Brand is one of the most valuable intangible assets and is a factor for distinguishing companies in customers' point of view. To value brands, many methods and models have been invented in the past three decades by researchers and consultant companies. Financial value of brand can be used for strategic management, financial transactions and litigation purposes. Since financial value of brands has been recently accepted as security for borrowing loans from Iranian banks, specified brand's financial value would be a privilege in winning funding opportunities. Especially for companies with continuing need of investment, this would be an appropriate method of financing. A great example of such companies is telecommunication service providers. Therefore calculating financial value of brand in this sector seems to be of paramount importance. With this in mind, the two most popular valuation models, Intangible Business and Financial World were applied to calculate Rightel's brand value as a case study in telecommunication industry. The results didn't show noticeable difference between the calculated values. Manuscript profile

Identifying the components of the business model through interviews and using the analysis method; Determining the weight of the factors and the cause-and-effect relationships of the model components, through the questionnaire tool; Representation of the feedback process of the system behavior based on an interconnected network of feedback loops in the form of flow state diagram using system dynamics modeling. Based on this, in the phase of identifying the dimensions and components using theme analysis and during the familiarization phase with the data, the identified speech evidences (86 cases) from the text of the interviews were labeled in the form of 22 primary codes. Then, the initial codes were categorized into nine sub-themes and finally, one main theme. Finally, after modeling using the system dynamics (SD) method, the value creation network was drawn in the form of a flow diagram. Manuscript profile

Today, moving away from the linear economy towards a circular economy has been considered by many countries and advanced companies in the world. Circular business models are among the tools that are very effective in implementing the principles of circular economics. In this study, a framework for evaluating circular business models is provided and a model for the Iranian steel industry is presented. To this end, based on Systematic Literature Review and meta-synthesis method, which is a type of meta-study methods, 562 English articles were collected and reviewed using Critical Appraisal Skills Program, and finally 28 articles were selected. The research findings showed that the evaluation framework of circular business models in the steel industry is based on reduce, reuse, regenerate, recycling and maintenance strategies. Also, in line with the mentioned strategies, the circular economy actions were localized using the fuzzy Delphi method. At the end of the research, it is recommended that managers, officials and those involved in the steel industry need to pay more attention to these strategies and actions within a circular business model for more profitability and for adhering to the principles of sustainability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the usefulness of voluntary disclosure based on the macro components of the International Accounting Standards Board and the judgment of investors in the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2011 and 2015. To this end, 127 companies were selected using systematic elimination sampling method and tested using the Mechelli, Cimini and Mazzocchetti model. A checklist to measure the voluntary disclosure of companies with five dimensions of business nature, goals, business strategies, resources, risks and communications, results of company operations and performance measurement criteria was used. The findings show that, in general, voluntary disclosure of the main components of the business model provides a higher value relation than the limited disclosure components. Based on these findings, it is suggested that corporate executives with more attention to these indicators provide more precise conditions for users of financial statements. Manuscript profile

Existing research examines the factors influencing the value chain in terms of how industrial and intermediary goods are delivered in the field of e-commerce and how the model of delivering these (industrial and intermediary) goods in the B2B business area should be Be it. The methodology of this research is mixed exploration method which is divided into two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the first (qualitative-contingent) part, based on library and field studies and intuitive judgment and researcher experiences, as well as open interviews with industry and university experts, ideas and assumptions about the model emerged that were part of this research. It had a qualitative and contingent aspect. Based on the selective coding method after screening and refining and categorizing the factors, these assumptions were examined through a questionnaire and structured interview by the Canon Group (27 industry and university experts) and the assumptions and components were analyzed. And those that were subscribed were merged and eventually the initial assumptions were extracted. In the second part (quantitative - validation) the primary components extracted from the previous stage and the relationships of the components and the research model were evaluated and validated. Digital developments have drastically changed business models and processes, and new models are emerging. Therefore, identifying the impact of driving factors on digital business models plays an important role in the success of businesses and the economy. While theory and practice show a growing interest in the potential of new business models as a result of digitalization, researches to date has not shown the main motivation for how to significantly adopt digital business models in industries. Considering the slowness of these changes in Iran and the problems of turning traditional businesses to Internet businesses, identifying the impact of driving factors on digital business models can play an important role in the development of businesses. To achieve this goal, an empirical study was conducted based on a theoretical foundation and four main drivers (with five items for each driver) were obtained in relation to the potential of the digital business model: key performance indicators, personalization, efficiency and communication. The findings of the structural equation model approach show that all four factors have a positive and significant effect on the potential of digital business models. Manuscript profile

Achieving success by an organization and creating value for a long time depends on having an efficient business model in different periods of business cycles. This adaptation to the business model requires the capabilities that need to be created in the organization. For this purpose, businesses must constantly monitor their environmental forces and adapt themselves to these changes to stay competitive. The purpose of this study identifies the dynamic capabilities to adapt and change the organization's business model. For this purpose, the ICT industry has been studied and using Multi grounded theory, data analyzed from systematic literature review over the past 15 years, and interviews with 18 industry experts, which are improbably and purposefully selected using the snowball method. Finally, a model was developed in which the dynamic capabilities needed to adapt the business model of the ICT industry into the four groups of "external observation and evaluation", "internal resource renewal", "external resource acquisition" and "internal resource reconfiguration" have been conceptualized. Also, business model adaptation has been conceptualized into three groups: "value proposition adaptation", "value creation adaptation" and "value capture adaptation". Manuscript profile

Recent research in the field of management points to the importance of business models for creating value and increasing the performance of organizations. The importance of this issue is felt more than ever for organizations developing complex products. The concept of complex products and systems is used to make a distinction between capital goods (with advanced technology) and standard and consumer goods (production with a mass system). This research has identified and analyzed the importance and performance of business model innovation drivers in organizations that develop complex defense products. After identifying the drivers (thematic analysis of the data obtained from the background study of the subject, review of strategic documents and formation of focus groups), through the preparation and distribution of a questionnaire among 260 managers and experts who are aware of the opportunities and challenges of developing complex products through targeted sampling were selected, the status of importance-performance in each of the identified drivers was measured for the desired organizations. The drivers were categorized in the performance-importance analysis matrix and the improvement priority of each of them was determined. 54 drivers were identified in 8 dimensions. Based on the importance-performance matrix, "focus strategy" was suggested for 45 drivers and "status quo continuation strategy" was suggested for 9 drivers. None of the propellants were in the waste or indifference zone Manuscript profile
