Abstract :
This study aimed to provide a conceptual framework for evaluating the e-learning management system model in Maskan Bank. The present study is a descriptive survey in terms of application purpose, mixed data type, and descriptive implementation. Library, semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire were used for data collection. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated as 0.83 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Qualitative data analysis was done through coding. For analyzing quantitative data using relevant statistical tests including exploratory factor analysis to determine the components and indices affecting evaluation of E-learning management system, Kolmogorov and Smirnoff test for data distribution, significant coefficients test for measuring the relationship between research model components, confirmatory factor analysis. , Factor load calculation for prioritizing the relevant components and indices, and finally the overall evaluation of the pattern obtained from the structural equation modeling technique with smart pls software. Based on the results, the extraction model has 5 components and 38 indices for evaluating E-learning management system in Maskan Bank. After finalizing the data analysis and extracting the conceptual paradigm, consensus and agreement were reached with 30 bank experts and experts on the validity of the model Then, according to a researcher-made questionnaire, the fit of the model components was measured by the T-Hoteling test.
