The principle of the autonomy of the will declares that a person’s will is the main source of obligations. Consequently, the will of another person doesn’t result in an obligation against or in favor (of) that person. However, the necessity of creating a contract such as insurance and collective contracts in addition to social needs has led to this principle being addressed in some specifications. One of the most important Exceptions is the obligation on third parties. But what are the meaning(s), nature and effects of this specification? Contrary to the belief of some writers, the obligation on third parties is, in fact, making a person obligor whose will doesn’t play a role in creating that obligation. Regarding the nature of this entity, it should be noted that the obligation against third party is theoretically subject to the general rules of unauthorized transactions. Therefore, until it’s confirmed, an obligation will not arise for that person, unless the legislator explicitly assumes the obligations resulting from people’s will for another person Manuscript profile

Introduction: Health system Resources are limited and its expenditures are unlimited. Therefore, Use the management right strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity of system is essential. Hence, this study was performed with aim to investigate the dimensions of autonomy of university hospitals in Gilan. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 11 hospitals. Semi-structured interview guide of World Bank organizational reform model was used for data collection. Interviews were conducted with 28 senior hospital managers with Purposeful sampling method. A content analysis method was used to analyze data. Results: The main dimensions the autonomy of hospitals include decision right in strategic management, financial resources management, human resources management, and physical resources management, financial residual claim, procurement and product market exposure, social functions, and governance structure and accountability. Decision right in strategic management, human and physical resources was limited. Hospitals compete in the product market, but their options are limited in the procurement market. The hospitals were not the financial residual claimant despite their hierarchical system and the accountability structure of the head and headquarters. The cost of their social function is not fully compensated. Conclusion: Granting autonomy has improved in some dimensions such as financial resources management, product market exposure, and social functions, but has been poor in strategic management, human resources management, physical resources management, procurement market exposure, and governance structure and accountability. In these cases hospitals should be given more decision-making power. Manuscript profile

This paper analyzes critically how the philosophy of engineeringaffects to collect the history of engineering so that it is answered indetail to this problem that “Does the history of engineering entail thephilosophy of engineering”. At first, it is identified the relation ofbetween engineering and technique, in order to be explored the relationof between engineering and technology. Therefore, it is definedtechnology as an actual epistemic system and engineering as aknowledge and potential creative practice into the technologicalframework. Thus, it is understood the philosophy of engineering as adeveloped field of the philosophy of technology so that it isdistinguished as an independent philosophical field with having, atleast, a unique original question “what is engineering”. Therefore, someof issue and problem in the philosophy of technology transfer into thephilosophy of engineering and influence it, some of problem such as:the demarcation problem between engineered artifact and naturalobject, the demarcation problem between engineering and science, theexistential and historical priority problem between engineering andscience, and the autonomy problem of engineering knowledge to socialcontext. Finally, according to the applicable and open problems, it isshowed how the philosophy of engineering and its problems affects tocollect the history of engineering. Consequently, it seems thatresearchers of the history of engineering should concern the problemsfor their studies and think about them critically and strategically. Manuscript profile

The grid database tries to store and scatter data over a wide geographical area in order to create a structure for storing data across the lattice environment in a distributed and heterogeneous manner. Due to the large amount of data, transaction processing in such an environment is very complex and time consuming. Obviously, using queries without optimization will greatly reduce the efficiency of transactions in this database, while using appropriate optimization algorithms can greatly increase efficiency. Many algorithms have been proposed to optimize queries, but due to the different network environments, different optimization algorithms are needed. This paper presents an algorithm that is consistent with the structure of lattice computing and works well in lattice database systems with high data volumes. Manuscript profile

The statistical population consisted of all employees of mention bank, of which 320 persons were selected through convenience sampling method. Data collection tools included the modified Job and Organizational Stressor Questionnaire (Razmjoo and Naami, 2006), Physical Syndrome Questionnaire (Jex & Spector, 1999), Authonomy Questionnaire (Hackman & Oldham, 1975) and Self-Regulation Questionnaire (Bandy & Moore, 2010), and the results were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between occupational and organizational stressors with the physical syndrome, and between self-regulation and authority with the physical syndrome. Also, stepwise regression results showed that occupational stress variables predicted 0.08 units of physical syndrome variable and in the second step by adding organizational stress variables, both occupational and organizational stress variables were 0.10 units of syndrome variable. Predicts the physical, which means predicting 10% of the dependent variable changes by two independent variables. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that increasing occupational and organizational stressors exacerbate the physical syndrome and increase self-regulation and discretion decrease the incidence of physical syndrome. Ban of usury is an Islamic rule which has explicitly been provided by holy Quran. In this matter there are some cases which are excluded from this ban. Opposite of jurists’ popular opinion, some jurists believe that deductions for these exclusions to unban usury are not sufficiently persuasive. Many studies have been made in this matter and many researchers, by criticizing to popular opinion such as unreliable and unreasonable basis of quoted texts by those jurists who follow this opinion, support unpopular opinion. This paper, by verifying of unpopular opinion and emphasis on findings of researches of its followers, seeks to improve these studies and criticizes the popular opinion’s bases by studying popular opinion’s historical background, new interpreting of documents and texts in the light of legal-jurisprudential framework and new point of view.  This paper has two main goals; the first, dependency of wife and children, in the past, in a family affected the ban of usury; and the second, the historical bases to unban of usury have been delaminated and today there is no justification for excluding some cases from ban of usury’s generality. The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between the variables of autonomy theory (autonomy need, merit and dependency) with the students´ social intelligence. The statistical population included 386 Zanjan Islamic Azad University students with age range from 18 to 39. The sampling method was stratified sampling. To gather the data two kinds of questionnaires namely. Psychological need satisfaction scale and the social intelligence scale were used. The descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation) were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there was a positive signification difference between the autonomy and merit need satisfaction with social intelligence, while there was a negative significant difference between the dependency need satisfactions with social intelligence. The results also showed that there wasn’t any relationship between gender and social intelligence. The satisfaction of the essential psychological needs can be effective on increasing social intelligence but it is still in its primary stages.  Manuscript profile

In this article, we will anatomize the places of love and autonomy, as two fundamental psychological and, at the same time, moral drivers of human existence, in the epic world. In the world of epic, we will argue that, compared to love, autonomy is at the core of the epic hero's existence. In other words, in the world of epic, the main axis of hero’s existence is the hero of the desire for autonomy, and love, although passionate and burning, is merely subject to it. In fact, in the epic world, love is merely an excuse to maintain the hero's autonomy, and it's no more valid. To this end, based on the views of Immanuel Kant in the philosophy of ethics, we will first give a brief definition of the principle of “autonomy” as opposed to the principle of “Hetronomy”. Then, by comparing the two main heroes of the two great epics of human history, namely Rostam in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh and Achilles in Homer's Iliad, we will explain how the axis in the epic world is autonomous and love is subordinate to it. This study compared the effect of self-assessment (SA), peer assessment (PA), and teacher assessment (TA) in speaking on EFL learners' autonomy. For this purpose, 60 EFL learners were selected and divided into three groups, i.e., SA, PA, and TA. The Learner Autonomy Questionnaire (Zhang & Li, 2004) was administered as a pretest. In each group, the relevant assessment procedure was used. After the termination of the treatment, the Learner Autonomy Questionnaire was given as a posttest. Using ANCOVA, the results revealed (a) there were significant differences among the three assessment types, (b) SA had the most significant influence on EFL learners’ autonomy, and (c) TA had a more significant influence on EFL learners’ autonomy than PA. The results can enable those engaged in the language teaching and learning process to possess a better perspective on EFL learners’ autonomy, considering the impact of different types of assessment on EFL learners' speaking. The method of this research is based on the practical purpose and the nature of descriptive-survey data collection. The statistical population of this research includes the employees of Bank Mellat branches of District 4 in Tehran, whose number is 420. Using Morgan's table, a sample size equal to 201 people was selected for the study and the questionnaires were distributed among them by systematic random sampling method. To determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the content validity method and the CVR index were used and it was found that the questionnaire has the required validity. Also, the obtained Cronbach's alpha coefficient showed that the reliability of the research measurement tool can be relied upon. Then, the collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling method and AMOS software. The results of the data test showed that open innovation has a significant impact on empowering employees. Also, the dimensions of open innovation, which include the production and creation of open innovation, the dissemination and expansion of open innovation, and the use of open innovation through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing, have a significant impact on empowering employees. Only the dimension of maintaining and maintaining open innovation through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing does not have a significant effect on employee empowerment. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to assess the marital values of Iranian youth. A sample of 2680 Iranian university and high school students of both sexes completed the Marital Value Scale developed by the research reflecting five dimensions of culture: embeddedness, affective autonomy, cognitive acutonomy, hierarchy, egalitarianism suggested by Schwartz and Ros (1995). Data were analyzed using the Smallest Space Analysis Technique. Findings showed that the content and structure of Young Iranian’s marital values could be explained by the five dimensions of Schwartz and Ros (1995) theoretical model of values. No sex or age differences were obtained regarding the structural and semantic aspects of these values.     Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to predict adolescents' personal responsibility based on perceived parenting styles and spiritual intelligence.  The descriptive research method used was correlational design. The statistical population included all secondary school students of the third district of Qom province (9934) who were studying in the academic year 2019-2020. The statistical sample consisted of 372 members of the aforementioned statistical population, which were selected using an available sampling method, using Karjesi and Morgan's table to determine it. The tools used included the standard questionnaire of personal responsibility for teenagers Mergler and Shield (2016), the perceived parenting scale of Grolink et al. (1997) and the spiritual intelligence questionnaire of King (2008). SPSS version 20 statistical software and simultaneous multiple regression tests and Pearson correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that about 18.9% of the variance of teenagers' personal responsibility is predicted by perceived parenting styles and subscales of spiritual intelligence. Additionally, the results showed that mother and father involvement, support for autonomy, and warmth had a positive correlation with personal responsibility. Critical existential thinking, production of personal meaning, and transcendental consciousness were also positively correlated with personal responsibility, but expanded consciousness was not significantly related. Introduction: Explainingand grading ofthe dimensions of university autonomy with reason approach at Mazandaran Islamic Azad University,is the aim of the present research. This research, was an applied-descriptive survey type. Its statistical population consisted of 1537 faculties of Mazandaran Islamic Azad University, 308 of whom were selected using the random stratified sampling method according to Cochran's C test. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting 36 questions was used for the autonomy with the reason approach. Its apparent content validity was confirmed by the experts as well as its construct validity. The combinational reliability and the amount of Cronbach's Alpha was more than 0.7 that was confirmed. To analyze the data, both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests in the SPSS software v. 20 were used. The research findings showed that the university autonomy with the reason approach involves three dimensions of "scientific, intellectual, and national and transnational relationships autonomy" in which the scientific autonomy dimension has the higher grade, and the national and transnational relationships autonomy dimension has the lower grade. Orgasm is a rapid sense of sexual pleasure peak that is usually accompanied by involuntary and rhythmic contractions of the pelvic, abdominal, and anal muscles. Female orgasm can be caused by sexual stimulation of different sexual and asexual parts. Women's ability to reach orgasm varies from not having an orgasm to having multiple orgasms. Orgasmic disorder in women is defined as the frequent and permanent delay or absence of orgasm following a natural stage of sexual arousal associated with stress and interpersonal problems. The aim of this study was to predict the symptoms of orgasmic disorder based on marital satisfaction, body image concern, guilt and sexual autonomy in married women. For this purpose, in a descriptive correlational study, 288 married women referring to cultural centers in Tehran were selected by available sampling method and in terms of sexual autonomy, female sexual function index, guilt feeling, marital satisfaction and concern about Body image were evaluated. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that guilt feeling, marital satisfaction and body image concern are the best predictors of orgasmic symptoms in women, respectively. The results of this study support the relationship between guilt feeling, marital satisfaction and body image with orgasmic disorder syndrome. Manuscript profile

In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of learner autonomy; however, the roles of teachers and language materials in fostering in have not received due attention. This mixed methods study investigated the association between what Iranian teachers perceived of LA and what they thought about the role of textbooks in fostering EFL learners’ LA, and to what extent they believed the principles of LA in their classrooms. The participating teachers were 200 male and female teachers that taught Iranian tenth-grade EFL textbook in senior high schools of Qom, Arak, and Karaj. The first instrument was a questionnaire developed by Borg and Al-Busaidi (2012), which primarily focused on the teachers’ perspectives and opinions about LA. The other questionnaire was used to investigate how Iranian EFL teachers think the EFL textbook Vision 1 helps foster LA. The questionnaire was developed based on the LA principles (Fenner & Newby, 2000). The other instrument was an interview protocol that was developed by the researcher to gain a deeper understanding of teachers’ promoting LA in their teaching. The interview protocol also was based on Fenner and Newbys’ (2000) principles. For this study, the questionnaire data were collected through two questionnaires. Moreover, an interview protocol was used to gather qualitative data from 12 teachers, who participated in the interviews (i.e., 2 face-to-face and 10 online interviews). The result of the bivariate correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between teachers’ perception of learner autonomy and their opinions about the LA-fostering role of the Iranian 10th-grade EFL textbook. The results of the interview analysis showed that the principles of learner autonomy were largely approved of by the interviewees. The study has some implications for textbook developers, teachers trainers, and teachers. Manuscript profile
