Analysis of the relationship spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment of staff departments and youth sport (Case study: Golestan Province)

Abstract :
Abstract: Commitment is a manner that shows employees union process with organization. Spiritual intelligence is adaptive application of spiritual information in order to facilitate routing problems and achievement of the goal. So the goal research was to Analysis of the relationship spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment of staff of Sport and Youth Offices. population included employees of the offices of youth and sport in golestan province are 85 all together. Two Standard questionnaire was used to collect data, from Badi and his colleagues spiritual intelligence (1389) and organizational commitment of Allen and Mayer (1984) is used. The findings showed that there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment Multiple regression results also indicate that a standard deviation change in component of addressing the moral individualities causes (0/320) standard deviation change in the organizational commitment of Sport and Youth Offices of golestan province. Therefore, it is suggested to focus more on spiritual intelligence in Golestan province of Sport and Youth Offices as it affects the organizational commitment of the staff.
