In this study, a regression model was employed to achieve the ideal agility level, as well as analyze the effect of indicators and provide an optimal path to achieve agility. To this end, 96 questionnaires were distributed among the managers of Pegah Tehran Dairy Co., and the research tests were carried out by means of SPSS and Smart PLS software. The validity tests used in this research were average variance extracted (AVE) and the Lawshe test, respectively, with coefficients more than 0.5 and 0.8 for research variables. In fact, the resulting coefficients indicate the sufficient validity of the investigated questionnaire. Moreover, Cronbach’s alpha test was utilized to measure its reliability, with a coefficient of more than 0.7 for all dimensions of the questionnaire, exhibiting its reliability. The results revealed that the variables of automation and employees had the most effect, and the technology variable had the least one. Besides, to achieve an acceptable level of each of the dimensions of agility attributes, the key variable(s) extracted from the analysis of this research should be identified, and the desired results would be achieved by making changes to them. The purpose of this study is to provide a structural interpretive model of human resource agility in government organizations. This research was applied in terms of purpose and was conducted with a combined approach. Data collection tools were semi-structured in-depth interviews and the statistical population included senior managers of government agencies, 14 of whom were selected by purposive sampling (to achieve theoretical saturation). The model was validated based on the results of the interview, using interpretive structural modeling, design, and its validity and reliability. The results led to the development of 5 levels of manpower agility. The first level - the most important level - related to the organizational performance variable, the second level was allocated to productivity and the third to perceptual skills, planning and contemplation. Communication, team and job skills were ranked at the fourth level and personality variables at the fifth level. This model can be an effective help in creating the necessary infrastructure to improve the level of human resource agility in organizations. Manuscript profile

Data were gathered by using two standard questionnaires: social capital and organizational agility questionnaires. The content and face validity of the instruments was confirmed by experts. Their reliability was calculated to 0.89 and 0.91 respectively by the use of Cronbach Alpha. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between social capital and dimensions (structural, relational and cognitive) with organizational agility. Also, the contribution of each dimension of social capital is different in predicting organizational agility. Manuscript profile

In this paper, according to the purpose of the research, the combined method has been used through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative method, the Delphi technique and in terms of quantitative methods of data collection, the descriptive survey method was used. The qualitative statistical population consisted of Delphi experts, 17 of whom were selected, and the interview continued until the stage of theoretical saturation. The statistical population of the quantitative part includes all employees of education departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province (headquarters-administration) in the 2018-19 academic year, which includes 1503 people. Today, the conditions governing the organizations and educational institutions have made competitiveness and responding to the demands of customers and clients inevitable. Since the education organization deals with a wide range of human resources for their management, an organizational agility strategy is necessary. The purpose of this research was to develop a model of organizational agility for education managers (in Lorestan province ). The method of the current research was a qualitative Delphi technique, and it was an applied research in terms of purpose. The research population included the university professors in the fields of education management and curriculum planning in Lorestan province in 2019-2019, 14 of whom were selected through purposive sampling method. The research tool was primarily semi-structured interviews and in the next stage it was conducted by developing a two-step panel technique questionnaire. After conducting the interviews and identifying the indicators and components of organizational agility, two stages of the Delphi panel were conducted; the agreement coefficient between the experts was estimated 0.76. The findings showed that there are 56 indicators and 6 main components (cultural factor, service factor, process factor (organization), knowledge factor (technology), management factor, and human factor) for organizational agility. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that organizational agility for education, considering its large population, is necessary to respond to the needs of teachers, students, and parents. Paying attention to these components (cultural, service, process (organizational) factors, knowledge (technology), managerial and human factors) can lead to organizational agility to a great extent.
