The rapid population growth, urbanization, continuous economic development, industrialization, and increased well-being of people have led to a rise in the production of municipal solid waste. One effective approach to promote recycling in waste management is to educate individuals on waste separation at its source. In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of waste segregation training on the environmental attitudes of female members of Isfahan Municipality Cultural Centers. This study is practical in its purpose and follows a two-stage exploratory research design, utilizing a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative). The first stage involved qualitative research, where a waste segregation training package was developed based on thematic analysis. The second stage was quantitative, aiming to determine the effectiveness of the waste segregation training. In the quantitative phase, a semi-experimental study with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design was conducted. Sixty female members of cultural centers in Isfahan city were selected and assigned to experimental and control groups. Data analysis was performed using SPSS23 software. The results revealed a significant difference in the environmental attitude variable between the control and experimental groups in both the post-test and follow-up phases (p < 0.001). The average environmental attitude scores in both the post-test and follow-up stages were higher in the experimental group than the control group. Considering the study's findings and the importance of waste management, we recommend that the government and high-level officials provide financial support for environmental training programs in society. Environmental education, particularly waste separation education, supports environmental preservation and leads to substantial savings in energy consumption. Manuscript profile

Regarding the obtained results, it can be said that paying attention to the educational status of women and their role in transferring the spirit of vitality and cheerfulness to the family, the presence of women both in sports fields and as spectators in competitions is not only incompatible with Islamic values. Rather, it is the basis for the country's movement in the path of progress, in other words, the presence of women will soften the male social life of the stadiums. If the functions of women's presence are explained more in advance by maintaining Shari'a affairs in many fields including sports . Manuscript profile

A descriptive-analytical study of the contents of divine books shows that, for example, in psalms one can’t find especial regulations in this regard. Although, in the old testament, the creation of woman follows the creation of man, but, in the new testament, this point of view has been turned into a more modified form. Quran, in general, considered the creation of the two coming from a single spirit. Quran and the old testament both assign divorce and polygamy rights to men. While, the rights of social, religious, and political activities for women are in common between Quran and the new testament. Feminine dialect, feminine writing, and feminine style, or in general the feminist movement is a self-conscious movement that seeks to persuade women to emancipate themselves from the domination of the male-dominated intellectual and linguistic system of society and asks them to liberate themselves and their desires, and explore their hopes and aspirations as an active part of human society. Jaleh Ghaem Maghami is considered by most researchers to be one of the founders of women's literature. Her poems are full of feminine perspective and mentality, and even the anonymous rendition of her poems, would immediately attract the reader’s attention to its female authority. Jaleh's emphasis on her gender in her poetry reflects her efforts to introduce femalehood to society and to change social representation of women. The emergence of the constitutional movement caused a great change in the minds of Iranians. This event revealed its impact in two ways. First, it led to the improvement of literacy, and the necessity of a literature that was accessible to all and that its themes were relevant to the lives of the masses. Second, the extensive connection with the West became more prominent due to the emphasis on the themes of freedom, homeland, nationality, and political and social criticism of poetry and literature. In this research, the author has tried to identify the signs in Jaleh’s Divan in a descriptive-analytical way and with a library method, which distinguishes her female poems from male poems and refers to those works as a distinct female writing style. The purpose of this study was to examine the issue of women's freedom of work and, of course, the limits that are observable in the light of the principles enshrined in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other ordinary laws. The research population in this study was the employed women and their life dimensions. The present research was a descriptive-analytic and explained the evolution of women's employment freedom. The data was gathered through collecting library information and index cards. In general, one of the most important issues in the economic, social and legal sciences is the issue of women's employment. The results of the research showed that the importance of women's employment in advancing the goals of society and the need for specialist force, the need for women's participation is inevitable. At the same time, the employment of women as a right and not a duty has limitations, and the present and future rules of the Iranian society (in spite of any deliberation) are apparently limited in terms of the employment of women in the Iranian transitional society. The diversity of these constraints was a part of this research deliberation, although in some constraints, the need for interdisciplinary research is required. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of new materials and interior architecture in improving the quality of interior space with emphasis on the psychological needs of women. The research statistical universe included all the references and texts on new materials and interior architecture. The sample encompassed the interior architecture with emphasis on the psychological needs of women. The research design was descriptive-analytical. Data were collected through library methods and research databases related to the field of modern interior architecture. The extracted data were then interpreted and described according to the psychological needs of women. The results showed that in the past, Iranian housing paid more attention to the needs and spiritual desires of women and engaged in their daily activities with complete freedom and peace of mind, but today, with a more advanced life and a greater impact of living costs on beauty, the spirit and diversity left the houses and have been replaced by monotony and daily life routines. The dual effect of interior architecture approach on the quality of interior spaces through correct and logical design in accordance with women's physics and reasonable choice of materials appropriate to their mood and mentality, could provide a suitable environment in accordance with the psychological needs of women in residential spaces. Therefore, the main goal could be achieved by using light and warm colors (vibrant colors orange, light red, lemon) on large surfaces and not using dark and opaque colors in small spaces. Also, observing the height proportions and dimensions of the space and breaking the symmetry in order to prevent uniformity in the space could be helpful. And the use of new materials in the floor, ceiling and walls to control the heat and variety in texture, color and shape, change in shapes and home furniture facilitated the dynamism and facilitation of life and daily life for women. The purpose of this study was to recognize the concept of fashion and design of the Islamic clothing in women's dresses. The research statistical universe included all clothing design collections. The research sample was the Islamic women's clothing and dresses. The research design was descriptive-analytical. Data collection was done by using library references. The results of data analysis showed that four different clothing terms, namely hijab, virtuous fashion, ethnic-local clothing and non-Islamic clothing with Islamic motifs, were identified among the designs related to Islamic fashion. Current clothing designers had not yet succeeded in creating a "global Islamic fashion" that was distinct from Western fashion and had not even been directly opposed to it. Designers' mental image of Islamic fashion was based more on the aesthetic features of fashion than the religious adherence to hijab, also, Islamic fashion was still considered as a subordinate of the Western system and has not been able to find its independent identity. Islamic fashion has a real nature and in order to be effective, it needs to redefine and formulate specific design frameworks. It could be analyzed that the existing Islamic fashion style had not yet found a completely independent identity as a global fashion. Muslim consumers themselves could not be grouped into a single category. Specific clothing styles were shaped by cultural aesthetics, economics, business patterns, ideals, and how faith was represented or expressed. As a result, it could be said that according to the number of hijab styles, there were different covers of Islamic clothing design. Islamic fashion had a special design style and had a real nature, but it is necessary to make changes in the design and other processes of this industry and its definitions should be updated and implemented. The current research was intended to investigate the psychological status of women in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The statistical universe of the research included all texts concerning the psychological status of women in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The sample subsumed all topics related to women included in Islam and western civilization based on the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader. The research was processed by analytical-descriptive approach. The data was collected via document reviewing and library method through note taking on index cards from printed references concerning the ideological paradigm of the supreme leader and psychology. The data was analyzed by applying content analysis procedure. The results indicated that The family is one of the most important institutions in society, and it provides the strongest foundations for the spiritual and intellectual upbringing of individuals. Within such institution, women play a central role, but Western political and advertising systems seek to undermine their status. According to the Supreme Leader's perspective, Western civilization focuses solely on the sexual and feminine aspects of women while ignoring their human dimension and status. In the West, women are exploited under the guise of freedom, which is a form of slavery and insult to women. In contrast, Islam honors women and considers being a woman a source of pride and glory. Therefore, the Islamic perspective, and consequently that of the Supreme Leader, regards women with a comprehensive view that takes into account both divine values and human logic. Manuscript profile

Today, due to the economic development and mechanization of production, physical or bodily capacities would not contribute to the development of countries. On the contrary, in many societies women have played a major role in the magnificent growth of economies of their countries, so that from a modern point of view, and for many of the new economics, it is not the sexuality but participation of individuals-disregarding sexuality factor- that determines the merits of women and men. During recent decades the study of the effects of economic and non- economic variables on women activities, has been the agenda of researchers, from which we can point up the effect of economic growth on women’s activities. This was carried out for the first time in 1981 by War. The main point here is that fundamentally, in the early stages of economic growth, the relation between women activities and the economic growth has been negative, but the relation becomes positive for later stages of economic growth. This study tried to test the effect of economic growth on the index of women's participation for selected Asian countries which have different income groups (including Iran). This would be done using the method of Panel data. It was shown that the improvement of two indices: life expectancy and literacy for women would increase the rate of women’s participation. The results showed that there was a U-form relation between women's participation and economic growth. Manuscript profile

Fictional literature in Iran has focused its attention on representing the realities of Iranian society from the very beginning of its formation. With a quick look at the works of fiction from the twenties to the fifties, the audience can clearly see the influence of realism in the heart and text of the stories. The main reason for this approach in fiction literature is the political and social structure and conditions that govern Iran. The present study tries to answer the main question in a descriptive-analytical way, that according to the realist view that prevailed in the short story in the twenties, what image did the male writers draw of "woman" and her "social position" at this historical moment? are The statistical population of this research is the short stories written by Ebrahim Golestan, Bozor Alavi and Mahmoud Etemadzadeh in this decade. The findings of the research show that "female" characters in these stories are often mentioned as secondary characters and their processing method is in a way that is related to other characters. It seems that none of the "female" characters are directly introduced in these stories and their "actions", "thoughts" and "speech" are the main tools of the authors. They are to introduce these characters to the reader. These women have different names; but they have common characteristics that they are condemned to suffer and finally surrender due to economic, cultural and political anomalies. In general, although these "women" have been represented differently in some cases; the overall picture presented of them under the influence of the realistic view of short story writers in the twenties has many points in common with each other. Role-oriented linguistics emphasizes that language is a "social tool" and deals with those human actions that refer to the transfer of meaning with the help of language. Halidi considers language as a system of lexical choices that the speaker uses at three levels according to the context of the situation. Language is formed according to social needs and the surrounding environment and organizes meaning. This language function is called "Franqash" in role-oriented linguistics. The trans-roles of language are: the trans-role of thoughts, which is used for reading and analyzing the text; interpersonal trans-role whose purpose is to initiate or promote relationships to influence the behavior of others, express opinions, modify or change them; Transtextual role that has the task of adapting the message according to other textual and extratextual factors. The current research tries to answer these questions in a descriptive-analytical way, according to the statistical community of the research, what is the function of each of the linguistic processes in the textual structure of the short stories of the 20s? And according to the fundamentals raised in the intellectual role and the realist point of view governing short stories in the twenties, what image of "woman" and "her social position" have been drawn by male writers at this historical moment? Emphasizing on its "realistic and realistic character", short story literature has always sought to define a place for the presence of women and also free itself from gender restrictions and patriarchal readings. The findings of the research indicate that Bozor Alavi, Ebrahim Golestan, Mahmoud Etemadzadeh and Jalal Al-Ahmad each used different types of linguistic processes in the textual structure of their short stories to depict the positive social status of women. Marriage as one of the most important Islamic contracts has an important place in the regulation of family relations and social activities. Accordingly, in addition to being organized on the basis of religious and religious rules, the marriage covenant is subject to rational conditions that in turn preserve the dignity and status of women and their presence in various social arenas. There are various views on obedience and non-obedience of the marriage contract, some of whom believe that obedience is the essence of marriage and that some do not regard obedience as the essence of marriage. According to the recent assumption, more freedom has been conceived for women, thereby providing insights into the possibility of greater participation of women on the basis of the modification of obedience to the wife. The present study also examines the question of what rational basis for adhering to a marriage contract and how can it promote women's presence in the social realm? The hypothesis is that general obedience in turn can facilitate women's presence in the social arena. At the same time, the social presence of women on the basis of general obedience must be such that it does not interfere with her duties and status in the family. Manuscript profile

But we can't adjudicate so for lower levels and in the Velayat such as of the president and members of parliament and ministers and other Managers. Manuscript profile

The growing trend of urban development and the fundamental changes in the body structure of cities have made it imperative to pay attention to the quality of urban spaces. The low level of quality of space, which is considered an unprotected space, is strongly influenced by the security of citizens and especially vulnerable groups such as women. In this regard, this study emphasizes the role of unprotected spaces in Jiroft, to assess the extent of its relationship and its impact on women's security. The necessary data were collected using a questionnaire. Using the independent t-test, Kendal's correlation and regression, first, the quality of urban spaces and then its relationship and its impact on women's safety were determined. The results of the study, which were extracted from a sample of 383 people, show that nine quality indicators of space with a score of 2.7 are lower than the average of 3, which indicates the development of defenseless spaces in the city of Jiroft. Also, the relationship between unprotected spaces and women's security can be confirmed with a coefficient of 0.577 and an error level of 0.000. Finally, using the regression test, the effect of women's security on these spaces with a correlation coefficient of 0.655 and an impact level of 41% indicates the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. It can be stated that due to the dissatisfaction of women with the quality of urban spaces and the positive relationship between these spaces and the level of security, it is necessary to review urban design, especially in marginal areas. The status of women in different periods is influenced by the texts that came in the form of hadiths. Some of these texts have an originality after the period of the Prophet (pbuh) and were created for various functions. Israelite was one of the tools that helped to create texts needed for women in line with the goals of some rulers. Narratives mixed with Israelite are part of the larger flow of these teachings in Muslim narrative texts, of which the story of al-zuwjah’s betrayal is an example. In this way, the teachings of the Torah were usually presented in the format of traditions. In this research, based on the document-text dating method, it was found that the textual authenticity of the narrative of adultery was republished in the first half of the first century, and based on the document history, it was republished in the late second century. One of the results of creating this narrative was its various functions. The cultural function of this narrative in the first century was to limit women and its function in the Abbasid period was political and to keep women away from government positions and rulers. Considering the situation of the Jews in the neo-Muslim society of that day, the Israeli language was used to exploit the cultural and political goals of the rulers. Manuscript profile

Abstract Although all members of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) belong to one religious bloc, but there are meaningful difference between the type, level of their struggle, structure, organizational relations of women organizations of different Muslim countries. The present article by using text analysis and inverse questionnaire wants to analyze the speeches and statements of four non-governmental organizations in Turkey ( KA-mer), Egypt ( Women and Arab Society Association), Saudi Arabia (International Islamic Committee for Women and Child) and Malaysia (All Women’s Action Society) between 2011-2012. These women Organizations are among most important women organizations that struggle for the recognition of Women’s right and identity. The main question raised by the article is “Why the function and performance of women’s organizations in raising their demands are different from one Muslim country to another”? The above question has been examined within the framework of post-colonial feminism (Gayatri Chakravaorty Spivak) and the third generation of Frankfurt School (Axcel Honth). The result of the regression showed 43 per cent of variation in performance of women’s organizations under the influence of different political structure of each country. The finding of the study shows that the performance of women’s organizations in Turkey and Malaysia are similar and the Egyptian women organizations performance resembles with Saudi Arabia. Manuscript profile

In this work, he reminds us that if our understanding of the Qur'an is based on the main spirit of the Qur'an, namely Qur'anic ethics, we will receive a single and coherent message and meaning of the Qur'an. This book can be considered as a coherent report on the contents of the Qur'an with a new perspective and in this respect it is an important and valuable book. The drafting of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women is one of the results of Western studies on the issue of women. The main tool of the drafters of the Convention is the elimination of discrimination in order to eradicate the existing traditional gender stereotypes and to deny the differences between men and women and thus to create equal rights. In this case, the provisions of this convention are not in full compliance with Islamic law, and this has caused challenges in various social, legal and cultural fields. The purpose of this study is to compare the rights arising from the articles of the Convention and Islamic law, in order to provide an appropriate response to address the challenges in this field. Based on descriptive analytical studies, it was concluded that in addition to the common human and male commonalities, the two are inherently and evolutionarily different from each other, so it is natural from a social point of view and in the field. The regulation of legal rules should not be expected to be similar to them. In many of its rules and laws, Islamic law complies with the provisions of the Convention. The right to life, the right to liberty, human dignity, the right to employment and political rights such as the right to participate in elections, social rights, the right to education and health are some of the issues that have long been considered in Islam. But in some cases, men and women have different rights and rules based on the characteristics of creation and the responsibilities based on it. Therefore, equality in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, contrary to Islamic law, is not based on justice and nature, and this is a form of discrimination. Regarding the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it should be said that they are also derived from Islamic jurisprudence. Article 4 of the constitution stipulates that all civil, partial, financial, and economic laws and regulations must be in accordance with Islamic principles. Therefore, in order to accept any new law (even in the form of accepting international treaties), those new laws must be presented in accordance with Islamic standards and set aside in case of conflict with the rules of Islamic jurisprudence. (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women) is an international treaty to which the United Nations has strongly insisted on the accession of states. If states accede to the convention, their domestic laws will be overshadowed and governments will commit to change their laws. Since women do not enjoy a status commensurate with their dignity in the world, as well as in Islamic countries, as well as in the Islamic Republic of Iran, correcting the status of women requires a written charter in which the desired status is outlined. In this study, considering the generalities presented, we examine the effects and dimensions of Iran's accession to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and describe the issue in a descriptive-analytical manner using library studies.
