Urban spaces play a unique role in meeting the social and personal needs of city children. These spaces occupy a major part of the time and environment of the daily life of residents, including children, and from the viewpoint of consensus and behavioral science, improving the quality of these spaces can be effective in the health and growth of physical strength, strengthening social interactions and fostering creativity in children. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate the indicators of a child-friendly city in ten areas of Tabriz metropolis. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on library and documentary studies, field investigations and interviews, and data analysis was done with spss software. The results of the evaluation show that in relation to the status of the six indicators of the child-friendly city in the ten regions of Tabriz, the physical-environmental index(2.62), independent and free transportation and mobility (2.42), access to various services and activities (3.05), historical, cultural and religious (2.40) and effective participation by expressing oneself and expressing opinion (2.24) according to the theoretical mean (3) of the criteria and indicators of the child-friendly city in the ten regions of Tabriz are slightly lower than It is average. Also, the ranking results of the indicators based on the entropy model show that the components of visible and safe space, air pollution, asphalt quality, strengthening of cultural heritage, safety of sidewalks, valuing children, national-local celebrations, transportation of the disabled, cycling path and expression Opinions are more important than the rest of the components, and finally, by comparing the ten regions of Tabriz, it was found that there is no significant difference between different regions in the city. Nowadays, with the increasing development of cities and increasing traffic, crowding, pollution, etc., public parking spaces are considered one of the most important infrastructures of the transportation system. The shortage of parking space, especially in the central zone of metropolises, can affect the traffic congestion and the quality of urban life. Therefore, the present research has addressed the condition of its parking spaces by investigating one of the important problems in the central district of ahvaz metropolis. This study is an applied research with a descriptive-analytical approach. It is also a survey research. The research population included 300 people and the sample size (169 people) was selected through the Cochran formula by directly referring to the selected parking lots. Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.833) has been calculated for the reliability of the questionnaire, which indicates the accuracy, reliability, and internal consistency of the results. Seven indicators: area capacity, availability of facilities, access status, security status, beauty status, entrance fee, and cleaning status were selected to evaluate the busy parking lots located in the study area and necessary analysis was done using shannon entropy. The results showed that Karun, Refah, Alireza, and Azadegan parking lots are ranked first second, and last with the final priority coefficients of 0.0574 and 0.0504, respectively. Manuscript profile

In recent years, technological advances have motivated industries, companies and even governments to look for an improved alignment between strategic objectives and technology management, preferably through the application of structured and flexible approaches that use techniques such as technology roadmapping. There are a lot of studies that have presented various models, processes, and frameworks to develop technology roadmap and more studies have developed roadmaps based on these contributions. Most of these studies have mentioned that the roadmapping process must be customized in every case. Accordingly; having a model or a framework that represents the most prominent findings of these studies in one view, is so helpful for customizing the process. But there is no research that accumulates previous studies and achieving this purpose. This paper presents the outcomes of a Meta-synthesis review of technology roadmapping literature that was published between 1997 and 2016 (73 papers) and develops a framework from important roadmapping components which affected the roadmapping process and roadmaps. Finally, the components of the proposed framework have been evaluated by survey benefiting from experts’ opinion and Shannon’s entropy technique.   Manuscript profile

organizational social capital using future research tools and its analysis in comparison with emerging HR trends. The research is applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Human resource management practices has been measured through a researcher-made questionnaire with Delphi method during two consecutive runs, which include four dimensions of selection, human resource development, compensation, and communication. A standard questionnaire was used to measure organizational social capital and the reliability of the research tool was calculated through the Cronbach's alpha of 0.969. The statistical population of the study was the Ministry of Education in the survey stage and the Shannon Entropy method was used to measure the indicators. Findings show the positive and significant impact of each of the four measures of human resource management practices on the three dimensions of organizational social capital. The impact of human resource development variable on the structural dimension and variable of service compensation on the social capital's social dimension was not confirmed. The greatest influence is the subsystem of choice on social capital, so that up to 74% of the changes related to social capital can be influenced by the selection of human resources. The results of the research indicate that the impact of HRMP on organizational social capital is emphasized on the emerging HR trends.   Manuscript profile

There are factors in any system that may act contrary to system order, causing disorder, disrupting behavior, disrupting system stability or entropy, and will significantly reduce employee and organization performance. To explain behavioral entropy and identify the dimensions, indices, and the relationship between them, and finally to present a behavioral entropy model. The research method was exploratory and the data analysis method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The qualitative part of the Delphi method consisted of 20 experts including 10 human resources professors and 10 extension managers. Snowball method was used to select both groups. At first, using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in the conceptual model of research and then to test the model from each of the standard questionnaires, a questionnaire with validity and reliability of 0.814 and 0.74 was set up and in a statistical population of about 1000 managers and 470 staff managers. The Iranian industries were distributed by random stratified method and 441 questionnaires were obtained using quantitative research methods and structural equations of Venice using SPSS and LISREL software. In the qualitative section, 81 components were identified which, according to Kendall's coefficient of 0.811 after four Delphi panel formats, remained 15 components, including three behavioral entropy dimensions triplicates including three individual, organizational and environmental categories. In section: The influence of independent environmental and organizational factors on individual factors mediated by 0.788 and 0.715, respectively, and the effect of environmental and organizational structures on behavioral entropy dependent constructs is greater than the critical values of 1.96 and 2.58, respectively. Direct and meaningful support. The findings indicate that organizational and environmental factors influence individual factors and individual factors have a faster and longer lasting effect on behavioral entropy retention. The implications of behavioral entropy for each of the variables are summarized as disorder, confusion, an atmosphere of instability, abnormal behaviors, reduced productivity, and organization. We have found many links between the built environment and children's physical activities, but we have yet to find conclusive evidence that aspects of the built environment promote obesity. For example, certain development patterns, such as a lack of sidewalks, long distances to schools, and the need to cross busy streets, discourage walking and biking to school. Eliminating such barriers can increase rates of active commuting. But researchers cannot yet prove that more active commuting would reduce rates of obesity. It note that recent changes in the nutrition environment, including greater reliance on convenience foods and fast foods, a lack of access to fruits and vegetables, and expansion in portion sizes, are also widely believed to contribute to the epidemic of childhood obesity. But again, conclusive evidence that changes in the nutrition environment will reduce rates of obesity yet does not exist. Research into the link between the built environment and childhood obesity is still in its infancy. Analysts do not know whether changes in the built environment have increased rates of obesity or whether improvements to the built environment will decrease them. Nevertheless, the policy implications are clear. Finally, environment can have a sustainable effect in children activities. The attempt of this research is to identify the effective variables of friendly places by kids. Prioritization according to the importance of variables is the main goal of the research. The Delphi technique has been used to collect the opinions of experts about the priorities of criteria. The research method was qualitative, and the data were collected conducting a questionnaire. Firstly, by using literature review, several factors that are strongly related to design field (Child- friendly place, Child- friendly City (CFC), and Friendly places) have been identified. The questionnaires was sent to 25 experts, out of them 18 key experts answered to the research. Their responses were analyzed for the purpose of identifying. Following revisions as a result of the comments received from the first round, the participants were asked to repeat the assessment in the second round. A t-test was used to determine whether or not the experts’ opinions on the first and second round were similar. The results of the research showed that the final set of variables grouped into 5 categories: (1) physical factors; (2) safe access factors; (3) location factors; (4) ecological factors; and (5) personal factors. Physical factors consisted of functional distance, scale, variety of functions, quality of environment, density of neighborhood, texture and color of material, and so on. Safe access factors were distance (km/hr), to home, school, play space, parks and center of neighborhood. Contextual factors consisted of neighborhood, services and safety. Location factors were proximity with home, school, play space, parks. Personal factors consisted of age, gender, education, economic place and sense of safety. We used Shannon’s entropy to determine the importance weights of variables. Physical factors were the most important attribute and personal factors were the least important one. The physical factors of residential neighborhood have a significant role in increasing loveable place for children.     Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to define the concepts of Tsallis entropy and conditional Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions and to obtain some results concerning this kind entropy. We show that the Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions has the subadditivity and concavity properties. We study this information measure under the refinement and zero mode subset relations. We check the chain rules for this information measure and prove some properties about the entropy of independent fuzzy partitions. Some results of the relationship between the Tsallis entropy and conditional Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions are obtained and, by using conditional Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions, we show that the subadditivity property for Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions is not established in the case that the parameter of this entropy is smaller than one. In general, the Tsallis entropy of fuzzy partitions has similar properties to the shannon entropy, where the parameter of this entropy is larger than one, and therefore can be used in addition to the Shannon entropy, to measure the amount of information to be extracted from a fuzzy experiment. Our main objective in this paper is to analyze Bayesian Shrinkage Estimators of the parameter of two-parameter Exponential Distribution Scale under General Entropy Loss Function based on the prior conjugate distribution and Progressive Type-II Censored Data in the presence of the location parameter. To this end, in the present paper, firstly, we present Shrinkage Estimator of scale parameter based on the Bayesian estimator that obtained under General Entropy Loss Function, and prior conjugate distribution, and then investigate the efficiency of the proposed estimator with other estimators, such as maximum likelihood estimator, Bayes estimator, empirical Bayesian estimator, and empirical Bayesian Shrinkage Estimator. The method used in this paper to compute empirical Bayesian estimator, and empirical Bayesian Shrinkage Estimator is guessing. Using simulated data based on Monte Carlos’ method, under six censorship schemes and with two prior distributions of Jeffrey and Hartigan, the effectiveness of estimators is compared. Finally, using actual data, the efficiency of the proposed estimators will be examined. Manuscript profile

The notion of entropy was introduced by Clausius in 1850, and some of the main steps towards the consolidation of the concept were taken by Boltzmann and Gibbs. Since then several extensions and reformulations have been developed in various disciplines with motivations and applications in different subjects, such as statistical mechanics, information theory, and dynamical systems. Fujii and Kamei introduced the notion of the relative operator entropy and Furuta introduced the notion of the parametric relative operator entropy as a generalization of the notion of the relative operator entropy. These concepts can be described by the notion of perspective of some elementary functions and this description makes simplifier their verification. The relative operator entropy is concave and the parametric relative operator entropy is also concave for some suitable parameters. In this paper, we study some properties of the parametric relative operator entropy including its bounds. These bounds generalize the calculated bounds of the relative operator entropy by other authors and in particular the previous results will achieve. Manuscript profile

One of the most important challenges in the stock market for investors is selecting Portfolio. This study by considering the financial ratios as evaluating indicators tries to determine appropriate model for investment decisions in stocks. In this study, the combination of respectively models, linear regression, multi attribute decision making and linear programming were used to forecast the future of financial ratio trends, ranking companies and asset allocation. In the first step of study, after selecting 17 financial ratios and indicators as variables of the hybrid model, their values from the first quarter of 2007 to the first quarter of 2015 was calculated for companies included in the sample. Then by using the moving average with exogenous inputs and Auto Regressive Moving Average with exogenous input, these variables were predicted for the studied period (second quarter 2015). In the next step, we used Shannon entropy to determine the weight of indexes and the grey relational analysis for ranking companies. Finally, by using a linear programming model, a model was developed to select the optimal portfolio. According to this model, a portfolio of stocks formed and by using the Sharp ratio, its performance was compared with the overall index and the top 50 index. The results showed that the hybrid model has had a better performance than the overall index and the top 50 index, in the period of the study. Manuscript profile

Introduction and Objective: Undoubtedly optimal management of space in terms of regulating the relationship among human being, space and human activities in the space is the main objective of spatial planning. Materialization of spatial planning more than having a technical plan depends on a management plan based on the economic and spatial balances which allows it to realize equity in space and social equity. Nowadays, intense concentration of population and activities in one or more geographical spots features most Third World countries including Iran. Underestimating long-term plans and relying on development-based and sometimes superficial plans are among main obstacles of realization of balanced development of Iran. This study aims at analyzing different dimensions of the spatial management necessary for preparing process of spatial planning program. To do so, we concentrated our study on Malekan Township where let us to indicate the operationalization of the issue at the level of a township or region. It also became a basis for other studies in provincial or regional scales. Methodology: As an applied research, a documentary-analytical method was used in this study. Besides maps SPSS, Auto Cad and Arc View programs were used for analyzing data, variables, preparing tables and doing calculations. Results: Our findings showed that the main component of the realistic analyses of spatial planning must be sought in the geographical structures. In fact our country’s spatial planning appearance particularly in the regional levels is initially a function of the natural components and secondly a function of allocation and decision making system. Natural elements are the first priority for spatial establishment of settlements in the studied area and regarding the allocation system services and applications are not divided similarly among different villages of the township. Conclusion: Providing a pervasive analysis of the relation between settlement system and activity with the environmental condition through designing and developing a databank consisting of geographical foundations is necessary for extracting spatial development documents. Again, analysis of weak points of allocation system will play a key role in realizing equity in space and solving socioeconomic inequalities. Manuscript profile

Background and Aims: Landslide is one of the natural hazards that lead to a lot of human and financial losses. Researchers on the subject of landslide susceptibility are investigating the possibility of landslides with respect to topographic and geo-environmental conditions, and the obtained information is critical in landslide risk management Preparation of landslide sensitive points is an essential tool for assessing landslide risk and is very useful in better planning and management of these areas. In this research, models based on artificial intelligence and two statistical variables in determining landslide sensitive points in West Azerbaijan province have been studied and compared. Methods: Methods based on artificial intelligence and two statistical variables were used to prepare landslide-sensitive points in the province of West Azerbaijan, which is located in northwestern Iran. This study was conducted in four stages. The first stage: the study of landslides in the studied region based on the database of the Forests, Rangelands and Watershed Organization of Iran (FRWO) and the identification of 110 landslides through field surveys, interpretation of aerial photographs and Google Earth satellite images, the second stage: data collecting and creating a spatial databases of effective factors, the third stage: applying the Frequency Ratio (FR), Shannon Entropy (SE), Bagging (BA), Random Forest (RF) and hybrid model (RF-BA) and stage four: methods validating using the system performance curve (ROC). Based on field surveys and similar studies, 12 factors affecting landslide occurrence including altitude, slope angle, slope direction, distance from fault, distance from river, distance from road, drainage density, road density, rainfall, soil, land use and lithology were identified. In the field survey, 110 landslides were identified in West Azerbaijan. 70 percent of the data were randomly selected and used for modeling and 30 percent of the data were used for validation. Results: In terms of geographical directions, the southern direction with a weight of 1.49 had the greatest impact on the occurrence of landslides in the province. The least weight was related to flat areas where no landslide occurred. The results of slope factor showed that the middle slopes had the greatest effect on the occurrence of landslides, so that in low slopes due to low gravity, less landslides occur and too much slopes were related to mountainous areas that were covered with rocks and there was very thin soil that is not suitable for landslide. The study of land use factor showed that 48 percent of landslides occured in agricultural areas. The results showed that most of the landslides occurred near rivers and faults. Also, in some areas, the closest distances to the road had the greatest risk of landslideConclusion: The results of this study showed that the artificial intelligence models (RF and the combined model RF-BA) had the higher efficiency than the statistical models (FR and SE). The accuracy of the combined models was higher than the single models. The ROC curve results showed the accuracy of 0.92, 0.91, 0.89 and 0.88 with RF-BA, RF, FR and SE models, respectively. Background and Objective: The pressure on groundwater resources greatly increased with increase of human activities. Since the aquifers are majority drinking water supply, the correct evaluations of these resources are necessary. Due to the uncertainty of water quality standard ranges, a method that leads to reliable results can be valuable. So in this study, two approaches as EWOV and SPA was proposed in order to groundwater quality assessment using fuzzy concepts and entropy theory. Method: For qualitative evaluation of groundwater resources, two proposed approach are considered. In the EWOV method based on Euclidean distance between each parameter and their standard, the quality ratings of each sample is determined using certain quality ranges. In the SPA method, the samples are evaluated based on fuzzy interval of each parameter. To evaluate the effectiveness of the two approaches, the 21 samples of SARAYAN plain were used. Findings: With implementation of the proposed approachs and extract the results of quality rankings samples can be found that the 42 percentage of the samples in wet period were in the mid-range class using EWOV method. By applying the uncertainty in quality classes, these percentages of monitored samples have acceptable quality level. Samples quality rankings study due to its location in the plains shows the results of SPA are more coordination with natural conditions of the aquifer. The results of the SPA method imply that the parts of the northwest, north and mid-plains are good and have acceptable quality for drinking consumption. Also, 42 and 74 percent of samples are located in quality classification of acceptable and acceptable to moderate in the wet and dry seasons, respectively. Discussion and Conclusion: Comparison of two methods result are indicative the appropriate precision of quality ranking offered by the SPA method and being consistent with the hydrogeological characteristics of the aquifer (such as P11 and P15). So, SPA as a preferred method in quality assessment of groundwater is recommended.   Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Cellulose industries are closely related to forests and natural resources, and on the other hand, the chemicals used in them are sometimes transferred to nature. Therefore, they can affect the environment in two ways and therefore have an urgent need for management with a green approach, especially in the field of supply chain. Achieving this is possible by finding the most effective factors in implementing green supply chain management in this industry, which has been done in this research. In previous similar studies, the weight of the same factors has often been considered, and in addition, the weight of the interviewees has been considered the same when collecting data. In this paper, both problems have been solved by using EDAS-SEM methods and a more valid ranking of the components of green supply chain management in the cellulose industry has been presented. To provide a green supply chain management model in the cellulose industry, including transparent factors and accurate weights so that it can be used to measure the performance of managers in this area and to suggest the most effective factors for future promotion to managers.Material and Methodology: This research is qualitative and survey in how to collect data and quantitative in processing them. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, it is mixed. Modeling and analysis methods include entropy, EDAS, SEM. The statistical population is 63 managers of Qom cellulose production industries, for whom a questionnaire was sent in 2019, and 55 were completed. Therefore, sampling method, sample is available. Data collection tool is a questionnaire and data analysis tool is confirmatory factor analysis with partial least squares approach and SmartPLS3 software. Excel was used for entropy and EDAS calculations.Findings: The most important indicators of green supply chain performance in Qom cellulose products industries are selecting suppliers with environmental criteria, determining environmental requirements for purchasing items and auditing compliance with environmental regulations. Also, the weight of managers varies according to the characteristics of the elites. These findings can be generalized to other cellulose industries.Discussion and Conclusion:  The proposed model can be used for a better future in the management of the green supply chain of cellulose industries by evaluating the performance of managers in senior and middle levels at the organizational and unit levels. The achievements of this research can also be used to identify the most important factors at each level and allocate future resources to them.  Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: This research studies the environmental factors that may be influenced, considering the nature of the project and the way the various stages of utilization exert their influence, and the environmental resources that may be affected by the execution of the different stages of the project. Environmental influences are various changes caused by different activities in the physical, chemical, biological, cultural, economic, and social environments, with each project having different temporal and spatial effects. That is, the consequences and effects resulting from the different stages of construction, utilization, and post-utilization of projects are different.Material and Methodology: The environmental factors considered to study the environmental effects of the wastewater treatment plant in Yazd included the physico-chemical, biological, economic, and social environments. In each of the cases mentioned above, many different parameters are selected, depending on the features of the project, to serve as indices. These indices are used as criteria for comparison of options. In environmental studies of projects, the types of effects are differentiated and employed in environmental analyses.    Findings: Considering the decision-making matrix, which included 10 options, and the results obtained from the ENTROPY method, the experts selected the main indices that were the criteriaof the project. Index number 4 (water quality), index number 1 (soil quality), and index number 7 (sanitation and safety), with relative importance weights of 0.192, 0.179, and 0.152, were ranked first to third, respectively.Discussion and Conclusion: It is very necessary to control, monitor and supervise the operation and maintenance issues of a sewage treatment plant in order to produce a standard quality effluent and increase it’s efficiency during the operation. The focus of this study is on the Iranian stock market financial market. In fact, the aim of this study is to investigate market modeling using entropy transfer matrix. Investing in the capital market and buying stocks of companies that have a lot of entropy is associated with a lot of risk, and due to the high risk and the possibility of bankruptcy, the principal and profit of capital may be lost. We received data on trading volume, disclosure quality, monthly index, corporate governance, and 12-month profit quality for 27 companies from the Iranian stock market and OPEC's monthly oil price, monthly inflation rate, ozone rate, and the price of an ounce of gold between 2009 and 2017. The special importance of the capital market in the development of the economy is through the efficient management of capital and the optimal allocation of undeniable resources. Investing in the capital market requires a decision that requires information about the future state of the stock market price. After a series of drastic changes that have taken place in a row, the trend of data changes is moving towards negative. In other words, in a continuous cycle, the higher the degree of change, the closer the probability of approaching a state of stillness Manuscript profile

Despite the new finance theory and efficient market assumption in capital markets, some empirical documents and market anomiles causes a new theory called behavioral finance. This theory describes the psychological process effects in financial decision makings and the way in which one would determine the financial market behavior. This approach which is the result of the Psychology and finance combination have led to more accurate and contemporary aspects of human behavior in financial markets. This research is empirical and descriptive in this paper after the introduction of the development of the behavioral finance, the entropy theory and physiological patterns of human decisions are illustrated. It is concluded that entropy theory can be implemented to understand and predetermine the investors behavior in financial markets. There are several important personal entropy factors that affect the behavioral finance: these are: Conservation principle, plan or agency, collective behavior, over confidence loss- aversion and risks taking. Hence, the financial advisors can suggest portfolios which are proportionate to investors objectives and attitudes. It is expected that behavioral models development and observed phenomena explanation would lead to market and the optional use of the information in the markets. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to investigate the stock portfolio model based on the average entropy in a fuzzy environment with transaction costs based on the theory of credit for 10 stocks in Tehran Stock Exchange in 1396.The present study is not based on average-entropy based models but on the sensitivity analysis of the target function coefficients and the limiting coefficients, especially in maximizing the recursive model and the minimum risk model. Entropy and sensitivity analysis were used to measure the risk and the coefficients of the objective function and the limitations. The results show that when the coefficients change in the range of values, either the optimized answer or the fixed values of the objective function are obtained. The research results help investors to be more confident in their choices.   Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Due to the scope and volume of activities, the petrochemical industry has a high potential risk to humans and the environment. This study aimed to evaluate and rank the health, safety and environmental risks caused by the ammonia and urea production process. Material and Methodology: The Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) method was used for qualitative risk analysis and screening of the health, safety and environmental risks identified in the follow-up phase. The severity and probability of occurrence of risk factors were calculated using PHA tables, and the level of risks was determined. To rank the final risks, the criteria “severity,” “probability of occurrence,” “probability of detection,” and the “extent of contamination” for environmental aspects and the criteria “severity,” “probability of occurrence,” “probability of detection,” and the “exposure” were first weighed by the fuzzy Shannon entropy method. Then, each risk was prioritized based on the mentioned criteria and using fuzzy Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). Findings: According to the results, among 24 environmental aspects, CO2 emissions from the disposal tower with a value of 0.702 and among the 36 safety and health risks, falling from a height with a value of 0.713 have the highest score. Discussion and Conclusion: Finally, suggestions were made to correct and mitigate the high-level risks. Also, the research results showed that using the multi-criteria decision-making technique in the fuzzy environment increases the study’s accuracy and facilitates access to the knowledge of experts. Cloud computing is an emerging technology that is widely used to provide computing, data storage services and other remote resources over the Internet. Availability of cloud services is one of the most important concerns of cloud service providers. While cloud services are mainly transmitted over the Internet, they are prone to various attacks that may lead to the leakage of sensitive information. Distributed DDoS attack is known as one of the most important security threats to the cloud computing environment. This attack is an explicit attempt by an attacker to block or deny access to shared services or resources in a cloud environment. This paper discusses a hybrid approach to dealing with DDoS attack in the cloud computing environment. This method highlights the importance of effective feature-based selection methods and classification models. Here, an entropy-based approach and particle swarm optimization to counter these attacks in a cloud computing environment is presented. Classification on high-dimensional data typically requires feature selection as a pre-processing step to reduce the dimensionality. However, effective features selecting is a challenging task, which in this paper uses particle swarm optimization. Here, the proposed classification model is developed based on the use of a balanced binary search tree and dictionary data structure. The simulation is based on the NSL-KDD and CICDDoS2019 datasets, which prove the superiority of the proposed method with an average detection accuracy of 99.84% over the AGA and E-SVM algorithms. The aim of this study was to analysis of elementary science textbooks based on the representation of nature of science. The research method was descriptive and content analysis. The statistical population of the research included the experimental science textbooks of the sixth grades of the academic year of 2021, simple random sampling was used and the size of the population was equal to the sample. The data collection tool was a content analysis checklist (adapted from Phillips et al., 2015). The unit of analysis consisted of complete sentences and paragraphs, questions, figures, tables, margins or definitions, and each stage of a laboratory or practical activity. The reliability of the instrument was estimated to be 0.82 through calculating the Holsti index. Data analysis was done using compensatory data processing method, that is, Shannon entropy. The results showed that the highest level of attention of elementary science textbooks is related to the science as a way of investigating and the least attention was paid to the science textbooks of elementary school related to the component of science as the interaction of science, technology, and society. The results also showed that the balanced ratio in the distribution of components was not observed in science textbooks. The general result of the research indicated that the distribution of the components of the nature of science in elementary science textbooks needs to be revised based on the results of current research. Distinguishing the susceptible areas to landslide using appropriate experimental models of landslide susceptibility mapping is one of the primitive and basic works to reduce probable damages and reduce risk in country's watersheds. In this research, thirteen factors, including altitude, slope, aspect, rainfall, plan curvature, profile curvature, Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), Stream power index (SPI), distance from the river, distance from road, distance from the fault, lithology, and land use are identified as effective parameters in landslide occurrence in the studied area. The landslide landslide distribution map was prepared using Landsat 2017 satellite imagery and Field studies (2017). Then, the landslide susceptibility mapping was performed with three methods, including frequency ratio, entropy and TOPSIS. The results were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The area under the curve (AUC) of applied models shows the accuracy of 84, 87.7, and 91 percent for entropy frequency ratio and TOPSIS models, respectively. The results are indicative statistical models have a better accuracy in comparison with MCDM models and expert approaches. Factors affecting the distribution of plant species include climate, soil properties, topography, land use, and total biological relationships. Climate is one of the most important factors in the distribution of plant species. The present study was conducted to predict the geographical distribution of Acacia tortilis (Forssk. Hayne), to find important environmental factors and to investigate the tolerance of the species to environmental factors in Hormozgan province. According to the purpose, vegetation information and habitat factors such as elevation, climate, geology and soil were collected. Vegetation sampling was done randomly-systematically by plotting along 4 transects of 200-1000 m. Map of environmental variables was prepared using GIS. Then, prediction maps related to species distribution were prepared using entropy modeling method. The accuracy of the obtained prediction models was evaluated using AUC statistics. In general, the results showed that the variables of total rainfall in the hottest season, seasonal changes of rainfall (coefficient of variation), total rainfall of the lowest rainfall of the year, average temperature of the driest season, average of the warmest season are the most important climatic characteristics. They affect the distribution of Acacia tortilis (Forssk. Hayne).characteristics. They affect the distribution of Acacia tortilis (Forssk. Background and ObjectiveGully erosion is a type of water erosion that occurs in many climate areas, from arid to humid areas. This type of soil loss causes the displacement and destruction of soil surface horizons by the accumulation of runoff. In many parts of Iran, in the north, south and central faced with this type of soil loss.  In fact, gully erosion occurs in this area due to the complex topography, erodible soils, mismanagement of soil and land use/land cover. Therefore, in order to protect the soil in these areas, it is necessary that a susceptible map should be available to the managers and policymakers. Many parameters affect the occurrence of gullu erosion, including soil, geology, tectonics, hydrology, land use, vegetation and topography, that have been mentioned in various studies around the world. The topographic indices are the most important parameters in the event of gully erosion, which operates differently in each region according to the physical characteristics of the areas. This parameter also indirectly affects the other indicators or criteria (for example, its impact on the vegetation, climate and soil of the area). Even there are many researches on the gully erosion, but there are only a few studies on the modelling with applying the stochastic approaches. This study is the first attempt to the modelling of gully erosion in the central of Iran with applying the maximum Entropy model and topographic indices that have been applied with using the free of charge of digital elevation model. This study uses a new approach to preparing the susceptibility map of gully erosion in the Semirom catchment in the South of Isfahan province. This area is affected by different types of water erosion, same as; gully, rill and landslide. Also, the purpose of this research is to compare the accuracy of two digital elevation model, ASTER and SRTM with 30 m resolution, (DEM) from USGS website, for the modelling of gully erosion in the study area. The emphasis of this research was on the topography indices because it has most important on the event of gully erosion. Materials and MethodsIn this research for the prediction of the susceptible areas in the result of the main type of gully erosion, the following steps have been applied; In the first step the locations of some sampled gullies, have been digitized randomly with using the Google Earth (GE) images, aerial photos and fieldwork in polygon shapes for each gully. Subsequently, we converted the polygons and into equally spaced points. In the second step, we determine the most important criteria as the environment layers for the modeling. These topography indices including, wetness Index (TWI), curvature, profile curvature, slope, aspect, catchment area, flow length, elevation, slope, LS factor, Stream Power Index (SPI). The topographic indices have been extracted in SAGA GIS from the SRTM DEM with 30m spatial resolution and were then converted to the ASCII format to run in the model.  Before applying the indices, the DEM was preprocessed with low pass filtering to extract artefacts and errors, like local noise and with using ArcGIS. Subsequently, the DEM was hydrologically corrected eliminating sinks using the algorithm proposed by Planchon & Darboux. The Maximum Entropy Model is a general-purpose method for making predictions or inferences from incomplete information. MEM explores applications in diverse areas such as astronomy, portfolio optimization, image reconstruction, statistical physics and signal processing. The idea of Maxent is to estimate a target probability. In fact, this model needs only the gullies feature (present data). The advantages of this model include the following; It requires only presence data together with environmental information for the whole study area. It can utilize both continuous and categorical data and can incorporate interactions between different variables. Results and Discussion With applying the Maxent model in the Semirom catchment, it was trained using 70% of the mapped points of gully features as the target or dependent variable and 30% of the mapped gully as testing samples. The raster type of environmental layers (topographic indices) as the independent variable. The validity of the model used in this study was assessed using the level below ROC or Area Under Curve (AUC). The ROC curve was automatically generated by running this model for both training and testing data. The AUC for training data for SRTM and ASTER is 0.64 and 0.72 respectively and also for testing is 0.68 and 0.72 respectively. These results indicate that the SRTM elevation model has higher accuracy than the ASTER DEM. One of the reasons for the low accuracy of the ASTER DEM can be due to the impact of vegetation, which has caused terrace-like errors, while in the SRTM DEM, due to the radar nature of the waves, this error is reduced and a more accurate map of this the model has been prepared.  Our results show that SPI index with 40.3% contribution, elevation with 22.7% and convergence with 18% are the most important factors for the zoning of the susceptible areas. Regarding the predicted map of the potential of gully erosion, the area in the central and south of the study area are in the high probability. Conclusion This study applied the Maxent model to map the susceptibility of gully erosion in the Semirom catchment in the Isfahan Province, using various topographic effective factors and the Maxent model. Stochastic approaches like statistical mechanics provide a powerful tool to study the relations between locations of gully erosion features and corresponding environmental characteristics. The result of this study can be used for land-use planning and management of the areas with gully erosion for sustainable development in the prone areas. Although the results of this study show the prominent role of the topographic indicators for the prediction of the potential gully map, to increase the accuracy of the modeling results, in the furture researches the other criteria such as land use, vegetation and used soil, etc according to the availability of information to can be applied. Background and Objective Ecotourism attractions and capabilities are one of the unique assets of each country in the region. That its identification, classification, and planning are very important for the development of scientific tourism, This branch of tourism, especially in compliance with international rules and standards, introduces the phenomena resulting from the landscape, geology, and geomorphology to tourists while preserving their spatial identity, and also organizes the observation of this treasure and it prevents its destruction by humans and on the other hand, can provide the ground for the development of the region. The natural tourism industry, especially ecotourism and Geotourism, as a green industry, has the least dependence on basic water and soil resources, and at the same time is very important in terms of income, employment, and cultural development. A Semirom city in terms of structural features of the existing natural system and also human issues related to its location and having natural capabilities such as waterfalls, springs, caves, rivers, high mountains and peaks and lakes, and beautiful villages and mainly compatible with the natural environment and, etc. It can be one of the potential regions of the country to expand Geo-tourism and attract capital. Meanwhile, this region is located in the southern part of the country and the growing trend of this province and the increase in population, and the need for recreation, employment, and attracting economic investments them is undeniable.Materials and Methods In this research, the fuzzy Shannon-Wiener model has been used to zoning the Geotourism potentials of Semirom city. For modeling, natural and human parameters in the region were used as indicators for Shannon. These indicators include altitude, slope, distance from the river, distance from Geosite, distance from the peak, distance from Imamzadeh, distance from plain, distance from land use, distance from the land unit, distance from the lake, distance from the waterfall, distance from the cave, Distance from spring, distance from the fault, distance from the road, distance from the village, protected areas, and climate. All points were harvested by GPS. The required maps and criteria were prepared in the GIS environment and a number of maps were removed. Using the Shannon entropy technique and with the cooperation of experts, the decision table was first scaled. Then, the weight of each criterion was calculated to be used in prioritizing rural options including Wardasht, Hana, Vanak, Lower Padna, and Upper Padna, Middle Padna (which is the smallest political unit of the city and is considered a study unit). Then, the scale was calculated and in the final step, after calculating the positive and negative ideal solutions of the options, their prioritization was done by calculating the relative proximity of the options to the ideal solution. The weight map of the entropy criterion was calculated for each criterion and the weight of each criterion was multiplied by the criteria score and the final result of the final entropy map was obtained. Numerous different models and techniques have been developed and proposed to study and evaluate Geotourism and ecotourism. Geotourism evaluation models try to study and evaluate the potentials and capabilities of Geotourism at the regional and national levels, identify places or areas with Geotourism capabilities, and introduce them for further planning and actions. In this method, a Geocomposite is interpreted based on three scientific values, added and combined. In the scientific value of the indicators of uniqueness, entanglement, and re-observability, ancient geography is considered. In scientific value, the ancient geographical index is very important because it helps to analyze the earth's condition and climatic history. Because the criterion of ancient geography has a special place in scientific value due to the past of the earth and climate. In value-added, ecological, aesthetic, economic, and cultural indicators are considered with emphasis on the index (land-histories). The purpose of calculating value added is to make a connection between Geomorphology and tourism by highlighting the indicators in question. Under the criteria of combined value, more emphasis is placed on managerial actions of officials and planning for tourism development, creation of tourism infrastructure, and promoting measures. In Reynard's method, group scoring is based on average individual scores or combining the opinions of other experts. Results and Discussion Evaluation of this area shows that Semirom city is a lesser known area for tourists and its geological resources are less identified and introduced; however, in terms of value and science, it offers interesting features to the tourist land. Variety and a high number of phenomena, easy access to almost all parts of the city through asphalt and dirt roads, unique and beautiful geological shapes, and the juxtaposition of different layers and formations with different ages and characteristics, are all among the factors that make this area prone to Geotourism development. Therefore, Semirom city has the necessary capacity to develop tourist land. These potentials and interesting and potential resources can be turned into Geotourist attractions by using library search, websites, maps, asking local people, and field visits were identified and introduced. Then they were evaluated according to the scales defined by the Reynard method. Among the 4 selected landforms, Dengzlu Cave was the first, Takht-e-Soliman was the second, abshar was the third, and Cheshmeh Bazarang was the fourth. Also, the final potential mapping map of the city by entropy method showed that approximately 108.8425 square kilometers (6.7%) of this city have a very low potential for Geo-tourism, 388.275 km2, low potential (23.9%), 322,300 km2. Medium potential (19.8%), 2327.450 square kilometers has high potential (26.3%) and 378.1650 square kilometers have very high potential (23.27%) for Geoecotourism. Conclusion According to the information obtained during the research, the biggest obstacles to the development of tourism and tourism, are land in the city of Semirom, the unknown in this area and its potential resources, and the lack of facilities at the lowest level for tourists that if these barriers are removed can be the city used to attract tourists. Regarding the advantages of the Reynard method, the total value added among all 4 landforms is higher than the other values. Dangzloo Cave and Takht-e Soleiman, as the most valuable geological resources in the region for the development of Geoecotourism, should be given more attention. Above all, the introduction of these resources and the geological attractiveness of these unique natural forms will play the greatest role in the presence of the tourist land. Manuscript profile

Cellular automata with evolutionary and complex behaviors are used in several applications such asgenerating random numbers, cryptography and optimization problems solving. In random numbersgeneration, this structure cannot produce long sequence of random numbers. For increasing thesequence of numbers, heterogeneous cellular automata with variable rules or combination of severalautomata may be used. In this paper combined heterogeneous cellular automata with contribution oflangton's ant as random number generator is presented. Langton's ant is a simple discrete dynamicalsystem, with a surprisingly complex behavior.Cellular automata are considered as generator of randomnumber and langton's ant is considered as stimuli of cellular automata and determiner of automata rule.Experimental results show that, in spite of our expectation, combination of langton's ant and cellularautomata does not have chaos behavior but illustrates pseudo-random behaviorwhich it results incycles of very long period lengths with limited number of cells such that a period length 2􀬷􀯡 isobtained by n cells. In addition to independence of initial core (initial value), it has been also provedthat generated numbers are independent of each other. Accordingly, some tests of random numbergenerators such as entropy, overlapping, minimum distance and Diehard(set of 17 triple test) havebeen performed and all of them have been successfully passed Manuscript profile

As we are looking for knowledge of stock future returns in portfolio optimization, we are practically faced with two principal concepts: Uncertainty and Information about variables. This paper attempts to introduce a pragmatic bi-objective investment model based on uncertainty, instead of probability space and information theory, instead of variance and other moments as a risk measure for portfolio optimization. Not only is uncertainty space expected to be more in line with investment theory, but also, applying and learning this approach seems more straightforward and practical for novice investors. The proposed model simultaneously maximizes the uncertain mean of stock returns and minimizes uncertain entropy as a measure of portfolio risk. The uncertain zigzag distribution has been used for variables to avoid the complexity of fitting distributions for data. This uncertain mean-entropy portfolio optimization (UMEPO) has been solved by three meta-heuristic methods of multi-objective optimization: NSGA-II, MOPS, and MOICA. Finally, it was observed that the optimal portfolio obtained from the proposed model has a higher return and a lower entropy as a risk measure compared to the same model in the probability space. The optimal portfolio selection is vital for investment. The risk of portfolio Selection and return is the most critical concern of investment companies and private investors. According to modern portfolio theory, diversification should cover the risk. This theory is based on the normality of assets return. Experimental findings indicate that the assets return non-normality. Higher moments are sed to upgrade traditional models with the primary presumption of a normal distribution in recent years. This study uses a higher moment and the entropy for diversification and selects a portfolio given a non-normality assumption. It is essential to use up-to-date information to increase the model's efficiency, and accordingly, we used the rolling window for new price information. For the financial information method, we use the total index return in the last five working days and weigh the shares of the banking, insurance, and leasing industries on the next working day and evaluate this for three years. Python, math, and NumPy libraries were used to analyze the data. The results show that a much higher moment model can provide better portfolio selection results in most cases. Manuscript profile

The paper aims at studying the effect of efficient economic factors on the operation of investment. Existing communications between managerial factors and economic function have been studied by simultaneous equation model based on the estimated method of Generalized Maximum Entropy. Some comparisons have been also made between estimated methods of Generalized Maximum Entropy, Partial Least Squares and Maximum Likelihood Estimation on 40 productive companies of Kermanshah province. Examining the achieved consequences in the following research, the results show more advantages and fewer errors of the Generalized Maximum Entropy method in comparison with common methods of Partial Least Squares and Maximum Likelihood Estimation which are proven with more limits and errors. Consequently, this method can be a reliable and appropriate replacement for estimating factors of regression and errors in the Generalized Maximum Entropy.   Manuscript profile

In order to successful environmental confrontation, managers should be equipped to required knowledge and skills and this will be reached through appropriate training. Not only successful organizations don’t look at organizational training as waste cost, but also focus on it so that promote their human resource capabilities and reach competitive advantage.  Effective training depends on appropriate training needs assessment. There are a lot of different methods used to assess training needs in organizations. The main origins of differences are first, diverse methods in gathering and analyzing data, and second the reference of assessing training needs in organizations. However, there is a consensus that an appropriate method for need assessment should has a theoretical and measurement accuracy, yet be free of dysfunctional complexity. For this reason, the presented study has introduced a mixed method of training self-assessment and Shannon entropy in training need assessment of managers conducted on 172 top and middle managers in 17 companies of Rafsanjan industrial estate. Training self-assessment and Shannon entropy were used to gather training needs and determine importance coefficients respectively. As a result, a pool of training need assessment of managers was explored on which needs were arranged based on priorities of importance coefficients.   Manuscript profile

Background: Creativity is an important aspect of cognition. Society developing and dominating the various aspects of the world in the shadow of creativity is possible. The impact of creative activity on the brain has been extensively studied, but autonomic nervous system (ANS) variability has not been considered much during such activities. This paper investigated the chaotic and nonlinear feature of Heart rate variability (HRV), before and during creativity tasks. Purpose: The aim of this research is to quantify entropy parameters during creative activity, then comparing it with the rest state and considering it as a creativity index. Method: Approximation entropy and fuzzy entropy are two measures that were used for characterize the HRV dynamics during different creativity tasks. Result: comparing the results with the rest state indicated that Mean of entropy values increase similarly with the development of creative activity. In addition, the comparison of each 2 minute segment with the previous segment, shows an increasing pattern at the end of each task. This comparison in task 3 indicates a very incremental changes. Increasing of these entropy values indicates the complexity of HRV during creative thinking. Conclusion: The research results directly show that there is difference between ANS signal in rest state and different levels of creative activity. Analysis The entropy of HRV could be as a new index for assessment of creativity. Manuscript profile

Natural gas is extracted from wells and after purification, it reaches to consumption stages by transmission and distribution network. Energy losses in this section is vital and must be calculated appropriately. In this study, the network of distribution with low working pressure is examined. A network sample of natural gas is investigated using analitical solution of a steady flow of natural gas. Flow equations initially provided for a tube considering all parameters. Then, using the existing rules in pipe networks the network sample is analyzed. Effect of tube material as an important factor on network performance are evaluated and analyzed And finally, the rate of entropy generation in steel and polyethylene pipes were compared. The results show that by increasing the diameter or decreasing the gas flow rate, the tube material and friction coefficient is less effective on entropy generation in practice. Furthermore, the gas flow in lower diameters cause more entropy production using steel pipes in compare with polyethylene pipes. Manuscript profile

In this study entropy generation inside horizontal concentric annulus for Cu Nano-fluid (water) under the constant-temperature conditions has been investigated. The fluid flow inside the cylinder is laminar and the outer cylinder is rotating. The temperature of the outer cylinder is higher and the temperature difference of the two cylinders is always constant. (Result show) Adding nanoparticles to the base fluid at constant boundary conditions has very little effect on the temperature distribution. As the Brinkman number increases, the entropy generation increases where using nanoparticles in the base fluid decreases entropy generation. Friction and heat transfer effects on the total entropy has been studied. It has been shown viscous dissipation is more effective in entropy generation. Extracted results shows that as the Reynolds number increase, the amount of entropy generation increases, and adding nanoparticles lead to the increase of Nusselt number up to 30 percent. Assess the quality of rainfall and stream flow information have an important role in improving the efficiency and correct their deficiencies. For an optimal monitoring network design, they should be reviewed periodically based on the information needs and future water resources development plans. In this study evaluates regional values of rain-gauges and stream-gauges in Jarrahi- Zohre basin using the discrete entropy. To determine the regional value of each station within a region, several information parameters, were calculated to identify essential rain gauge and critical area. Based on the obtained results, 39.7% of the area of the area does not have a rain-gauge station, while nearly 53% of the area of the area is in the class of lack, severe lack and lack of information exchange, and 40% of the area of the area is in the middle class. Therefore, the density of the 42 selected stations of the rain gauge network in Jarrahi - Zohre basin is not acceptable and it is necessary to seriously reconsider the distribution and layout of the rain-gauge stations in the area. Also, 21.16% of the area of the area does not have a water measuring station. While more than 5.7% of the district area is in the class of deficiency, severe deficiency and lack of information exchange, and more than 73% of the area of the district is in the middle, upper middle and surplus class. Therefore, the density of the 16 selected stations of the water measurement network is optimal and other active water measurement stations can be removed from the monitoring network of the area. Undoubtedly, organizations in the business environment are facing increasing changes and complexities today. As a result, to ensure the survival of their organization. They need futuristic foresight to deal with problems and uncertainties of the future environment for product development, innovation, and creativity, indeed foresight for the development of corporate entrepreneurship. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual model of foresight for the development of corporate entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises in Iran. This study, in terms of purpose, is considered an applied research and it is qualitative research in terms of the data collection method. The method of study is Meta-synthesis. To do so, 313 papers published between 1990 and 2020 in the best scientific journals are collected. Then papers were manually screened. 35 articles remained which were used for coding and analysis. Then codes were combined and the concepts obtained. The reliability of the concepts was assessed using Gohan's kappa index. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the content of the Persian textbooks of the elementary school from the perspective of emphasizing the components of multiple intelligences (linguistic-verbal, mathematical-logical, visual-spatial, kinetic-physical, intrapersonal, interpersonal, naturalistic, musical and Existential). The present study is a descriptive and It's the kind of content-based analysis using the Shannon Entropy method. The statistical population includes all elementary Persian language textbooks. The statistical sample is equal to the statistical population. The research tool was a checklist of multiple intelligence components based on the scientific basis of multiple intelligences (Gardner and Fleetham), which the researcher developed and its content validity was verified by five experts. The reliability obtained using the re-run technique is 0.86 for the check list. The results of content analysis showed that in Persian textbooks, the coefficient of importance of verbal and natural language intelligence (0/115), visual-spatial intelligence, mathematical-logical, kinetic-physical, interpersonal, interpersonal and Existential (0/111) and musical intelligence (0/103). In other words, each of the components of multiple intelligences in Persian textbooks has not been considered in a balanced way, and Persian textbooks do not cover in same size multiple components of intelligence. Regarding the role of multiple intelligences in student’s life, and given the researchers' emphasis on this constract, it is essential for the authors of Persian textbooks to pay much attention to this in subsequent editions. The Asian Productivity Organization (APO) reports a one percent increase in Iran's Total Factor Productivity (TFP) index when compared to the majority of Asian countries and some reference countries in the long-term horizon of 50 years. In fact, the growth of labor productivity between 2010 and 2019 was less than all Asian countries. The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a productivity pattern based on social capital.  Using the meta-synthesis approach and MaxQDA software, and after selecting 79 studies from among 580 previous studies, the dimensions, components and indicators of the model were extracted and identified. Based on the research findings, 9 dimensions, 24 main categories and 163 sub-categories (code)were identified. The nine dimensions are trust building, communication management, learning and growth, cultural factors, facilitator strategies, organizational factors, human resources, achieving sustainable development and profitability. The results of the emphasis of the previous research on each of the main categories using Shannon entropy technique and Excel software showed that growth and maturity and economic programs are the most important and the least important categories among the 24 categories, respectively. It is suggested that all managers update the human capital management process in accordance with the social capital based productivity pattern by hiring expert consultants and creating a special office for productivity management. Then, while periodically evaluating productivity based on the proposed pattern, all payments, bonuses and promotions of employees and managers should be base on the amount of their effort and participation in order to increase social capital and productivity. Surveying the supplying market, as well as choosing the most proper supplier, is one of the most important activities in every organization and company. Neglecting the conditions of parts and raw material supply or disregarding cooperation with the suppliers would lead to an increase in purchase costs, quality control costs, and quality guarantee costs. All the mentioned costs would eventually make the customer dissatisfied with the final goods and services. In ranking the suppliers and choosing them as suppliers, several criteria and factors should be considered. In this paper, in order to rank and evaluate the suppliers of Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company (ITMCo), we have studied the methods and models of multiple attribute decision making, and eventually, have chosen the proper model. The research population consists of the experts of parts-supplying department of ITMCo. First, the important criteria evaluating and ranking the suppliers of ITMCo. Were determined based on library Study and interviewing the experts. Then, by using a questionnaire and based on the Shanon Enteropy Method the importance rate of each criterion was specified. Studying the multiple attribute decision making models showed that TOPSIS model is the most suitable model for ranking the suppliers of ITMCo. The parts needed in ITMCo in 2005 (1384) are divided in to 6 main categories: 1) Completed forged and cast parts 2) Completed parts 3) Completed machined parts 4) half-completed forged and cast parts 5) half-completed sheeted parts 6) half-completed machined parts. Since studying all the mentioned groups is not feasible in this paper, we have confined our study only to the ranking of the suppliers of the first category, the completed forged and cast parts. Estimation of the ground to determine the zoning of sensitive areas movements, especially landslides range of research related to natural geographers is especially geomorphologists.Identification of sensitive areas to landslide can prevent the damages and also provide the capability for slope stabilization projects. In this paper landslide risk zoning is done by entropy and fuzzy methods. According to studies nine factors have been  determined as the most important factors in landslide risk which include: lithology, distance from stream, distance from fault, distance from road, slope, aspect, altitude, land use and rainfall. By overlaying data layers, the effects of these factors on landslides in study area was reviewed in GIS, then the effect of them was evaluated and finally zoning map of landslide risk was provided by using these 9 factors. Evaluating by experimental probability index shows that fuzzy model with index of 90% is more capable than entropy method with index of 50% in landslide risk assessment in Kermanshah Township. In recent decades, Iran's cities, such as other cities of the third world countries have encountered significant transformations and in a short-term period, they have reached the manifold of their primary widths. Zahedan, during its 100 year life, has developed in an unbalanced way and has faced a quick development. The 32.5 time development of its population and 34 time development of its width indicate this issue compared to the first census in such a way that the development of this city has been in the horizontal direction and the continuous development of urban constructions have caused the ugly development of the city. Accordingly, in the present study, the correlation between the population and the amount of development and urban sprawl is investigated in Zahedan city using Shannon's and Holden's Entropy Models and Floor Area Ratio (FAR). The findings of the research indicate that according to Holden's model, Zahedan has been suffering the ugly urban development (sprawl) during the period of conducting the study. The entropy coefficient scores indicate the sprawl of Zahedan. Regarding the development of the value gap due to horizontal development and urban sprawl, theSmart and Compact City model is considered as a desired one for future expansion of Zahedan. The Physical Growth and Development Pattern of the town as spatial pattern of activities in the particular period of time is defined and is addressed both as spread horizontally and compact town pattern of development. Understanding pattern of town physical development in order to steer it to sustained urban development is essential. Therefore, the main issue in the effort to stop the misuse of the land is Land Use or Land Use Policies of the major cities; hence, is sparse growth or population growth the dominant force? On the other hand, in the recent decades, urban growth plan was unscheduled, and urban areas in a short time came several times of its original size, this problem has been known as urban pattern of horizontal spread and the source of many problems in cities in developing countries has been this variable. In recent years the growth of Serish Abad town has been uneven and sporadic. The researchers in this study have used the Shannon entropy models to analyze how the development of this town has happened. With respect to the methodology, the analysis consisted of a comparative study of documents for review. The results show that during 2011-2016 Serish Abad town has grown and was developed in the scattered growing disproportion pattern (Sprawl); while,  the intensive growth pattern (vertical) as a model for future development of town, with consideration of other uses with residential uses, a low-density residential complexes, is addressed and recommended. Definitely physical plans and chasing comprehensive development pattern in the development trend of cities has proven no successful and reliable results. Urban sprawl, wasting resources and increasing city management costs and urban services are some of these unpleasant results. Therefore, it is necessary to study all aspects of city life. Spatial planning emphasizes distribution of population, activity and employment and land uses all over the city. Identifying form and trend of spatial development in cities beside the physical trend is a favorite topic for urban planners and managers. Introducing some quantitative indicators for evaluating compactness or sprawl in spatial development trends in cities is so important. Because there is not one definition for sprawl and without using some quantitative indicators, it’s impossible to evaluate and describe development of cities. For this purpose, global coefficient of Moran, coefficient of Geary and Shannon’s entropy have been used in this research. Results show that this coefficients and indicators can describe spatial development trend in cities and make evaluation of that trend quantitative and reliable. Manuscript profile

The aim of this paper is the classification the economic entropy index in a macroeconomic model. Therefore, the descriptive-analytical methodology and econophysics and systems theory were used. The results show that the economic entropy was divided in four sections, shock entropy, respiration entropy, sleep entropy, and entropy of waste. Increasing the economic entropy index due to the scarcity of environmental resources, predicts the likelihood of an economic catastrophe. This will not only bring about economic growth faces serious problems, but the environment poses a serious problem as a place of residence. According to the results, reducing the instabilities and external stresses to reduce shock entropy, developing the appropriate rules for firms to reduce respiratory entropy, policies based on the reduction of physical and social waste to reduce the entropy of waste and policies for the use of production spaces that are not currently in use to reduce sleep entropy recommended. The named data network has been introduced as one of the next generation content-oriented network architectures in the future of the Internet. Recently, the challenge of content replacement has attracted the attention of researchers due to its special importance. Although the methods introduced so far have tried to improve this challenge, non-dynamic weighting and the use of only one criterion to select the output content have made the need for further improvement in the access delay inevitable. Regarding this matter, a novel strategy is presented based on the simple additive weighting (SAW) with the dynamic weighting of Shannon’s entropy for content replacement. In the proposed method, the important parameters such as the popularity of the content and the time of the last visit are included. According to the conditions of the content, it is possible to change the weights of the criteria dynamically using Shannon's entropy method. Content scoring is done using the SAW method and appropriate content is determined to replace the content. Among the innovations of the proposed method can be mentioned the consideration of influential criteria in named data networks, such as content popularity and the time of the last visit to replace the content, as well as the dynamic weight of the criteria, which reduces the delay and increases the hit rate. The results of the simulation in ndnSIM indicate the improvement access delay and hit rate compared to similar methods.  Manuscript profile

In this paper, robust text-independent speaker recognition is taken into consideration. The proposed method performs on manual silence-removed utterances that are segmented into smaller speech units containing few phones and at least one vowel. The segments are basic units for long-term feature extraction. Sub-band entropy is directly extracted in each segment. A robust vowel detection method is then applied on each segment to separate a high energy vowel that is used as unit for pitch frequency and formant extraction. By applying a clustering technique, extracted short-term features namely MFCC coefficients are combined with long term features. Experiments using MLP classifier show that the average speaker accuracy recognition rate is 97.33% for clean speech and 61.33% in noisy environment for -2db SNR, that shows improvement compared to other conventional methods. In this paper, wavelet packet entropy is proposed for speaker-independent emotion detection from speech. After pre-processing, wavelet packet decomposition using wavelet type db3 at level 4 is calculated and Shannon entropy in its nodes is calculated to be used as feature. In addition, prosodic features such as first four formants, jitter or pitch deviation amplitude, and shimmer or energy variation amplitude besides MFCC features are applied to complete the feature vector. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to classify the vectors in multi-class (all emotions) or two-class (each emotion versus normal state) format. 46 different utterances of a single sentence from Berlin Emotional Speech Dataset are selected. These are uttered by 10 speakers in sadness, happiness, fear, boredom, anger, and normal emotional state. Experimental results show that proposed features can improve emotional state detection accuracy in multi-class situation. Furthermore, adding to other features wavelet entropy coefficients increase the accuracy of two-class detection for anger, fear, and happiness. Manuscript profile

Evapotranspiration is one of the most important components of the hydrological cycle and its accurate estimation is used in many studies such as water balance, water resources management and irrigation planning. The use of intelligent models can be a good tool for estimating nonlinear variables such as evaporation and transpiration. The present study used GEP gene expression programming methods and ANFIS fuzzy-adaptive neural inference system to predict monthly reference evapotranspiration. For this purpose, two different modeling modes were developed. The first case of baseline climate patterns and the second case of memory role in predicting monthly reference evapotranspiration, Shannon entropy method was used to select the most optimal inputs. According to the results of GEP model in Ent-CBM8 model with KGE = 0.91, WI = 0.87 and RMSE = 0.495 had the best performance in predicting the monthly reference evapotranspiration of the synoptic station. The results of the implementation of models with basic delay patterns and Shannon's entopy method were able to correctly identify the optimal delay. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe role of small towns in development of rural areas is known to everyone. Urban functions manifest in areas such as services, exchange of factors of production and complementary role in rural development. In this regard, planners pay special attention to problems, such as spatial decentralization, reduced regional disparities, urban-rural dichotomy in developing countries, to adopt strategies to overcome these problems. The studied area is Rudbar County, Gilan province. The data used in the study included demographic indicators such as the number of households and the growth rate during 1966 to 2011. Using quantitative models, entropy and elasticity, this study evaluates the role of seven cities including Rudbar, Manjil, Lowshan, Jirandeh, Bareh Sar and Tutkabon in development of the surrounding villages. The results of data analysis show that Bareh Sar has a favorable effect on balanced distribution of population and rural settlements, leading to balanced urban hierarchy and spatial distribution. Tutkabon and Manjil are partly able to balance the urban hierarchy. However, Rostamabad, Rudbar, Lowshan and Jirandeh cause population density. It was found that population density is higher in cities due to the available economic and social services.. LQ of Roudbar County is >1 for agriculture and industry and export of manufactured products, while <1 for services, indicating a dependence on other towns. Based on the concentration index, levels of villages in Lowshan, Manjil, Rostamabad and Bareh Sar are regular, while the villages in Jirandeh and Tutkabon are irregular. In addition to administrative and political relationships which result in dependence of villages to cities, people of these towns are referred to other towns of the county for economic, social and cultural relations.Key words: urban function, rural development, Rudbar, entropy model, elasticity model Manuscript profile

Innovative city is including new concepts in urban studies, highlighted by geographers, economists and sociologists, in achieving a knowledge-community and knowledge-based development. In this regard, city has been considered in a hybrid approach as a place where creativity, knowledge, creative and innovative industries and knowledge economy. Thus, urban environments should provide conditions to attract and retain creative and innovative human capitals. According to importance of subjecte, research aims to evaluating and comparison social and cultural indicators of the innovative city in the regions of Tabriz Metropolis‌. In terms of purposes, the present study is of applied researchs type, and in terms of methodology, it is a comparative research. Shannon entropy method for weighing indicators is used and the TOPSIS technique is applied in order to rank the regions of Tabriz. Emphasizing on the social and cultural indicators, the findings of the research show that region 8 tops the ranking list and region 10 is ranked the last. ‌The result of research indicates that the social and cultural indicators are not distributed equitably and there is a spatial focus on distribution of indicators. The results of research indicate the incompatibility of the distribution of social and cultural‌ indicators with the distribution of population across the city. Therefore, since innovation is the key to the development and expansion of cities as well as the equitable distribution of services and facilities necessary for development, the fair distribution of social and cultural indicators is essential for the realization of an innovative city. Introduction   Increasing concentration of population and activity in some regions, regional balance is disrupting. Such features can be disabled policies considered growing polarization that results in a major part of the country's resources in one or more focus area and other regions such as the open development process. To create balance and order, spatial location, regional science planning and raised its target and eliminate regional inequalities is the area. In this regard, this paper analyzes the regional inequalities at the regional level (West Azerbaijan province) in terms of facilities and services in various fields. Research seeking to answer this question, which is different from development and regional inequalities in the cities of West Azerbaijan province, is to what extent? And whether the relationship between development and urbanization rates in the country there? Research Methodology In this field research methodology descriptive analytic that was the 24 indicators in quality and quantity of selected parameters and weighting them using the (entropy, Shannon), the 14th city in West Azerbaijan Province using (Tipsy line) in terms of ranking the degree of development and then using the correlation coefficient associated with the development level of urbanization rates in the province have been investigated. Announcements area of 43,660 square kilometers is equal. Equivalent to 2.65% of total area of the country. *Responsible Author:                                                               R-b1342@yahoo.com      Located in the northwestern West Azarbaijan, Iran. This paper aims to analyze the development trend of urban hierarchy in Khuzestan province over past 60 years (1951-2011), identify causal relations and determine the degree of variation in urbanization and possible spatial discrepancy existing among the cities of the province. Using analytical- descriptive method as well as such models as first urban index, neighbor, entropy and class difference, it also examines, as case study, the influential factors on Khuzestan's urban network system. The results show that the urban network of the province has been undergone severe changes in term of first urban index over different periods of time, meaning that it has an unbalanced urban hierarchy and  Ahvaz represents first city amongst other ones in the province. Also,  the Khuzestan province  is skewed at balance of 1.66 in term of nearest neighbor index. The entropy coefficient is less than 1 at most of the study periods, representing more localization or unbalanced population distribution among the province's cities. With regard to class difference model, the population distribution at the cities has been of disruption and disparity over study period of time. It is due to political, administrative and economical centralization of Ahvaz and to soil fertility and antiquity of Dezful city that have attracted the majority of the people. Manuscript profile

Introduction   With The wave of industrialization to the third world, production and income and consequently demand for municipal services. From the early twentieth century, has increased. This trend raised the number and size of cities in these countries and led to urbanization and. So cities were encountered with specific problems. Cities Physical development and urban population growth and subsequently changes in physical and spatial development of cities to become a problem or issue in recent decades. And attention to urban issues - particularly the physical issues - in the form of a scientific framework is the importance and necessary. Babolsar city with having a natural, tourism, academic attractions and ... has grown as one of the main poles of attraction of population in the Mazandaran province, in recent years. This trend of population growth and Entry Immigration and tourism led to the construction without plan and large change in the space - physical structure of city and its development in the coastal strip and surrounding agricultural land. Research Methodology   Methodology depends on the purpose and nature of its research and administrative facilities. *     Responsible Author:                                                      urban_planner65@yahoo.com         Thus, the approach of this research is field, library and descriptive - analytical.  Data and information needed to research has been taken from field and processed. So, after select the topic, at first with examining documents and library data bank Online, physical development and population trends of Babolsar in different periods of history was determined. After collecting the required data, with relying on the information obtained, the physical development and population trends of Babolsar in different periods of history was determined. After collecting the required data with relying on the information, obtained the physical development and expansion of Babolsar city with use of Shannon`s entropy and holder models. But the main research approach has been based on descriptive- analytical methods. Results   Today, knowledge of space form of city can be one of the most important affecting factors in success rate of urban planners to meet the needs of present and future, In this paper have been helped two models:  Shannon`s entropy model to analyze the physical development of Babolsar City in 1379 and 1389 which are respectively 11 and 22 quarters (Map 3), Shannon`s entropy model:  we use this model to analyze the Ugly urban growth phenomenon. The overall structure of this model is as follows:     The results found that amount of entropy in Babolsar city was 20166 / 2 in 1379. While the maximum value is Ln (11) = 2 / 3978 is Can be mention to being close the amount of entropy to maximum amount (2 / 3978). This issue represents dispersed (sprawl) the physical expansion of the city. 11 neighborhoods of the city were separated into 22 neighborhoods in 1389. The estimated amount of entropy is calculated equal to 94214 / 2, while the maximum value isLn (11) = 3 / 0910 that it shows, the physical expansion of the city, was scattered over the past ten years. Holdern model:  Results of the Holdern model about the Babolsar city shows that within the 1385-1335 years About 60 percent of physical growth, population growth related to population growth and 40 percent of physical growth was related to horizontal growth and urban sprawl that it`s result was decrease density Gross population and increase of Per capita net urban land and eventually ugly Horizontal spread (sprawl) of Babolsar city. Conclusion   In this paper has been discussed and analyzed pattern of physical development of city in different periods and with use of related models. the amount of  Shannon`s entropy of  Babolsar City showed diffuse growth (sprawl) in 1379 and 1389 that led to destruction of part of quality agricultural land. In survey of appropriateness of the size of the city’s development with population during the decade (1385-1335) with Holdern model came to the conclusion that About 60 percent of the city expansion was consistent with population growth and 40 percent of physical expansion, was due to Ugly urban growth and inharmonious (sprawl) of city. This is the result of uncontrolled urban growth And not having a written plan for the physical development of city. Population growth and limitless expansion of the nearby city of Babolsar, Cause excessive pressure on water resources and other infrastructure, the destruction of good agricultural land around the city and has many other issues. We found out that something's helps city to prevent uncontrolled physical expansion; can be developed within the context of the city, expansion the culture of vertical wings the city, and eventually Providing facilities in the villages to prevent migration of villagers to the city's.   Manuscript profile

In this step, a survey was done to identify which risks were caused by operation phase activities in the three groups, physical-chemical risks, biological risks and human risks. The second step was risk assessment. The risks were introduced in three criteria, severity, probability and vulnerability, and the environmental risk parameters were scored using expert opinion. The risks were prioritized with Entropy and software TOPSIS Solver 2014 methods. As a result thermal stratification in dam reservoir, disconnection of habitat of downstream and upstream and prevalence of parasitic diseases gained the highest scores in operation phase. Finally, the third step was establishing health, safety and environment management system based on five steps. The first step was policy and objective. The second step was offering environment, health and safety plan. The third step was program implementation. The fourth step was monitoring and control on program, air quality, sewage and residue. The fifth step was the audit. This step consisted of solving program implementation problems and change of monitoring plan.   Manuscript profile

Azad Dam, in the western areas of Kordestan province, is located on KomasiRiver in the distance of 37 kilometers at the west of Sanandaj and 39 kilometers at the south-east of Marivan. In this research, risk assessments of activities during construction phases of the dam have been studied in order to mitigate the probable risks. To reach this goal, one of the multiple criteria decision making methods by the name of multiple Attribute Decision Making has been used.  Firstly, the risk factors have been recognized and ranked based on their importance, intensity and probable occurrence using Delphi questionnaire Method. Results were analyzed using SPSS software. In the next stage, the whole risk factors of Azad Dam were weighted and their priorities were determined applying Entropy method. Finally, environmental risks were ranked using TOPSIS Model. Results declare that the most important risks of the plan include the risk of  soil pollution and land-cover destruction with the score of 0.895, Komasi River water contamination with the score of 0.667, intense reduction of organic matters and nutrients in Komasi River flow at down side of the dam with a score of 0.597. At the end of this research, an environmental management program was presented to mitigate or control the probable risks of the project. Manuscript profile

Major developments in the business environment, such as globalization and the rapid pace of change in technology, have increased competition and management difficulty in organizations. In complex environments, organizations need managers to consider these inherent complexities when making important decisions. Effective risk management is an important part of this decision-making process. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate corporate risk management by analyzing the relationship between gray matter and entropy weight in listed companies of Tehran Stock Exchange. The sample included 20 companies during the years 2013 to 2018. In this study, we first sought to find relative weight for measuring corporate risk management by using variables (strategic risk management, operational risk management, risk management reporting and risk management non-compliance). Then, based on the results of the entropy analysis, we will try to determine the rankings of the companies in terms of risk management performance using the gray relationship analysis in the companies. The results of this study indicate that many companies have high performance in risk management. Manuscript profile

The insurance industry in Iran is growing, despite its long history of its presence in the Iranian economic market, has not yet been able to find a suitable penetration factor in the market. On the other hand, the increase of private companies and the increase of competition along with the unfavorable economic conditions of private sector actors in the industry and services sectors and the reduction of the share of insurance from the Iranian family of portfolios, due to other existing costs, made it harder for the insurance industry to work.In this paper, we will use the cross-over efficiency method in DEA based on the Shannon entropy, recently proposed by Sung and Liu (2016), to evaluate insurance companies in Iran. First, through interviews with experts in this field, the most important indicators of financial efficiency assessment were identified, which included 6 indicators. In the next step, in order to evaluate performance and ranking in the statistical society, 20 private and public insurance companies use cross-efficiency integration model and Shannon entropy. The ranking of insurance companies in Iran for the three consecutive years of 1393 to 1395. The results of the research indicate a complete ranking of insurance companies in Iran using the model presented in this paper Manuscript profile

Stock market activists are the acquiring and using methods to predict future stock prices, increasing their capital gains. Therefore, it seems necessary that appropriate, correct, and scientific principles are used to determine the future price of the stock of investor stock options.stock price prediction is an important part of investment, and in most cases it is the field of research for researchers, because it ultimately leads to the choice of appropriate investment. Different methods have now been developed to achieve this goal. Have been introduced that are often statistical methods and artificial intelligence. In this research, using a randomized approach approach that is among artificial intelligence classification methods, along with technical indicators that include: power index Relative Price, Stochastic, Equilibrium Balance, Williams R%, Daily Returns, and Mac.d Series Markets, are looking for stock price trends. This model is compared with logistic regression method and completely randomized method (dice throw). The results of the research on daily data of Tehran Stock Exchange Index from 1393 to 1395 indicate that the accuracy of the proposed method in estimating market trend is 64%, which is more than two methods of logistic regressionand completely randomized method of accuracy Has a higher rate. The  key axes of evaluating the performance of the inspection department of industry, mining and trade organizations of the country considered by the Ministry of Security. However,  due to reasons such as the complexity, extent and diversity of the duties of the provinces in the market regulation sector, and on the other hand, the lack of a comprehensive model for evaluating the inspection performance of the provinces, the results of which are accepted by the majority of experts in the field of supervision and inspection, as one of the challenges facing the Ministry's evaluation system. , and has been discussed in recent years. The purpose of this article is to present and operationalize a comprehensive model for evaluating and ranking the performance of the inspection department of the provincial industry, mining and trade organizations with a fuzzy approach. In order to achieve this issue, by adopting an expert-oriented approach and using fuzzy multi-indicator decision models, the most suitable model for evaluating and ranking the performance of provincial inspection departments was presented. Based on the results of the research, macro-inspection indicators in the form of 19 indicators and a combined model of ENTROPY method and FTOPSIS method have been introduced as the most suitable model for evaluating and ranking the performance of the inspection department of the provinces. In order to measure the effectiveness of the proposed model, the provinces of the country were evaluated based on the annual performance of the inspection department, ranking, and then the extracted results were verified by experts in the supervision and inspection field of the Ministry of Security, and the cases were confirmed.issue of service quality and targeting of inspections to prevent economic violations is always known as one of the Manuscript profile

Considering the diversity of ethnicities and the multiplicity of ethnic lived experiences in Iran, the influential role of education in official curricula and content of books and giving ethnic identity to students of different cultures is undeniable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the multicultural components in the official curriculum of the first year of high school in Iran. This descriptive research included documentary analysis and Shannon entropy content analysis. The content analysis unit was text, pictures and textbook activities. By purposeful sampling method, the sample included the content of 3 volumes of social studies books of the first secondary school (7th, 8th, 9th) with 554 pages. To evaluate validity in the opinion of experts, and Scott's pi method was used to evaluate the reliability. Based on the findings, only 6% of the three parts of the content of the reviewed books paid attention to the desirable components of ethnicity. Shannon's entropy analysis showed that component 21 (paying attention to the common national identity of the ethnic groups) with 31 items has the highest frequency and the least amount is component 8 (preventing prejudice about certain ethnicities and cultures) component 14 (paying attention to the concept of peace and friendship) with the frequency was 7.The findings show that the position of multicultural components in the official curriculum of the first secondary school is largely neglected and needs to be revised. Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the role of the mutual information content of earnings from market indices in the synchrony of returns and portfolio performance. Research Methodology: This study was applied, descriptive, and analytical. The statistical population consisted of all companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2012 to 2021. After screening, 118 companies were selected as the statistical sample. Joint entropy was used to measure the mutual information content of the variables. The Rahavard Novin software and the website of the Securities and Exchange Organization were used for data collection. Student's t-tests, mean comparison, paired tests, Levene's test for equality of variances, and bootstrap in hypothesis testing were employed, along with the R software for analysis. Findings: The results indicated that while the mutual information of company earnings from market indices leads to greater synchrony in returns, it is not statistically significant. Additionally, the results showed that portfolios with a coefficient of mutual information from earnings perform differently than traditional portfolios. The findings of the study suggest that portfolios formed from the top 20% coefficient of mutual information, overall and in holding periods of 6, 9, and 12 months, performed better than traditional and other portfolios. Originality / Value: The contribution of this research includes the use of joint entropy as a tool to measure the mutual information content of earnings from the market and examining its effect on synchrony, as well as presenting a new model for portfolio formation.
