Abstract :
Background: facilitating the business environment depends on the participation and role-playing of different parts of the society in improving the conditions. Objective:this research has been carried out with the aim of designing an interpretive structural model of governance of ease of business. Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection and has a quantitative approach. The community studied in this research is the country's business system, and 15 experts were selected to form an expert panel. After extracting the dimensions and components from the literature and research background, fuzzy Delphi technique was used to refine the components. Finally, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method was used for modeling. Findings: The findings of the research showed the factors of correcting the deficiencies of relevant laws, implementing electronic government, transparent and carefree access to financial resources, familiarity with relevant laws, privatization of organizations and institutions. Trustee and reform of the tax system are linked variables. Conclusion: Since the linked variables have a great power of influence, any action on these variables causes changes in other variables. Therefore, in order to facilitate business, in the first step, all efforts should be focused on improving these factors.
