Schoolyards are places where students spend about 20 to 25% of their time there. When the schoolyard is designed to meet students' needs, it can become a dynamic place for entertaining and educating students. To maintain active participation in the schoolyard, students need thermal comfort. This research aims to determine the optimal geometry of the courtyards of girls' primary schools in Isfahan City to ensure students' comfort. For this purpose, the pattern of public schools for girls in Isfahan was examined. Moreover, previous studies and criteria of the School Renovation Organization were reviewed, as well as the dominant geometry of girls' schools in Isfahan City and the geometric pattern of the tests. The thermal simulation of the geometric patterns was carried out using Envi-met software in two 8-hour periods on June 21 (summer solstice) and December 21 (winter solstice). By comparing the thermal performances of the models, it was determined that the optimal model for students was determined by the number of hours of thermal comfort provided by each model. A model that obtains the maximum amount of heat from the sun and the surrounding environment in winter while obtaining the least amount of heat in summer provides the optimal shape and form of the open space in a building to provide the most hours of thermal comfort. Thus, Considering the importance of providing thermal comfort in the school yard for the active participation of students and turning the schoolyard into an educational space, the optimal geometry of the yard in this research of girls' primary schools in Isfahan city to determine the maximum hours' Thermal comfort was obtained. When the building is placed centrally or in a summerhouse, open spaces have good thermal performance in summer since they have a small width on the south side, so they are exposed to sunlight and receive heat for fewer hours. In addition, since the prevailing wind direction in Isfahan City in summer is from the east, the eastern side of the yard is more exposed to the wind, resulting in greater cooling. The simulation results indicate that models with a ratio of 2.5 to 1, which are U-shaped buildings (those with north, east, and south fronts) and L-shaped buildings (those with north and west fronts or north and west fronts), have good thermal performance. In the cold season, they have an east-west elongation with a ratio of 2.5 to 1, which indicates the extent of the south side of the building, which receives the most heat in the cold season and can provide comfortable conditions for students in schoolyards. Since the prevailing wind in the cold season blows from the west, the small size of the west side causes the open space of the proposed models to be less exposed to the wind. It is also suggested to prevent the wind from entering the open space in the cold season by using obstacles, such as planting trees or building artifacts on the west side. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to conduct a sociological analysis of the needs of young girls in a qualitative manner with a Grounded theory strategy. Subjects were young girls aged 18 to 25 years living in Tehran. The data were analyzed in a semi-structured interview with 21 people and examined by Strauss and Corbin. Findings show the extraction of 662 primary open-source codes, 83 axial codes, and 19 selective codes, which during the paradigm model of causal conditions include; Need for support, security, respect and belonging, individual and social independence and freedoms, career and financial planning, leisure time, contextual conditions have; Updating macro-policies in the educational institution, the need to acquire skills and support from the Family, independence and empowerment of young people, women's participation in legislation and its review, the need for a secure society and gender equality, and intervening conditions; The economic structure of humanity has been a lack of interactive space in the Family and gender justice. Young girls also use strategies to decide to migrate, develop individual and social skills, and adopt creative strategies and management techniques to achieve goals and combat gender stereotypes in society to meet their needs. In general, young girls are not very satisfied with the process of meeting their needs, and the consequence of this problem is an increase in personal and social harms such as depression, suicidal ideation, the tendency to use tobacco and drugs, addiction to virtual social networks, reduced social interaction Manuscript profile

The family has an unparalleled position in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in other social systems. Accordingly, in the economic, social and cultural development programs of the country, the family and its excellence and consolidation have always been emphasized. However, scientific observations and researches show that it is important that the path that this social institution has taken in recent years in Iran has not been expected by development planners. Accordingly, the present study began with the assumption that "there is a gap between the real components of family consolidation and the components of social development planners."The present study was conducted using documentary and field methods and questionnaire technique for 390 young people on the verge of marriage. The results of this study show that unfortunately about half of the girls and boys on the verge of marriage are reluctant to marry and the social and economic infrastructure to meet the basic needs of a life for them in accordance with the patterns and structures of today's Iranian society is not provided. This, in combination with other macro and micro components of society, has caused serious challenges for the survival and excellence of Iranian families. Finally, by examining the hypotheses of the present study, the relationship between socio-economic status, religious beliefs and social support with strengthening the foundation of the family was confirmed. Abstract Background and Objective:Dangers recognition and risk assessment in the schools can be considered as an efficient action to improve students’ health and development especially in elementary schools. Method: Two risks evaluation approaches of FMEA and William Fine have been used in this survey. In addition, risk assessment was furnished based on three factors (effect severity, occurrence probability, and exposure level). After identifying the activities through frequent presence in the study places and interviewing the students and the people in charge, the dangers and potential harmful effects were identified. Finally, considering the effect severity, possible consequences occurrence probability, and the exposure level, the risks evaluation and classification were done. Findings: Regarding summation of health and safety hazards for girls in different levels of H, M, and L had been 4, 15, and 38, respectively. Furthermore, sum of health and safety risks for boys in various levels of H, M, and L had been 5, 16, and 35, respectively. After taking the proposed controlling actions and re-evaluating the hazards, in different phases of H, M, and L for girls was changed to 2, 6, and 50, respectively and this amount was changed to 2, 7, and 47 for boys in various levels of H, M, and L, respectively. The number of risks in the average and unacceptable levels was considerably reduced after performing the controlling actions. Discussion and Conclusion: The identified hazards have been similar for both genders in most of the cases. The hazard intensity has been higher in boys which can be related to higher physical activity, trusting their personal skills, engaging in risky behaviors, and underestimating physical dangers. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review the age of puberty and its concept from the view of Imāmiyah jurisprudence. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results indicate that in the Noble Qur'an, there is no mention of confirmation or negation of a certain age for puberty. Pubic hair and nocturnal emission, not a certain age, have been mentioned as the natural signs for puberty in the verses so it shows that age is not an indicator to determine puberty. The question is whether the age of puberty is merely a religious and binding determination or it is based on some transformations that occur during the adolescence of every human. If it is not a merely binding issue, some other factors such as time, place, nutrition, economy, and … are effective on that. Reviewing the ideas of prior and recent jurists indicates that puberty is not a binding issue, but rather it is an external subject. Signs and symptoms mentioned by the holy legislator for puberty are not as a matter of ends but instruments. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is the comparative review of the effect of two exercising plans on some body composition indices of the obese female girls in Ahwaz. To this aim, 45 obese students in district 1 of the education administration of Ahwaz were purposefully chosen and then they were randomly assigned to 3 groups of 15 girls. In order to control the participants’ dietary plan, the nutrition remembrance questionnaire was used. Body composition indices including body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), and body fat percentage in both pre-test and post-test stages were measured and registered. For inside group comparison, dependent t-test was used and for the comparison of the 3 groups, the variance analysis (ANOVA) as well as Tuckey’s Post Hoc in the significant level of 0.05 were used. The results showed that doing 8 weeks of aerobics and playing games both significantly reduced the BMI and body fat percentage but only playing games could significantly reduce the WHR (P<0.05). According to the results of the present research, it is recommended that in order to control children obesity, in addition to organized exercises, sport activities in the form of playing be used as well. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the high school students’ mental health in the city of Qom. This study was a survey research. Statistical population included all the female high school students in Qom city (15872). Statistical sample was 340 students who were selected based on a random classification and multi phase cluster sampling method from districts 1, 2 and 3 of the office of education in the city of Qom. The measurement instrument was SCL-90-R (Deragotis, 1994) which was performed on a group method in different schools. Data analysis revealed that the means were higher than the test margin (0.7) for all the factors. Regarding the prevalence of psychological problems, depression factor showed a prevalence of 67 percent which was the highest and phobia factor with 21.6 percent which was the lowest. Comparing the mean psychological problems of female high school students by ANOVA showed that there was a significant difference only on depression factor and there were no significant differences in other factors. The findings in this study indicated that mental health among female high school students was not favorable. Therefore it seems necessary to provide female high school students with psychological mental health and mental hygiene. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to predict self-efficacy of girls based on personality traits of their mothers. Method of study was correlational. The sample consisted of 351 females who were selected by random clustered sampling from high school students in Alborz province. Research instruments were the NEO Personality Inventory (MacCrae and Costa, 1985) and Self-efficacy Scale (Sherer at.al, 1982). The result showed that conscientiousness of mothers was the only predictive variable which could predict daughters&#39 self-efficacy. Regression coefficient of self-efficacy (&beta=0.226) showed a positive relationship between mothers conscientiousness with their daughters self-efficacy (P < 0.002). Also the average score of girls with regression coefficient (&beta=0.330) represented a significant and positive correlation and their self-efficacy (P < 0.0001), and maternal age with regression coefficient (&beta=-0.105) indicated a significant and negative correlation with daughters’ self- efficacy (P < 0.37). Therefore, considering the effect of both mothers’ role of responsibility and low maternal age gap with daughters on the self-efficacy of their daughters, it is necessary to increase self-efficacy of daughters by enriching the responsibility resources of mothers and encouraging mothers to have children at young age. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mothers' marital satisfaction on the prediction of self-concept and anxiety of female adolescents. The study was a descriptive and correlation research. The population of the study consisted of all female students in the third grade of guidance schools of Tehran in the academic year 2011-2012 (1390-91s.c.). 144 students of fourth education region in Tehran were selected through cluster random sampling. Research instruments included Cattell's Anxiety Questionnaire (1960), Carl Rogers’ Self-concept Questionnaire (1957) and short form of ENRICH Marital inventory (Olson, 1989).The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that mothers' marital satisfaction, communication, conflict resolution and idealistic distortion can predict anxiety in female adolescents (P < 0.05). Also, mothers' marital satisfaction (P < 0.01), communication (P < 0.05), conflict resolution (P < 0.05), and idealistic distortion (P < 0.01) can predict self-concept in female adolescents. Moreover, subscales of Marital satisfaction can predict 25% of variation in anxiety and 33% of variation in self-concept of female adolescents (P < 0.01). In sum, the results of the study indicate that mothers' marital satisfaction has a role in predicting anxiety and self-concept of female adolescents. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of matrix intervention program and harm reduction training on mental health indices and attitudes toward harmful relationship among harmed high school female students from relation with opposite sex. The research method was semi-experimental, and research design was three groups with two stages (pre-test and post-test). The statistical population consisted of all the girls who impaired from relation with opposite sex, which among them 36 persons were selected purposefully and then randomly assigned in two experimental groups and one control group. Symptoms Checklist (SCL-90, Derogatis, et al. 1973) and attitudes toward harmful relationship scale (ATHRS، Sheikh Darani, 2008) was used to measure the dependent variable in the pretest and post-test. The group of matrix intervention program and harm reduction training received 10 sessions of treatment and the control group did not receive any treatment. The data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance and post-hoc Bonferroni test. The results revealed that in the post-test phase after the pretest control, there is a significant difference between in the matrix intervention group and harm reduction training group and the control group in anxiety (p=0.001), depression (p=0.001), interpersonal sensitivity (p=0.002), hostility (p=0.001), and paranoia (p=0.007). In the components of attitudes toward harmful relationship there is a significant difference between the matrix intervention group with the harm reduction training group and the control group in the affective damage (p=0.001) and social damages (p=0.046), and there is a significant difference only between the matrix intervention group compared to the control group in academic damages (P=0.012). The aim of this research was to predict of the desire to establish relationships among adolescents based on emotion seeking, social support, and happiness in high school female students. The population of the study consisted of second high school female students of Qom city in 2018-2019. The sample size was 375 subjects who were calculated by Cochran formula and selected by available sampling method. Questionnaires of Crucial Relationships (1990), Zuckerman Emotion Seekers (1978), Zimet`s Social Support (1988), and Argyle Happiness (1987) were used as research tools. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that among the components of excitement, adventure components with significance level = 0.001, experimentation with significance level = 0.015, diversity seeking with significance level = 0.001 and avoidance of inhibition with significance level Management = 0.001, social support with family components with significance level = 0.001 and important people with significance level = 0.001 and happiness with self-esteem component with significance level = 0.001 They can predict the desire to establish a relationship. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that excitement and happiness have a positive and significant relationship with the desire to establish a relationship and the family component of the social support variable is inversely related. As a result, the more excitement and happiness you have, the more you want to start a relationship, and the less support you have for your family, the more you want to start a relationship. Suicide attempt is on the rise among adolescent girls due to negative cognitions, so the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Rumination-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (RFCBT) versus Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) on negative self-evaluation, and suicidal ideation among depressed girls adolescents aged 14 to 19 attempting suicide. This study was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with a control group. Thirty-three depressed adolescent girls attempting suicide who were referred to the emergency department of Samen Al-Aeme and Imam Hassan Hospitals in Bojnourd from October 23, 2019 to March 5, 2020, after having the inclusion criteria, were selected with targeted sampling method, then randomly divided into three groups of rumination-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (10 individual sessions) and control. The research tools included Depression Inventory-2 (Beck & Steer, 1993) and Suicide Probability Scale (Cull & Gill, 1989). Findings obtained from Analysis of covariance showed that both interventions had a significant effect on reducing negative self-evaluation and suicidal ideation at the time of post-test (p <0.001) and follow-up (p <0.05), and this effect was stable during the two-month follow-up period. Therefore, both interventions can reduce negative self-evaluation and suicidal ideation in different ways (decreased rumination and increased mindfulness) but without superiority, so it is recommended to use these two interventions in times of depression and in times of suicidal crisis. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relation between transformational leadership and emotional intelligence of girls’ high school principal in Isfahan. In this study the method was descriptive survey. The statistical population for this study comprise 350 principals and 1305 female teachers from 6 Isfahan educational districts in the academic year of 2007-2008. Through multi-stage randomized sampling, 86 principals and 210 female teachers were selected as statistical sample. The data collection instrument comprised Bass’s transformational leadership standard questionnaire with 25 questions and Bar-on’s emotional intelligence standard questionnaire with 90 questions. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha was 0/96 for transformational leadership and 0/91 for emotional intelligence. In this study the data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency ,mean ,percentile and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple-regression analysis, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient ,one way analysis of variance and Scheffe test). The results indicated that there was a positive relation between transformational leadership and 15 components of Bar-on’s emotional intelligence (emotional self-awareness, assertiveness, self-regard, self-actualization, independence, social responsibility, interpersonal relationship, reality testing, flexibility, problem solving, stress tolerance, impulse control, optimism, happiness), except empathy. Regarding demographic features there was not significant difference between transformational leadership and emotional intelligence in terms of principal degree in P≤0.05. In terms of working experience, the principal with 11 years of experience and more were more effective in self-actualization and flexibility skills as well as problem solving ability than those with less than 11 years of experience. Further the principal with less than 11 years of experience were more assertiveness than those with more than 11 years of experience. Manuscript profile

The present paper aimed to determine the effectiveness of process management strategies excitement on the cognitive emotion regulation of adolescent girls with oppositional defiant disorder. Three subjects were selected bypurposeful sampling method among all 14-to-18-year-old adolescents with oppositional defiant disorder from schools in the city of Najaf Abad in academic year of 2015-2016. This study was implemented within the framework of a single subject experimental design using multi-tiered base lines design. In this research method, the intervention began after baseline position, in 8 single-subject intervention sessions, the training of process management strategies of excitement, based on Gross model, was presented to the subjects and the subjects were followed up after one month in three consecutive months. The used tools in this research were Garnefski’s (2001) Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, in which the subjects were assessed 11 times (4 times for baseline, 4 times for intervention and 3 times for follow-up). Data analysis was done through process change indexes, slope, and size of the effect, the Cohen's index and the ups-and-downs interpretation. The findings of this study showed that the desired intervention significantly reduced the subjects' scores on cognitive emotion regulation strategies and increased the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies so that scores during the eight-session educational intervention had significant changes as compared with baseline. Review of the size of influence coefficient and the effectiveness charts also indicated that there were remarkable and significant effectiveness of intervention intensity for all three subjects in all studied variables. That is, the process management strategies of the excitement on the cognitive emotion regulation of adolescent girls with oppositional defiant disorder are effective. Manuscript profile

The main objective of this research was to investigate and explore the most important factors affecting learning weakness and poor academic performance of female students in secondary education of Kashan, based on the experiences and narratives of the teachers of this level. The general approach to this research is a qualitative approach which based on the grounded theory and use of the lived experience research tradition through the process of deep semi-structured interview. In this regard, using the purposeful sampling method, the experiences of 19 second high school teaches were collected and analyzed through the three-step open, axial and selective coding process. The results and findings of this research showed that the most important factors associated with the weakness of female students’ learning and academic performance of were teachers, communication technologies, family, textbooks, structure and planning of the educational system, lack of facilities, equipment and spacel, evaluation methods, time and social, cultural and economic facts of society. At the same time, the researchers by focusing on above factors deduced and abstracted two principal themes or phenomena of research, schooling factors (internal variables) and social factors (external variables). These factors are the main factors explaining the weakness of learning and reducing the academic performance of second-grade female students.Obviously, the implementation of the necessary strategies for coping with the problems associated with the mentioned factors requires an organized and coherent effort of the educational system especially in the secondary school. All of the athletes was done the physical fitness evaluation and 1RM was taken before, middle, and end of resistance training. 48 hours before first training, the athletes were be familiar with exercise protocols. Then RT group exercised protocol three times per weeks for eight weeks. The protocol included 7 stations and the training volume was carried out exceedingly (80% .85%.90%.95%1RM).24 hours after the last training section, the blood test was taken from all of the subjects. In pre and post protocol white blood cells (WBC), IL6, lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes sample were collected and measured by using Elisa. In order to indicate the normal distribution of data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. , before and after the exercise protocol. (p<0.05). The results of the current study indicated that, significant reduction (p=0.006) in rest IL6 level of RT group after eight weeks was observed. More over significant reduction (p=0.041) in amount of WBC of RT group after eight weeks was observed. These results suggest that, regular exercise can be critical point to reduce systematic inflammation, and the related index, such as IL6. It is one of the advantages adaption via these exercise. Isotonic resistance exercise can be the important and basic factor in systematic inflammation decrease and also reduction in relative factors such as interleukin 6 which is one of the reports of these kind exercises. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of four weeks of high-intensity interval training with different volumes on IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in overweight and obese young girls. 24 girls (BMI>25 kg/m) were randomly placed in three groups: HIIT1 group (n=8), HIIT2 group (n=8) and control group (n=8). HIIT1 group performed four sets of 30 seconds of running with an intensity of 19-20 RPE, two minutes of rest between sets in each session. HIIT2 group performed four sets of 60 seconds of running with the same intensity and four minutes of rest between sets. training was performed three sessions a week for four weeks. Blood samples were evaluated to measure serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP 48 hours before and 48 hours after training. To analyze the data . Mixed analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was used at a significant level (P<0.05). hs-CRP level significantly increased only in the HIIT2 group (p<0.05). No significant difference was observed between the groups (p=0.377). The IL-6 significantly decreased only in the HIIT2 group (p<0.05). A significant difference was observed only between the HIIT2 group and the control group (p=0.031). The mean of TNF-α showed a significant decrease only in the HIIT2 group (p<0.05). a significant difference was observed between the HIIT2 group and the control group (p=0.042). It seems that medium-term HIIT training reduces inflammatory indicators (IL-6, TNF-α) compared to short-term and probably has a role in reducing the incidence of heart and metabolic diseases in these people. The status of women in the Qajar period was such that they were deprived of the smallest social, economic, cultural and political rights and were under severe restrictions caused by the patriarchal society. One of the most important reasons that put women in that situation was illiteracy, lack of awareness and lack of communication with society. For this reason, one of the first measures taken by modern women was the construction of girls' schools and efforts to educate girls and women. Although the establishment of girls' schools in that environment was met with protest and reaction from the traditional society, but gradually, especially after the constitutional revolution, it spread and had beneficial effects on the status of women. The aim of the current research is to investigate the results and consequences of the establishment and gradual expansion of educational institutions on the status of women at this stage. Therefore, the question is, what effect did educational institutions have on the status of women in the Qajar period? The hypothesis is that educational institutions, including girls' schools, have caused literacy and, as a result, the growth of awareness, change of attitude and efforts to play a greater role for women in society. The findings of the research show that the submissive and undemanding women of the Qajar period, upon entering the Pahlavi period, turned into demanding women who raised demands such as the right to enter society and employment. The present research method is descriptive-analytical and the data were collected in a library manner. Manuscript profile

PURPOSE :The aim of this study was to describe the plasma volume and albumin(Al) after intensive resistance exercise in active girls. METHODS : 16 healthy girls subjects volunteered to participate in this study. They divided in 2 groups experimental and control. The experimental group drank 15 ml/ kg body wt at before night and at the morning of the experimental days, but the control group did not drank water. They completed three sets of 5 - 7 repetitions of six exercises at an intensity corresponding to 70-80% one repetition maximum (1RM ). Venous blood samples were obtained before exercise , immediately after exercise and 24h of recovery. RESULTS : Al increase significantly following resistance exercise in control group (p ≤ 0/05).Plasma volume decreased in both groups , but in control group was significant(p ≤ 0/05) after 24h of recovery, plasma volume did not show significant changes (p ≤ 0/05) but Al increase significantly in experimental group (p ≤ 0/05).CONCLUSIONS : It seems that the reduction of plasma volume after intense resistance training will not occur if the athletes receive enough water. Also, 24 hours is considered a suitable time for recovery and compensation of plasma volume. In addition, the increase in plasma albumin during the recovery period is not necessarily associated with an increase in plasma volumeKey word : intensive resistance exercise , Albumin , plasma volume. Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effect of resistance stretching and plyometric resistance exercises on TGF-β1 and muscle strength of female handball players. Methods: In this semi-experimental research, which was conducted with a pre-test-post-test design, 36 female handball players in the age range of 18 to 30 years were randomly assigned to three groups of plyometric, stretching and control exercises. Muscle strength measurement and blood sampling were done in two stages, 24 hours before the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the intervention. They commented. The collected data were analized by dependent t-test, covariance and Bonferroni's post hoc test. Results: The results of the study showed that six weeks of plyometric resistance training and stretching resistance training have a significant effect on reducing the serum levels of TGF-β1 and increasing the muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs (P<0.05). Other results showed that there is a significant difference between the plyometric resistance training group and the stretching resistance training group in the levels of TGF-β1, upper and lower limb muscle strength (p<0.05). In addition, the results indicated a greater effect size of plyometric resistance training compared to stretching resistance training on research variables. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it seems that plyometric resistance training can be more effective in reducing TGF-β1 serum levels and increasing muscle strength in female athletes than stretching resistance training. There is a difference of opinion about the interpretation and meaning of the Quranic interpretation of “Al-Maw’ud “. There are at least six different readings and interpretations for the word. The lexicographers referred to the three meanings of sound reflection on the earth, gravity, and covering. The derivation of the term from the three roots having the above-mentioned meanings for the Quranic meaning of a living girl buried is a point of contention. For the first time, Mu’tazilite commentators in the fourth century referred to the meaning of “gravity”; and the weight of soil buried on the body of a buried girl. The method of performing the rituals and throwing the girls in two ways was to dig holes and to cover the child with dirt, or to throw the girls into wells and deep pits. Through the study of the interpretations of the Middle Ages and the study of the style of burying the girls among Arabs, we came to the conclusion that the concept of ‘Wa’d’ has nothing to do with gravity and is derived from the same basic concept of sound reflection on earth; Because the Arab, when buried the girl, threw her into a pit or well, which made her cry and her sound was echoed in the heart of the earth. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of human capital engineering in positive work attitudes and educational quality (statistical population: primary school teachers in Rasht). The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature. The statistical population in this study included teachers of girls' primary schools in Rasht from February 2017 to July 2016. The sample size was 234 people using Morgan table using random stratified method with proportional distribution of numbers from the mentioned community. The data collection tool of this research was a provincial questionnaire which was implemented according to the professor with a slight change in it. To determine the content validity of the questionnaire from the opinions of experts and to determine the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha method was used and the alpha value was 0.859. Two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. In the descriptive statistics section, the data are summarized and a table is prepared and a graph is drawn, and central indicators such as mean, dispersion indicators such as standard deviation are used. At the level of inferential statistics, after performing the data normality test, univariate T-tests were used. Findings showed that human capital engineering has a positive and significant role in the positive work attitudes and efficiency of girls' primary school teachers in Rasht. Eight sub-hypotheses of the research were confirmed by the above test. Manuscript profile

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of group counseling based on compassion therapy approach on the responsibility and spiritual health of the girls of Farhangsara Pegah Isfahan . The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. For this purpose, 30 working girls in the 10th district of Isfahan were selected by available sampling and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). Before and after the intervention, the participants responded to the research instrument that included 42 questions from the California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Goff (1984), which was related to the dimension of responsibility, and the spiritual health questionnaire of Ellison and Polotzin (1983). Participants in the experimental group underwent eight 90-minute sessions of compassion therapy according to Gilbert's concepts and treatment plan (2014), but the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were analyzed at two descriptive levels (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (univariate analysis of covariance test). The results of univariate covariance analysis showed that group counseling based on compassion therapy approach has led to increased responsibility and spiritual health in working girls (p<0.05). Compassion-based group therapy increases self-responsibility in working girls by increasing self-kindness as well as increasing the sense of philanthropy. Working girls, because they are deprived of their rights such as education, health and proper nutrition, and being on the street for a long time, causes them to be exposed to different harms, including physical, mental, spiritual and social harms, and causes distance. Data were analyzed by path analysis method. Results confirmed the mediating role of maladaptive schemas in the relationship between attachment and loneliness. Results also indicated the significant positive effect of avoidant attachment on disconnection, other-directedness, over vigilance/inhibition and impaired limit schemas. The direct effect of avoidant attachment on impaired schema was not significant. The direct effect of anxious attachment on disconnection, impaired performance, other-directedness, and over vigilance/inhibition schemas was positive. However, the direct effect of anxious attachment on the impaired limit was not significant. In addition, the direct effect of avoidant and anxious attachment and disconnection, over vigilance/inhibition on loneliness was positive; and the direct effect of other-directedness scheme on loneliness was negative. The direct effect of impaired performance and impaired limit on loneliness was not significant. Findings suggest that disconnection, over vigilance/inhibition and other-directedness schemas had a mediating role between attachment and loneliness relation. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of integrated meta-diagnostic treatment on sensation seeking and fear of negative evaluation of girls affected by Instagram. The research design was quasi-experimental and within the framework of pre-test, post-test and follow-up plans with a control group. The statistical population consisted of 20 female students aged 15 to 18 in Tehran in 1399-1400 who were addicted to Instagram and their sensation seeking and fear of negative evaluation scores were higher than the cutoff score. Voluntary sampling was done in two groups of 10 people, experimental and control. The results of data analysis showed that the integrated meta-diagnostic intervention produced significant changes on sensation seeking and fear of negative evaluation between the experimental and control groups. Also, a significant difference between the experimental and control groups was revealed in the sensation-seeking subscales (experimentalism, adventure, boredom, avoidance of inhibition). The findings showed that the integrated meta-diagnostic treatment approach has been able to reduce excitement seeking and fear of negative evaluation in teenage girls on Instagram and subsequently reduce the desire to seek likes and approval in these people. In this article, based on the view of anthropologist Van Janp and analysis of this view, we will deal with Bakhtiari women's clothing. In rites of passage, the etiquette is the transition from one social situation to another, which may vary according to different ethnicities and cultures. In Iran, there are different ethnic groups, each of which has different rites of passage. This article focuses on the customs of the Bakhtiari people (one of the tribes of Iran), has tried to study and analyze the type of clothing of Bakhtiari girls in three stages before marriage, during marriage and after marriage. The present paper is a combination of field and library methods, documentation and content analysis. The results of the study show that women in Bakhtiari culture choose their clothes based on their position and status and pay attention to color, clothing decoration and appropriate to the seasons of the year, and Bakhtiari women and girls by changing the type of clothing in each stage of life finds a new position in the process of socializing. The color of clothes and the type of clothing of Bakhtiari girls and women at every stage of life, reflects the responsibilities and expectations that they face in each period of life, according to biological and natural conditions. The purpose of this study was to construct and primary standardize of the high risk behaviors scale among second high school girls students. Research method was survey and instrument construction. The statistical population of this study consisted of all adolescent girls aged 15-18 years in Isfahan. The sample consisted of 340 secondary school girls who were selected through convenience (accessible) sampling. Researcher made High-Risk Behaviors Scale (HRBS), Iranian Adolescent's Risk Scale (IARS- Zadeh Mohammadi & Ahmadabadi, 2011) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ- Goldberg, 1970) were used to gather the data. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation and exploratory factor analysis. The results showed that internal consistency, test-retest reliability and questions and subscales coordination were appropriate. Evidence of divergent and convergent validity with Iranian adolescents' risk behaviors and mental health showed that high risk behaviors scale had divergent and convergent validity. Factor analysis confirmed construct validity of the scale. Providing percent norms and standard can help to determine normative judgment. Given these findings, it can be concluded that the high-risk behaviors scale for Adolescent girls has desirable psychometric properties and can be used in educational and research fields. AbstractAbstract The purpose of the research is to validate the Cooper Body Shape Questionnaire and the relationship between body dissatisfaction and self-esteem of teenage girls in Tehran. The research method is correlational in terms of practical purpose and implementation method. The statistical population is adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 in Tehran in regions 2 and 6, and 400 girls were selected by random cluster sampling. These people responded to Cooper's body shape questionnaire (1987) and Rosenberg's self-esteem questionnaire (1965). The data were analyzed by statistical methods including Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis and correlation. The results show that the body shape questionnaire in teenage girls of Tehran has a good validity. Exploratory factor analysis method was used to investigate construct validity and the results showed that the body shape questionnaire consisted of 5 factors (perceived concern about obesity, recognition and self-awareness of body shape, consequences of body dissatisfaction, body shape change and emotional attitude towards shape body) is saturated, and the factor loadings of the questions on the related factors were higher than 0.4, which shows the validity of the construct. and considering that the correlation coefficient between the body shape components and self-esteem is appropriate at the significance level of 0.05, the concurrent validity of the body shape questionnaire was confirmed. Finally, the results show that there is a significant correlation between body dissatisfaction and self-esteem. According to the validity and reliability of the body shape questionnaire in teenage girls, it is recommended that the body shape questionnaire be conducted by dear counselors in girls' schools to identify their body shape problems, to help improve their mental health by teaching effective techniques to increase their self-esteem. Eating disorders are among the most harmful psychiatric disorders, associated with important medical and psychological illnesses that cause significant personal, family, and social costs. The aim of the present study was to determine the mediating role of adaptive and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies on perfectionism and symptoms of binge eating disorder in female college students. In this respect, a descriptive-correlational study was performed and 214 female college students in Isfahan city were selected through the convenience sampling method and investigated in terms of perfectionism, cognitive emotion regulation, and binge eating. The results of the path analysis indicated that the research model was appropriate. It was also shown that the direct path of the perfectionism variable was not significant to the variable of binge eating disorder symptoms (β = 0.016, T = 0.218), but this variable was able to affect the symptoms of binge eating disorder through the mediating variable of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation (β = 0.166, P = 0.001). Based on the results of the present study, it is suggested to consider the mediating role of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between perfectionism and symptoms of binge eating disorder and therapists need to incorporate this component in their therapeutic application. One of the most critical periods of life is puberty, which is a natural phenomenon in the evolutionary process of each person's life. During puberty, the child experiences a variety of physical and psychological changes. The development of physical changes associated with puberty, earlier than usual, is known as precocious puberty which poses serious challenges for the individual. The aim of this study was to investigate the lived experience of girls from precocious puberty. So, eight girls who experienced precocious puberty were selected by convenience sampling method and studied using semi-structured interviews. Sampling was continued until data saturation. In order to analyze the data, the data were first recorded and coded and then analyzed using the colaizzi method. The results of this study indicate that precocious puberty poses additional challenges in physical, psychological and social fields such as role pressure, suspension, and fragile self-esteem. It can be concluded that premature puberty in girls is associated with physical and psychological challenges. In the present study, it was shown that mental problems can go beyond physical problems and create more challenges for people and remain unsolved even in adulthood. Manuscript profile
