Designing and testing a model of the impact of spiritual intelligence at work on adaptive performance with mediating role of occupational well-being and organizational creativity

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of spiritual intelligence at work on adaptive performance with mediating role of Occupational Well-being and organizational creativity. The sample consisted of 222 employees of Lorestan Province Gas Company. Fitness of the proposed model and indirect effects was examined through structural equation modeling and bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results also indicated that spiritual intelligence directly and with mediating role of Occupational Well-being and organizational creativity had impact on adaptive performance. This research suggests that there need to provide conditions to promote spiritual intelligence, occupational well-being and organizational creativity to increase adaptive performance.
