A new approach for sharing business model selection

Abstract :
Selecting a business model is one of the most critical decisions for managers to achieve success in the competition scene. Todays with the development of information and communication technologies, the world is a technological evolution called the sharing economy, which in their consumption becomes service sellers. The purpose of this research is to provide a practical method for selecting a sharing business model using multi-attribute decision-making methods. This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of research method. The results indicate a method for obtaining points in multi-attribute decision-making and specifically the ARAS method for selecting a sharing business model. In the end, this method has been used in a startup business. This method helps managers and business owners in selecting a sharing business model before implementation.
