        Entrepreneurial skills are considered as an important mechanism of entrepreneurship development. One of the preconditions for national development is scientific and research development, in which higher education has a major role in this development, and without it, we can not talk about scientific development. Therefore, universities have a fundamental and irreplaceable role and function as the scientific and intellectual command tower of the society. This research is practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data collection method. The statistical population is 75 professors, specialists and experts in the field of entrepreneurship in Islamic Azad universities, of which 63 were selected as a sample by simple random sampling. PLS and SPSS software were used for analysis. Therefore, in order to evaluate the reliability of the research measurement model, factor load coefficients, Cronbach's alpha coefficients and combined reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity were used. The results show that the linear relationships between the variables have been confirmed and due to the increasing rate of change and emergence of the knowledge age, the wave of future research in political, economic, social and technological institutions has expanded and is in line with societal developments to create the future.         Daily increasing changed and necessity of conducting reforms in systems of higher education hasintroduced new expectation from scientific centers, especially universities which always invites highereducation to a scientific and cultural jump through assessment to key challenges and invitation for astatement of new missions.Announcement of year of accountability by supreme leader and recommendation of Unesco worldconference to higher education systems of world for being responsive and accountability ofuniversities towards accepting results and consequences, duties and decision- making is one of thebasic motives of this research.Researcher after review of research literature , models, theories, conceptual frameworks including :management based on Islamic values, knowledge management, multi-dimensional and comprehensivemodels of accountability, cubic framework of evaluation processes, information technologicalframework and review the latest conducted research regarding accountability, has provided a modelconsist of five basic elements ( philosophy& aims, theoretical foundation ,conceptual framework,administrative phases and evaluation & re-engineering) and 8 components and 60 subcomponentsthrough of questionnaire.Conclusions shows that the sample groups emphasis on basic elements of model and eight basiccomponents of accountability including: authority and responsibility, management and leadership,effective and purposeful supervision, attention to interested groups, information management, humanresources, communication management and standards of teaching and learning and 45 subcomponent.And ultimately has suggested model with 91/9 percent among groups under study were discernedsuitable. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and identify the impact of general accountability on the improvement and promotion of administrative health and organizational transparency in the public sector.         Todays, the governments have to design a model to attract and develop human and nonhuman capitals and self-sufficiency in employment and earning money, in addition to identify entrepreneurial government and good governance, to be able in efficient and effective enterpreneurship. it is necessary to provide the strategies to implement the model designed.accordingly, the aim of this study is to present a hybrid model for entrepreneurial government and good governance and provide implementation strategies in the body of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran. The method of this research is objectively applied and in terms of data, it is an exploratory mixed one, and a self-emerging and data driven in terms of the nature and type of study. The statistical population contains all PhD experts including 30 managers in Islamic Azad University. In order to validate the instrument, appropriate questions related to each variable were extracted from valid sources and finally approved by authorities. In order to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha was calculated to be 85% of journalists in society and ordinary people in society was determined 77%. Since the distribution of the data was normal, parametric statistical tests were used to testify the hypotheses.         The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effective factors on fighting corruption in the Sports and Youth Department of Central Province. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of the present study was all the employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Central Province and its sub-units, numbering 890 people. According to Cochran's limited formula, the sample size was equal to 268 people. And the random sampling method was simple. Field method and questionnaire tool were used for data analysis. From the standard questionnaire of Sorek and Helgren (2002) for the variable of job security, from the questionnaire of Javadi Yeganeh et al. (2009) for the variable of strengthening the rule of law, from the standard questionnaire of Sawyer (1992) for the variable of organizational transparency, from the standard questionnaire of Bowens (2005) for the variable Organizational accountability and Abdulahi's questionnaire (2013) was used for the variable of fight against corruption. In this research, standard questionnaires were used and approved by university professors, so the questionnaires have been valid. Also, the reliability of the questionnaires has been confirmed. SPSS and Lisrel software were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that job security, strengthening the rule of law, transparency and accountability were effective factors in fighting corruption in the Sports and Youth Department of Central Province. The study purpose was to investigate the relationship between Islamic-Iranian Management and human resource development with the mediator role of meritocracy and accountability in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. Methods: the purpose of practical and survey descriptive method. The population consisted of 136 first and second level managers in twenty two state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province, 100 of whom were selected by simple random sampling. to collect data from researcher-made questionnaires of Islamic-Iranian Management Mesah et al. (2011) with reliability coefficients of 0.978, and Nickerson Airbay's Human Resource Development Standard (1998) 0.849, Ansari meritocracy (2014) 0.945, Bowens accountability (2005) was 0.857. Descriptive and inferential statistics, Smart pls statistical software, structural equation method were used. Results: Islamic-Iranian management through accountability and meritocracy could explain more than 23% of human resource development changes in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. a direct and positive relationship between Islamic-Iranian management and meritocracy, Islamic-Iranian management and accountability, meritocracy and human resource development, accountability and human resource development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the concept of sustainability accounting with the help of normative and positive theories and based on the principles of sustainable development. This article is based on the library method and using deductive and descriptive-interpretive analysis to explain sustainability accounting and its evolution in the accounting system from a knowledge perspective.         With the practice of self-sufficiency policies of municipalities in 60s Solar Decade, municipality dues obtained from the public had been the greatest resource of financing Municipality Expenses of Tehran Municipality. In addition, considering importance of determining rate of incomes and actual expenses of a fiscal period in meeting responsibility and evaluation of such responsibility by the citizens and their legal representatives, detection and assessment approaches of income and municipality expenses are entitled with considerable importance. Most of developed countries to lead their utmost attentions towards modulated promissory base accounting and reporting incomes of public sections including, but not limited to, municipalities. In the current research, to examine the possibility of identification, recording and reporting of the Tehran Municipality incomes, the possibility of the realization of two necessary (commensurability) and sufficient (solvency in a short term) conditions from the detection stage until realization of the incomes of Tehran Municipality is analyzed and tested. This research is carried out based on document searching method and making use of the factual information as well as due statistical tests. Statistical universe of this research is extracted from 22 municipalities of Tehran and Statistical Sample is selected from among districts 1, 2, 5, 10, and 18 of Tehran. The results indicated that all evaluated continuous and non continuous incomes of Tehran Municipality (26 income resources) in this research hold the Necessary Condition, i.e. Commensurability in stand-alone fashion and are entitled with the Sufficient Condition, i.e. Solvency during the fiscal year or 60 days after it.   Manuscript profile

        Due to the importance of promoting the quality of  audit, it is necessary to pay attention to high moral and religious standards, including responsibility and Islamic culture. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is  to investigate the role of Islamic culture in auditors' responsibility and the quality of  audit in Iran's environmental conditions. The descriptive-correlation research method is structural equations. the statistical population of the research are all auditors working in auditing institutions who are members of the Certified Accountants of Iran. Considering the size of the unlimited population, with the help of Cochran's formula, the sample size was finally determined to be 380 people. the research tools included innovative questionnaires on auditors' responsibility, the quality of  audit and auditor's Islamic culture. The structural equation method was used to analyze the data. The fit indices of the research model were in a desirable condition. The direct effect of accountability on the  quality of  audit and the mediating role of Islamic culture in the relationship between them were confirmed. Also, the desire to provide the  qualified report of  audit was the same among auditors with cultural levels (medium and good).         Accounting information is important for evaluating stakeholders’ accountability and decision making in public sector. Most of the information needs of the managers of the reporting Entities in the public sector are obtained from the management accounting system. Therefore, this study explains the functions of management accounting in the public sector. The research method is qualitative and the required data was through interviews with 13 experts in this field. Findings show that the functions of management accounting in the public sector can be classified into eight classes: organizational planning, budgeting, costing, financial and non-financial reporting, monitoring and controlling, (balanced) performance appraisal and human resource management. Applying a management accounting system to the public sector can help organizations evaluate performance, increase transparency, and create value for money. Moreover, an acceptable position has not been defined for management accounting in the public sector. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the development of management accounting system in the public sector helps to evaluate performance, increase transparency and create value.         The main objective of this paper is to examine the obstacles to the content development of corporate governance system in Iran from the perspective of cultural pluralism theory. Cultural pluralism emphasizes the ability of groups to compete and the participation of various minorities in the decision-making process related to the economic and political system Introducing the concept of cultural pluralism and its association with the corporate system, this study explores the obstacles facing cultural pluralism and accordingly does a pathological analysis of the factors underlying the underdevelopment of the corporate governance system. The results of the study show that political development, the content separation of ownership from management, the resolution of legal problems, the elimination of state corporatism, and the development of the culture of accountability can lead to the development of the corporate governance system. The normality of the data of the research variables was confirmed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The statistical population is 16,300 people of Ardabil province and the size of the statistical sample was estimated to be 380 people according to Cochran's formula. In this research, simple and stratified random sampling methods were used. The theoretical framework of the research was adapted from the theories of Huntington, Nelson and Lipsett. Research hypotheses were measured using Pearson's test, and linear regression analysis and path analysis were used using spss software to measure the empirical model of the research. Based on the results obtained, there is a significant relationship between the variables of transparency of officials' performance, accountability of officials, priority of national interests, fight against corruption, political trust, actions of rulers to improve social services and actions of political elites for political development with political participation of educators.         Political participation is a purposeful action to influence the decisions and actions of political elites in the administration of society, which is done by the people. Due to the fact that educators are one of the most influential groups in the process of political participation and consequently effective in the all-round development of the society, therefore, it is very important to know their attitudes, orientations and satisfaction with the performance of political elites. The purpose of this research is to sociologically study the level of political participation of educators, investigate the performance of the ruling political elite and analyze the variables that have been effective on the level of political participation of educators in Ardabil province. The statistical population of the research is 16,300 people of Ardabil Province and its sample size was estimated to be 380 people according to Cochran's formula. In this research, simple and stratified random sampling methods were used. The theoretical framework of the research was adapted from the theories of Huntington, Nelson and Lipsett. Cronbach's alpha test was used for the reliability of the questionnaire and face validity was used for its validity. The current research was conducted using a survey method and its hypotheses were tested using the Pearson correlation coefficient test and to analyze the information and predict the dependent variable from the independent variables of linear regression and to measure the relationships of the variables in a causal model of the method. Statistics based on multivariate regression analysis or path analysis using spss software was used. The results of the research showed that the political participation of the studied educators is at a low level, so that 61.20 percent of the respondents have low political participation. between the variables of transparency of officials' performance (r=0.71) with (sig=0.000), accountability of officials (r=0.65) with (sig=0.000), preference of national interests over individual interests by officials  )r=0.64) with (sig=0.000), rulers' fight against corruption (r=0.58) with (sig=0.000), political trust of educators (r=0.53) with (sig =0.000), actions of rulers to improve social services (r = 0.56) with (sig = 0.000) and actions of political elites for political development (r = 0.59) with (sig = 0.000) There is a significant relationship between the political participation of educators and the adjusted coefficient of determination)   (can explain 37% of the variance of the political participation of educators.         Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to study the impact of gender diversity in board of directors on tax evasion considering the moderating role of social accountability in corporations accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2014 to 2021. Method: The research statistical population consisted of all corporations accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange, among which 105 companies were chosen as the study sample. Multivariate linear regression statistical analysis was used for the research hypothesis testing. Panel data were used for the hypothesis testing. Results: The research results showed that gender diversity in board of directors has a significantly positive relation with social accountability. Moreover, gender diversity in board of directors has a significantly negative relation with tax evasion. Social accountability intensifies the correlation between gender diversity in board of directors and tax evasion. Conclusion: With regard to the impact of gender diversity on board of directors, it is suggested to the managers, investors, and creditors to pay more attention to gender diversity in board of directors in order to avoid the abusive behavior of directors and corporate tax evasion. Besides, it is recommended to the tax auditors to monitor companies that have social irresponsibility because they have higher risk of tax evasion. Managers of corporations which have more social accountability can take measures to attract more investment by giving transparent financial statements and highlighting their accountability to the investors.         The principal goal of this research is to identify the possibility criteria of installing the public-private partnership system in Iran with organizational accountability approach. This research is a descriptive survey and the data gathering tool is expert query by Fuzzy-Delphi technique. The statistical population includes experts such as directors/managers, university professors, Iran merchandise room members and career experts (contractors and employers) and in total 30 individuals of experts. The used random sampling method is improbable /snowball and the individuals have the following characteristics: related and graduated degree, at least five years' experience in the field of this research and at least five years' experience in teaching in terms of the current research. Sample size is made up by theoretical saturation method and finally 22 queries were collected. In general, SPSS and EXCEL soft wares were applied to analyze the observations and the research data and assessment of the simultaneous effects of the general scales. The research findings show that in the qualitative part/phase accomplished in Fuzzy-Delphi technique after defining the indexes and its test are able to state that most of the submitted indexes are confirmed. Due to the lack of a clear and competitive process, government agencies are generally at a very low level in terms of organizational accountability. This is why designing a model that examines the factors affecting organizational accountability is of great importance. In order to achieve this, this study has examined organizational accountability in Iranian government organizations by considering the role of organizational and individual factors. The research method is qualitative and the content analysis method is qualitative. The present study, like any other research, is a library review of the related literature, and also the organizational accountability approach is based on individual and organizational factors in order to classify and present the structure based on past research. To review and answer the research question, an interview with a group of experts is conducted. They will be selected based on the method of judgmental sampling and snowball. The adequacy index of the number of interviews is the theoretical saturation based on which the researcher concludes that more interviews will not add more information to the current interview reserves and finally the final qualitative model based on causal, strategic, intervening, contextual and outcome factors. Also, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, content validity (experts' point of view) and construct validity were used using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results indicate that the first step for public participation in policy evaluation; Identifying the stakeholders in the organization, not identifying the interests of a group of main stakeholders, brings the risk of failure of the stakeholder participation process; Although the involvement of all stakeholders in the decision-making process is not the same, all parties must be identified and understood.         The present study seeks to develop an entrepreneurial development model with a social responsibility approach in higher education in Islamic Azad University. This research has been done within the framework of a qualitative approach and using the research method of data foundation. Data collection tool was semi-structured interviews and in order to collect information, interviews were conducted by purposive sampling method with 20 experts including university professors and university experts' proficient in entrepreneurship and social accountability. Data analysis was performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Based on this, a qualitative research model was designed. The results of the present study show that 258 open source codes, 43 subcategories or concepts and 6 categories of extraction and their characteristics have been identified. It was presented in the form of a paradigm model including contextual conditions (including: technological changes, etc.), pivotal conditions (entrepreneurship development with a social responsibility approach in higher education at university), causal conditions (including: requirements for entrepreneurial development, etc.), intervention conditions (including: Iran's position in entrepreneurship indicators, etc.), strategies (including: monitoring students and entrepreneurs, localization of specialized knowledge, learning methods and advancement of science, empowerment, value creation and social effectiveness, etc.) and results (includes: growth in science production and academic achievement, etc.).         The present paper was conducted with the aim of the studying the interactive role of accountability and perceived control on performance of Municipality employees in Tabriz. Data were gathered through standard questionnaires of; Hochwarter et al (2003) Accountability questionnaire, Tetrick &amp; LA Rocco&rsquo;s (1987) perceived control questionnaire, and Paterson (1990) Job Performance questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach alpha. Regression moderator and correlation were utilized to analyze the data. The results showed that, there is a significant and positive relationship between accountability and job performance (r=0/15, p&lt;0/01). However, there is a significant and positive relationship between perceived control and job performance (r=0/29, p&lt;0/01). The statistical population includes all the students of Technical and Engineering Faculties of Uremia Universities, totaling 15000. A sample of 375 was selected by using Morgan Table. The data collection instrument in this research is a questionnaire, which was distributed among the subjects after determining its validity and reliability. For data analysis, the researchers have used Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, Estimation Theory, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Friedman Test. The results of the survey show that entrepreneurship scores for each of the faculties are average. Uremia University has been ranked first regarding entrepreneurship.         یکی از ویژگی‌های نظام‌های سیاسی مردم سالار، توانایی پاسخگویی آنها در قبال عملکرد خود است. رسانه‌ها به عنوان یکی از اجزای قدرتمند جامعه مدنی و تاثیرگذار بر افکار عمومی نقش بسیار مهمی در واداشتن حکومت به پاسخگویی بر عهده دارند. به همین منظور هدف اصلی این پژوهش برررسی تاثیر رسانه‌ها بر ارتقای سطح پاسخگویی سازمان‌های دولتی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه دانشجویان پسر کارشناسی‌ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد قائم‌شهر بوده که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 320 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است، به منظور روایی ابزار سنجش سوالات متناسبی برای هر یک از متغیرهای تحقیق از منابع معتبر استخراج که روائی آن مورد تایید صاحب نظران قرار گرفت. و پایایی پرسش نامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ 89% به دست آمد، و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها با توجه به نرمال بودن داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری پارامتریک استفاده گردید. و بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش رسانه‌ها می‌توانند از طریق هدایت و آموزش افکار عمومی، تجمیع خواسته‌ها و نظارت وآگاهی بخشی&nbsp;در واداشتن سازمان‌های دولتی به پاسخگوبودن در قبال عملکرد خود به مردم موثر واقع شوند. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد چنانچه نظام رسانه‌ای آزاد و مستقل حاکم باشد رسانه‌ها بهتر می‌توانند به وظائف خود عمل کنند. نتیجه دیگری که از این پژوهش حاصل شده این است که از بین رسانه‌ها، اثربخشی تلویزیون در ملزم نمودن بخش دولتی به پاسخگوئی در قبال عملکرد خود به مراتب&nbsp; موثر تر از سایر رسانه‌ها ست.&nbsp; Manuscript profile

        Urban governance&nbsp;refers to a system of decision-making and management of urban affairs that is formed through the interaction of organizations and official city administration institutions on one hand and non-governmental organizations and civil society organizations on the other. The system of good governance encompasses the principles of participation, accountability, citizenship, transparency, responsibility, efficiency, conformity to the laws, and the like, which seeks to investigate the role of people in the process of managing urban affairs, as well as the degree of interaction between officials, citizens, and the private sector. In this study, four indicators of good urban governance were examined to assess the performance of urban management in Sanandaj, Iran. This descriptive-analytical study was an applied research. In this study, a questionnaire was used for assessment and the Likert Scale was used to design components for each index. The statistical population consisted of the clients of the municipality and ordinary citizens of Mobarakabad Neighborhood, District 3 Municipality of Sanandaj. Cochran's formula was used to select the sample consisting of 110 individuals who were selected through random sampling. The obtained data were analyzed using T-Test in the SPSS software. The Likert Scale was used to evaluate the variables. The test results revealed that the participation indicators with an average difference of -0.527, accountability in the second hypothesis with an average difference of -1.027, efficiency in the third hypothesis regarding the ineffectiveness of the municipality and the city council with an average difference of -0.509, and lack of municipality transparency in the fourth hypothesis with an average difference of -0.509, and the lack of municipality transparency in the fourth hypothesis were confirmed with an average difference of -0.600.         Urban Management is a decisive factor for improving the life quality for people for which various approaches have been adopted so far. Good governance is the last approach in urban management which concentrates on participation, transparency, responsibility, law force, justifying and accountability in governing. This approach in urban management can produce the desired outputs for organizations and people. Municipality and Islamic council of Ahwaz which are the two important organizations in urban management in Ahwaz can use good governance approach in fulfilling their duties. In this article, the researchers use people&rsquo;s judgment in a sample community about the performance of municipality and Islamic council to study how much compatibility exists between the performances of these public organizations with good governance principles. The researchers also use a questionnaire for collecting people&rsquo;s judgment.The results of this survey showed that the average of citizens&rsquo; judgment about the consistency of municipal and city council performance with good governance values are 1.41 and 1.22. Respondents say that municipality and council performance in index of rule of law (with average 1.66) is low and in index of participation (with average 0.98) is very low. If we accept the respondents&rsquo; judgments about &nbsp;municipality in districts of Ahwaz municipality in this study, judgments show that the performance of municipality management in district 3 with an average of 1.26 has low compatibility with good governance values and municipality management in district 1 with an average of 0.94 has very low compatibility. Generally, the performance of municipality and council in terms of compliance with the principles of good governance, (with average of judgment about 1.31) in a range of 4 values between bad and good, is weak.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manuscript profile

        This study was conducted with the aim of investigation‌ effect McClelland's needs on organizational Citizenship behavior and informal accountabillity through ‌ the mediation individual accountability. The research method was correlation from the type of structure equation modeling. The statistical population was all staff of education and training administration in western Azarbaijan Province.(250 members). Sampling method was relative random sampling. Sample size was 196 staff. McClelland Astyrz and Braunstein&rsquo;s needs questionnaire (1979) and measuring Poodsakoof citizenship behavior (1990), individual accountability of Hochwarter (2005), also informal accountability of Hall, Royle, Hoch Warter (2008) was used. Data analysis processing were done using AMOS software. The results showed that pattern has proper fit with research data. These paths: Need for affiliation with citizenship behavior (&beta;=0.51), and with individul accountability (&beta;=0.46), and with informal accountability (&beta;=0.53), Need for power with citizenship behavior (&beta;=0.54), and with individual accountability (&beta;=0.43), and with informal accountability (&beta;=0.35), Need for Achievement with citizenship behavior (&beta;=0.46), and individual accountability (&beta;=0.467), and with informal accountability (&beta;=0.61) in P&lt;0.05 are significant. Also the mediating role of individual accountability in relation between three needs with informal accountability and citizenship behavior was confirmed.         &nbsp;&nbsp;The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of managers' accountability on job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Sistan region. The research method of this research is descriptive and since it collects information about demographic characteristics and describes the current situation, it is of a survey type and on the other hand, according to the objectives of the research, it measures the relationship between variables. It is of the correlation type. In categorizing research by purpose, this research falls into the category of applied research. The statistical population of this study includes all physical education teachers in Sistan region with 250 people. The statistical sample was determined by simple random sampling using Cochran's formula of 151 people. To collect the data, the standard questionnaires of responses of Bowens (2005) and job satisfaction of Herzberg (2007) were used. Finally, due to the normality of the data; The research hypotheses were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis by SPSS software version 23. The results of the hypotheses showed that accountability and its components (organizational accountability, professional accountability, legal accountability and political accountability) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Regression results showed that the response variable predicts about 59% of job satisfaction changes. Also, the components of accountability together predict about 43% of job satisfaction changes.&nbsp; Manuscript profile

According to the research findings, the "political and managerial" dimension with a final weight of (0.216), the component of "appropriate use and management of information systems" with a final weight of (0.1116) and the index of "use of managers and employees in the&nbsp; public sector department's executive bodies based on the fulfillment of general and specific legal conditions" with final weight (0.046) have the most importance on the compliance of financial decision making with management performance audit. Then, based on quantitative analysis and using hierarchical analysis method, it has been improved.         Evaluating the performance of the Iranian capital market is one of the important issues for users (investors). The most important users are the general public. Assessing capital market performance and reassuring users will maximize capital attraction and boost production. Iran's capital market will be responsible for performing the duties of protecting the rights of users. Articles 51 to 55 of the Constitution address the areas of responsibility for financial accountability and the legal right of citizens to know the facts. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the Iranian capital market by emphasizing the perspective of financial accountability, operational accountability, learning and growth. The present study is descriptive-survey in terms of applied purpose and data collection and its statistical population consists of auditors, brokers, managers of financial institutions and faculty members of the university who work in the capital market. The research sample is based on Cochran's method and using Morgan table, 290 people, and the research period is 1399. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire has been used, the validity and reliability of which has been determined by obtaining the opinion of professors, professional experts and capital market experts. SPSS software and t-test were used to test the research hypotheses. The results show that the indicators and components of capital market performance evaluation are evaluated with emphasis on financial accountability perspective, operational accountability perspective and the perspective of optimal learning and growth.         The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between social factors and the ethnicity tendency of Tabriz citizens. Theoretically, the views of Smith, Thompson, Jenkis, Giddens etc have been used to determine the relationship bertween the variables. This is a survey method and a closed-ended questionnaire was used as a measurement tool. The statistical population of the present study includes the male and female citizens of Tabriz. Using Cochran's formula, 400 people were selected as sample size by stratified random sampling method. After collecting questionnaires, the data were analyzed by SPSS software. In order to test the hypotheses, according to the level of variables, Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis were used. Based on the results of the research, the ethnicity tendency of Tabriz citizens is 74.54, which indicates that a high proportion of respondents adhere to their national identity and national values. The results of multivariate regression analysis show that the variables of satellite networks, social networks and media could explain 22.8% of the variability of the national accountability variable. In fact, the purpose of this article is to examine the effects of Corona on the dimensions of Iranian political life, especially in good governance and transparency in performance and information.         Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the components of social responsibility of education staff.Method: The present study was mixed in terms of implementation method (qualitative-quantitative) and applied in terms of research purpose. In the qualitative part of the research, the participants were 29 experts in the field of social sciences and management who were selected by purposive sampling. The research tool was semi-structured interviews and data were analyzed at three levels of open, axial and selective coding. Professors' critique was used for data validity and agreement coefficient between coders was used for reliability (CVR = 0.86). In the quantitative part, the statistical population was the administrative staff of different departments of Khuzestan province (1350 people) that based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 384 of them were selected as a sample size by simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative findings and the reliability of the instrument was obtained by Cronbach's alpha test (0.84). Data analysis was performed using Spss19 and Amos24 software, which included descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equations).Findings: From the perspective of experts in ethical, economic,legal, strategic responsibility, transparency of accountability and accountability as the main components of social responsibility and the factors affecting it, including staff training, compliance with ethical charters, providing cheap services, organizational standards, financial and extra-financial support , Facilitated the needs, commitment and attention to the growth of creativity and innovation of employees. accountability with coefficient of path (0.85), Staff training with path coefficient (0.67), commitment (0.63) and observance of social and moral values ​​(0.59) were the most important factors on social responsibility.Conclusion: The important elements of social responsibility are transparency, accountability and greater commitment to ethical and legal norms, which improve the social responsibility of employees by empowering and strengthening social values.         In general, social and economic systems can be defined in terms of common sets of common expectations for each behavior. Therefore, accountability can be considered as a factor that connects the research and development system to industry. In this regard, after examining different models in the field of learning and innovation in society and research and development and accountability, a comprehensive new model that introduces important approaches in research and technology and organizational accountability including: managerial accountability, bureaucratic accountability Political and social accountability, market accountability and professional accountability have been extracted. Then, for each approach (dimension), ten components with different metrics (fifty metrics in total) are considered. In this research, acceptance of research and technology has been used as a new paradigm to make organizations more responsive to internal customers or employees. In this regard, after confirming the appropriateness and efficiency of the model by academic and gas industry experts (managers and experts), the main and secondary hypotheses in a field study using the gas industry data were tested and the results show that It is that the review of bureaucratic, economic, managerial criteria, market index, customer orientation and political, social approach and after reviewing through t-test, the coefficient of effectiveness of each of the indicators was measured and ranked. The basis of ranking, management index with a coefficient of 0.412 and bureaucracy with a coefficient of 0.571 in the acceptance status indicate that the research and development accountability model is successful and can be considered in policy and planning.         Abstract: This study was descriptive-survey, with the aim of social development dimensions evaluating and from the viewpoints of faculty members and managers at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. 120 faculty members and managers were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was social development a standard questionnaire consisting of 25 pairs of corresponding questions were designed on a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon tests, Friedman rankings by spss 21 software. The findings from the viewpoints of faculty members and managers at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology showed that ratings of social development dimensions were respectively consisted identity, consensus and social cohesion ( 4.62 ) , social capital ( 4.36 ) , social accountability (4.23) , social welfare ( 3.97 ) , Social security ( 3.86 ) , social justice ( 3.62 ) , sustainability ( 3.35 ), there is a gap in all social development dimensions. The size of the gaps were respectively related to the social accountability ( -1.32) , social security ( -1.28 ) , sustainability ( -1.27 ) , social welfare ( -1.14 ) , social justice ( -1.01 ) , identity and social cohesion ( -0.99 ) , social capital ( -0.82 ). Accordingly can be concluded that in the role of social development, universities should pay more attention to social justice and sustainability, in order to the role of social development dimensions and in doing so, they should make greater use of the strategy of strengthening identity consensus and social cohesion and promoting of social capital. Objective: This study Construction and standardization of scale is the responsibility of the citizens of Tehran. Methods: This descriptive survey. The population consisted of residents of district 14 in Tehran. Of these 240 samples, were selected by convenience sampling method and then distribute the questionnaire, content validity, reliability exploratory and confirmatory factor was used. The results of exploratory responsibility in the five components of self-worth, self-control, realism, commitment and self-named. The analysis also confirm the fit indices were relatively favorable. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability responsibility scale that 0/91, for the first of 0/61, the second of 0/67, the third factor of 0/52, the fourth factor 0/82 and the fifth factor 0/75 respectively.
