Most organizations don't follow a specific method to decide how to outsource their activities. Studiesshow that most organizations make these decisions mainly based on their overhead costs. In theseorganizations, those activities are selected for outsourcing which decrease the overhead costs. In spite of wide studies about outsourcing a documented and comprehensive procedure for decisionmaking is not provided in the literature. In most articles, Only a quantitative spect of the decision makingprocess, that is cost, is considered or some guidelines are provided about the strategic nature of the decisions. In this study, a model is provided to make decisions about the amount of outsouring of maintenancesystems in manufacturing companies.Maintenance of equipment is mainly one of the candidates of outsourcing in manufacturing companies. With respect to importance of the system, while making decisions to outsource them, all related advantagesand risks should be considered and their short and long term outcomes should be regarded. In this model, first, using cluster analysis technique, all maintenance activities will be divided to someclusters. Then, it will be decided which of the clusters should be outsourced. Decision – making stepsinclude; Core competence, suppliers' market analysis, Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), sensitivityanalysis and final decision – making. Therefore, determining the amount of outsourcing of maintenancesystem will be accomplished via determining its subsystems and decision – making about them. Manuscript profile

The need for integration has long been the focus of researchers and industry managers. Therefore, some researchers sought to coordinate and integrate production, maintenance and repair. The issues of integrating production planning, maintenance and repair and quality control with other parts of production and industrial systems reduce costs and increase the profitability of production organizations. Accordingly, in this research, integration and continuity in simultaneous planning of production areas and support in production organizations have been discussed. These areas include the schedule of production, maintenance and preventive maintenance, and human resources. Therefore, the mathematical optimization model is presented with the aim of manpower planning and increasing the volume of the company's production by considering the limitations of human resources. In this model, personnel skills, equipment usage rate and equipment failure rate in case of uncertainty with fuzzy method are used in the model parameters. The purpose of the proposed model is to minimize the labor force deficit over production efficiency. The results obtained from the implementation in a production organization by comparing the indefinite and meta-innovative solution show the improvement in the company's production with the least reasonable time, provide answers with the least possible error. Sensitivity analysis shows that the rate of equipment failure in the intervals before and after the preventive maintenance process has a great impact on the value of the objective function of the mathematical model. The purpose of this research is to predict the failure of devices using a data mining tool. For this purpose, at the outset, an appropriate database consists of 392 records of ongoing failures in a pharmaceutical company in 1394, in the next step, by analyzing 9 characteristics and type of failure as a database class, analyzes have been used. In this regard, three decision tree algorithms have been used to determine the most important attributes and to determine the effective rules for the failure. Based on the results obtained from the feature selection of all the three used algorithms, the lifetime characteristics of the machine, the name of the machine and the duration until the last failure are recognized as the most important attributes. On this basis, the life of the device has a very special importance. Since the depreciation in the pharmaceutical industry is high, so the life of the devices used in maintenance and repair has a special effect. In this regard, machines with a life span of more than 20 years are subject to high depreciation and failure, and in addition to the usual repairs they need some special repairs. Manuscript profile

One of the major issues in Islamic economics is the quality of determining the price of goods and services in the market. In the normal conditions of the market, there is no consensus among the Shiite and Sunni jurisprudents on the market, but in special economic conditions such as hoarding, collusion and monopoly, there is a controversy between the jurisprudents of the Imams and Sunni scholars. After searching in the jurisprudential books, six promises can be found in the problem, all of which are based on the general rules and customary narratives of the pricing; But the question is, is it possible to preserve the natural conditions of the market? Does the pricing of the marketplace not be one of the methods of market surveillance and thus not preserving the natural conditions of the market? Also, some Sunni jurisprudents believe that the philosophy of pricing is that the market is to be tempered and that it applies to all the goods needed by the people. These ambiguities require a re-examination of the pricing issue in the Islamic market. Therefore, this paper analytically and by referring to the authentic jurisprudential books of the Imams and Sunni people, concludes in the end that by referring to some general rules, the rule of preservation of the system, the rule of co-operation, the rule of law and the rule of Ehsan, as well as Relying on the rationale, it can be concluded that the ruler, in the normal conditions of the market. Abstract This study sought to determine the scope of legal and jurisprudential aspects Nfqh wife. According to Article 167 of the constitution in cases where the law is silent about the sentence or brief question must issue a warrant to be derived from legal sources and according to the jurists. Article 1107 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran analogy is considered to be the wife's alimony, but he set the range for the costs of education and health, explicitly or even implicitly there. So to extract the sentence should refer to the sources of Islamic law and doctrine. In this context, by examining legal opinions on the Nfqh wife, it proves that maintenance In addition to items such as food, clothing and housing, such as education and health costs as well as the wife. Of course there are differences of opinion on this issue, but as always conventional, popular opinion is preferred. Thus, according to the study presented conditions that have been conditionally costs are not absolutely the wife's alimony, unlike other conventional alimony. Manuscript profile

The right of a wife to be provided a dwelling by the husband is agreed upon by all Islamic jurists and there is no dispute about this matter. All Islamic jurists are unanimous that it is a husband’ s duty to provide a dwelling, either owned, borrowed or leased, for a wife as is appropriate for her. Articles 1106 and 1107 of the Civil Code assert that providing a dwelling is part of the cost of maintenance, to be borne by the husband; however, at times this can be contradicted by stipulating otherwise and the wife can take the power of determining the joint dwelling from the husband as per a condition as an integral part of the marriage contract. Some questions arise in this situation: 1) What legal sanctions are available for the condition to determine the dwelling? 2)What are the advantages and disadvantages of this conditions for safeguarding family foundations? The results of this study show that the dwelling determination condition is sometimes deemed as a void condition and sometimes a valid condition, but the marriage contract and the dowry are valid. Carrying out maintenance planning for machine tools is one of the critical factors in reducing operating costs. Inventory management is a key element on the performance of the maintenance policy. Through current research, an integrated inventory control of spare parts and maintenance scheduling is proposed to determine the maximum inventory level as well replenishment cycle (S,T), along with the determination of the optimal preventive maintenance period. The total cost associated with the maintenance system, such as the cost of periodical and emergency orders and the costs of inspections and repairs are minimized via the model objective function. To illustrate the capability and performance of the model, the results of applying the model into a case study is reported in an automotive pre-paint line for determining inventory control policies of a critical item. In addition, in order to analyze the stability of the results, the sensitivity of the variables to the changes in input parameters has been investigated. Based on the results, the total cost is affected by the failure rate, the lead time period, and the cost of replacing defective items. In this regard, the system is more sensitive to failure rate and the lead time. In the case of constant failure rates, applying the proposed method might be successful. Manuscript profile

Maintenance systems are critical to achieving the goals of the organization. The main purpose of these systems is to optimize machinery's ability to maximize production and reduce its erosion and malfunction. Accordingly, one of the main concerns of managers in companies is selecting the appropriate strategy for maintenance of equipment and machinery. This research presents novel method for selecting optimal maintenance strategy based on Fuzzy Analytical Network Process and Fuzzy Multi-Choice Goal Programming. The method of calculating the fuzzy weights of elements is explained by FANP method and then by de-fuzzy obtained weights and writing the ideals and the objective function and applying the FMCGP approach maintenance strategies will be prioritized. Finally, in the form of a case study, the optimal maintenance strategy among Preventive Maintenance, Reliability base maintenance, Condition base maintenance, Time base maintenance, corrective maintenance and Design-out maintenance for the four selected machines in Mashhad Milk Powder Company is considered. In this regard, by literature review six criteria and thirty sub-criteria has been taken and paired comparison questionnaire was distributed among the ten experts and their views were aggregated and geometric mean was taken from them, and by the FANP approach, the weight of the elements are calculated. Since the weight of the criteria is obtained from FANP method, then the general score of the problem is obtained by solving FMCGP. The present research can provide a comprehensive view of decision makers, especially maintenance managers, and assist them in selecting optimal maintenance strategy. Manuscript profile

Abstract: In today's competitive environment, production productivity is a very important and key issue. However, all department of the production unit are interdependent. Rapid response to customer needs, diversity, reliability and cost of equipment and machinery due to the widespread limitations in production resources to be competitive and gain market share in conditions of uncertainty, is needed to make management decisions from Use an integrated format that incorporates important elements. Accordingly, in this study, the integration of three important areas in manufacturing companies has been addressed. These areas include production planning, maintenance, and manpower planning. In this way, a mathematical model with the aim of optimal use of labor and increasing production volume is presented. In this model of workers' experience, machine utilization rate and machine failure rate are expressed uncertainly and with fuzzy numbers. To solveing this model, the ants meta-innovation algorithm has been used. Numerical results obtained from the implementation in an industrial company show that the algorithm used can provide answers with the least possible error in a reasonable time. Sensitivity analysis also shows that the failure rate of the machine before and after repairs and maintenance has a great impact on the value of the objective function of the mathematical model. Road construction machinery has considerable importance in construction projects. Among the issues related to machinery, maintenance and repair are very important because maintenance and repairs (machines) are directly related to their costs as well as the overall cost of the project. The repair method after the failure is replaced by other maintenance and repair methods that are currently used in many organizations. Reliable Maintenance and Maintenance (RCM) is a process that determines the maintenance and repair needs of equipment and machinery in working conditions so that each of this equipment performs its core tasks in the best possible manner. Instead of concentrating on cost reduction, this method focuses on increasing reliability, which means that costs have been reduced by improving reliability. Reducing maintenance costs is a good and timely maintenance. This paper has strived to study the factors involved in the maintenance or shift of local languages in Iran. From among these factors, ‘language attitudes’ and ‘language choice’ have been discussed, for these two interrelated factors, due to their flexibility nature, seem to be the direct side-effects of the other involved factors. In other words, speakers’ positive or negative attitudes toward their native language and consequently choosing or not choosing their language in needed situations depend on the orientation of the factors involved in the maintenance or shift of that language. Hence, in the present paper, language attitudes and language choice have been separately discussed and following the language choice discussion, the phenomena of language maintenance and shift have been raised. In the following, some of the studies conducted in the field of local languages’ maintenance and shift, both in and out of Iran, have been cited considering the involvement of language attitudes, language choice, and the other involved factors. In the final section, following the conclusion attained from the discussions in the previous sections, the gradual process of the loss of local languages in Iran due to the involvement of some factors and specifically the involvement of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Corporation and Ministry of Education has been warned. This research compares different approaches for achieving precise predictive maintenance (PdM) results from CNC machine tools. For smaller enterprises, it is crucial to be able to upgrade their existing industrial machines with industry 4.0 systems, as the global marketplace becomes more competitive. The evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the creation of cyber-physical systems (CPS) in the industry has enabled big data generation. New maintenance methodologies have emerged where decisions are driven by mathematical models and data analysis. In this study, a low-cost strategy is used as a baseline to establish system accuracy. Results are then compared to a more comprehensive strategy outlining the potentials of these retrofit predictive maintenance (PdM) systems. Numerous data modeling techniques were employed to increase system accuracy while focusing on the remaining useful life (RUL) of the cutting tool. Through analysis of the selected strategies favorable correlation is evident between predicted results and physical tool wear, optimal accuracy of 95.68% is achieved by utilizing hybrid data modeling techniques. The study highlights the possibilities for enterprises looking to adopt PdM strategies and consequently capitalize on the potential of Industry 4.0. Manuscript profile

Increasing the comparability of financial statements leads to lower agency costs and the need to keep cash. In this regard, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between comparability of financial statements and cash retention and the effect of capital structure and operational cycles on the relationship between comparability of financial statements and retention of cash. To achieve the objectives of the study, the data of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 2014 to 2018 were tested using multiple linear regressions using panel data. The findings show that increasing the comparability of financial statements significantly reduces the retention of corporate cash. Evidence also suggests that there is no significant effect of capital structure and operational cycles on the relationship between the comparability of financial statements and the retention of cash. The results show that investors and creditors in their economic decisions rely on the financial statements of companies, so it is worthwhile to standardize and monitor institutions as well as the company's governing bodies. . They attach special importance to the ability to compare financial information. Manuscript profile

Human life and the economy of a country are becoming more and more dependent on electricity. However, events that occur due to various factors in the power grids, affect the quality of electrical energy delivered to subscribers. The human error of maintenance teams is one of the most important causes of automatic outputs of electrical equipment. Human error, in addition to the economic consequences of not transiting electrical energy due to equipment outages, may also cause health damage to personnel. The purpose of this study is to propose a method for analyzing the human reliability of maintenance teams in power transmission grids, which has been implemented as a case study on power transmission grids teams in Fars. The first step is to identify the roots of human error. So far, no comprehensive studies have been conducted on the root causes of human error in power transmission grids. Therefore, in this article, the actual and potential roots of various aspects such as organization, individual moods, supervision, etc. are identified and predicted in the framework of the method of human factors analysis and classification system. Then, a method is proposed to estimate the probability of the root event to use its results to prioritize the necessary control and corrective measures to reduce human error. Manuscript profile

Due to the complexity of distribution networks, preventive maintenance is very important. Incentive regulation is also one of the factors influencing the performance of distribution companies, which in turn complicates maintenance planning. This paper addresses the issue of preventive maintenance planning to enhance reliability in the presence of reward and penalty as a motivational factor. Therefore, the profit function of the distribution company, which includes the cost of repairs and reward-penalty, is optimized. In the incentive model for measuring the performance, reliability indices are compared by feeders, and in contrast, the repair program is obtained for each feeder separately. Due to the different causes of feeder failure such as their structural properties and weather conditions, increasing the accuracy of performance comparison from companies to feeders, in addition to penalties and rewards assigning leads to maximise the impact of maintenance at the level of their reliability and is accompanied by cost savings. For this purpose, the information of a real network including 194 feeders is considered as primary data. After categorizing the feeders and calculating penalties and rewards, the profit from the provision of services are optimized by BPSO method. As a result, the preventive maintenance program is obtained separately for feeders for three general categories of frequent failures, which includes substation failure, line failure and tree branch collision in a period of 5 years. The optimization results show that the proposed method, while maximizing the profits of distribution companies, also improves their performance in terms of reliability. Manuscript profile

Software update requires that running program is stopped, patched and then restarted from start. This cycle mainly causes disruptions to the programs' execution which may be undesirable. Disruptions could turn out to be more problematic in the web applications, because they usually have to provide round-the-clock services. Nowadays, there are systems called Dynamic Updating Systems which are able to update programs without disruption. However, a dynamic updating system capable of updating web applications is infrequent to date. The present study aims to propose approaches needed to compose a web-based dynamic updating system. Providing these approaches, we have focused on preserving programs' consistency. To this end, different states of a web application are considered, and actions which the dynamic updating system must perform in each state are described. This paper concludes with a discussion about the implementation and the evaluation of the proposed approaches. Manuscript profile

To provide the food necessities have been a major priority of government projects through recent decades. So, development of agriculture has been considered as a pivot. The lack of water resources because of rising the demand in agriculture, industry, drinking water and environment (as a result of growing population) has brought up the maximum utilization of existing water resources and the improvement of exploitation and production. In country  such as Iran, which water contains a limit potential, the development of agriculture is dependent to it. Thus the existing utilized water and the utilizable one do not meet agriculture development process and growing population’s food. So management of optimum utilization of water along with demand management are important factors to make possible the firm development in economy and agriculture. This study aimed to determine fitness of the structural model of the relationship between self-efficacy in romantic relationship and marital satisfaction with regard to the mediating role of relationship maintenance behaviors. The research design was correlational study-structural equation modeling. 200 married-female teachers among elementary schools were selected using multi-stage random sampling method from regions 1 and 3 of Ahvaz city, and responded to the Self-efficacy in Romantic Relationships Scale (Riggio, Weiser, Valenzuela, Lui, Montes, & Heuer, 2011) Relational Maintenance Strategy Measure (Canary, & Stafford, 1992), and Marital Satisfaction Scale (Rajabi, 2010). The data were analyzed using structural equations modeling. The results showed that all of the model fitness indices were appropriate. The path coefficients of self-efficacy in romantic relationship to relationship maintenance strategies and the relationship maintenance strategies to marital satisfaction were significant. But the path of self-efficacy in romantic relationship to marital satisfaction was not significant. Also, relationship maintenance strategies had a mediation role in the relationship between self-efficacy in romantic relationship and marital satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it seems that people who have high self-efficacy in romantic relationship due to the use of relationship maintenance strategies experience more marital satisfaction Manuscript profile

Costs of repair and maintenance are most part of the cost of machinery usage. Cost estimation of repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery is very important for replacement and net return of management of machinery. This is an important factor to present a mathematical model for the cost predication of repair and maintenance. The main goal of research was to present a mathematical model of repair and maintenance cost modern tractors in selected province of Iran. In this case New Holland TM155 and Valtra 8400 tractors were selected in Markazi and Fars provinces. First of all a questionnaire including drivers' information and technical data for the tractors was completed by randomly sampled tractor driver. In this case 100 questionnaires were distributed between users of each type of considered tractors during spring till summer of 2007. Provided data were analyzed by SPSS and Excel soft wares to do statistical analysis and determining appropriate mathematical models. T test was used to mean comparison of tractor’s cost and Z, F and R2 as statistical test and indexes were done to finding appropriate mathematical models. The average annual repair and maintenance costs of New Holland TM155 and Valtra 8400 were calculated 3304 and 3635 Ri/hr respectively. Results showed that the average repair and maintenance costs of Valtra 8400 were significantly higher than New Holland TM155 tractors at 5% confidence level.           The main purpose of this study is to evaluate different maintenance strategies for machinery and equipment. We attempt to select the most appropriate maintenance strategy for increasing availability and reliability levels of production facilities without a great increasing of investment. Since the nature of maintenance strategy selection is a multi-criteria problem, so decision makers to evaluation of criteria and alternatives using of uncertain preferences. Therefore, in this study we will use the concept of Rough set theory that are efficient in such circumstances. In fact, in this study first we will use confirmatory factor analysis to evaluating of research criteria and factors and then we will use the concept of Rough theory to convert preferences of decision makers to interval numbers and Multi-criteria decision-making methods (Rough AHP & Rough Topsis) for evaluating and ranking the maintenance strategies. It is noteworthy that in this paper, TOPSIS method with Rough data has been developed. finally, in order to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method, we have used it in a case. The results show that using such model can help decision makers to make better decisions in the absence of full information. Manuscript profile

Being aware of the animals` food requirement, the amount of available forage in the rangeland and forage quality is necessary as the first step in successful management of animals and rangeland. in this study, Animal unit weight equivalent, maintenance metabolizable energy and daily requirement of grazing sheep were studied. Therefore, determining the weight of various animals` classes grazing in the rangeland and their conversion factor regarding country`s animal unit is an essential issue. In this research, to determine the weight of various classes of Zandi sheep grazing in the Lar National Park rangelands of Siah Palas region in position 35 degrees and 54 minutes north latitude and 32 degrees and 52 minutes east longitude, three prevalent flocks of Zandi race  were selected randomly and from each flock, 60 heads of animals including 20 heads of ewe ageing 3 years old, 20 heads of ewe aging 4 years old, 5 heads of ram aging 3 years old, 5 heads of ram aging 4 years old and 10 heads of lamb aging 3 months were signed and selected in two phases, one at the beginning of the season and the other at the end of season. Having utilized the mean weight of ewes aging 3 and 4 years, the weight of the sheep glazing in the studied region was estimated to be equal to 1.59±49.96 kg. Various kinds of forage being glazed by the sheep were identified and collected in this rangeland at the flowering stage on 05/06/2019. The mean percentage of CP, ADF, DMD and ME in every kg of dry forage for 41 plant samples equaled to 4.77±11.18, 39.19±7.89, 56.11±7.83, 7.58±1.26 mega joule, respectively. Daily metabolizable energy for maintenance condition of animal unit equation of this rangeland  for 120 ewes, equaled to 10.54 ± 0.35 mega joule in a day and its daily need was estimated to be 1.38±0.04 kg based on the consumed dry material and considering the quality of the forage. Overall, being aware of daily food needs is necessary for the diet of animals. It should be considered in providing managerial designs.  Manuscript profile
