All the teacher, Teaching the ” Religion and Life” courses, along with the 348 fourth grade high school students, who were chosen randomly based on the clustering sampling method, were selected as the statistical population. A questioner, consisted of 42 questions about spiritual intelligence, was, then, used to collect the data. The validity and reliability, both, have been confirmed the first by means of the theoretical sources as well as the experts of the field and the second by Coronbach’s Alpha (%85). Both descriptive statistics (mean and slandered deviation) and inferential statistic (t-test) were used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the teachers and students are not highly different in terms of spiritual intelligence whereas, this difference is more conspicuous between the boys and the girls. In addition, these findings indicate that the degree of knowledge and awareness of teachers about spiritual intelligence and its components is very low and, therefore, there is a serious challenge in this filled . Objective: In recent years, the concept of intelligence has not only been regarded as a cognitive ability, but has been expanded to other areas such as emotional intelligence, existential intelligence, moral intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and so on. Spiritual intelligence is defined as a set of abilities, capacities and spiritual resources that can be used in daily life can increase one's adaptability. Aggression is a practice that aims to act physically or psychologically. Aggressive perspectives in sports are also two -sided views; On the one hand, sports sites are the only place where aggression is not only permitted, but also aggressive behavior. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of 9 session of spiritual intelligence training on development of spiritual intelligence and aggression of women's volleyball coaches in Isfahan city.Methodology: This research method was semi-experimental which is done via survey method. The population of this research was women's volleyball coaches in Isfahan city. From the target population 40 women's volleyball coaches randomly selected and then assigned in two experimental (N=20) and control groups (N=20). For gathering data used three Questionaires include demographic questionnaire, King spiritual Intelligence standard questionaire, and AQ aggression questionnaire. After verifying the face validity of questionnaires by professionals, reliability of questions was investigated through Cronbach Alpha method. This coefficient for spiritual intelligence questionnaires was 0/78, nd aggression was 0/89. Colmogtof-Semirnof test, Levin test and analysis of covariance was used to analyze the findings of the research. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the spiritual intelligence, in two experimental and control groups after nine sessions of training spiritual intelligence. In other words, nine spiritual intelligence training sessions have influenced the amount of spiritual intelligence in volleyball woman coaches. Considering the Etta context, it can be said that 60 % of these changes were due to the impact of intervention, nine spiritual intelligence training sessions. Also, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the aggression, in two experimental and control groups after nine sessions of training spiritual intelligence. Considering the Etta context, it can be said that 41 % of these changes were due to the effect of intervention nine spiritual intelligence training sessions. Conclusion: Spiritual intelligence grows through education and can have a positive effect on reducing aggression in woman's Volleyball coaches. When a person needs a counselor to deal with life pressure, the spiritual domain can help the individual find meaning in stressful situations and this confrontation can be an attempt to find meaning in the position. Found hard; If we consider the ability to help spiritual resources as an intelligence, then this ability should help solve life problems and reach goals and lead to better adaptation. Spiritual intelligence is the result of decades of studies in the field of religion psychology, which as an infrastructure of spiritual capital plays an important role in increasing the psychological capital, well-being and spiritual maturity of a person, the effectiveness of management and leadership. Considering the role of religious teachings in the formation of the concept of spiritual intelligence and its promotion in contemporary and creative research texts from the perspective of Islamic studies, the purpose of this study is to contrast the sources, inferences and symptoms of spiritual intelligence from Islamic sources and design a model of spiritual intelligence. It was from an Islamic point of view. The main question was whether spiritual intelligence was conceptualized directly or implicitly in the original texts, Islamic philosophical and mystical sources? And if yes, what are its components and indicators? To modify this pattern, the qualitative method of document analysis with two techniques of conceptual analysis and content analysis as well as independent processing through MAXQDA software was used. To ensure the validity of the research and its model, the completed method of quality studies of Lincoln and Guba included four criteria of reliability, validity and connectivity, personality verification and mobile transmission. The results showed that this concept is processed in Islamic texts in the form of a system of three categories of intellect, heart and wisdom and with words such as holy power, holy wisdom, esoteric intelligence, faithful foresight, the highest level of intelligence, wisdom, intuition and also with glasses. The term spiritual intelligence has been designed and studied and spiritual intelligence has been introduced under the titles of "Ulwal Bab" and "Oli Al-Absar". The five components and indicators extracted from Islamic texts and sources are: searching for meaning and purpose (with indicators of questioning and critical thinking of existence, discovering and creating meaning and purpose in life and work), changing understanding (with indicators of virtue) Cognition group, the effect of transcendence on methods, levels and sources of cognition); Use of relevant ads (with indicators of God-awareness, transcendent self-awareness, verse perception of existence, discernment of good and evil); Spirituality (with the index of inner spiritual life) and Wisdom (with the index of living wise). Robert A. Emmons first mentioned about the spiritual dimension of human intelligence in 1996. He described spiritual intelligence as a set of abilities to utilize religious and spiritual resources to experience mysticism. Amir Khosrow Dehlavi is one of the most famous mystic- poets of Indian Persian in the second half of the seventh century and early eighth century AH. He was a disciple of his mentor Hazrat Nizamuddin (d.1325 A.D.) and his training gave Khosrow a special place in Sufism. His poem Doval Rani wa Khizr Khan has been composed with a mystical approach, and the mystical teachings in the poem are quite evident. The present article seeks to answer the question of what is the most important index of spiritual intelligence in the mystical view of Amir Khosrow Dehlavi which he has incorporated in the poem Doval Rani wa Khizr Khan. Do they have bearing on the theory of Emmons’ spiritual intelligence? According to my research, Amir Khosrow has combined mysticism and spiritual intelligence in the poem Doval Rani wa Khizr Khan. The elements of kindness, generosity, self-esteem, empathy, altruism, love, self-sacrifice and tolerance in the poem are common features that have been identified as prominent components of spiritual intelligence in the theory of Emmons. Marital relationships are one of the essential components in ensuring the mental health of the members and couples. Therefore, identification of the variables affecting the appropriate quality in these relations will be an essential issue. So, the objective of the present study is to predict the quality of the marital relationships between Isfahanian couples based on the components of spiritual intelligence (spiritual life and relying on the inner core). In a correlational study of prediction type, according to Dr. Delawar's opinion (1393) 15 people is sufficient for every variable but for increasing the external validity of the study 50 people were considered as the sample. The tools used in this study include Abdullah Zadeh et al spiritual intelligence questionnaire (1387) and Busby et al marital relationships quality questionnaire (1995). The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the spiritual intelligence and its subscales (understanding and connection with the source of life and spiritual life or relying on the inner core) and the quality of marital relationships (P˂0.01). The Regression analysis revealed that the dimensions of spiritual intelligence (spiritual life and relying on the inner core) positively predict the quality of marital relationships (P˂0.01). The purpose of this research is to examine the experts' point of view about spiritual intelligence and its components. In this article, descriptive-analytical research method is used. Data collection has also been done by scanning and reviewing written sources including books, articles, theses, documents and electronic sources. The results of the research show that the structure of spiritual intelligence is one of the new, attractive and controversial concepts that has been proposed and developed in the light of the interest of researchers, experts and especially psychologists in the field of religion and spirituality. In recent decades, researchers have come to the conclusion that intelligence is not only considered as a cognitive ability, but has expanded to other areas such as emotional intelligence, existential intelligence, spiritual intelligence, etc. What has caused the structure of spirituality to be conceptualized as intelligence is those observations and scientific findings that express the fact that the application of special patterns of thoughts, emotions and behavior in daily life can increase human adaptability and well-being. Spiritual intelligence can be clearly distinguished from other types of intelligence due to some inherent abilities and characteristics, such as the ability to enter transcendental states, the ability to identify immaterial dimensions and create a holistic view of life experiences. Also, the findings showed that in Islamic texts, much attention has been paid to the component of spiritual intelligence, and many of the commands that have been paid attention to in the Islamic religion are for the growth and development of human spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence can be increased with various attention exercises, reshaping emotions and strengthening moral behavior. Since these practices are not exclusive to a particular religion with specific spiritual training, adherence to any chosen spiritual practice will facilitate the growth of spiritual intelligence. The present study was conducted to design and validate the pattern of formation of spiritual intelligence of female high school students. This research is of applied type and modeling which has been done by field method. The statistical population included 19142 female high school students in Tabriz in the academic year 1398-99. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan formula and 206 people were selected by cluster random sampling method. The instrument used was a researcher-made questionnaire which was used after confirming the face, content and structure validity and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha method. Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire was equal to 0.928 which indicates a high internal consistency between the questions of the questionnaire. Also, the retest method was used to measure the external reliability of the questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient between the two tests (p = 0.001, r = 0.734) indicates the appropriate external reliability for the questionnaire. In this study,3 main components under the headings: context, process and consequences were identified as the main components in the formation of students' spiritual intelligence. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were used using Spss and Amos software. The results showed that the proposed model has a good validity and all the obtained components can be used in designing the final model. Spiritual intelligence is the basis of all that we believe in. Attention to spirituality is advancing today in a variety of disciplines such as psychology, but in the meantime, the importance of the subject becomes clear when we know that examples of spiritual intelligence are much more advanced in our mystical literature than in modern psychology. The characteristics of spirituality and religion, especially spiritual intelligence, are of special importance in the field of mystical poetry in Persian literature. This study intends to look at Rumi's poems from a different perspective, i.e. on the basis of the characteristics of the spiritual intelligence of Robert Immons' theory. Faith, peace, altruism and its proper use in life and getting adapted to the adversities of the real world are among the concerns of spiritual intelligence. Therefore, this study tries to answer the following question: what are the most important characteristics of spiritual intelligence in Rumi's Masnavi with emphasis on Robert Immons' theory? The results show that attention to empathy, altruism, love, self-sacrifice, tolerance are common features that have been introduced as prominent components of the spiritual intelligence in mystical literature and Rumi's thought. The purpose of this study was to identify new dimensions of critical thinking and spiritual intelligence of employees of the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran. This research was conducted through meta-analysis. For this purpose, after searching databases in the period 1980 to 2022, 38 studies that directly examined the subject of critical thinking and spiritual intelligence of employees of the organization entered the analysis stage. Selected studies for coding were entered into MAXQDA software. After the coding process, 60 distinct codes were identified. From the identified codes; Interest in having good information (18%), awareness of opportunities to use critical thinking (16%), identification of common ideas in selected areas (13%), trust in logical search process (10%), and honesty in dealing with individual biases and prejudices (9%) were the most important in terms of the number of citations in research terms, respectively. In the next step, the codes were divided into 16 themes and finally into 4 concepts (intellectual initiative, cognitive maturity, problem-solving skills, spiritual intelligence). Achieving a comprehensive model with a hybrid method is one of the innovations of this research that can be a model for other researchers. Manuscript profile

At first, 166 male & female university students were randomly selected out of 11370 students at Islamic Azad University in Borujerd. Then attitude to life skills questionnaire (Ahadi, 1386), and Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire (Naseri, 1386) were filled out by the subjects. On the basis of the results of the Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire (higher or lower than the mean), the subjects were divided into four groups. There were two experimental groups, one with a higher score on SQ and the other with a lower score on SQ and two control groups under the same situation. The experimental groups in two separate classes of students with higher and lower score on SQ took part in 16 sessions of 3 hours of the LST, in a time span of 8 weeks. At the end of the course, subjects filled out the attitude to life skills questionnaire as the post test. Finally, after four months in order to figure out the stability or possible changes in the results, once more, in a follow- up study, the attitude to life skills questionnaire was administered. The results of statistical test of Independent-Samples t-test indicated that LST have a significant effect on improving attitudes of university students to life skills, though in an interaction with SQ, the two aforementioned factors have no significant effect on those. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational agility on spiritual intelligence and empowerment of employees of executive organizations in Zahedan. Using survey method and using questionnaire technique, research data was collected from 371 employees of Zahedan city which were selected using Morgan and Kerji sampling table (1975) and proportional stratified sampling method. In order to validate the questionnaire, the qualitative content validity method was used and the internal consistency method was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha method. Cronbach's alpha for organizational agility equaled 0.93, for the spiritual intelligence of employees was equal to 0.92 and for staff empowerment equal to 0.89. The findings of the research in bivariate analysis show that there is a significant effect between the variable and organizational agility components, namely, speed, competence, responsiveness and flexibility with two variables of employees' spiritual intelligence and employee empowerment at the error level of 0.01. Moreover, in the multivariate analysis section and in the regression analysis section, it has been shown that the two variables of organizational agility and spiritual intelligence of the employees were 53% (based on multiple correlation coefficient) and 30% (based on the actual determination coefficient) of variance and dispersion the dependent variables explain the empowerment of employees. In this regard, the organizational agility variable with a beta of 0/53 was more than the spiritual intelligence variable with a beta of 0/12 on the dependent variable. In the path analysis section, it has also been shown that the organizational agility variable of 0.35 per employee's empowerment has been directly influenced. Finally, the spiritual intelligence variable of the employees had a significant effect of 0.19 on empowerment of the employees, which was 0.12 directly and 0/07 was indirect. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher self-efficacy through the mediator of organizational justice and quality of work life. The population consisted of high school teachers in Naghadeh city, which were selected by random sampling method, 230 subjects. The descriptive - correlation research method is applied using structural equation model as an applied research. Data were collected by David King's standard intelligence questionnaire, Sherer's general self-efficacy, Walton's quality of work life, and organizational justice, Nijouff and Morell. In order to test the fitting goodness, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was performed. The results of the analysis showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the teachers' self-efficacy, quality of work life, and organizational justice. Spiritual intelligence explains directly the quality of work life and organizational justice (0.26, 0.63, and 0.59) of teacher self-efficacy changes, respectively. And indirectly by mediating organizational justice and quality of work life, respectively, are 0.26 and 0.18, respectively, affecting self-efficacy. Organizational justice also explains 0.35 changes in quality of work life, and the variable of spiritual intelligence with organizational justice mediator explains 0.20 of changes in the quality of working life. The direct effect of organizational justice and quality of work life on self-efficacy is respectively 0.44 and 0.28, respectively. The significant coefficients of all paths are greater than 1.96. Spiritual intelligence is the intelligence with which we discuss issues of meaning and value, and we solve them. Intelligence which acts and lives in a wider, richer and more meaningful state and with the help of that we can estimate a series of behavior or a path of life more meaningful than others. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of spiritual intelligence training on change of attitude towards drugs in a group of high school students. For this purpose, in a quasi-experimental in pretest-posttest form, along with the control and follow-up groups, 60 students were selected using multi-stage sampling technique and were tested in terms of their attitudes towards drug use, a desire to use drugs and the dangers of drug use. The experiment group underwent 12 sessions of spiritual intelligence training, each session lasting 90 minutes. The groups were tested on attitude towards using drugs, a desire to use drugs and the dangers of drug use at the end of training and one month after completion of it. The result of covariance analysis indicated that spiritual intelligence training tends to be effective on the attitude of students towards the use of drugs, drug use and the dangers of drug use. This effect remained constant over time. It seems that spiritual intelligence is an integrative ability which flexibly questions one’s knowledge and leads towards improvement of it. Introduction and Objective: In this study, the effect of the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom in relation to the feeling of social security with the mediating role of spiritual intelligence was examined in the form of a causal model. Method:The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of the organization of the martyr Foundation of North Khorasan Province in 160 people who were selected by stratified random sampling of 113 persons according to Morgan's Curriesi Journal (1972). To collect data from social security questionnaires, self-sacrifice culture And martyrdom and spiritual intelligence were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was ./83, ./90, and ./92 respectively, indicating high validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In order to analyze the hypotheses of the research, the structural model method has been used with the help of Lisrel software. Findings: The results of the structural equation model showed that the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom with a value of 0.54 affects the feeling of social security and the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom with a value of 0.48 affects spiritual intelligence and spiritual intelligence with a value of 0.36 affects the feeling of social security. Conclusion: The results showed that by strengthening the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom, the feeling of social security has also increased, in which spiritual intelligence plays a positive mediating role.
