ملخص المقالة :
زمینه: انتخاب مدل کسب و کار یکی از حیاتیترین تصمیمهای مدیران برای دستیابی به موفقیت در صحنه رقابت است. امروزه با گسترش فناوریهای اطلاعات و ارتباطات، جهان دچار یک تحول فناورانه با عنوان اقتصاد اشتراکی شده است که طی آن مصرفکنندگان عادی به فروشندگان خدمات تبدیل میشوند.هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه یک رویکرد نوین و کاربردی برای انتخاب مدل کسب و کار اشتراکی با استفاده از روشهای تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه میباشد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش آمیخته است.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشاندهنده روشی مبتنی بر رویکرد امتیازی در تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه و به طور خصوص روش آراس برای انتخاب مدل کسب و کار اشتراکی میباشد. در پایان این روش در یک کسب و کار نوپای اشتراکی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته شده است. این روش مدیران و صاحبان کسب و کار را در انتخاب مدل کسب و کار اشتراکی پیش از اجرا یاری مینماید.
