Abūdharr al-Ghifārī is considered by Muslims as one of the prominent companions and narrators of the Ḥadīth of the Prophet Muḥammad. Therefore a significant number of traditions were narrated through him in Islamic Ḥadīth literature and also anecdotes about his life were written throughout Islamic history. However, in the first half of the 14th century AH/ 20th century CE, the number of works written about Abūdharr and their content underwent a considerable change. Some Muslims in this period tried to present him as the first socialist in human history or at least an outstanding sample of adherence to socialism; And of course, there were some who wanted to oppose such approaches and provide evidence against those two claims. By applying the content analysis method this study aims at understanding the evolution of attitudes towards Abūdharr in the 1st half of 20th century as far as it can be understood from Persian, Arabic and Urdu sources. This study is an attempt to study the grounds of Abūdharr's ccceptance as a socialist by Muslims, the evolution of opinions about his charracter, the debates related to these attitudes, the theoretical consequences of those debates, and finally, the ideas formed about Abū Dharr in the minds of Muslims in that era. The hypothesis of this study is that the totality of theoretical disputes between different sects Islamic and adherents to leftist movements caused the image of a revolutionary with Islamic ideology in its modern sense to be formed from Abūharr. The purpose of this article is to propose a conceptual model about the role of Transactive Memory Systems (TMS), Learning, and Human Resource Development (HRD) in Entrepreneurship. This paper is a conceptual article and used one of the four kinds of conceptual papers with the name of "Model". The overall style of the "Model" type of conceptual paper is deductive reasoning (Jaakkola, 2020), and this paper is used this approach. The finding of this paper is a conceptual model about the relationship between TMS, Learning, and HRD with Entrepreneurship. This paper proposes that based on the definition of entrepreneurship, knowledge and as a consequence educating and learning have fundamental roles in entrepreneurship. In this regard, TMS as a theory that enables the understanding of the structure and the process of knowledge sharing and their measurement can have a significant role in the above learning matter. Finally, HRD as a wide field of study can enable the correct approach toward the development of human resources (individuals) as one of the main components of entrepreneurship. Manuscript profile

The idea of probabilistic metric space was introduced by Menger and he showed that probabilistic metric spaces are generalizations of metric spaces. Thus, in this paper, we prove some of the important features and theorems and conclusions that are found in metric spaces. At the beginning of this paper, the distance distribution functions are proposed. These functions are essential in defining probabilistic metric spaces. Then the Dirac function is presented as an important example of distributions functions. We also, introduced Sibley’s metric or Levy metric on the set of distance distribution functions and so this space becomes a metric space. In the following, probabilistic metric spaces are defined from the Serstnev’s view, and some examples such as Menger probabilistic metric spaces, are introduced. In this paper, the strong topology induced by distance distribution functions is introduced, and then probabilistic diameter, probabilistic bounded, probabilistic semi-bounded, probabilistic unbounded and probabilistic totally bounded sets are introduced. Also, we prove that in every probabilistic metric, every probabilistic totally bounded set is probabilistic bounded set. We also present the cantor intersection theorem and a formulation of Bair’s Theorem in complete probabilistic metric spaces. In addition, we prove that the Heine-Borel property and the Bolzano-Wierestrass property are equivalent. Manuscript profile

Myths are stories from the ancient times, and pre-historical adventures which still serve a deeper purpose to reflect some truth, and have been transferred from the past to the future generations. Due to culture exchanges, Iranian and Greek nations had similar and common myths in past. That's why champions like Rostam and Esfandiyar in Iran and Hercules in Greece were sacred and have been treated respectfully. Some myths appear in numbers, for instance seven and twelve. In Ferdowsi's Shahnameh it has been referred to Rostam and Esfandiyar's seven labours and these narrations could be related to twelve labours of Hercules. Investigations into mythological labours will reveal cultural similarities of Iran and Greece. There mythological champions including Rostam, Esfandiyar and Hercules had supernatural capacities. These differences and commonalities will reveal the cultural development pattern of these nations to a high extent.  The common characteristic of these three champions is the selection of the road not or less taken instead of the easy one. (Based on the theory of conceptual metaphors by George Likoff and Mark Johnson)Contemporary achievements of linguistics indicate that language, in addition to conveying referential themes, reflects cognitive themes and induces mental themes. Based on this, cognitive semantists have conducted studies in this field and have proposed theories that can be referred to the theory of conceptual metaphors of George Lycoff and Mark Johnson. The present article has been written with the aim of comparatively examining the conceptual metaphor of direction in the first three volumes of Mahmoud Dolatabadi's key novel and the four novels (Al-Bayda, Al-Askari Al-Aswad, Al-Haram and Al-Aib) by Yusuf Idris. The research method is comparative and data collection, which is based on the American school in the comparison and analysis of data. Analysis of 125 examples of conceptual metaphors of direction in the form of 23 mapping names, which were extracted from the aforementioned works of two writers, concluded that the similarities between conceptual metaphors based on human understanding of "direction" between the two languages are far greater than There are differences. On the other hand, the differences between the two writers indicate the influence of culture on the construction of conceptual metaphors. According to Likoff and Johnson's views on the foundations of directional conceptual metaphors, frequencies indicate that in the works of the two writers, conceptualizations are based on top-down spatial orientations, mostly on a physical basis, and in other directions, conceptualizations. Introduction: The rapid movement of countries toward the information society has caused the vast growth of information systems and services and the emergence of a new type of organization called virtual organization, which are information-based organizations. Considering the role of information as a valuable commodity in these organizations, the existence of security risks and threats that arise in the virtual environment and through the Internet connection, it is necessary to protect this information and to achieve this The goal of every organization depends on its level of information requires the design of an information security management system so that it can identify and manage the threats that the organization is exposed to and protect its information assets against these attacks and the security of the organization's information. Continuously improving considering the importance of the role of current information in every organization, it seems vital to use information security management systems to set up, implement, control, check, maintain and improve information security.Method: This study filled the gap in previous writings by considering organizational methods in the study of information security management. A framework was developed based on the framework proposed in the recent work of Perez Gonzalez et al. This framework examined three organizational factors: information security knowledge sharing, observability, and science. In this study, Gonzalez's framework was modified to include two additional organizational factors: commitment and information security learning. Results: This study identifies the need for managers and decision-makers to consider the role of employees in information security. Managers can influence the levels of motivation, loyalty, and innovative risk-taking of their employees to create an ethical relationship in the organization.Discussion: This study investigated and analyzed the effects of information security organizational measures (information security knowledge sharing, learning, security observability, security training, and commitment in an organization) on the information security management performance of small and medium companies. The findings show that information security knowledge sharing, learning, and security observability have a significant effect on security performance. In addition, this study clarifies the importance of learning information security and recording acquired knowledge in the commitment of an organization. Regarding information security knowledge sharing, information security learning, and security observability, the results show their positive effect on the information security performance of small and medium companies.  Manuscript profile

The torque of the reluctance switch motors is created from the sum of its discrete values, the purpose of which is to create a continuous torque on the motor shaft, causing a phenomenon called torque ripple in the commutation regions. In this paper, in order to reduce the radial force and stabilize the torque, the design of a reluctance switch motor with a discrete rotor structure is simulated using Magnet software. For this purpose, first by examining the radial force acting on the rotor in different currents and situations from the area unaligned to aligned, a function called radial force function is introduced. Then, using the introduced function and the torque-current relationship, the phase reference torque is introduced so that the sum of the torque moments is equal to the reference torque of the motor. For experimental purposes, using Matlab software, the motor circuit and its drive are simulated, and by applying the torque function introduced as the reference torque, the results are compared with the results of the linear torque common function. And the simultaneous representation of the figure of the two radial forces obtained shows that the motor torque ripple is reduced and is almost the same as the torque in the linear common state. This is in a situation where the radial force decreases relative to the radial force of the linear joint torque. Manuscript profile

Jamshid is one of the ancient Indian-Iranian gods, whose name has appeared in the Vedas, Shahnameh, and Avesta. This ancient mythical character has gradually changed to an epic character; he has descended from the rank of gods to the form of a great king in Shahnameh and Avesta. The story of Jamshid in Avesta is closer to its original myth. In Shahnameh, the character is more epic due to the influence of Muslim narrators, the poet’s religious beliefs, and coordination with the social beliefs and ideas. Studying the different aspects of this character can help understand the development process and find out the similarities and differences in the mentioned works. Manuscript profile

Many of the hadiths discussed in jurisprudence express specific events. The permissibility or impermissibility of generalizing the rulings given in this type of hadiths to other cases is an issue that has caused differences of opinion in many jurisprudential rulings. It is abundantly observed that some jurists have considered a hadith to be "Qaḍīyyah fī waqi'ah" and the ruling given in it to be specific to the case of the hadith, and others have considered the ruling to be generalizable to other cases. The study, using a descriptive-analytical method, investigates that regarding the permissibility or impermissibility of generalizing the rulings on specific cases given in Hadiths what the principle and general rule is. The results show that in the hadiths related to specific events, when the ruling is given in a general way, according to the rule of "Al-'Ibrah bi 'umūm-i al-lafẓ lā bi khuṣūṣ al-sabab", the principle is to generalize the ruling, otherwise, due to the brevity of these hadiths and the lack of cause of generality, as well as due to the weakness of the evidence to prove the permissibility of generalization, the principle is that the ruling is specific to the case stated in the hadith and cannot be generalized. The knowledge-based economy and the widespread emergence of knowledge-based companies as well as the creation of knowledge-based values and the importance of the knowledge worker in organizations have attracted the governments’ attention which in turn has lead to new styles of leadership and management be tailored to the specific conditions of these companies. In the leadership literature, corresponding to the knowledge worker who wants a degree of independence and works in environments with high complexity and task interdependence, shared leadership has been suggested as a predictor of enhancing individual performance, team effectiveness and increasing productivity in organizations. Hence, the present study was conducted to investigate the consequences of shared leadership in knowledge-based companies and to determine the variables affecting the implementation of this leadership style in knowledge-based companies. This descriptive research was developmental and applied in terms of purpose and had an exploratory mixed method design. The statistical population of the study consisted of the managers and employees of knowledge-based companies in the field of information and communication technology. In the qualitative part, sampling was performed in a purposeful and judgmental manner and the sample size was determined based on theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, sampling was done through convenience sampling procedure. During 18 interviews, the outcomes of organizational leadership, at the individual level, were found to be increasing motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and skill development, at the group and team level, group cohesion, team empowerment and group identity, and at the organizational level, productivity, organizational learning and innovation were identified. Moreover, knowledge sharing was identified as a mediating variable. These findings were also confirmed by the data obtained from 127 electronic questionnaires using the partial least squares (PLS) technique for analysis. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Since the beginning of the 20th century, with the start of startups, there have been changes in the shape of coworking spaces that are suitable for the needs of today's societies. In addition to providing a suitable platform for the presence of people with startup and creative thinking, the coworking space creates the possibility of random interactions and the growth of creativity by responding to the social needs of users. Physical proximity between people with different abilities and talents increases the possibility of cooperation, teamwork, informal learning and individual growth. Among the few weaknesses of the coworking space, we can mention the distraction and lack of concentration of the users; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the level of solitude in the coworking space and to analyze its role in meeting the needs of users and to examine it in a case study (Metre Moraba Co-working space of Mashhad). Methodology: In the first step, the information was collected using the library-document method, and authentic written researches were used to compile the theoretical foundations and background of the research. In the second step, data collection has been done by the field method (presence in a case sample and using the tools of observation and interview and questionnaire). Through the observation tool, the authors picked up the characteristics of the environment and the behavior of the employees, and through an interview with the architect and manager of the meter moraba complex (Dr. Yalda Golriz), they got to know the concepts and the construction process of the project, and also by presenting a questionnaire to 11 users present in In the fall of 1401, the metre moraba collection investigated the role of solitude in responding to the needs of users. In the third step, through inferential studies, the levels of individual and group solitude have been analyzed in the examined sample (metre moraba coworking space). Results: The findings show that solitude plays an important role as an important factor in meeting the needs of users in a coworking space. Considering the existential role of solitude in creating concentration, creativity, flourishing of ideas, improving the work efficiency of the audience, it is necessary to provide individual and collective solitude in the shared work space. Examining the spectrum of solitude in the metre moraba. group shows that the collective spaces have quantitatively occupied the largest area of the space and qualitatively created collective solitude for the users. However, individual spaces are not quantitatively responsive to users, and qualitatively, they do not provide enough concentration, peace, and privacy for the audience; Therefore, in order to provide optimal solitude (individual and collective solitude), solutions have been presented in order to improve solitude. Conclusion: To create a sense of solitude in the interior, one should pay attention to simplicity, comfort, and natural elements and use appropriate decorations and lighting. These factors help the user to create a quiet and secluded space that is suitable for rest and relaxation. Work spaces with optimal privacy (simultaneous provision of individual and collective privacy) play an important role in advancing work goals (group and individual), therefore, in order to achieve optimal privacy, it is suggested to improve individual privacy quantitatively and qualitatively in the set of Metre Moraba Co-working space. The meaning of "ʻrf " and "Maʻruf" which the Qur'an has placed at the center of social relations have always been disputed by linguists and interpreters. This study investigates the semantic variants of the word by using the etymological approach and its evolution in Semitic, Qur'anic Arabic and classical Arabic lexical sources. The study of its conceptual model in the Qur'an by using the cognitive approach. According to the etymological studies, the meanings of "main of horse", "good smell", "patience", "wind", "science and cognition", etc., are related to different origins and similarities arising from homonymy. The mane meaning of this origin in the Qur'an derived from the metaphorical extension of the meaning of 'face' to 'knowing'. "Maʻruf " as a term formed within the Qur'anic system is based on the same meaning as an act that has been continuously seen in the Islamic society, and consequently has become familiar is a concept at the superordinate level, and concepts such as "Ṣalāt", "Qisṭ", "Adl', "Taqwā", "Ihsān", "Birr", "Zakāh", etc., are the basic-level (stable) concepts in this category. God has applied only to the basic-level concepts of this category and leave "Maʻruf " as a temporal and spatial concept - such as the designation of "Maʻruf " saying and behaving - the responsibility of individuals in the religious community. The words "Walī" and "Mawlā" and their derivatives possess a high frequency in the Holy Quran. Muslim scholars have enumerated different meanings for each and have interpreted the related Quranic verses based on them. It seems, however, that there is some excessiveness in assigning these meanings and we can reduce the practical meanings of these words based on analyzing semantic components of their root. In addition, the most frequent meaning of these words implying guardianship and patronage on the one hand and obedience and submissiveness on the other, which has an important role in Quranic discourse, has not attained its deserving place in Quranic-lexicography literature and other Quranic scholarships. Furthermore, "Mawlā" has had various cultural senses in pre-Islamic era which should be taken into consideration when analyzing its meaning in some Quranic verses. The author has profited from certain semantic ideas in accomplishing this study and besides consulting lexicography literature, has not neglected the cultural senses of the terms in the Arabic culture contemporary with the advent of Islam. Manuscript profile

Philosophical movements after renaissance specifically during eighteenth century have been commenced by Kant and continued by his impact. Then Aristotle’s philosophy has been forgotten for being non- critical and dogmatic. In fact, it is claimed that his philosophy elucidates the episteme by deriving the intelligible or quiddity from the objects. This philosophy does not need to have a research on the conditions of priori to the experience. It does not research, therefore, on the authenticity of knowledge and awareness through validity of such conditions. The present article illuminates that the Aristotle’s metaphysics is not based on the deriving quiddity from the external world, but it researches on the conditions prior to the experience by a specific method. For the conditions and principles which have been discussed in the metaphysics, are the principles of being qua being which precede the experiment. These principles and elements are hidden in the definition of quiddity. Since the whatness is combined of the form and matter, these principles denote to the world concrete elements and then insist on the experimental values. The substance, in this perspective, is explained as a priori ontology on which the epistemology is based. Manuscript profile

n the current research, a comparative study of the dimensions and components of the non-financial rights of the couple in Iranian and French law was done. Iran's legal system, according to the common view of Islamic jurisprudence thinkers, has given a special authority to the husband in front of the wife. This attitude has led the Iranian legislator to accept the effects of patriarchal thought in the family and has caused it to appear in the categories of wife's employment, determining common housing and residence, leaving the country and recognizing her citizenship, and in a way the superiority of the husband over wife to reveal In this research, considering the current needs and requirements of the Iranian society, the legal models of family management in France are examined, and considering the historical course and stages of evolution of French law in the field of family management and the resulting results, the possibility of choosing some The existing solutions of the above legal system should be examined. Although it is impossible to apply all the solutions of the French legal system regarding how to manage the family without considering the conditions of the Iranian society and taking into account all the customs and traditions as well as the beliefs of our people, but adopting the management model foreseen in Iranian law implies the acceptance of the absolute headship of the couple. The family is also a place of discussion and reflection. Examining the attitude of the two legal systems of Iran and France regarding the non-financial rights of the couple, especially the study of the evolution of the legal reforms in France regarding the change of the family management pattern from the "husband's authority" to joint cooperation with a comparative approach and descriptive-analytical method, is one of the Manuscript profile

With regard to specific local context so, the purpose of this study was to analyze the barrier to the use of bicycles Sharing by Shirazi Citizens in Recreation and Urban Travel. The research method is applied-developmental in terms of purpose, which has been done in combination with the structural-interpretive equation model. In order to identify and confirm the barriers to the use of bicycles, 452 citizens were selected as the sample, then 25 experts participated in the research to present the ISM model. Data analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis and structural analysis with Mic Mac. The results showed that the obstacles to using the bicycle subscription system in Shiraz have 43 elements and 7 general components, which explain 84% of the variance of the obstacles of cycling in Shiraz. According to the structural analysis of Mic Mac, individual and cultural-educational barriers are more influenced by other factors and from a systemic point of view, it is one of the effective and dependent elements. Environmental barriers and social barriers fall into the category of independent variables that have weak influence and dependency. Economic barriers, weak government strategies, and inadequate infrastructure and equipment are among the key barriers to the use of bicycles by Shirazi citizens, with high influence and low dependence. Therefore, responsible organizations such as the Federation of Public Sports, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, municipalities, the Environmental Protection Organization, etc. must develop the urban cycling infrastructure with an excellent strategy and vision and by allocating more funds.   Manuscript profile

Irrespective of their whereabouts, their cultural era, humans share common gifts and potentialities arising from their epistemological existential essence.  A large part of peoples’ knowledge and experiences are common despite their differences in terms of culture, time, place and personal experiences.  The important point is that this difference is only external, the underlying structure or deep structure is similar, since human potentialities are rarely influenced by cultural differences hence there exists similarities between Plato, Suhrawardi, Mowlana and Jung regarding the structure of the world and Man’s psyche in terms of deep structure.  By presenting Plato’s world of illusion and Suhrawardi’s world of image, Zoroaster’s spiritual divine forms (farvahar), Jung’s collective unconscious, and the sayings of Attar and Mowlana regarding divine eternal self, one can clearly find resemblances in terms of deep structure between these modes of thoughts.
