Identifying and prioritizing factors affecting the maintenance of human resources of Islamic Azad University (Case of study: North Tehran branch)

Abstract :
AbstractBackground and purpose: The effort of every successful organization is to preserve and maintain efficient human resources, and it is important for every organization to know the effectiveness factors that cause this. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the maintenance of human resources of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran branch in 1401.Research method: The present study was a mixed exploratory study. First, categories were identified using thematic analysis and interviews with 9 academic and organizational experts until theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, 144 university employees responded to the questionnaires as a sample size, and structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.Findings: After identifying 181 open codes, by categorizing and centering around the most important category, 53 secondary factors and 5 main factors were identified. 5 factors affecting the retention of human resources include job satisfaction, optimal management of human resources, organizational support, organizational atmosphere and efficient selection.Conclusion: In order to preserve and maintain human resources, it is necessary to pay attention to its effective factors by university managers and try to institutionalize them.
