Abstract :
This research examines management relationships on company performance with the mediating role of business model innovation and the moderating role of environmental disturbance in Oxin Steel Company of Khuzestan. The complexity of markets in attracting customers and creating a competitive advantage highlights the role of the innovation process in production, services, processes, products and the creation of new ideas. The current research is practical in terms of purpose, correlational in terms of method, and quantitative in terms of nature, which is carried out in the field. The statistical population of the research includes 23 managers of Oxin Steel Company of Khuzestan, who used the random sampling method to collect data from a standard questionnaire and to test the hypotheses of the research, the method of structural equations and PLS software version 4 were used. Is. The results of the research show that managerial relationships have an effect on business model innovations with a value of (β=0.841). Also, management relationships have an effect on the company's performance with a value (β=0.686) and finally, business model innovations have an effect on the company's performance with a value (β=0.810). Also, management relationships through business model innovations have an effect on company performance with a value of (0.640). And environmental turbulence has affected the relationship between management relationships and company performance with a value of (0.150). Managerial relationships are effective in accessing limited resources and also obtaining the required information in the field of research and development, which can be used to achieve innovation and react to changes in turbulent markets, and in this way, it can improve performance.
