Abstract :
Contemporary to the beginning of twenty-one century access to success and existence of organizations becomes harder and harder. This truth results from the appearance of new commercial age which “change” is one of the original characteristics of it. Organizations need swiftness and flexibility for changes successful management, structural integration, new strategies and access to new market opportunities. The new hard changes process, attitudes and last viewpoints confronting with organization challenges has proved un ability and has introduced an modern paradigm named “agility” to face to challenges and to get success. Meanwhile information technology is doing new revolution throughout the world in the present era the importance of which is not less than the industrial revolution. Information technology affects indices in organizations all of which account for the earliest requirements of success for organizations. Organizational agility is one of the parts that can accept too much effect from this technology. Agility asks for organization to make haste owing to integration of technology and staff with infrastructural communication to react to changeable needs of customers in the market environment which has continuous and unforeseen changes.
