The purpose of the present research is the analytical study of sports guidelines in the Police Academy. This strategic study is regarded as a practical research based on its objectives. Data collection was conducted by a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods through interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of the research consisted of 250 executives and athletes in the Police Academy. The results of external and internal matrixes indicate that the Police Academy in the Islamic Republic of Iran is dealing some threats such as media's lack of involvement in sports activities, people's inadequate information about different fields of sports, the private sector's lack of tendency to participate in sports events due to not having TV broadcasting, expensive cost of professional equipment and holding competitions, non-active spare time, inappropriate use of modern technology and science in the assemblies in the provinces, not using the knowledge of experienced coaches due to financial problems, instability of the foreign exchange to buy sports equipment, weakness of developmental and planning system, and not allocating sufficient budget for the students' sport activities at the Academy. Due to its military and enclosed atmosphere and cautious approach to some issues outside of the organization, this university has relative weakness which puts it in a passive condition. Therefore, in order to make better use of the upcoming opportunities and situations, the Police Academy ought to apply an invasive approach to continue its accomplishments.    Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review foundations of health and exercise from the view of Islam and sport rights. The research relies on the hypothesis that in Islam, physical and spiritual-mental health are emphasized. Iran’s law has also paid attention to the subject of physical and spiritual health. Moreover, international documents such as the 1st statement of article 55 of the United Nations Chart, Constitution of the World Health Organization, the first statement of article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the 1st statement of article 12 of the International Covenant of Economic, Cultural, and Social Rights all emphasize on the right to health. The research method was descriptive-analytic and the results showed that the advantage of the Islamic view in terms of the right to health is that it pays attention to spiritual, moral, and mental health as well. In fact, Islam has obligations and guidelines for both spiritual and physical health which demand requirements in the jurisprudential literature of 5-commands. Furthermore, since religious rules involve the issue of health, they bring about some obligations for real and legal entities.   Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review the level of physical activity, general health, and life quality among female students in the 1st grade of high school in Māsāl before and after the Corona pandemic. The statistical population consisted of all female students in the 1st grade of high school in 2021-2022. Convenience sampling method was used and 250 students were chosen based on the Morgan table. Data collection instruments of this research included Goldberg General Health Questionnaire, the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF), and Back Physical Activity Questionnaire. Data analysis was calculated by paired-sample t-test at the significance level of 0.05 by SPSS (version 22). The results showed that the average of physical activity among the students has decreased significantly since the pandemic compared to the past (p<0.01). Moreover, the average of general health and its components (physical symptoms, social function disorders, anxiety, and depression) as well as the average of life quality and its components (physical health, mental health, social relations, and environmental health) among the students has decreased significantly since the Corona pandemic (p<0.01; p<0.05). The obtained results emphasize on the significance of paying attention to the physical level, general health, and life quality of students after the Corona Period.   Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review management methods of international sports events. The methodological approach of the research is qualitative and it aims to answer the following research question: Which of the trade models in project management is suitable for such a great and breathtaking event like the Olympic Games? With respect to the conducted studies in the Olympics, project managers face different challenges so the adopted models can integrate different and scattered means of project management. The results showed that complete models of project management benefit management approaches and reinforce the definition and application of strategic programs enhancing techniques in project management control. It is also needed to coordinate a sustainable model in the context of Olympic Games until the successful end of a project. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of strengthening intrinsic sole muscles by short-foot method on pressure distribution, arch width, and sole indices of students with flat feet. To this aim, 24 students suffering from subtalar joint hyper-pronation (average and standard deviation of age: 12.3±16.64, average and standard deviation of weight: 41.53±14.01, average and standard deviation of height: 147.5±19.74) were divided into two 12-member groups. The exercise group practiced short-foot exercises for 10 weeks to strengthen their intrinsic sole muscles. Staheli & Chipax-Smirak index, arch width, and pressure distribution percentage on the intrinsic horizontal arch were obtained from 2 groups before and after exercises by a foot scanner. Data analysis results showed that in the exercise group, all indexes of Staheli (p<0.001), Chipax-Smirak (p=0.001), arch width (p<0.001), and weight distribution percentage on intrinsic horizontal arches (p<0.001) of both feet significantly improved while there was no change in the control group (p>0.05). The above results show that short-foot exercising as a new method for strengthening intrinsic muscles of the feet are effective in enhancing the arch width and can improve arch indexes too. Therefore, this type of exercise is advised to improve the condition of the foot arch in those who have flat feet. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review effective factors on the establishment of knowledge management in Iran's Rowing Federation. Using a mixed approach as well as meta-synthesis methods and interpretive structural modeling, the present research deals with the assessment of the maturity condition and designing an optimal model for knowledge management establishment in the Rowing Federation of Iran. In this research, Sandelowski and Barroso's 7-stage method (2007) was used. The criteria of knowledge management establishment were extracted from selected articles and considered as codes. Accordingly, 53 codes in the framework of 8 general and 3 fundamental concepts were recognized which were regarded as the basis for other sections of the research. Meta-synthesis results led to the recognition of 98 sub-criteria (codes), 14 criteria, and 3 main aspects in knowledge management establishment.   Manuscript profile
