        Nowadays‌ organizations are faced with an unprecedented level of change and competitive challenges that are continuously rising. Models, methods and tools that were used in the past to manage change, are valuable tools, but they are not enough to help the organization to keep pace with internal and external changes. One of the newest forms of organization to deal with these changes is an agile organization. To become agile organization, will need to make fundamental changes in how staff‌ work, work systems and organizational culture .This research examines the factors affecting organizational agility.         Purpose: the current research has been performed with the objective of Study of relation between ethic leadership of managers and personnel performance among campus personnel of technical colleges of Tehran University in 1394. Method: the method of research is practical for the purpose and descriptive and correlation from for gathering data. Research population includes all of campus 356 personnel of technical colleges of Tehran University in 1394 and 185 personnel were selected as sample using Kokaran sampling method. The sampling technique is based on graded sampling method in accordance with content. Results: research findings indicate that the status of ethic leadership of managers and personnel performance with exception of work improvement component among personnel performance elements is higher than hypothetical mean of research. Also there is meaningful and positive relation between ethic leadership of managers and personnel performance p≤0/05, r= 0/74. Variable of ethic leadership with detection coefficient of (55percent) has the reliability for detecting personnel performance. Findings indicated that there is meaningful relation just between ethic leadership of managers and personnel performance and educational level of personnel. Manuscript profile

        VAT is one of the best, most efficient and profitable source of tax revenue governments .VAT is an indirect tax on consumption multi-stage in various stages of production and distribution based on a percentage of the value of goods produced or services provided to obtain dehumidified The aim of this study is to identify obstacles and driving deployment of value added tax in the General Directorate VAT Tehran. For this purpose, three hypotheses were developed to test this hypothesis, quantitative data, the study used a questionnaire that was designed to review the literature were collected before distributing a questionnaire to the 13 experts and scholars in economics and public administration. After confirming the validity of the revised questionnaire, the 382 and 158 experts tax office were the tax payers. The data collected using exploratory factor analysis were analyzed and categorized as a barrier to cultural barriers, administrative structure was approved. The results showed that 12 Index as an indicator of structural barriers, 23 indicators as administrative barriers and cultural barriers as obstacles 6 index as the establishment of VAT were identified.         The main aim of this research is to review the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurship of the personnel of Tehran District 7 Municipality. This research is of descriptive-correlative type. The population, subject of this study, consists of the entire 420 persons as personnel of Tehran District 7 Municipality, who have been selected using rank sampling method through which 201 persons were selected. Research tools consists of a questionnaire, developed by the researcher consisting of 75 questions , related to entrepreneurship variable and 12 questions were about the variable of knowledge management. In order to determine the validity of this research, Cronbach’s Alpha has been used. The said coefficient was 91% considering entrepreneurship and 94% with respect to knowledge management. Thus, the said questionnaire enjoys desirable validity. According to explorative fact analysis, entrepreneurship has been divided such constructive factors as: Creativity , Independence , Penetration , Externality , decision making , Flexibility , Success Seeking , Learning and knowledge management is divided into three factors namely knowledge creation, knowledge propagation and knowledge application based on the researches, which have been done earlier. The results of fundamental correlation have shown that : Research findings are introduced as optimized model of entrepreneurship, based on dimensions of knowledge management and individual characteristics of personnel in form of a demanding model: Advisability Model & There is no significant relationship between entrepreneurship with service records and age. This truth results from the appearance of new commercial age which “change” is one of the original characteristics of it. Organizations need swiftness and flexibility for changes successful management, structural integration, new strategies and access to new market opportunities. The new hard changes process, attitudes and last viewpoints confronting with organization challenges has proved un ability and has introduced an modern paradigm named “agility” to face to challenges and to get success. Meanwhile information technology is doing new revolution throughout the world in the present era the importance of which is not less than the industrial revolution. Information technology affects indices in organizations all of which account for the earliest requirements of success for organizations. Organizational agility is one of the parts that can accept too much effect from this technology.         The purpose of this study was to validation of Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ). The research method was descriptive. The population of the administrative staff of the five government agencies located in the city of Sanandaj official sites, including gas, electrical distribution company, Social Security Organization, Imam Khomeini Relief foundation, and the organization of Registration of a deeds and properties Kurdistan`s. with regard the ratio of employees in any organization, a sample of 131 subjects were selected by classified random sampling. Data gathering tool was Authentic Leadership Questionnaire. Analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficients and one sample t-test. The results showed that the Construct validity and in tornal consistency of the Authentic Leadership questionnaire was confirmed.         Purpose :Taking the perspective of the brand community building plus the brand trust, brand commitment and loyalty literatures, our goal is to show how brand communities based on social media influence elements of the customer centric model (i. e., the relationships among focal customer and brand, product, company, and other customers), brand trust, brand commitment and brand loyalty among Novin-leather customers. Methodology – A survey was conducted based on empirical study with 334 respondents among Novin-leather customers from their platforms (http://www.novinleather.com/) In the spring of 1393. Findings : We find that brand trust has a fully mediating role in converting the effects of enhanced relationships in brand community to brand loyalty and brand commitment in social media. Originality/Value – On the base of customer centric model of brand community we show how this brand community could affect brand elements and loyalty and commitment in social media and we explain the effects of centric model’s elements on trust, commitment and loyalty.         Sustainability balanced scorecard based on the parameters of sustainable development is a useful and ‎powerful method for evaluating the sustainability performance of the organization or company. This issue was noted in literature review of this paper. The issue of this paper covers the aspects of ‎identify and prioritizes of organization performance assessment indicators. In this study, we examine the approach of sustainability balanced scorecard with fuzzy analysis ‎network process for ranking indicators of performance evaluation in poutine plastic industry Co. At first, for designing a model, the lists of related indicators by using the existent literature review ‎were extracted and then the model was reviewed by experts of the company and the exponential ‎model was proposed. The results show that cash flow is in first priority and air pollution and increase of ‎labor/work force skills are next priorities respectively.The proposed model has shown that performance indicators can merge with various aspects of ‎sustainable balanced scorecard by using of fuzzy analysis network technique.‎ Manuscript profile
