Abstract :
The Internet of Things connects the virtual world of information to the real world of people and makes doing things easier. Therefore, by using the Internet of Things in smart buildings, it is possible for you to control the building equipment with web-based programs. The important point is that the use of smart equipment will reduce energy consumption and increase quality and wide changes in the way of livelihood and employment. In terms of its purpose, this research is an applied research and the variables obtained in this qualitative research are based on foundation data obtained through 10 interviews and coded through Max QDA1 software. At the end, the role of variables obtained to enter the Internet of Things market in the intelligentization industry of the Internet of Things has been analyzed.
