Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of psychological well-being in the relationship between Spiritual intelligence and happiness. In this study 258 (177 males and 80 females) undergraduate students were selected through multistage random cluster sampling method from Marvdasht Azad University in 92-93. They completed the Abdollahzadeh Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, the Oxford Happiness Scale and the Well-being Inventory. The results of the path analysis supported the complete mediational effect of psychological well-being in the relationship between Spiritual intelligence and happiness. In this article, implications of this result have been discussed.
