پوششی داده شبکه‌ای فازی از نوع مقدار تعدیل‌شده دامنه، کارایی سراسری و بخشی محاسبه و با بهره‌گیری از مدل تحلیل خوشه‌ای kمیانگین روش‌های تأمین مالی از لحاظ کارایی بخشی در سه گروه دسته‌بندی شد. یافته‌های حاصل از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون F تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه در محیط نرم‌افزار SPSS نشان می‌دهد که رابطه مستقیم و مثبتی بین کارایی کلی و بخشی ساکنان در تمام روش‌های تأمین مالی با متوسط ضریب همبستگی 0.834 با سطح معناداری 99 درصد وجود دارد که نقش ساکنان را در فرآیند بهسازی و نوسازی برجسته‌تر می‌نماید. یافته‌ها بین کارایی کلی و حاکمیت رابطه مستقیم متوسط را با ضریب همبستگی متوسط 0.570 نشان می‌دهد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین کارایی بخشی ساکنان و حاکمیت رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد که نشان از عدم همسویی در تأمین مالی بین منافع دولت و مردم دارد. پرونده مقاله

        سازمان تأمین‌اجتماعی محور اصلی بیمه در حوزه بخش خصوصی است و بزرگترین سازمان بیمه‌گر است و یکی از عمده‌ترین نهادهای اقتصادی است که وظیفه پشتیبانی‌ و تأمین را برای دیگر مؤسسات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و خانوارها دارد. لذا به منظور خدمات‌رسانی مطلوب در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، طراحی و اجرای سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره‌تأمین‌خدمات مناسب برای آن الزامی است. به همین منظور در این پژوهش، جهت ارزیابی کارایی و سنجش عملکرد زنجیره‌تأمین‌خدمات در سازمان‌تامین‌اجتماعی از تکنیک تحلیل‌پوششی‌داده‌های شبکه‌ای استفاده شده‌است‌. از آنجا که مدل‌های تحلیل‌پوششی‌داده‌های مرسوم بر اساس اطلاعات تاریخی عمل می‌کنند، بزرگترین ضعف آنها تعیین کارایی واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده در گذشته هستند و چارچوبی برای آینده ارائه نمی‌کنند، لذا برای رفع این مشکل در این پژوهش و به منظور پیش‌بینی ورودی‌ها و خروجی‌ها در زمان آینده از روش شبیه‌سازی پویایی‌های سیستم استفاده شده‌است. همچنین به منظور نشان دادن یافته‌های تئوریک حاصل از مدل جدید ارائه شده به صورت عملی‌، به پیش‌بینی رفتار و ارزیابی کارایی زنجیره‌تأمین‌خدمات 15 شعبه تامین‌اجتماعی استان هرمزگان در سه سال 95 تا 97 پرداخته شده‌است و نهایتا شعبه‌های کارا و ناکارا مشخص شدند و استراتژی‌های بهبود عملکرد را برای رسیدن به بهترین عملکرد شعبه‌های ناکارا روی مرز کارایی ارائه داده شدند. پرونده مقاله

Since the DEA models also have the multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) problems nature, a rational relationship can be established between MOLP and DEA problems to overcome the problem of determining weights. In this study, a membership function was defined base on the results of CCR model and cross efficiency, and by using this membership function in a proposed model, we obtained a common set of weights for all DMUs. The biggest challenge is the complexity of solving these issues. Due to the fact that optimal design of control charts can be formulated as a multi objective optimization problem, in this paper to solve this problem, we used initial solution Spider's web data envelopment analysis method. In previous methods used multiple algorithms to resolve the issue. But in the proposed method once using Data Envelopment Analysis method and without any other algorithm can solve multi objective problem and this method can yield desirable efficient. In addition, the impact of oil shocks on the Tehran Stock Exchange is also studied. The analyzed data are the weekly crude oil price data in the industry and the index of the Tehran Stock Exchange during the 10-year period from 2005 to 2015. For data analysis, this paper proposes an appropriate mathematical model based on the non-parametric technique of data envelopment analysis (DEA), which is a powerful mathematical tool for ranking decision-making units (DMUs). Ultimately, we used the proposed model to calculate the efficiency and ranking of 10 companies active in the food and beverage industry (except for the sugar group) and analyzed the results with the CCR model. Following that, the final ranking was done using the weighted average method. According to the results of the research, Mahram Production Group Company was ranked 1st in the weighted average method, and Shir Pegah West Azerbaijan was ranked second, and Nab Industrial Companies, Pars Livestock Feed, Georgian Biscuits, Iran Behnoosh, Pak Dairy, Behpak, Salemeen and Shir Pegah Isfahan ranked 3rd to 10th , respectively. پرونده مقاله
