The concept of justice and the system based on it has always been one of the important topics of political thought and philosophy. John Rawls, one of the greatest contemporary political philosophers of the West, in his book Justice as Fairness, tries to explain in a political understanding of justice, the necessities of realizing the greatest possible freedom and equality for the citizens of a democratic society. The theoretical framework of the article is the theory of justice as fairness and the research method is discourse analysis. The main question is to what extent is it possible to infer the justice system as fairness according to Rawls from the discourses of the Islamic Republic? In this connection, one of the main topics is the discussion about the ratio of public interests and individual and group interests, because according to Rawls, the justice system is the institutionalized area of public interests, which is due to the institutions of the basic structure of society, which is also associated with the existence of the country or The existence of the nation-state is ongoing. In this regard, the opinions of Morteza Motahari and Abdullah Javadi Amoli, two well-known clerics, have been examined as the main conceptualizers of the analysis of the discourse of justice, from which the possibility of extracting a theory of justice close to justice as fairness can be calculated. The result is that Motahari's point of view is more capable of interpreting the justice system as fairness in the discourse of political Islam than Javadi Amoli's point of view. Manuscript profile

This  article  aims  to  answer  the  question  that  whether  any  evidence  of  intra – industry , or two – way trade  can  be  found  in  the  Iranian  trade , and  to  ascertain  that  such  supposed  of  intra – industry trade  is vertical  or  horizontal . Having  considered  the  question , then  we  explore  the  possibility  that  whether  the  degree  of  industrialization  in  Iran  permits  the  country  to  concern  itself  with  issues  such  as  free  trade , reduction  of  tariffs , and  joining  WTO .Then , we ask  how  optimistic  we  can  be  regarding  the  increase  of  manufactured  exports?  Using the  IIT  indices  for  Iran’s  exports  and  imports , with  three – digit  in  SITC ( Standard  International  Trade  Classification ) ,we  attempt  to  offer  an  analysis  indicating  the  existence  and  the  type  of   intra – industry trade  in Iran . The  results  of  this  analysis  may  be  used  to  make  more  accurate  and  appropriate  decisions  on  industrialization , economic  growth , international  trade , foreign  exchange  policies , regional  and  international  cooperation , and  finally  on  exact  evaluation  of  joining  WTO. Our  analysis  indicates  that  in  1375  and  1379 (the  Iranian calendar ), a bout 91 percent  of  Iran’s  of  intra – industry  trade  were  vertical , demonstrating  demand  diversity . The  analytical  indication  of  this  index , which  shows  that  most Iran’s  of  intra – industry  trade  as  being  vertical , points  to  the  existence  of  low  quality  commodities  in  Iran’s  foreign trade . Thus  it is  stipulated  that  it  is  the  consumption  of  low – income  households  in  developing  countries , which  constitute  Iran’s  main  trade  counterparts , that  drives  the  production . If the  export  to  the  developed  is  taken  into  account , then  our  assumption  holds  that  the  consumption  of  these  commodities  would  occur  in  low – income  households . Then  the question  arises  as  to  how  Iran , a  country  with  low – quality  exports  desiring  to  consume  high – quality  goods , can  manage  its  international  trade  in  the  context  of  world  trade , which  pushes  for  the  reduction or omission  of  tariffs . This  question  become  more  acute  when  one  considers  Iran  as  intending  to  reduce  its  dependence  on  the  oil  revenues. Thus , the  necessity  becomes  inevitable  for  reformulating  the  aims  of  reducing  dependence  on  oil  and  managing  competition  on  exportation  to the  world  markets Manuscript profile

In the field of international relations, trade exchanges are very important. One of the most important examples of trade relations in the field of international trade is the international sale of goods. One of the natural and required issues in any contract is the benefit of the parties to their rights, in which the customer's rights are among the serious and important categories, some of which are related to defective goods in this study. In the present study, it will be observed that, in Iranian law and the Convention, the scope of customer rights resulting from the sale of defective goods consists of two parts: 1. Obligation to fulfill the provisions of the contractual obligation and ultimately relieve the customer from an unbalanced and unbalanced contractual situation, which in Iranian law is referred to as the defective option and its mechanisms, and in the Convention as the non-compliance of goods and related mechanisms. 2. The actual methods of compensation that provide for the possibility of providing damages resulting from the loss of a favorable contractual position both in order to fulfill the obligation and to terminate it. The Convention includes the issue of compensation for the sale of defective goods in accordance with the theory of full compensation, but in Iranian law this scope is more limited. Manuscript profile

A significant volume of international transactions is carried out in the form of a sales contract, and one of the controversial issues in this contract is the defective product and the range of rights arising from it for the customer. Considering the growing volume of domestic and international transactions, these rights must be complete in order to eliminate the violation of the right in general. The inadequacy of traditional rights in the discussion of defects, the obsolescence of laws, as well as the potential of Iran to be present in the international trade arena, shows the need to use scientific achievements and ready-made texts and resources that have been accepted at the international level in order to consciously follow the example of They should open a shortcut to advanced rights. This research with a descriptive-analytical method and a comparative approach from documents such as the principles of European contract law, the principles of international commercial contracts and the 1980 Convention on the International Sale of Goods indicates that the range of customer rights due to defective goods in the aforementioned legal systems, the set of performance guarantees is generally based on the institutions of 1. Mandatory execution of the contract; 2. Adjustment of the contract (price reduction; Arash); 3. Termination and 4. The demand for damages is available to the customer and although there are differences, these differences in the bases and principles are not the origin of the effect, and in general, the shared aspects of domestic law with the examined documents are more than the aspects of the dispute. The right of Carrier in time of receiving goods for mentioning the qualificationof goods in Bill of Lading, is recognized as reservation right. The present article describes the open question argument and while analyzing the semantics of ethics in Ibn Arabi’s view, deals with a critical comparison of these two views. From a point of view, the perception of good depends on the understanding of the truth of existence, and until existence is accepted as absolute good, the interpretation of the instance of good is not possible. However, philosophical ethics theory of Moore does not tend to such an ontological interpretation, and limits the good to the scope of semantic discussions. At first glance, the ontological interpretation of good, as a presupposition, seems to be hidden from Moore's view. But to formulate more comprehensive theory of ethics, it is necessary to moderate both views. This essay deals with ethics in Gadamer's hermeneutics. Mainquestion is whether Gadamer's hermeneutics can play an importantrule in finding the way, how-to-live human beings or not. In thelight of Heidegger's interpretation of plato's aletheia, it seems thatethics has lost his early status philosophizing. By means ofinterpreting truth [Wahrheit] and good [agathon] in Plato'sphilosophy, Gadamer intends to illustrate rational connectionbetween speculative philosophy and ethics. First of all, Heidegger'saccount of Plato's aletheia must be exposed, which is conveyed todisclosedness and forgottenness of the being [Sein], in his turn, consequently, leads to ethical nihilism. It would be, then, discussedthat how Gadamer tries to obviate this crisis/situation. Gadamer'sendeavour is concentrated on two issues: (1) Reconstructing ofPlato's care in [contemplating and] intending on transcendentalIdeas, specially Idea of goodness, and their relation with the beingwhich leads him to relitivization of distinction between the beingand entities. (2) The canonical rule of authentic dialogue at formingethical decision and performing this decision in virtue of persistanceof exact and critical investigation. Saying the main consequence inshort: ethical considerations not only are not distinctable fromontology but also they are situated in its focal center. Manuscript profile

In Schleiermacher’s theological system, the concept of Feeling (Gefühl) has a significant role and the foundation of Religious Experience, in his view, is based on it. In this article, the most important question is related to the concept of Feeling from Schleiermacher’s viewpoint with emphasis on his works up to 1792 C.E. Schleiermacher lived in a time when philosophers were faced with a kind of metaphysics and theology, that was so different from those of antiquity and the middle ages. Although the main themes of philosophy, such as God, the soul and its immortality, had not lost their focus; philosophers, looked at them from a different perspective, and this led to a revelation in the systems of Scholastic Theology. On the one hand, Schleiermacher is known as a famous priest, and on the other hand, he is known as a philosopher who is influenced by Kantian philosophy. He seeks to redefine religion according to the concept of “Feeling” in his philosophical theology to rescue it from its decline into Kantian morality. In his early treatises, under the influence of Aristotle and Greek philosophers, and the Kant’s transcendental philosophy, he tries to save Christian theology from the domination of Kant’s ideas and Enlightenment rationalism. One of the important subjects of the philosophy of religion is thereligious language. This subject was introduced in the early theologicaland mystical books, prior to the modern works of the philosophy ofreligion. Pseudo-Dionysius is one of the early thinkers who hassystematically surveyed the subject in his books. For talking about Godhe prefers the negative language to affirmative one. Pseudo-Dionysiusbelieves that the negative language is the language of intelligiblerealities thus when a person, in his spiritual journey, comes up to thestate of the intelligible realities he begins to pray God by negativelanguage. Therefore for Pseudo-Dionysius the negative theology isrelated to a special stage of knowledge. However he ascribes negativelanguage to intelligible manifestations of God, not to the God’sessence. He describes intelligible and hidden manifestations of God as"Super–existence" and for him it is not reasonable to talk about"Super–existence" in an earthy way. For this reason negative languageis the best way to talk about God. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Mankind always need to ecosystem services and goods to survive, but there has been the problem of no market to valuation of this services and assume those being free. Ecosystem services valuation studies have considerably increased our knowledge of the value of ecosystems. Ecosystem services valuation can be interpreted as asking about the value of the current flow of benefits provided by that ecosystem, or about the value of future flows of benefits and also, be asking about the value of conserving that ecosystem rather than converting it to some other use. Valuation is not a single activity, and the seemingly simple question ‘how valuable is an ecosystem?’ Because ecosystem services are not fully negotiable in commercial markets, or they are not quantifying so that comparable to financial services and productive investment and they often little importance in politics, there are need to methods for their valuation. Given that understanding the principal and proper use of valuation methods, can help to policy makers and planners in order to design appropriate and effective Sustainable development policies related to environmental problems.Materials and Methods: This study has studied the subject through literature review and applying internet databases, and is trying to answer to this important question, how ecosystem services valuation affected environmental planning using to consider the concepts and methods of valuation of ecosystem services. Results: Key concepts about ecosystem services were stated and the different types of of ecosystem goods and services values and their valuation approaches such as direct valuation approach and revealed preferences and expressed preferences and their shortcomings were introduced and investigeted.Discussion and Conclusions: Ecosystem economic valuation, provides useful information for planning, conservation and sustainable use of natural resources to planners and executives, social and economic managers by estimating the quantitative value of ecosystem functions, goods and services. One of the emphatic obligations is to order the good and exhort against forbidden which is legislated to care about human holy nature and reach human's educative goals. Another important issue in Islam is modesty that means moderated inner power of passions and instincts. The philosophy of ordering the good and exhorting against forbidden is human education. Its incidental goals are the responsibility of a person who orders the good and exhorts against forbidden to follow God's command and holy nature, promotion of goodness, and prevention of obscenity in society. To order the good and exhort against forbidden have different levels; if heartfelt denial isn't effective, verbal mention should be done. If verbal mention isn't effective, practical action and manual denial should be done. This shows that Islamic lawmaker determines to eradicate the base of sin and announce the modesty in society. Social institutions should provide conditions for ordering the good and exhorting against forbidden and also increase people's awareness about it by education and information program. In the city of Utopia, the Platonic hierarchy is characterized by the degree of knowledge that individuals possess. Hence, the rulers are representatives of "Intuitive Science" and are the guardians of their residents, and they analyze the issues and direct guidance of the people's thoughts. Ordinary people also suffice for the faithful beliefs learned by the scholars. On this basis, Plato believes that the masses of the people hardly and the strength of the bronze, the class of assistant guardians, such as valuable silver and rulers like gold, are scarce. The city of Plato is a city of wise men, brave, selfish and righteous. Therefore, the establishment of a rule of justice in the soul will mean that the two powers of anger and lust under the rule of reason of the process to a perfectional order embrace all human existence. The John Rawls Justice Theory, which lies in the Cantonese tradition, focuses on the structure of society and its constituent institutions. The essence of his thoughts is justice as fairness. Abstract:Objective: The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a cultural marketing management model with the approach of supporting the production of domestic sports products and goods.Methodology: In terms of purpose, the current research is an applied research type, and in terms of method type, it is considered a mixed research method. The use of qualitative research methods, such as case studies, focus group interviews, theory based on data, action research, etc., only study the non-quantitative aspects of phenomena and alone cannot reveal the reality of phenomena related to management. and fulfill all the objectives of this research. . Therefore, it is necessary to use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the management issues and to understand the reality of the constituent elements of the management organization. Quantitative research considers a part of the target statistical population by using sampling methods and collects the desired information by sending survey forms (online or manual) in the form of questionnaires, etc. The results of the statistical analysis of such data make quantitative research results. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of marketing experts and cultural managers who were semi-structured interviewed based on the information saturation of 15 participants. And in a small part, they were those who are active in the field of production, distribution and sale of cultural products. And based on Cochran's formula and sample size related to the number of variables in structural equation modeling, 250 people were selected as a sample. For data analysis, we used MAX QDA software in the qualitative section and SPSS and smartPLS software in the descriptive and inferential statistics sections. Findings: The findings showed that the factor loading values of all the items are greater than 0.4 and therefore the measurement model is a homogeneous model and the factor loading values are acceptable values. The results of the significance analysis of the t-statistic values showed that the t-statistic values for all items were reported to be greater than 2.58. This means that the relationship between the items with their respective latent variable is accepted at the confidence level of 99%. Model predictive power or shared redundancy is a measure to check the structural model. The purpose of this index is to check the ability of the structural model in forecasting by ignoring method. The most famous and well-known criterion for measuring this ability is the Q2 index, based on this criterion, the model should predict the indicators of the reflective endogenous hidden variable. The values obtained from this test are positive, which indicates the appropriate quality of the structural model. The results showed that the prediction power of the model is strong. Conclusion: The results showed that the strengthening of the private sector, optimal market management, planning and organization of production products in line with the promotion and sale of local cultural goods are the most important effective factors. Also, cultural marketing management strategies in the form of a specialized perspective, understanding the dimensions Cultural marketing, academic attitude to cultural marketing, empowerment, international interactions in order to manage cultural marketing as best as possible have been identified in this research. Keywords: marketing, cultural marketing, supporting national production, sports products and goods. Housing is considered the most important asset of the household and it is a basic and irreplaceable commodity that, due to its price, accounts for a significant share of the household's income, and its owners, in order not to accept higher risks in other financial markets, They take care of it. Therefore, housing is considered a consumable and a capital item that cannot be removed from the budget of households. Turning housing into a capital good instead of a consumer good is one of the problems in the field of housing at the moment, which brings to mind the question, why has housing become a capital good in Iran? The answer to this question is the main goal pursued in this article. In order to answer this question, the study of documents is the basis, and by analyzing and describing the available materials, regarding the commodification of housing in Iran, as the statistical community of the research, it has been investigated. Since the housing price and most of the considered variables are endogenous, therefore, in this research, the vector self-explanatory model (VAR) has been used. Surveys show that; The matrix of correlation coefficients between the variables is positive, but it has a negative relationship with the exchange rate and the bank interest rate, and the highest correlation coefficient with the housing price is the gross domestic product. Also, the cause and effect relationship between the variables shows that housing prices have a mutual cause and effect relationship with stock variables (S), bank interest rate (R), sector credits function (CRE) and gross domestic product function (GDP) and with rate variables. Currency (EX) and coin price (G) do not have a clear cause and effect relationship, and they also have a one-way relationship with the variables of construction cost (C), liquidity volume (M) and inflation rate (INF), which shows that the investigated variables They affect the price of housing and its transformation into a capital good, and by managing each of these indicators, housing can be turned into a consumer good. The purpose of this paper is to design a multi-objective mathematical model in order to optimize the four-echelon supply chain of perishable goods using a hybrid algorithm with regard to procurement time, cost and customer satisfaction. Perishable four-echelon food supply chains are considered as different supply chains due to continuous and significant changes in the quality of food products throughout the chain until the end of consumption. In this research, a mathematical model for the location-routing facility in a four-echelon supply chain for perishable products with a simultaneous optimization approach of total supply chain costs, order delivery time, emissions and customer satisfaction is presented. To assess the validity of the research, the mathematical model in Behshahr food industry has been studied and the research problem is presented in the form of a multi-objective nonlinear programming model of mixed integer and to solve it, a hybrid of two refrigeration and red deer algorithms has been used. The results of the proposed algorithm are solved in a case study and the results of the algorithm performance are reviewed based on standard indicators and finally the computational results indicate the efficiency of the algorithm for a wide range of problems of different sizes.

Specifying the limits of divine laws and principles, with respect to knowledge or ignorance, is one of the accessories of legislation and a fundamental issue about the validity and the ideas of legislators. The present issue, called the commonality of knower and ignorant in Islamic law, along with the issues of validity, has been presented concisely in Islamic texts, but regarding its content and concepts it was present extensively in Islamic texts and shrewdly discussed by Islamic lawyers and jurists, and by dividing the issue of commonalities of principles into true and apparent principles and studying the issue of ignorance about these principles, they started to exchange their views. In this article , investigating these opinions through the study of the effects of knowledge and ignorance in true and apparent principles and presenting logical and quoted reasons, we have shown that in real principles(which are gained through absolute reasons like frequent quotations and Quranic texts, or suspected reasons like quotations and appearance of Quran)God has made rules regarding good and evil deeds and they are not changeable and in fact they have been created observing the good and evil and the assigned knowledge and ignorance have no function in its creation. and all followers are obliged to obey them forever, like saying the prayers and avoiding alcoholic drinks. As for apparent principles, the current duty of followers is to follow the current principle until the true principle is discovered. It is concluded that true principle are absolute, that is they must not be violated under any condition, but apparent principles are confined to knowledge or ignorance. . Manuscript profile

The discussion regarding the requirement of guessed indications in general and the requirement of news specifically has been dealt with in our oldest principal texts, and its domain has gradually developed and incorporated issues including appearances, jurisprudence fame, lexical promises, spoken harmony, and analogy. In investigating this issue, the analysis of the viewpoints of the opponents of following of guesses (through investigating their reasons for forbidding the requirement of guesses and the inability to follow them along with discussing the abandonments due to this following) and the absolute proponents of this requirement (those who assume these reasons and abandonment as being illusion and resort to rejecting these requirements) are all taken into consideration. Dealing with the historical background and the variety of discussions leading to the development of viewpoints, in particular, in the proponents and accordingly to their categorization, the present study sheds light on the existing categories of abandonments due to following the guessed requirements, i.e., the arbitrators’ harmony including both the opponents’ and followers’ viewpoints and their rejection. It is obvious that clarifying these issues and the authority of the expansion approach can pave the way for raising discussions in other fields such as appearance, unified news and also for rejecting requirements for other indications such as analogy. The right of goodwill and the right of business and occupation are both of the accrued rights, and while they have similarities, they are different from each other. Goodwill is an amount that the owner takes from the tenant at the beginning of the lease, apart from the leased property, in order to rent and transfer the place to him, but the right to earn or trade or profession is a right that is created as a result of economic prosperity in the place and due to the activity of the tenant. comes. In some cases of endowment of commercial properties, there is a conflict between the two mentioned rights and endowment rights, which has many consequences in practice. If the commercial property is leased with the right of goodwill or the right of occupation is assigned to it, with the passage of time, there will be practically no benefits to spend for the purpose of endowment. On the other hand, the laws have recognized both the right of goodwill and the right of business and profession. Based on this, in case of stopping the lease or selling the endowment property or changing its use or any action that causes the loss of the provisions of the original contract, if the tenant has not violated the provisions of the law and the original contract, there is no right to ignore these acquired rights. However, if the tenant's violation is confirmed, or if the tenant has closed the leased property during the lease period, he will not have the right to trade, because basically, the tenant has no right to qualify for the privileges of commercial premises. Regarding the endowment rights, the laws and consensus of jurists show that there are two solutions in the above conditions: 1- Changing the use and revitalizing the endowment, 2- Ending the endowment. Nowadays, urban management can influence the stability of neighborhoods. Currently, the most effective, least costly and the most sustainable approach for urban management practice is “good urban governance". The main objective of the current study was analyzing the “good urban governance” model in local sustainable development of neighborhoods in District Six of Tehran. The research method is descriptive- analytical. Hence, initially the neighborhoods in District Six were investigated in terms of indicators of good urban governance and local sustainable development by using entropy of Shannon weight model and VIKOR. Further, to explore the relationship between local sustainability and good urban governance, Pearson's Correlation and Multivariate Regression were used. The results of VIKOR Model indicated that neighborhoods in District Six are weak and unstable in terms of good urban governance and local sustainable development; moreover, in terms of good urban governance indicators, Gandhi Neighborhood held the first position and Behjat Neighborhood held the last position. Likewise, Argentine Neighborhood was the most sustainable neighborhood and Nosrat Neighborhood was the most unsustainable neighborhood with regard to local sustainable development indicators. The results of Pearson Correlation Test indicated a statistically significant relationship between good urban governance and local sustainable development in neighborhoods of District Six. Finally, the results of Multivariate Regression Analysis showed that among the indicators of good urban governance, participation index had the greatest impact on local sustainable development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to accurately implement the commandment of the good and the prohibition of the bad, and since the commandment of the good and the prohibition of the bad is directly related to religion and the world and the reputation of individuals, it has a special sensitivity. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effect of industrial concentration and import of capital goods on the intensity of energy consumption in Iranian industries. Industrial concentration index has been calculated using Herfindahl-Hirschman method and relative entropy. In this research, the panel data method and the fixed effects model were used to estimate the coefficients of the models. The research findings indicate that between 2002 and 2018,  industrial concentration and import of capital goods have a positive and statistically significant effect on the intensity of energy consumption. So that, one percent increase in the share of the industry in the market, increases the intensity of energy consumption between 0,089 to 0.203 percent. Also, the price of energy carriers has a negative effect on the intensity of energy consumption. Considering the inverse relationship between the price of energy carriers and energy intensity and the low elasticity of the price, it is  necessary that incrementally raise the energy prices for industries logically causing environmental pollution to decrease their energy intensity. It is suggested that capital goods enter industries that have low energy consumption. Manuscript profile

Abstract The purpose of this study is to rank the minerals of mines in operation in Iran by examining the backward and forward linkages between sections. For this purpose, the input-output table updated in2011 by the Islamic Parliament Research Center of The Islamic Republic Of Iran has been used. By calculating the multiplier coefficient of production, using Leontief's demand-side method, all mining sections had a multiplier coefficient of production more than one. Also, by calculating the backward linkage using a supply-side model of Gosh, the multiplier coefficient of supply in all mineral sectors is high. By examining the power index through Rasmussen's demand-side method, coal and lignite, coal and stone, sand and gravel sectors with a power index greater than one, after the agricultural sector, the building And the industry, because of the greater link that they make with other sectors in terms of purchasing intermediary inputs, had more employment than the total average of activity. In this respect, other parts of the mine had no place among the first parts. Manuscript profile

In this article historical context of the encounter of the famous commentators of two sects regarding the interpretation of the word Kawthar is analyzed and the historical evolution of the commentators' tendency towards the views of Multiplicity of Generations is reflected. The semantic and exemplary development of the word Kawthar which has gradually found its way into commentary books in the form of probability indicates that the commentators have not been satisfied with the narrative examples of Kawthar which is the stream of paradise and by exploring the lexical meaning and evidences in Surah and especially the context of Surah Kawthar they have accepted wider examples such as Multiplicity of Generations to interpret the word Kawthar. The multiplicity of the Prophet's generation as one of the examples of multiple goodness in the sense that it is associated with the daughter of the Prophet in recent centuries has forced commentators to think more about the verses of the surah and use historical evidence, as a result, Fatemeh, not only as a mediator of this good, but also Fatemeh as a perfect example of Kawthar has found its way to interpretive sources as a theory. The quantitative and qualitative reproduction of the Prophet's generation and its attribution to Fatima, in terms of being documented in lexical, semantic and historical contexts, also shows the Quranic status of Zahra. Field and Aims: Health-oriented Goods smuggling is an example of economic crimes, which is categorized in health threatening crimes group, causing humans’ death all over the world. Hence, importation and production of health-oriented goods should be carried out under severe control and supervision. The aim of the present research study is protecting victims of smuggled health-oriented goods in Iranian criminal policy and international documents.Method: the present study was carried out using descriptive-analytical method with library Sources.Finding and Conclusion: Findings of the present research study indicated that Iran’s criminal policy toward the victims of Smuggled Health-oriented Goods is a different approach, which can be seen in the articles 26 and 27 of the Law of Fighting against goods and currency smuggling acted in 2013, and paragraph C of article 7 of Law of fixed Rules of the country’s development acted in 2017. Prediction of atonement and compensation of loss in the article 27, in addition to being a punishment for the banned goods’ smugglers, is a discriminatory criminal victims’ protection. Investigation of the international documents indicated that protecting victims of some of the crimes has a one-dimensional aspect and no clear and complete protection is seen in these documents. Hence, it is expected that proctors of this crime consider special measurements and steps in their national and international rules in line with all-dimensional protection of the victims. Authorities and the officials in charge should protect Smuggled Health-oriented Goods’ victims through consideration and prediction of medical, financial and social supports. Manuscript profile

Abstract The present research aimed at designing an indigenous model of durable goods’ consumer behavior based on the value theory in a closed economy (under sanctions) using the grounded theory approach. In this regard, in-depth and semi-structured interviews along with targeted and snowball sampling method were employed. The research statistical population included marketing professors and experts as well as household appliances practitioners. Data analysis was undertaken using open, axial and selective coding method. In this way, a paradigm model including 10 main categories, 22 sub-categories, and 116 concepts was designed. Based on the model, shopping values were introduced as consumer behavior’s causal factors, cultural and social values along with personal (internal) and external factors were introduced as antecedents. The characteristics of the consumer market were also enumerated as intervening factors with some effects on Iranian consumers’ behavior. Improvement strategies were considered as ways which result in consumer decapitation phenomenon and consumer loyalty. Abstract: This paper aims to explain the Plato’s viewpoint concerning the quality of knowledge of Forms (Ideas) of Good through the process of dialectic. In order to achieve this goal, author has analyzed the Plato’s works and his commentators regarding the quality of relation between dialectic and Forms (Ideas) of Good and the role of dialectic in the process of human’s epistemology to Forms (Ideas) of Good. The achievement of the paper represents that based on Plato’s idea the knowledge of human enjoys some stages and with every stage one recognizes the step of equal of being. Forms (Ideas) of Good is the origin of being and knowledge and it is in the highest stage of being and knowledge. The philosophy of Plato is to seek the soul of truth by the highest level of human’s knowledge, that is intellect. Intellect is the divine glance of the world of truth and human knows the world of ideas and Forms (Ideas) of Good. Dialectic is Plato’s philosophical method in order to perceive these worlds which possesses two intellectual-conceptual and intellectual-intuitive dimensions. Based on Plato’s philosophy, the author tries to explain the process of knowledge of Forms (Ideas) of Good so that it enjoys both an inner solidarity and a logical development. Manuscript profile

Undoubtedly the concept of God is the most important and the most controversial concepts of man’s history which has engaged man’s– especially the philosophers’– attention for long.  In divine philosophy of Plato that aims at reaching to a divine and imperceptible principle– one who is absolute in essence– the concept of God has been expressed by different terms in several treatises. In Plato’s philosophy God is called by different titles such as: the Good or Good Idea, placed at the top of the ideal forms, is the cause of every beings and the origin of reality and knowledge; the One which is the most complete and the best form; and the Beauty which is absolute, eternal and self-existent. All these titles are the same and identical in essence. Plato also talks about Demiurge and calls him the Fashioner, not the Creator.  Demiurge changed the world from the state of Chaos into the Cosmos.  This article tries to study the concept of God from Plato’s viewpoint. The failure to strike a balance of power with the United States after the collapse of the Soviet Union for a quarter of a century has been a new phenomenon in international relations. Most liberals and proponents of hegemonic stability theory, along with America's extraordinary military power, have created international institutions, organizations, and regimes, produced public security, financial, commercial, and economic goods, multilateralism, and avoided unilateralism. Are considered to be the main reasons why the United States has gained the position of "liberal hegemony" and the balance of traditional power has not been formed against it. But with the coming to power of Donald Trump, and the policy of "America First" and the withdrawal of many international institutions and regimes, the refusal to produce public security and economic goods and the end of what he calls "free riding", the pursuit of nationalism Economic, one-sided, and ultimately disregard for the interests of other actors, including friends of allies, have seriously challenged America's position of "liberal hegemony.” Therefore, according to the teachings of the theory of hegemonic stability, the main purpose of this study is to state: US foreign policy in the Trump era, while passing the declared slogans, has undergone serious changes compared to the past, These changes have put the country's position in jeopardy, as Trump has taken steps to undermine the position of liberal hegemony by going through the elements of legitimacy. . Today, the traditional interpretations of Imamiyyah jurisprudence and related laws have led to the issuance of the well-known theory that the transaction is null and void for the same property that has not yet come into being, or the property of the future. The main document of this theory in Islamic jurisprudence is the rule of negation of uncertainty due to the uncertainty of the existence of the transaction and in the subject laws of our country, Article 361 of the Civil Code. On the other hand, an analysis of jurisprudential sources regarding the rule of uncertainty and all relevant regulations shows that any ignorance in a transaction in which there is a possibility of loss is not effective in voiding the contract, and therefore, transactional ambiguities can be divided into two effective and ineffective clauses in creating uncertainty and voiding the contract. and voiding the contract. and voiding the contract. Because in jurisprudence, uncertainty means danger, and danger is the possibility of harm that is avoided by the customs; Therefore, if the custom does not turn away from one of the aspects of the transaction due to the fact that ambiguity is negligible and does not consider it dangerous, such ignorance is not considered as a crime. This is while the analysis of the dimensions of ambiguity and doubt in the occurrence of the transaction in the transaction of money that has not yet occurred, shows that the risk caused by that ambiguity is not always effective in creating confusion, but in the case that the normal and normal course of affairs is a type of suspicion. to create a transaction in the future Manuscript profile

During the last two decades, with the increase in international exchange of goods and services, environmental problems, including climate change and global pollution, have increased significantly. The global effort to reduce environmental problems has put the importance of production and international trade of environmental goods on the agenda of many developed and developing countries. The environmental goods emphasized in this study include those goods that are produced or consumed by industry to reduce and manage pollution (air and water). The international effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions has put the importance of this category of goods at the forefront of global negotiations. Considering the importance of the topic, the main goal of this study is to investigate and identify the trend of trade in environmental goods in the world and developing countries, as well as to identify its composition. The studied period includes 1996-2021. The results show that the global trade in environmental goods has increased significantly and increased nearly four times during the years 1996-2021. During this period, the position of developing countries in the export of environmental goods has increased significantly. The share of developing countries' exports from the total global export value of environmental goods increased from 7.4% in 1996 to 25.7% in 2021. This study aimed to investigate the effect of benign and malignant jealousy on the desire to buy luxury sports goods with the mediator role of moral indifference in customers of Sistan and Baluchestan sports stores. This study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all customers of Sistan and Baluchestan sports stores. A total of 384 individuals were selected as a statistical sample based on the Krejcie Morgan table and in multi-stage clusters. Data collection tools included the Lang & Cressius Malignant Jealousy Questionnaire, Lang & Cressius Benign Jealousy Jealousy Questionnaire, Rabio-Garay Ethical Indifference Questionnaire, and Progin and Bagozi Tendency to Buy Questionnaire. Confirmatory exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was used to determine the validity. For data analysis, a modeling method with a path analysis approach was used. The findings showed that the ethical indifference variable mediates the relationship between jealousy and the desire to buy luxury goods in customers' sports stores. In addition, the research model has a favorable fit. Abstract     Currently, there is a recent issue that has arisen among the Iranian athletes is the perspective of the superiority of foreign goods in Iran. This study aimed to qualitatively analyze the tendency of athletes to purchase Iranian sporting goods. In this study, which was a qualitative study, the data was obtained by relying on grounded theory and based on qualitative in-depth interviews with athletes of Ardabil province. The population included all the elite athletes of the province, who were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball method, and 22 athletes were recruited as the statistical sample. The data were analyzed in three coding levels of open, axial, and selective. In the analysis of five concepts of causal conditions (five categories), intervening conditions (five categories), contextual conditions (five categories), strategies (six categories), and consequences (three categories), the Strauss and Corbin coding framework (2014) was used. In general, the results in the form of a qualitative model showed that according to the causal conditions and the requirement to encourage athletes to purchase Iranian sporting goods, as well as considering the intervening conditions and the context of the study, these beliefs can be developed via some strategies such as combating the smuggling of sporting goods or improving the quality of domestically produced sporting goods. Overall, this study supports the idea that by increasing sports production in Iran, it is possible to boost the trade-in sporting goods, and by neutralizing economic sanctions and creating national solidarity, this trade can be supported to see a tendency in athletes under the title: Preferring to purchase domestic sporting goods, instead of foreign ones.   Manuscript profile

The concept of “power over submission” is discussed in the context of Imamiyah jurisprudence and Iranian law, specifically in the domain of sales. However, it is not confined solely to sales; rather, it is an essential element of all contractual obligations. In essence, as contractual obligations are not explicitly elaborated in Imamiyah jurisprudence (Fiqh), the principles of contractual responsibilities, including “power over submission”, are expounded within the framework of sales contracts. This signifies that the property must be placed under the control of the obligated party in a manner that enables possession and enjoyment of the delivered item. The current descriptive-analytical research illuminates the ambiguities surrounding “power over submission” in unilateral obligations or those related to administrative, documentary, and tax matters. It extends the universality of this condition from sales contracts to encompass all contractual obligations in Imamiyah jurisprudence and Iranian law. The conclusion drawn is that the ability to enforce an obligation is a prerequisite for the validity of any legal act, whether it pertains to proprietary, and covenant contracts, specified and unspecified contracts, as well as unilateral obligations. Since the legal provisions regarding this condition in civil law are not comprehensive, an amendment to the relevant Articles is suggested for consideration by the legislator. Manuscript profile

One of the important points in explaining the teaching methods and foundations is to consider Qur’anic verses. Since the transference of the Holy Qur’an from the divine essence to the heart of the Holy Prophet (pbuh), as well as the quality of communion of this revelation by the Prophet to the people, is itself a form of education, so the Qur'anic verses themselves provide some kind of image of dynamic learning. In that man, he is always a student and a Qur'an is his teacher. Accordingly, the present study tries to illustrate some of the principles and methods of teaching the Qur'an in realizing the life of Ṭayyib in a Qur'anic approach. The Qur'an, the Word of Allah the Almighty and the manifestation of His Essence, sent him to the truth of his expressive language for the connection of earthly creatures to the holy graves throughout the heavenly light, in order to be a reference to, fullness, and complete recipe of the life of the life of the Tayyib. The first earthly encounter with this celestial script was issued by the decree of the Qur'an to the election of the divine choirs and continued with recite him and his recitation of the people and the teaching of books and wisdom and cultivation. And among these, one of the most important teachings of the Holy Qur’an is the realization of Ṭayyib's life. Ḥayāt Ṭayyibah is the true life of a human whose worldly life, with its wide range, is the basis of it, and the eternal life with eternity and its significance is the embodiment of this real life. This genuine and real life is a reality beyond the apparent life that comes in this world. Ḥayāt Ṭayyibah comes from a high level of human spirit. The believer in the transcendental way and his spiritual excellence, which is born after birth, confirms the divine enthusiasm from the heart of his faith that the life of the ṭayyib is its fruit.
