Abstract :
The purpose of the present study is to review the level of physical activity, general health, and life quality among female students in the 1st grade of high school in Māsāl before and after the Corona pandemic. The statistical population consisted of all female students in the 1st grade of high school in 2021-2022. Convenience sampling method was used and 250 students were chosen based on the Morgan table. Data collection instruments of this research included Goldberg General Health Questionnaire, the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF), and Back Physical Activity Questionnaire. Data analysis was calculated by paired-sample t-test at the significance level of 0.05 by SPSS (version 22). The results showed that the average of physical activity among the students has decreased significantly since the pandemic compared to the past (p<0.01). Moreover, the average of general health and its components (physical symptoms, social function disorders, anxiety, and depression) as well as the average of life quality and its components (physical health, mental health, social relations, and environmental health) among the students has decreased significantly since the Corona pandemic (p<0.01; p<0.05). The obtained results emphasize on the significance of paying attention to the physical level, general health, and life quality of students after the Corona Period.
