Nowadays, online social networks have an inseparable connection with the daily life of many people in the world. The applications of social networks are increasing in businesses for advertising, marketing, and recommender systems, as well as in resource and energy consumption management systems. One of the most important problems in the information diffusion process of social networks is the influence maximization. In recent years, some research has been conducted to improve the prediction quality of information diffusion models in this problem. In a review of existing models, the influence probabilities among users are estimated unrealistically. In this research, a new method has been proposed to determine the influence probabilities among social network users. This method is a combination of two main approaches in the calculation of influence probabilities, including the use of an action log table and the uniform method with a predetermined value. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated and compared with competitive methods on different real-world social network data sets. The results of the experiments show that the proposed method can increase the efficiency of the predictions in solving the influence maximization problems. Manuscript profile

The effect of media content on individuals, institutions and the general public can be measured and identified. Media effect studies have been the focus of communication and media scholars around the world since the beginning of the twentieth century; And The number of domestic studies has also been growing in recent years, but the qualitative evaluation of this trend can make researchers aware of the criticisms and gaps in existing research to pave the way to improve the quality and improve the research process in this area. Therefore, after presenting the model of media content effects, this study examines 39 selected articles using a systematic review method. The findings of this study show; Despite the quantitative growth of media effect studies in recent years, these studies have often focused on the tangible cognitive and behavioral effects of the individual and have ignored the intangible effects of emotion, attitude, belief on institutions and the public. Ignoring the active role of the audience in the effects of the media, the dominance of quantitative methodology, ignoring the macro public and institutional effects, short-term studies of media effect studies and inaccuracy of metrics are among the criticisms of most of these studies. In the continuation of this article, while presenting a proposal to address these criticisms the existing gaps of each field of cognitive, belief, attitude, emotional and behavioral effects are presented as a guide for the qualitative development of this field of study. The present article examines the mistake in Iranian law in the field of private law and its application with regard to the latest developments in the French legal system. One of the relationships between people is civil relations and the most significant civil relationship is contracts. The principles of mistake are one of the most important issues in contracts because if a mistake occurs in the contract, its fate may be affected. Mistakes are incorrect or inaccurate perceptions of reality in the elements of legal action that have different effects on the will. In fact, error is the error in knowing and believing the opposite of reality, despite the firm belief or strong suspicion and the correctness of thought and action, and is equivalent to the concept of compound ignorance. A mistake in French law causes absolute or relative invalidity, so that in Iranian law, a mistake is ineffective in some cases and effective in others. Based on the studies conducted, it can be concluded that the use of theories and experiences of French law should not lead to ambiguous legal writings, if some jurists have confused the concept of relative invalidity in French law with the lack of influence in Iranian law, such as Use of the word breach in Article 201 of the Civil law, which is used to express the guarantee of misconduct. Studies show that in Iranian law, a mistake never causes a lack of influence, because the lack of consent causes a lack of influence and the defect of consent causes the option to terminate, and absolute invalidity will be achieved by destroying the intention. Therefore, the duty of jurists is to establish principles that act in the direction of firmness of contracts, such as the principle of necessity and correctness, and on the other hand, guarantee performances such as invalidity, termination and non-influence that guarantee the interests of individuals in the face of these principles. Conclude in this regard. Manuscript profile

Then the map of Tabriz city parks according to their area were prepared in 5 categories of parks; Mini, Neighborhood, Regional, Community and Mountain parks and the influence radius of each park was applied in GIS as a buffer based on internal research. The results showed that none of the ten districts of Tabriz Municipality are desirable in terms of covering the influence of "neighborhood" parks and the need to develop this type of parks in the whole city is serious. District 1, 2 and 8 are in a good position to cover the area of influence area of "Regional" parks. Most districts, except 9 and 5, are covered by "Community" parks. "Mountain" parks cover almost all the ten districts of Tabriz and district 1 is in the best condition in terms of being within the influence area of all types of parks. In terms of social and psychological functions of parks, although the existence of Metropolitan parks is necessary to attract large local populations and tourists, but the great impact of "Mini" and "Neighborhood" parks in addition to ecological functions, in family entertainment and ultimately increase social vitality should not be ignored. Interpretations of the Qur'an have attracted the attention of many scholars; But achieving a correct interpretation of the Qur'an requires examining the principles that led many to difficulties such as interpretation to vote in the long run of archeography. This article explains, analyzes and evaluates the principles of interpretation of the Holy Quran in solving interpretive challenges from the perspective of Allameh Tabatabai and two of his students, Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Ayatollah Mesbah by a descriptive-analytical method. Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, in order to be influenced by their master, have accepted some of these principles; But the most important aspect of the difference between Allameh and these disciples is the fact of non-distortion that Ayatollah Javadi Amoli has considered the arrangement of surahs and the compilation of the Qur'an during the life of Prophet (PBUH) which is against Allameh and in another part of this principle, this student considers Allameh's argument ineffective and insufficient in proving non-distortion. Abstract: Both estrangement and alienation press in certain mental and physical complications in man’s life and force him to experience mental deficiency, and feel a lack of positive communal or individual sense of belonging. However, the Jahili sense of these terms is quite different from their modern application. In the Jahili period, old age and senility are the main reasons for such inconveniences which would well reverberate all through a poet’s being and work. These poets, then, would treat their problems in peculiar ways. Some would surrender and some would violently push themselves and their poetic expression to extreme limits. Introversion and extroversion are the key moves assumed by either group. However, modern Arab writers, unlike their Jahili counterparts, experienced imperial and colonial hegemony since the beginning of the 17th century, and were introduced to extreme changes in life style and world views. This overwhelming alien influence has been remodeled in the form of a more repressing global force. The crushing mark of such influences has led to great waves of migration and self-denial among Muslim and Arab elites who have failed to reconcile themselves with a heritage and legacy once firmly established in the spirit of human life. The Jungle Uprising, following the failure of the Constitutional Revolution, occurred in the last years of the thirteenth century AH, led by Mirza Kuchak Khan, with the aim of fighting the Shah's dictatorship and overthrowing the Russian and British occupiers from the north and supporting the oppressed people against the courtiers. Corrupt, oppressive landlords and wealthy merchants were formed. The life of this movement was very short due to internal and external attacks. The common people’s support and human goals of the movement caused its incredible influence among farmers and artisans, and at the same time had a profound effect on political, social and cultural institutions and paved the way for a kind of resistance literature in Iran in the form of poetry and literature. The data of this research are provided by documentary method and are analyzed and described using content analysis tools and qualitative methods. The most important achievement of this research is that, firstly, the government and its affiliates have not hesitated to stop killing people in order to protect their interests, and secondly, the emotional impact on the movement's data on the people has been more than its historical impact. Some lawyers deny existence of this executive guarantee in Iran's law, also a group of them not only have accepted it, but also, in distinguishing its examples, have dealt generously. Some of them have chosen conservative solution and believed that theorizing in this case is not correct and written text in scattered laws are sufficient. Other authors, due to lack of this enforcement guarantee in Imamieh jurisprudence that Iran's law is based on it, suggested the term “capability of branch “instead of " relative breach. However, in the present study, we decided to investigate the causes of relative breach in law texts of both countries of Iran and France by deductive logic and then to investigative the feasibility of procedure in Imamieh jurisprudence. The present work confirms the possibility of this idea that in this case, theorizing in civil law of Iran has been valued and has been eligible of innovation and also has determined the internal realm of relative breach in law of Iran and France. Nowdays, a great number of organizations with small and medium dimensions are active in the industry that manufactures oil company’s parts and has significant effects on financial growth and job creation in national arena. According to full-competitive atmosphere resulting from the number of these companies and lack of production process complexity of these parts in mass production, these organizations, in order to countinue their life in full-competitive atmosphere of mentioned industry, requires gaining desirable conditions and acceration of their production efficiency, because presence of different rivals, being production-oriented and copious problems of production process, will subject them to damages. It seems a practical model to deal with these obstacles. In this paper for identifying the influential indexes on efficiency of manufacturing required parts in oil industry and presenting an applied model for reaching a desired level of it, four small and medium organizations, with peronnel less than 150 employees, were studied, and subsequently for increasing the production’s efficiency, 16 indexes were identified and surveyed in 5 dimensions. Relations between these indexes are identified based on Interpretative Structural Model and a novel model was edited and represented systematically. The result indicated the importance of obtaining striking certification and standards related to the industry and their periodic monitoring, in the secondary step will be to educate key personnel and improve raw materials used to produce more. Dynamics, change and evolution are the characteristics of the geographic space. In this context, one of the fundamental strategies for managing geographic space can be to divide space into smaller spaces. The topic of space division is presented in the form of a system of division of the state. In general, the main purpose of this process is to provide the foundation for geographical geography and environmental justice in geographic space. Hence, from the point of view of applied political geography, a balanced division of the country into the administrative and political divisions seems to be necessary. In our country, given the nature of the rule of law and the requirements of the natural and human environment, many of these divisions have undergone and changed. In the framework of the above approach, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of formal, legal and scientific components in promoting the city of Kashan and the surrounding area to the level of a province. The methodology of the study was based on the field method by designing and analyzing the questionnaire. Manuscript profile

Abstract: Interactions and relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia as two regional powers are affecting the regional development and themselves. These interactions are important and one can predict the future trend of these foreign policy directions and formulate desirable and timely policies and make appropriate decisions. The present paper wants to use a combination of methodology of scenario writing of James Dytor and second step analysis to predict the trend, events and future scenario of Iran and Saudi Arabia relations in order to have a better planning and policy making. The main question raised by the paper is "what are the future scenario of coming decade of Iran and Saudi Arabia relations?" By understanding the events and the driving force which strengthen the relations and obstacles which impedes the relations one comes to the conclusion that the scenario of straining relations is more probable and the scenario of cooperation is having list possibility. Besides that the scenario of breaking our war or conflict is also probable depending on factors which strengthen the driving force. Therefore, taking into consideration the above scenarios it is necessary that the political leaders in their strategic planning adopt the pattern of cooperation and constructive interaction. They should strengthen the cultural and ideological drivers and encourage the regional countries to further cooperation scenario. Manuscript profile

The business and investment climate is a political, institutional, and behavioral environment that affects returns and risks associated with economic activities and investments. The results of model estimation in this group of countries show that with increasing oil resources and revenues, due to the strong dependence of these countries on oil revenues, government revenues and bank liquidity also increase, and given that most of these countries are dependent on consumption. They have a strong demand for imports, so with the increase of oil revenues, the total demand in the economy of these countries increases, and due to the lack of productive power and lack of attention to business and entrepreneurship, with increasing demand by consumers of goods and services, the level General prices (inflation) also increase.Given the importance of business environment and its impact on the financial sector in the economy, this article examines the business environment on the development of the banking industry in two categories of "newly industrialized (NICs) and OECD selected countries" and "OPEC and BRICS countries. (BRICs) "has been compared. The estimation results for the three groups of OECD selected countries, BRICs selected countries and NICs selected countries are close to each other. Moscow by using its cyberspace technologies could pursue its political goals at a time which it is called post-truth era. Therefore, the main question of this article is how Russia intervened in the presidential election in 2016 and basically what Russia main goal was for this intervention. The hypothesis of this article, which has been analyzed by descriptive-analytic method, is that Russia influenced by the use of cyberspace technologies such as social media, robots and trolls, with the propagation of fraudulent news or selective information to undermine Hillary Clinton's opportunity to win and therefore boost the candidacy of Donald Trump. This issue in turn undermined the US public's confidence in the political institutions and has brought about the intensification of Moscow-Washington relations afterwards. Although Russia officially and repeatedly denied such an intervention by government sources, But the authors, according to the evidence presented by the "United States Intelligence Community" and "the Director of National Intelligence" in 2016, as well as the "Robert Müller Report" in 2019, in which 26 individuals and three Russian entities were charged with cyber – intervention, It assumes the intervention of elements from the Russian soil (not necessarily the Russian government) in the election. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the Black Sea region was less geostrategically significant from a Western perspective, but it remained instrumental in shaping Russia’s concept of its “near abroad.” For Russia to achieve these long-term objectives, its supremacy in the Black Sea is a critically enabling factor. The unique geography of the region confers several geopolitical advantages to Russia in its confrontation with the West. As such, the Kremlin has sought measures to strengthen its hold over the region. Firstly, it has sought to weaken NATO’s ties to the regional states, working to drive wedges into these relationships, and using military force when necessary to stop the Alliance’s expansion. Secondly, it has been expanding its military capabilities in order to challenge NATO’s presence in the region and ultimately dominate the Black Sea.Russia has pursued highly aggressive policies in order to secure its dominance over the Black Sea region. What Moscow must bear in mind however, is that control over the region is not an end in itself, but the means to achieve a greater objective – to keep out NATO interference. In this regard, Russia’s measures have somewhat backfired. Concerned over Russia’s rising belligerence, NATO at the recent Warsaw Summit pledged to increase Allied military presence in the region. Besides strengthening Allied capabilities in the air, land, and sea, there will be increased allied visits to Romanian and Bulgarian ports, and enhanced inter-Alliance training and exercises. The nature of the Arab Spring can not be summed up only in the economic poverty and unemployment of Arab youth. The basic factor behind the uprising of the Arab people is the sense of discrimination and humiliation caused by the repression of the Arab nation over the past decades by the occupying Israeli regime and the alignment of the dictatorial regimes of these nations with this regime, the Arab nation of kinship, corrupt governance and reliance on Israel Tired of it; the thing that dictators do not really understand is its meaning. In this context, radical Islamists have limited the diplomatic influence of the occupation regime in the Middle East, in order to achieve hegemony in the Middle East region and to increase their popularity among the Arab nation through oral criticism against the Israeli government. Israel does not exclude the fact that political developments in the Middle East after the Arab Spring have led to the formation of strategic complexities in this region, and Israel's efforts in foreign policy to regional powers will not be the same as in the past. Therefore, the present article attempts to discuss the decline of the diplomatic influence of Israel in the Middle East after the Arab Spring by means of a descriptive-analytical method and using the internal and external factors assessment matrices based on the SWOT model. Identifying the critical time and timing of plant irrigation based on a precise and basic plan is the key to water conservation, improvement of irrigation operations and plant tolerance to water shortage in agriculture. In recent years, vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been used in many plants to deal with dehydration and drought stress. In this regard, an experiment was conducted as split-plot in the form of randomized complete block design with 3 replications in the Yasuj region at years 2015 and 2016. Water stress was considered as the main factor in the form of irrigation after 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of evaporation from the evaporation pan class A and mycorrhizal fungus was considered as a secondary factor in the form of no application, application of Glomus mosseae and application of Glomus intraradices. The results showed that the interaction of irrigation and mycorrhizal fungi on flower phosphorus, flower yield, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage was significant. In irrigation levels after 60, 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan, the use of mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices compared to the absence of fungi respectively increased the yield of plant flowers (30.04% and 27.35 %), (90.2% and 90.98%), (93.21% and 94.1%) and (81.73% and 78.86%), also, at these levels of irrigation, biological yield and water use efficiency of Borage flower achieved a significant increase in the presence of mycorrhizal fungus, compared to the absence of mycorrhizal fungus application. Application of both strains of mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices in irrigation levels after 90, 120 and 150 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan compared to no application of mycorrhizal fungus, respectively, resulted in a significant increase in the harvest index of Borage flower (44.55% and 43.36%), (13.21% and 15.96%) and (5.6% and 5.41%) and flower phosphorus (44.69% and 20.45%), (150% and 125%) and ( 267.74% and 235.48%). Mycorrhizal fungus was able to moderate the negative effects of drought stress and increase the above-mentioned traits in those irrigation levels, and based on the results of this study, irrigation treatment after 90 mm of water evaporation from the evaporation pan + the use of Glomus mosseae mycorrhizal fungi is recommended. Abstract Among Shahnameh followers, Garshasbnameh composed by Asadi Tusi has an important standpoint. By going to Azarbayjan and staying in its favorable grounds Tusi aspired to complete the Shahnameh and like Nezami he embarked on composing parts of the national narratives in Shahnameh not previously composed. Completing the work of predecessors are often accompanied by the anxiety of influence and imitation, and the poets attempt to relieve themselves from the shadow of their precursors. The purpose of this article is to determine the attempts made by Asadi Tusi to exit from the arena of influence posed by form, language and thoughts in Shahnameh as the model according to Harold Bloom’s argument. The results show that due to the anxiety of influence experienced by Tusi he wanted to overcome this anxiety by being different from Shahnameh, and escape from its circle of influence. By introducing Brahman in place of Mobad or priest and including ideological questions posed by Garshasb regarding the creation of life and man, and also by turning to verbosity, and beautiful solid descriptions, governing new perspective and philosophy different from the ancient Persian thought regarding the main issue of justice in government and justice of kings, also selecting theatrical functions such as egotism, prowess in battle, and placing scenes and numerous sea battle episodes, repetitive dragon killing spectacles, and most important of all, attributing abilities such as trial of the preeminent hero to Zahhak and setting the story in Zahhak’s era under the surveillance of a dragon who feeds on humans, and a father killer render this work different from Shahnameh. However various signs of dependence, manifested in the repetition of the hemistiches and verses attest to the influence of Shahnameh over Garshasbnameh. Asadi in dialectic of “dependence on swerving from the poetic language of his precursor had been dependent on Shahnameh and at the same time departed from it. Abstract This article is concerned with the study and analysis of the influential scope of Shahnameh as a patriotic national work on the scholarship conducted by the English Orientalists on the basis of the Gerard Genette’s textual transcendence theory. The results show that out of 65 works under study written or translated under the influence of Shahnameh, 16 cases were created employing an imitative approach and 47 cases were compiled using modifying approach. The modifications include addition, omission, reduction, expansion, substitution, and compounding that for different reasons made the studied works far removed from the fidelity to the main text. Out of 65 works under study produced by the English Orientalists, 5% used addition, 38% reduction, 3% omission, 50% expansion, and 5% compounding in their compilations or compositions. In these modifications no substitution had taken place and based on this factor those cases can be classified. Manuscript profile
