Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this article is to compilation the process of implementing the knowledge management system in the international marketing department of the oil industry. For this purpose, in the qualitative part, the interpretive paradigm, qualitative approach and data strategy of the foundation (Grand Theory) have been used. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with 12 experts (marketing professors and experts in this field in the oil industry). In order to reach the experts, purposeful sampling method and hidden content analysis tactics have been used to analyze in-depth interviews and Max Kyoda 2018 software has been used for coding. Findings and research results show that: knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application, knowledge perspective, and finally knowledge planning components of knowledge management system implementation in the international marketing department of industry are oil. In the quantitative part, the meta-positivist paradigm, quantitative approach and descriptive strategy are used. To collecting data, a questionnaire was distributed among employees, managers and experts of the Ministry of Oil and SPSS software was used for exploratory factor analysis and PLS software was used to analyze hypotheses. Findings and results show that the three components: knowledge organization, knowledge storage and knowledge acquisition have the first to third priority for the implementation of knowledge management system in the international marketing of the oil industry.
