All organizations must keep records of their business decisions and transactions to meet the demands of the company's customers or stakeholders. Due to the increasing number of electronic documents as well as the conversion of paper documents to electronic ones, the use of information and communication technology changes the way of doing work in organizations and leads to a much greater dependence on electronic records. Electronic document management helps organizations to utilize information more effectively and to support the immediate operational needs for business information. An electronic records management system should be able to manage electronic records throughout their life cycle, from recording, integrity, authenticity, deletion and availability, and at the same time, one of the problems is authentication and preservation of intellectual works for electronic files. To solve such problems, we can use new methods in this direction, one of these methods is the use of steganography and watermarking. Steganography has been widely used in the past decade. Steganography and watermarking methods are designed to embed sequences of hidden information in electronic objects for various purposes, which are used in the fields of security and protection in order to hide the original message or preserve the spiritual works. This paper first studies a common understanding of EDMS concepts and, in the next step, shows the current research in the field of information embedding methods in electronic documents. The increasing complexity and uncertainty in the various processes of human societies have made it very difficult to identify influential future events by generalizations to the past. Instead of recognizing a state of the future, futures research studies alternative futures and offers future-oriented strategies for building the future. This study aimed to explain the future image of the management system of government organizations and the procedures to promote this system in the four layers of Litany, social, discourse, and metaphor based on the method of Causal Layered Analysis. Innovations in this approach make it possible to move from the present to the future by identifying the root causes of a phenomenon in four layers. Moreover, after identifying and explaining the factors affecting the future of a phenomenon, we are enabled to formulate strategies for taking measures and moving from the future to the present. After reviewing the research literature and forming a panel of experts in four stages with 12 experts, we identified the future image of the management system in four layers. Then, we presented five strategies at the level of metaphors, seven strategies at the level of discourses, 21 strategies at the level of systems, and 16 strategies at the level of Litany that can be used to develop and implement the necessary policies to improve the management of government organizations. One of the major contributors of air pollution in large cities is the urban car traffic which imposes a huge financial and life expenses to the society. In order to reduce these expenses, car manufacturers keep adopting new innovation to decrease pollutants` level. In recent years, direct injection engines have been introduced which electronically control fuel flow using Engine Control Unit (ECU). This goal has been achieved to some degree. Adjusting and calibrating the Engine Management System (EMS) becomes more important day by day. The most important task of EMS is to reach the optimum point in pollutant, fuel consumption and vehicle performance. In this study while calibrating EMS efficiently, the cost and time spent is reduced using DoE simulating techniques and the effects of various parameters on its performance are studied. Hence knowing all inputs such as speed, load and desired outputs such as pollutants and engine torque, MBC Model – module from MATLAB software – has been used. Another next module from MATLAB that is named CAGE is implemented to improve the above mentioned model. By using this method, the effects of EMS` calibration can be studied on different parameters and upon needs, change them. The new parameters are entered into ECU and from there new commands are released to actuators. Therefore achievement to optimal engine function like vehicle performance, pollutant and fuel consumption by minimum expenses and time with high accuracy will be performed. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The sharing of resources and the dynamics of workloads in e-learning systems cause competition between users and loss of efficiency. Awareness of efficiency as a key solution can protect workloads from each other's negative effects. Currently, the lack of such an infrastructure causes fluctuations in efficiency and unfavorable service quality in these systems. The purpose of the current research is to take steps to compensate for the aforementioned shortcomings and one of the most important achievements is the development of an efficient cloud infrastructure in electronic education systems. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed infrastructure does not depend on a specific execution mechanism and independently of the service level and actors, it monitors the performance of the entire cloud stack in an integrated and dynamic manner. Method: The proposed approach displays e-learning systems based on sets of departments and operational units, components, operational dependencies, and required functional connections. The description of operational units and their duties and functions are as follows: shared knowledge repository, recovery and synchronization unit, audit and monitoring unit, inference and notification unit, control and execution unit. Findings: The results of the implementation and evaluation of different scenarios show the superiority of the proposed infrastructure and the improvement of performance criteria. Discussion: The proposed infrastructure uses performance values and criteria as raw data for dynamic control and performance management. Therefore, this operational framework can be used for different efficiency measures. The proposed approach is able to support performance optimization and management of its requirements for a multi-tenant environment. The approach of the present research, considering the aspects of awareness of efficiency in electronic education systems, can be used as an effort to create a general roadmap and a perspective to achieve awareness of efficiency in basic cloud services Manuscript profile

Along with the advent of the industrial revolution and the use of machinery, Its maintenance also has been taken into account by authorities in order to increase the efficiency and equipment safety levels.  Preventive maintenance performs with a preventive approach based on accurate and precise data analysis, determining the cause of loss; incidents root cause identification and defining corrective actions in maintenance system. Mechanized systems of maintenance management in the organizations have been implemented with the same approach. Statistics show that more than 80% of CMMS projects will be failed. Barrier detection of the implementation of CMMS can help management to find solutions and as a result, resolve them. So this study has been done to ascertain and rank the critical factors of success and failure in the implementation of the system, using a combination of the two DEMATEL and fuzzy TOPSIS methods. Various factors can affect the success of system implementation projects. So, in this study after determining of the goal, in the first step, the main challenges associated with their underlying factors that are affecting the implementation of CMMS, by using of literature, experts identifying and tracing their hierarchy will be discussed. One of the most important issues in the world today is energy saving, which in the construction industry, proper thermal insulation is one of the solutions to prevent energy loss. Also, the use of new and suitable insulation materials helps us to achieve this. Energy crisis, global warming and other environmental issues have always been the main motivation for researchers and engineers to look for new ways to reduce building energy consumption. Recently, the use of phase change materials to increase the thermal mass of the building has received much attention. Phase changers are organic or inorganic compounds that have the ability to absorb and store large amounts of heat energy within themselves. Due to this unique feature, using these materials can naturally delay the transfer of heat to the building for several hours during peak hours of energy consumption and therefore closer to the goal of optimizing energy consumption in the building. The use of phase change materials in the construction industry along with the proper use of the capabilities and physical properties of materials, was introduced in the world several decades ago and is now known in developed countries, while in our country the research and application of these materials in the construction industry remains almost unknown. The purpose of this article is to introduce and provide suggestions for using phase change materials to store and reduce energy consumption in the building. Manuscript profile

The main cause of failure and significant reduction in battery performance is a rise in temperature, so battery thermal control systems (BTMS) are built to monitor and optimize the thermal status of batteries. In this paper, two series and parallel arrangements for placing battery packs in electric vehicles with the same number of 17,280, 18650 battery cells are proposed and compared to select the best position for placing the battery packs. With the help of the Comsol program, the temperature change of the battery pack in the laminar fluid flow regime and the heat flux changes in the first 700 seconds of discharging the battery cells from the full charge mode and selecting the best design of the battery pack placement are compared. The maximum closed surface temperature of batteries is measured from the initial temperature of 27 degrees in series and parallel arrangement, respectively. The maximum temperature difference in the series of batteries is 10% different from the parallel arrangement. Also, by comparing the total heat flux, the better performance of the parallel arrangement compared to the arrangement of the battery series, makes this type of design a practical and more cost-effective priority than other designs. It is a general belief that learning management systems (LMSs), especially smart ones, can better learning outcomes. Accordingly, information-age educational centers have to be designed and prepared to adopt these technological developments, sooner or later. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of a smart reading instruction management system (RIMS) on the reading ability of Iranian EFL learners. A mixed-methods design was adopted. Accordingly, forty learners selected via convenient sampling took part in the quantitative stage of the study in which a quasi-experimental design was adopted. The results of statistical analyses also showed that RIMS had a significant effect on reading comprehension so the participants (n = 20) made improvements after the course and outdid their counterparts in the control group. Additionally, the qualitative analysis of mediation episodes that occurred in the experimental group showed that RIMS is perceived to be flexible in terms of meeting learners’ needs and interests. It is motivating and provides chances for storing teacher-learner interaction for future formative assessment, incompetency diagnosis, and feedback provision. Moreover, it is perceived to be a suitable timesaving breakthrough for promoting individualized learning methods. Manuscript profile

Rijaʿt, which means returning to the world again, is one of the points of disagreement between Shiites and Sunnis. Of course, the issue of return is not a completely Mahdavi issue, and before and more than it is a Mahdavi issue, it is a theological issue on which Shia and Sunni scholars have conflicting views. There are strong Qur'anic evidences for the occurrence of this truth in the history of Judaism and Christianity, and the famous and correct narratives of the repetition of all the traditions and events of these two nations among the Muslims, opens the door to this truth to the Islamic society and Muslims as well. There are undeniable evidences in the hadiths of Ahl al-Sunnah about the occurrence of Return (Rijaʿt) in the end of time. By proving this fact, it becomes clear that there is an important purpose of its placement in the management system of Allah Almighty. The role of Rijaʿt in creating hope and increasing hope in the faith community in three parts: Hoping as much as possible for life, trying as much as possible to live more faithfully, and trying as much as possible to create the ground for the reappearance, tells a little about the place of Rijaʿt in the management system of Allah Almighty and the intellectual system of Ahl al-Bayt (as). The issue of employing young managers in the country’s management system has been a serious concern for many years. In the meantime, some experts believe that the country’s current management system is not ready for the presence of young people and that the current mechanism is more substitute-oriented than successor-oriented. The purpose of the present study was to design a comprehensive model of managerial succession in Iranian organizations. The current research is fundamental in terms of its purpose, and a qualitative method and a meta-synthesis approach were used to carry it out. For this purpose, all the qualitative studies conducted inside the country that dealt with the issue of surrogacy were selected as samples and then they were analyzed using the seven-step model of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006) and MAXQDA 2020 software. The results extracted from 54 chosen studies showed that the effective dimensions on the succession process include five organizational, managerial, individual, institutional and cultural dimensions, which include mechanisms, processes, policy making, evaluation, consequences, human resource management, leadership, skills, personality and job characteristics, resource conflict, legal and ethical issues have been observed in them. Also, among the approved indicators, indicators of intra-organizational support, evaluation of people's performance and capability, evaluation of the succession process, determination of key jobs, talent pool, job qualification conditions, career path, determination of policies, succession committee and competence gap analysis were the most important indicators. AbstractOver the last several decades, corporate reputation has gained increasing importance for both managers and academics. Research on corporate reputation has generally argued that reputational risk, or risk of reputation loss, stems from all company risks. When a risk drives a firm into a crisis, some stakeholders' interests may go unsatisfied, and the firm's corporate reputation may be eroded. The more effective the enterprise risk management system is, the fewer crises a company will face and the less risk there will be to lose its corporate reputation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the quality of enterprise risk management system and the characteristics of the audit committee on the reputation of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The statistical population of the study is the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, of which 100 companies were selected as a sample. The results of Tobit regression model test showed that the quality of enterprise risk management system and the characteristics of the audit committee have a significant effect on the reputation of the companies under study. The household energy management system (HEMS) can optimally schedule home appliances for transferring loads from peak to off-peak times. Consumers of smart houses have HEM, renewable energy sources and storage systems to reduce the bill. In this article, a new HEM model based on the time of usage pricing planning with renewable energy systems is proposed to use the energy more efficiently. The new meta-heuristic whale optimization algorithm (WOA) and the common meta-heuristic of particle swarm optimization (PSO) are used to achieve that. To improve the performance, a mapping chaos theory (CWOA) is proposed. Also, an independent solar energy source is used as a support of the microgrid to achieve a better performance. It is concluded that the energy saving achieved by the proposed algorithm is able to decrease the electricity bill by about 40-50% rather than the WOA and PSO methods. The proposed system is simulated in MATLAB environment. Manuscript profile

In recent years, different studies, using heuristic approaches for portfolio optimization, have been done to maximize the return and minimize the risk. In this study, we employed nine useful indicators, including SMA, EMA, ROC, OBV, RSI, MACD, TSI, HMA, Fibonacci Retracement, and genetic algorithm (GA), to construct an expert system that optimizes the portfolio automatically. In this system, Buy, Sell or Hold signals are produced based on the weighted combination of mentioned indicators and under the specified thresholds for each one. After that, signals (Buy/Sell/Hold) feed to the GA to optimize portfolio return/risk by changing indicator weights. This algorithm repeats continuously to optimize indicators weights for system and qualified stocks are selected according to optimized weights. Outputs of this expert system have been compared with Tehran Stock Exchange Index (Value-weighted and Equal-weighted Indices) from March 2013 until June 2021.The empirical results show that this expert system outperforms the Buy-and-Hold strategy (TSE indices) in terms of risk and return. In the context of providing a model of intelligent management systems for sustainable and resilient production systems in the cement industry in order to improve social development, it is very vital to perform multiple analyzes to select the best algorithms to improve the performance of management systems. In this research, an issue related to production based on the model of intelligent management systems for sustainable and resilient production systems in the cement industry has been investigated. The main goal of this problem is to improve the production system in such a way that stability is maintained uniformly in the production process. In this production process, Poisson distribution and implementation of artificial intelligence are used in production with exponential distribution. Also, two main limitations have been set on this issue; One related to the total number of productions that are created and the other related to the maximum production time limit. This issue has three goals in mind. The first objective is to reduce the average production expectation as the main objective. The second goal is to minimize the amount of environmental damage in the production process. The third goal is to maximize the total functionality of the devices per unit of time. For this purpose, VIS, CNSGA-II, NSGA-II, MISA, NNIA and NRGA algorithms were used in MATLAB software. VIS algorithm showed the best performance in most criteria. Manuscript profile
