Abstract :
Organizations through behavioral changes people change, but people do not like change, but the dynamic nature of the work. However, the required changes in organizational strategy and structure, key individuals are stimulated. This study aimed to examine sociological factors influencing influencing employee motivation Branch Shooshtar survey was conducted, of the 129 employees were selected as the sample size to help Morgan. Results of a two-part analysis is descriptive and inferential. Results indicate a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable motivation (money, fame, the proportion of wage labor, welfare, participation, delegation, job security, cooperation) is the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable of interest in all aspects, except There seems to fame. The dynamics of the relationship between dependent and independent variables (money, fame, fitness wage labor, welfare, participation, delegation, job security, cooperation) are related. But progress in the relationship between the dependent variables, expectation and responsibility for all aspects of development, there is no significant relationship between the independent variables.
