The role of cultural intelligence in predicting psychological basic needs of participants in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of cultural intelligence in predicting psychological basic needs of participants in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil. The research method was a descriptive correlation. The statistical population included all participants who were involved in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil city in 1396. The sample number was 123 which was selected using cluster sampling of the number of 8 police stations. Cultural intelligence and psychological basic needs Questionnaires were completed. The data were analyzed with multiple regression. The results showed that the components of cultural intelligence, metacognition strategy (B=0.33), the ability has to predict competence basic needs, and knowledge cognition (B=0/26). The ability have to predict relatedness basic needs. In general, the results of the research showed that the competence basic needs and relatedness through cultural intelligence persons involved in a quarrel are predictable.
