Abstract :
This research was done considering the void of conceptual frameworks and expanding field studies in accordance with Islamic and indigenous teachings with the aim of developing the conceptual framework of accountability based on the Holy Quran in order to provide a model for governance in Islamic management and through the method of the cyclic process of analysis. Is. The statistical population (area) of the research is all the verses of the Holy Quran, using the thematic list of interpretations of light and examples, messages and concepts related to the concept of accountability in the verses of the Holy Quran using worksheets made by the researcher based on the method The aforementioned quality has been explored as a research tool. The result of this study was the collection and counting of 316 comprehensive concepts and then the classification and conceptualization of these codes and concepts under 93 central codes based on content affinity and finally the formation of the final classification of foundations, obstacles and underlying factors. Accountability based on the Holy Qur'an in three cognitive, emotional and behavioral domains was used as a conceptual framework for accountability in social systems based on the Holy Qur'an.
